Confirm Delivery with Java 1.6

Hello,
last weekend we changed from using oajinitiator to Java 1.6 standard runtime.
Now we have the following problem:
in function "ship confirm" we´re doing "confirm delivery". From time to time
the pop-up "Messages" is now missing the buttons <OK> and <details>.
Further processing is not possible, you can only kill your transaction with F4/cancel
and try it again.
Does anybody know this problem and perhaps a solution to it?
Thanks
Thomas

but compiling the form to regenerate the FMX might help! This could be helpful. You may also verify that you have no invalid objects in the database, and there is no error in the alert_<SID>.log file.

  • Radio Frequency-confirmation OT on an outbound delivery with HU

    Hello Every Body,
I have a problem using standard transaction for the Radio Frequency.
    I explain my problem.
I would like to make a Good Issue with an outbound delivery by RF.
I create my outbound delivery with transaction MB1A.
And then I want to do the following steps with RF transaction LM61:
Creation OT - Confirmation OT - Good issue.
These steps are ok exepted the case partial consommation on a HU (which is on HU).
    For example:
    I have HU1 (palet) with 2 HU: HU2 and HU3 (bag) and I need only HU2.
In this case I have a problem for the TO confirmation.
Because I don't find where 'saying' I take this HU of this HU.
Thanks by advance for your help!

    Hello Stephen,
The issue here is that in the case of delivery created automaticaly via transaction MB1B the HU need to be precised at the moment of picking. However the company would like it to be working like in case of picking for a normal outbound delivery created in reference to a sales order (delivery type YLF) - while picking only a "technical" HU is taken and the righ HU are pricised by a user at the moment of picking confirmation.
Could you please propose any solution for that?

  • Cancelling a Confirmed TO with HU for an Outbound Delivery

We are using Handling Unit Mangement and Warehouse Management . Each Piece has a HU Number and we created an outbound delivery with 5 items. 5 Transfer orders are created  and  4 transfer orders are confirmed for 4 items and we had only one unit of stock for the other item and we found that the item is damaged and cannot be shipped, so I need to cancel the Transfer orders created for other items so that i can remove the delivery off the shipment. we do not ship partial. so we will ship the delivery in the next load,
The Transfer orders are created with movement type 601 & When i tried to unconfim the confirmed transfer orders using
    1) LT0G with movement type 602 I got an error message : "Delivery 80001495: Function not yet supported for TOs for HUs"
2 ) I tried to create another Transfer order through LT01/LT10 using movement type 602  so that i can bring the stock from 916/001/0080001495 to some other storage type and some other bin, but i got an error message stating that "Enter Requiremetn Number and type"
Can any one of you suggest how to canel the confirmed Handling untis for an OBD.
I searched the forum but could not find the right answer for this situation.
    Thanks,

    Hello,
Solution is described in OSS Note [436644 - Return to stock from delivery (LT0G) is not supported w/ HUs|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/436644]

  • Outbound delivery confirmation : MM - With Idoc

    Hello,
can you let us know if you have already use an idoc type to
confirm the picking of an outbound delivery and create the packing at the same time (HUM created and VL02N GI Posted) ?
It seems that this action is possible in DWM (EWM) but not existing for an MM Business flow (Stock managed only in MM)

    Thanks but i don't see the relation with [6988133|Re: Handling unit issue;
when we finish an outbound delivery with a goods issue, we see in VL03N the correct details and packaging information. There is no obvious mistake here, no error, up to Goods Issue we can change everything.
in some cases when the idoc SHP_OBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL is created some HU line details in segment E1BPDLVHDUNITM are wrong:

  • Goods Receipt using Inbound Delivery with reference to Outbound Delivery

Here is our scenario that we need help finding a solution:
    1.  Multiple Intracompany POs created
    2.  On the confirmations tab of the POs, we have u201CInbound Deliveryu201D Selected because the items need to be received in with Handling Unit management.
    3.  We have the Order Combination box checked on the shipping tab to allow 1 delivery to be created for multiple purchase orders.
    4.  We create only 1 Outbound Delivery for only available items on various purchase orders.
    5.  Due to being handling unit managed, we need to receive the items using an inbound delivery.
Problem:  We need to find a solution to easily enter an outbound delivery number which will allow us to receive only the parts that were shipped (issued), via the inbound delivery process.
If we remove the confirmation control key, we can complete a Goods Receipt for Outbound Delivery in MIGO u2013 but is there a way to complete a goods receipt using an inbound delivery with reference to an Outbound Delivery?
    Thank you for the help.

