Configuring Method Accessing
How do you turn Method Accessing on for all Entities using Java?
I came across this thread which mentions <uses-method-accessing> in an XML file:
Re: An interesting TOPLINK-6044
However, is it possible to do this via an annotation or some configuration in the persistence.xml. I want to use Method Accessing at all times for all entities. Is this possible and is it possible to configure this via annotations or in persistence.xml.
Thanks for the reply. I tried that and it seems to work. But if I have a transient field in my entity bean and specify method level annotations, TopLink tries to map even the transient field to a table column which is undesirable.
I also tried annotating the getter methods for the fields I wanted Method Access on and leaving the fields I didn't care about at field-level annotations. But even that resulted in the transient field getting mapped to a database column.
Any ideas?

Configure Oracle Access Manager - from weblogic OIF instance page bombs out
I am trying to integrate OIF with Oracle Access Manager as SP integration module. But, when clicked on "Configure Oracle Access Manager" it throws the following error:
Oracle Access Manager cannot be configured properly. Make sure the Oracle Access Manager SDK Server has been configured properly and the required environment variables have been set. Details can be found on Online Help and Administrative Guide.
I have updated the environment variables and classpath, also confirmed the Access Server SDK to work properly by testing java JAccessGate.
any help is greatly appreciated.
The diagnostic logs show these errors:

I'm having the same problem. Did anybody find a solution to fix it?
Any help is appreciated.

I need helping configuring RDP access to my local server from a remote location on my Cisco ASA 5505 Firewall.
I have attempted to configure rdp access but it does not seem to be working for me Could I please ask someone to help me modify my current configuration to allow this? Please do step by step as I could use all the help I could get.
I need to allow the following IP addresses to have RDP access to my server:
66.237.238.193-66.237.238.222
69.195.249.177-69.195.249.190
69.65.80.240-69.65.80.249
My external WAN server info is - 99.89.69.333
The internal IP address of my server is - 192.168.6.2
The other server shows up as 99.89.69.334 but is working fine.
I already added one server for Static route and RDP but when I try to put in same commands it doesnt allow me to for this new one. Please take a look at my configuration file and give me the commands i need in order to put this through. Also please tell me if there are any bad/conflicting entries.
THE FOLLOWING IS MY CONFIGURATION FILE
Also I have modified IP information so that its not the ACTUAL ip info for my server/network etc... lol for security reasons of course
Also the bolded lines are the modifications I made but that arent working.

ciscoasa(config-network)#Unclear what did not work. In your original post you include said some commands were added but don't work:
static (inside,outside) tcp interface 3389 192.168.6.2 3389 netmask 255.255.255.255
and later you state you add another command that gets an error:
static (inside,outside) tcp 99.89.69.333 3389 192.168.6.2 3389 netmask 255.255.255.255
You also stated that 99.89.69.333 (actually 99.89.69.233, guessing from the rest of your config and other posts) is your WAN IP address.
The first static statement matches Cisco's documentation, which states that a static statement must use the 'interface' directive when you are trying to do static PAT utilizing the IP address of the interface. Since 99.89.69.333 is the assigned IP address of your WAN interface, that may explain why the second statement fails.
Any reason why you are using static PAT (including the port number 3389) instead of just skipping that directive? Static PAT usually makes sense when you need to change the TCP port number. In your example, you are not changing the TCP port 3389. -
How to configure MS-Access 2010 DB details on weblogc using DBAdapter
Hi Experts,
Can any one help me how to configure MS-Access 2010 DB details on weblogic 11g using DBAdapters.
If you provide step by step instuction, it is very usful to me.
If you have any screen shots you can any one please send a file to my mail ID:[email protected]
My Requirement:
I need to fetch 3 columns data (product code/ serial numer and serial status) from MS-Access 2010 and store it on oracle 11g, for that I have wrote a web service code and I need to make it automation. I don't have any IDEA, how to make this web serevice as automation (automation means, when ever new record stored in MS-Access data I need to fetch newly created record from MS-Access 2010 and send it to Oracle 11g)
Note: MS- Access 2010 present at vision system and Oracle 11g installed in linux server.
Thanks,
PhaniHi,
I am also facing the same issue, not sure about what url to use. And also the login webservice doesn't work while I am testing using http://localhost:81/RTC/RTCService.asmx. It always throwing the following error
" Unable to cast COM object of type 'RTCLib.RTCClientClass' to interface type 'RTCLib.IRTCClient'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{07829E45-9A34-408E-A011-BDDF13487CD1}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE))."
Is the current owc_lcs.zip support MS Office Communication Server 2007?
Please share the configuration step if anyone already integrated OCS 2007.
Thanks,
-Mukesh.

