Hi Experts
i set my G/L account > item group
Item group accounting tab consist of below mentioned details

(A) Asset Drawer (E) Expenditure Drawer
I purchased raw materials and consumable groups and sold finished goods
Now i generate the Profit & Loss
I could not see the list of material consumable in loss side
I got the message from my accountant
Profit side shows
Revenue
Loss side shows
COGS
What is COGS contain? or can i take the COGS list wise.

Sorry, i confussed with COGS account.
we are deling with manufactring accounts. The company's profit and loss reports has raw material consumed and packing material consumed and WIP OS A/C, WIP CS A/C has been in Profit and loss account. But B one 2005 profit & loss will not show the consumed material account.
How can i set the Profit & Loss and balance sheet ?
we set the GL account item group
Pls help me it is very argent.

Table mver---used for material consumption.
T code mcre---again used in consumption reports,
Table MVER gives you detail of Material Consumption
Also, MSEG (MENGE) and S026 (ENMNG) ... Pls restrict the selection condition for material with movement type 261 in table MSEG

Operation wise fuel consumption details.

Dears,
How can we get the operation wise raw material consumption details. For example in an order I am having 5 operations. Each operation requires some fuel consumption. Fuel is my BOM component. I need to issue the quantity of fuel for each operation. Again in the report also... I need the details of fuel consumption operation wise. How can we divide the total quantity of fuel to different routing operations. one way is I can maintain different line items in BOM. Is there any other way of doing it? How can get it in report?

Hi,
I don't think so that there is such report which will give you operation wise consumption but you can make that fuel consumption as a activity type in ur standard value key and make some std value to put it in the routing, then if you go for operation wise confirmation then in that screen you will be able to put the consumption details in it.
you can take a report of that also in COOIS.
order wise consumption you can get from order report itself

the requirement is to get the delivery details for a particular sales doc no and item....
i fetched this details from likp table.
but there arises a performance issue ....
it's taking lot of time to fetch these details ...
is there any alternate table or any FM to get the Delivery details instead of from LIKP table ...

The transaction is VL10A (there are also other VL10s, e.g. VL10G, but they are almost the same). vl06o is for when the deliveries have already been created but good issue has not been done yet.

Need the memory consumption details of a interface

Hi,
We have scenario that there are 5000 messages were trigered at a time ie.., during peak time.
Is there any way in XI 3.0 to analyse the memory and CPU consumption of a single interface.
I am aware of the option to pull the entries from Performance monitoring in RWB. Is there any file where we can get the memory dumps for every 10 min.
The scenario consits of BPM where 5000 messages are triggered and get processed.
Please help.

You can check this in tcode ST06N,ST06 for time basis but for interface wise you can check user wise if uses different users for RFC connection in tcode STAD.

Forecast consumption situation not shown in Forecast tab-RRP3 View

Hi,
I have released Forecast(FA) from DP to SNP.I am able to see the forecasts in Product view Elements tab.But I am not able to see any Forecast consumption details and overview in Forecast tab of Product view.It is showing if i create forecast manually in RRP3 view itself.How to bring the forecast data in forecast tab of RRP3 view.

Hi Venkadesh,
This is a known issue and can be solved by SAP Note 743646 - Incorrect consumption situation in product view.
Using a report, you can adjust the consumption situation in the element view so that it is the same as the consumption situation in the forecasting view. To do this, call transaction SE38 and create the report Z_CSP_DELTA_FCST with the title "Check of the consumption situation"; Type: Executable program; Status: Test program; Application: Materials Management. Delete the first line "REPORT..." from the new report then use the cut and paste functions to add the program to the correction instructions.
Try this out and let me kow if this solves your purpose.

Consumption of Water & Power

Dear PM GURUS,
First of all i thanks to all the PM gurus for giving the good solutions for my questions. I hope in future also i will get the same response from you people for my questions.
In my business scenario, Maintenance people note down the power and water daily consumption details in their respective logbook or reading enter book. after calculating the difference Sr.engineer enters the same data in Excel sheet and at the end of the month he makes one graphical representation to show the management. Now client asking same thing in SAP. How i can get this one SAP. Basically i did one thing I creates all measuring counters where ever he took the reading and updated in SAP , by using the IK17 i get the individual measuring counter details for the whole month. If i entered measuring counter from number to TO number i got the details but its not in proper manner. One by One sequentially its displaying. But user wants Bar or graphical manner. Please suggest me what ever i proposed is it right manner as per the SAP, if its right how i can improve the solution please guide me. i hope i will get the answer very soonly.

When you execute IK17 then list report will be display.then select columns and small graphic icon is on menu bar
Then go to menu LIST >> GRAPHIC
or else you have option of ABC analysis and or download it to spreadsheet and generate graphic in excel

In time Consumption of Raw material in case of Subcontracting

Please look into the following issue.
Presently we are sending Raw material to subcontracting vendor through 541 mvt type along with excis challan.Then subcontractor intimates raw material consumption details time to time through mail/fax.Now as per client requirement raw material consumption should be done in time i.e. when they are receiving raw material consumption details. They don't want book the raw material consumtion at the the time of receipt of finish goods.
Please guide me to book in time consumption of raw material.

I want to do the manual consumption from subcontracting stock. Client don't want to book the consumption at the the time of raw material transfer to subcontractor. Also there will be problem in subcontracting challan reconcillation.
We can't do the manual consumption through 543 mvt type .Is there any workarround for this ?

IN GL Line item display i am not getting the same and through MB51 by using Movement Type 201 and 261 is not fruitfull.
Actly while preparing of Balance Sheet i need to give the Consumption Detail Item Wise.

How to track material consumption before closing of Production Order

Hi all,
My customer needs to track online material consumption in Profit & Loss statment.
Now when we take trials, we found that if we do not close a production order then Change in stock a GL under Expenditure drawer is not updated, and also the cost of good sold is only updated when we post sales delivery transaction.
Now the issue is that my customer wants to track online material consumption, meaning once material is issued for a production order then it should appear in P & L under expenditure.
We are using default valuation method as Standard for the Finished Good Item group, due to which WIP Inventory variance GL (we are using Change in Stock under Expenditure drawer of COA) gets updated on closing of work order. Second GL Cost of Goods Sold gets update on posting Sales Delivery.The difference of these two GL shows correct Material consumption, but for this we need to post Production Order close and Sales Delivery transactions.
I wish to know that
1.Is it possible to track online material consumption in SAP B1 ?
(Here online meaning if we post only material issue transaction, and we do not have posted production order close and sales delivery transactions )
2.If yes, how to achive it?

Display data and iframe side by side

I have a requirement like to display the header and item details on left side of the page and another webpage using iframe tag on right side. How is it possible? I should not use the tabstrips.

First you need to create a BSP page that holds the header and Item details(Let's say this as custom.htm).
Secondly create a new page with frame set tag and call the custom.htm page and other webpage with URL.
Sample coding will be like

Hi,
I don't think so that there is such report which will give you operation wise consumption but you can make that fuel consumption as a activity type in ur standard value key and make some std value to put it in the routing, then if you go for operation wise confirmation then in that screen you will be able to put the consumption details in it.
you can take a report of that also in COOIS.
order wise consumption you can get from order report itself
reward poits if you find it useful.

Material consumption by Equip during outside repair process

Hi All,
if I send one equipment for repair outside(eg. Telephone), first time during repair process he replaced Wire, next time
after few month suppose he replaced Keypad. the both materials he(third party) changed are not maintained in our material
master. At the end of the year suppose I wish to know which r the repair processes happened for this equipment
(ie. Telephone) & which r the materials changed/consumed by this equipment during this year.
How could I come to know these details?