    Hi,
You can work with Inbound delivery created via IDOC Triggered from Outbound Delivery, this will carry the HU Data as well. Please refer this wonderful note, which will explain you a lot of things,  Note 1119073 - FAQ: Automatic inbound delivery creation for stock transfers
There are other notes also available for Inbound delivery creation with HU in STO, please browse the notes, if you find any difficulty.

  • Problem in Outbound delivery with order reference

    Hi,
I am facing problem with creation of outbound delivery with order reference from transaction VL01N. When i enter into the transaction with order key in, but in the tab Picking there is one column Pick quantity which is showing as grey field with zero value(Grey field don't allow to change the quantity). This Pick quantity is always allow to put us required quantity but i come across this kind of scenario very first time. Can you please help.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
Your combination of Plant+Storage location is enabled for warehouse management. So directly putting the picking value is not possible. You have two options now.
    1. If you know howto put pickign through transfer orders, do it through LT03 and confirm teh TO for picking quantity to be updated in delivery. You have to find out teh stock in the source bin and use it in transfer order. You may get in touch with WM consultant, if you dont know how to do it.
    2. If you are ok with just doing picking without WM, then you can change the storage location in delivery and then try picking in delivery itself. The storage location should not be enabled for WM for the plant.

  • Confirmed delivery date should be on Monday

    Hi All.
I have a requirement wherein, for a customer the confirmed delivery date should be on monday only.
We are using APO for GATP.
Can anyone please guide how to go about this?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    1. For this you need to maintain the Customer Calendar...
IMG --> SD --> Master data --> Business Partner --> Customer --> Shipping --> Define Customer Calendars....
Here create a calendar with working day as only on Monday and other days as holiday.
    2. Assign this calendar in the Customer Master --> General data --> Unloading Points....
create atleast one unloading point and assign the newly created calendar... you can also set this unloading point as default one...
Now the confirmed delivery date will be only on monday... if the confirmed qty is available on tuesday then it will be confirmed to the customer on next monday....
    Hope this solves your issue.

  • Partial delivery with BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

    Dear All,
Is there a way to force partial delivery in BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 ?
By default "complete delivery" is chosen.
I read somewhere that people fixed the issue using transaction OVZJ but in my case, this solution is not satisfactory because if I change this customizing, it changes the working order of the transaction VA01 (sales order creation).
If found a dedicated flag (PART_DLV) in ITEMS_IN table but I was not able to make it work...
    Follow my example:
    -     27 items in stock
    -     I want to make an order for 30 items
    -     VA01 creates the sales order and a delivery with confirmed quantity 27
    -     BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 creates the sales order and u201Cno delivery createdu201D.
    Thanks for your help.
    Best regards

In order to give the solution to all reader in the future. I finally find a solution.
I wrote an OSS message to SAP and they aswer me in this way:
    "Dear Customer,
In a BAPI, the ATP check is performed in the background.
Since the system is performing the availability check
in background, the availability screen cannot be performed.
So it is not able to make decisions regarding full
delivery, delivery proposal...In this case, the system uses
the configuration found in OVZJ. If your availability checking
rule in OVZJ is blank, the system will choose full delivery.
Sorry, but I can not give you a better solution to customizing in
OVZJ, if you whish a partial delivery."
In that transaction in customizing I insert the value "E" and the partial delivery is created from VA01 and from bapi too.

  • Combined delivery with different delivery dates:

Combined delivery with different delivery dates:
We are experiencing a problem when doing combined delivery from multiple orders of the same ship to party.
All the requirements are being met (for the order combination) accept the Delivery dates.
Sometimes an order Qty is confirmed on the 1at of a month , then the second order qty is confirmed on the 15th of the month.  But when we want to make the combined delivery , the delivery dates differ and the user has to go into the individual order ans changes the dates.
Is there a way to make the combination, the system not taking in account the delivery dates? Because we have huge no. of orders to combine. Please guide.
    Regards,
    Mansur.

    Dear Mansur,
I think there is no any solution exaclty map with your problem in standard SAP.
Better you control based on the MRP type, not sure. And also check with availability check and tranfer of requirments.
    Thnx,

  • Can we create inbound delivery with refernce to outbound delivery?