I tried every search option in iTune help menu, and they don't bother listing it.

Configuring an access/console server
Hey there,
I'm configuring an access/console server.
I configured aliases for my devices.
cp-ext-s1 telnet 192.168.41.11 2011
cp-ext-s2 telnet 192.168.41.11 2012
cp-ext-r1 telnet 192.168.41.11 2013
cp-ext-r2 telnet 192.168.41.11 2014
But when I do a sh session, the host column is an ip address but I want this to be the device name.
I tried adding a few ip host commands:
ip host cp-dmz-s1 2010 192.168.41.11
ip host cp-ext-r1 2013 192.168.41.11
But that didn't help.
CP-CS1#sh ses

I'm sure I'm overlooking something stupid.can you post the complete config of the console server or verify your settings with this doc:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk801/tk36/technologies_configuration_example09186a008014f8e7.shtml -
I clicked "Configure Universal Access" in itunes, my device was removed from the list on the left hand side where devices are listed etc. What does this button do? All I have found out is that its to do with vision impaired and hard of hearing people. Still not definitive enough of an answer for me. cheers
Configure universal access does in fact just bring you to settings like large text and voiceover designed to help the impaired
the fact your phone disapeered after hitting it was probably just an unrelated glitch in itunes. Unplug and replug your phone to get it to show up again -
How to configure the Access Server?
Hi All
I am in the process of migrating from 11.0.1 to 12.0.
I have some real-time jobs.
For this I need to configure the Access Server.
I can understand I should do this from Server Manager>Edit Access Server Config>Add
Here what info we need to give? Does it mean we need to give the server name on which current version is installed? How to choose the port?
My old version DI 11.0.1 is using port 4000. Also in the DS Mgmt Console, I am defaultly getting the Old Job Server in the Adapter Config node. How to remove this?
Someone plz help me on this.
Thank You
Ganesh SampathYou have to explicitly share directories on external/secondary volumes.
Use the Server admin app to configure file sharing, and select which directory/directories on the second drive you want to share, then they'll be available to clients. -
An issue while Configuring the Access System Console
I'm facing a problem while Configuring the Access System Console.
I have installed the policy manager, and when I try to configure the access system, an error message appears "The environment variable TEMP points to a directory that does not exist. To avoid any unexpected behavior, please make sure it points to the correct directory and restart the web server".
I have checked the temp system variable, and it was correct, and the directory already exist.
Note: I'm working on windows server 2003.
I really appreciate any help with this issue.Check the permissions on the directory that the TEMP variable points to, to ensure that everyone has read/write access to it - maybe that's the problem.

E4200 - Configure guest access
In my neighborhood, people generally allow open WiFi access to each other. The "guest access" feature of this router sounded good - you can allow guests to access the internet, without allowing them access to your own computer's transmissions. However, annoyingly, there is no way to configure guest access without a password. You can change the password, but guests have to come see you and ask you what the password is. No freedom to configure the router the way I want. Sending it back for a refund.
Well, if you have configured the router manually or even with the Cisco Connect you cannot disable the open security mode for the guest network. A password will have to be entered after launching a web browser.
The secured mode of the Guest Network cannot be disabled and will always require your guests to enter a password through a web browser. The prompt will appear everytime guests connect. This is to prevent unauthorized Internet access. -
I have configure remote access feature web application proxy but not configure give the error. The remote name could not be resolved in server 2012 R2.
I have configure Ad and ADFS different server and try to configure web application proxy different server. what setting are required for connect web application proxy to Ad and ADFS.Hi,
In addition, please make sure that the port 443 is not blocked by the firewall.
Web Application Proxy requires internal name resolution to resolve the names of backend servers, and AD FS servers. When publishing web applications via Web Application Proxy, every web application you publish requires an external URL. For clients to reach
these web applications, a public DNS server must be able to resolve each external URL that you configure. Note that the external URL must resolve to the same IP address as the Web Application Proxy server, or the external IP address of a firewall or load-balancer
placed in front of the Web Application Proxy server.
Best regards,
Susie