    Dear all,
can we create inbound delivery with refernce to outbound delivery?
    Regards
    ahmad

    Dear Ahamed
I beleive it is a stock movement between 2 different plants
If so then the receiving plant will have to do GR against the outbound delivery only
The outbound delivery of the supplying plant
The  outbound delivery of the supplying plant will not become the inbound delivery of the receiving plant in SAP
    But logically yes
Your second post talks about outbound delivery only and that is correct
My point is your proces doesnot involve inbound delivery at all
In STO there is no inbound delivery at all
Inbound delivery in SAP means shipping notification that means the confirmation from the vendor about the despatches
That will not have  muck material details and it is just a confirmation
Meaning of inbound delivery from SCM 601 logistics execution
The goods receipt process using inbound deliveries realistically maps standard
processes in many companies. If the vendor announces the goods receipt with a
shipping notification, the inbound delivery can be created either manually or
automatically on the basis of the shipping notification. It contains information
transmitted by the vendor concerning the expected delivery times and quantities,
as well as any information about packaging. It is also the reference document for
the subsequent putaway using a transfer order. If you also use the transportation
function as part of Logistics Execution, you can summarize inbound deliveries
    into inbound shipments.

  • Writing Programs with java in 10.3.9

So, I'm trying to teach myself the basics of Java. Here's what I did:
I went to the apple website and poked around until I found what I THOUGHT was the right download. (JavaForMacOSX10.3Update5.pkg). This SEEMS to have created a Java folder (Applications/Utilities/Java) However I can't confirm that it wasn't there before I downloaded and ran the JavaForMacOSX10.3Update5.pkg. Inside this folder are four applications (Applet Launcher, Input Method HotKey and two other PlugIns).
After reading a bunch of stuff about Java it seemed like I needed to be working with the Terminal Application in order to do command line stuff. I wrote a little program in TextEditor, saved it as "HelloApp.java" (like the book told me to) and then went to Terminal to try to compile it.
When I open Terminal, here's what I see:
Last login: Tue Jun 10 19:29:19 on ttyp1
    Welcome to Darwin!
    [Peter-Booths-Computer:~] peterboo%
    I typed in <javac HelloApp.java> and here's what I got back:
    error: cannot read: HelloApp.java
    1 error
    [Peter-Booths-Computer:~] peterboo%
    Sooo... my questions:
How do I tell the computer through command line entries exactly WHERE my HelloApp.java file is? On a PC, they do something like cd C:/ to change directories to the location where the file is saved. Is there an equivalent command on a Mac?
I'm not even sure that I've got the Java JDK or JSE or whatever the heck it's called on my computer. Can someone tell me how to figure that out?
Is there a slicker way to compile, run etc. code with Java beside command line stuff in Terminal?
Thanks a TON to anyone who can help me.

Specify the path in the Terminal; a path will look like ~/Desktop/HelloApp.java if the item is on your desktop; when starting a path, ~ refers to your home folder, while / refers to the top level of the drive. Using 'cd' followed by a path will take you to that location from your current folder unless the path starts with a ~ or /, which work as above.
A path which starts with ../ refers to the folder enclosing the one you're currently looking at.

  • Statistical Delivery date vs Confirmed Delivery date

    Hi Experts,
Been browsing a bit in the threads and found that there are two notes that need to be implemented for a correct refreshing of Statistical Delivery date.
We would like the system to take the Confirmed delivery date as the Statistical Delivery date.
My question is, since we are using manual confirmations in the PO, Is it possible that the manually confirmed date in the PO is copied automatically in the Statistical Delivery date?
Or we need to manually confirm, and then again manually copy the same date in Stat. Del. Date field?

    Toni,
In Standard SAP, there is no relationship between 'Statistical Delivery date' and any date contained in the confirmations.  If you want them to somehow be linked, this will require custom programming.  Spec it out and hand the requirements off to your ABAPers.
One thing to bear in mind is that the Statistical delivery date(s) are related to the Purchase Order Item SCHEDULES.  Confirmation date(s) are related to the Purchase Order ITEMS (not the schedules).  If you decide to create some custom code, you will need to accommodate the instances when the number of confirmation lines is different from the number of schedule lines.
For example, for one Purchase order item, I might have 3 schedules, with 3 statistical delivery dates.  When the Purchase order item confirmations are entered, I might have 1 confirmation, 3 confirmations, or 4 confirmations, all for the single PO Item.  You will then have to decide which date should be moved to Statistical delivery date.