How-To Delete Boot Camp Partition with Parallels Configure to Access It
Hi Everyone,
I would like to delete my boot camp partition from my MB to reclaim some space due to the increasing storage demand from iTunes library? (I need to find out what can I do when the library is getting larger than my HD too, but that's another topic...)
I also have Parellels Desktop configure to access the boot camp partition instead of creating its own virtual hard drive. I'd like to know if there's any problem with my parallels after I delete the boot camp hard drive? Will I have to reinstall my Windows XP OS again after deleting the partition?
Thank you,
Nacintosh520Hi Eric
Are you saying that I have to reinstall my Windows XP OS all over again, with the patch and everything after deleting the BC partition? Is there a way to create a virtual hard drive from the BC partition of what I have? It's such a time-consuming process that I have to tweak the OS to the way I'd like it.
I wonder what solution will Apple offer when they offer more and more content, and space for each computer is limited. I did some research on this issue and it turns out that the solution is the set the option in iTunes to "Manually manage my music files" in the Preferences panel. I don't want to do this because if I set this option, my files won't be organized any more, and it's gonna be all over the places. But I guess I have to do this until Apple offer an option such as "Move my Podcasts file to _ external hard drive" to keep everything stay organized.
Thank you,

Configuring Cisco Access Points 1602i Air-SAP-1602I-Z-K9
Hi everyone,
I am having touble configuring cisco access points 1602i. I have configured them and they are broadcasting SSID and clients are able to connect to them, but the only thing which is troublesome is speed. I have 100Mbps bandwidth speed but at access point I am getting speed between 17 to 25. Can anyone please tell me where I am gone wrong.
I have Juniper Srx210 configured as backbone for providing internet on fiber. Then further I have attached one POE switch (managable). From that switch I have attached 4 access points.
One more thing, two ports of Juniper is configured as Vlans, one for staff and one for students. I have attached this POE switch to Student Vlan, but haven't configured ports of POE switch as trunk. Please tell me do I have to configure ports as trunk on POE Switch. Is this the cause of slow bandwidth over access points.
I am also planning to go for Wlan Controller to manage Access points. When I contact my supplier about it, told me the following:
"You just need to convert the Access points to autonomous mode. Here are some details, there is no additional charge."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQ_NuxdRhQ4
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-14960
I looked at the links but couldn't understand properly. Then I searched over the internet and found out that
"a cisco autonomous access point basically runs on its own while a lightweight access point uses a centralized device called a wireless lan controller to get its configuration. autonomous access points are managed individually, while the lightweight access points can be managed centrally. also, the switchport configurations to support both types of access points will differ. "
I didn't understand, why he suggested to go for Wlan controller and to upgrade access points to autonomous mode, when according to above finding, it says that autonomous access points runs individually.
Please advice.
I shall be thankfullHello Scott and Leo,
Thanks for all your help.
I have managed to install and configure 4 Access points and Now Access points are giving speed between 25 to 45Mbps. Still not enought but it sloving the purpose. Everyone is enjoying their face book. I will soon get the Cisco Wlan Controller as well. I dont know if there is a way to get more speed from these access points. I am ready to buy more equipments if required.
Anyway, today I need your guys expretise once again. As you know Junipr Srx 210 is configured for fiber internet to provide internet services to school. Now we are changing the building and transfering the line to new building. This time I want to use Cisco router in place of Juniper Srx210. But I need to know what model will support the current configuration for fiber. Would you please tell me what model/series router will be suitable for fiber internet and for implementing other restrictions.
I am attaching a picture of current jiniper Srx 210 for your consideration.
I shall be very thankfull to you

What Does "Configure Universal Access" in iTunes do?
What Does “Configure Universal Access” in iTunes do?
Configure universal access does in fact just bring you to settings like large text and voiceover designed to help the impaired
the fact your phone disapeered after hitting it was probably just an unrelated glitch in itunes. Unplug and replug your phone to get it to show up again
