Forecast consumption situation not shown in Forecast tab-RRP3 View

Hi,
I have released Forecast(FA) from DP to SNP.I am able to see the forecasts in Product view Elements tab.But I am not able to see any Forecast consumption details and overview in Forecast tab of Product view.It is showing if i create forecast manually in RRP3 view itself.How to bring the forecast data in forecast tab of RRP3 view.

Hi Venkadesh,
This is a known issue and can be solved by SAP Note 743646 - Incorrect consumption situation in product view.
Using a report, you can adjust the consumption situation in the element view so that it is the same as the consumption situation in the forecasting view. To do this, call transaction SE38 and create the report Z_CSP_DELTA_FCST with the title "Check of the consumption situation"; Type: Executable program; Status: Test program; Application: Materials Management. Delete the first line "REPORT..." from the new report then use the cut and paste functions to add the program to the correction instructions.
Try this out and let me kow if this solves your purpose.

Please check the following setting once again in spro > sales and distribution > baisc function > partner determination > For customer master
1. check for partner determination procedure AG , if you have created a new one then please check whether it is there in the list.
2.Select the AG and then check for whether the partner function has been made mandatory in the procedure or not.
tick mark SP, BP,SH,PY , since Sold to party should not be allowed to change so mark it as Not Modifable
3. partner determination procedure assingment for the account group. AG should be assinged to your account group
4. Account Group Function assingment - Make sure your all the partner function SP,BP.PY.SH has been assinged to the Account group here.

Forecast Consumption in APO- No Data Available in Product View

Hi Experts
I facing some problem in Forecast Consumption in APO. The APO system is connected to a R/3 system. So data relevant for Forecast consumption comes from R/3.
The allocation indicator in the requirement class assigned to the strategy maintained in the product master is set as " no consumption with customer requirement". and the same is transfered to APO.
I have the changed the settings in APO and here are the setting maintained in APO to enable Forecast Consumption.
Product Master Setting:
a) Consumption Mode: 2 ( forward and backward)
b) Consumption Period: ( 30 days both backward and forward)
c) Strategy Group : 20 and assignment mode is set to "Assign customer requirement to planning with final assembly" and category group has sales order - BM
d) The check mode setting in the ATP tab is set to "Assign customer requirement to planning with final assembly"
I have a forecast for today's date and a sales order transferred from R/3 for the same date. But I do not see any data in the Forecast tab in the product view ( /sapapo/rrp3 Tcode)
Please let me know if I am missing any setting in APO. Or the SAles order carries the strategy information from R/3 and influencing the consumption any way.

What is your Forecast & Sales order quantity? If these are same then sales order consumed forecast, so you can not able to see in the rrp3.
Second thing try to increse the forecast quantity than sales order quantity & then check it.

Books on iPad not shown under iPad tab in iTunes

For some reason existing ebooks on my iPad mini are not visible under the "Books" sidebar entry inside iTunes, under the "On This iPad" tab. I can add books to iBooks on the iPad by dragging them to the iPad icon inside iTunes, and the books transfer OK; they simply are not shown in the list in iTunes. I have another iPad which works fine, i.e. books on the iPad shows up in the list; same with an iPhone which works correctly. Alldevices have synch switched off so I manually add books (and music; music list works fine on all of them so it is only books having the problem).
This is frustrating since it means I cannot remove books from the iPad using iTunes. Deleting all the books on the iPad (by doing it inside the iBooks app on it), deleting the iBooks app itself, rebooting, and then re-adding books does not help. Also, the iPad in questio was recently reset using an iCloud backup which did not change the situation.
So any ideas why my iTunes insists there are no books on this particular iPad, even though iTunes happily transfers them?

Firstly, make sure that your device is not hidden (left hand pane). If it just reads device then toggle between SHOW and HIDE.
Secondly, try all the other ports on your computer, even a number of times.
Thirdly, if you have another computer try plugging your device into it without taking any action, give it a moment, remove it and try it back in your other computer again.

Users in flat file not shown in Ressources Tab

Is it normal that users saved in flat (XML)files are not shown in the ressources tab?
When I acces the active directory or a WINNT or Solaris passwd file I see a "+" in front of the ressource with clicking on it I see all users within this ressource.
But there's no "+" in front of my XML ressource also I have some users saved within my XML file!?

I think you must be looking at the reconciliation account index. Only resources that you have reconcile against will have entries in the account index.

App shown in "Purchase History" but not shown in "Purchase" tab

I tried syncing my Ipad2 to Ipad3. Only some of my apps transferred to the new Ipad3.
I checked Itunes purchase log "Purchase History" and it DOES show that I purchased the apps, but yet the app is not shown on the ipad3.
On the ipad3, went into App Store/ Purchased (tab at bottom).
My puchased app is not there. I only see the Free version.
I thought to try to see if I tried to purchase again, I would get a message that the item is already purchased.
It brought me all the way up to the credit card info page, so I stopped as I do not want to purchase again.
Question is...How do I get my purchased apps back ?
Purchase History shows it there and paid for, but everytime I try to restart and reconnect and re-sync and turn off then turn on, it does not come back.
I checked my Itunes apps, and the only app shown is the free version. What happened to the bought version?
I only have (1) Apple Id account.
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Does it also not show under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?
You can try contacting iTunes support and see if they can see why it's not there (I'm not aware of any phone support for iTunes) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Depreciation value not shown under the tab 'posted value' in AW01N

Dear experts
I have in chart of depreciation US GAAP book(posted to G/L), local GAAP book(not posted), book to post difference of two GAAP(posted to G/L), and local tax book.
In AW01N, the ordinary depreciation value is shown correctly for all books in the first tab 'planned values',
But on the second tab 'posted values', depreciation value only shown for the US GAAP book.
I'm thinking it maybe relavant with posting to G/L or not, that means only book with posting to G/L is shown with deprecation value on the second tab.
But something strange is in another chart of deprecation, deprecation value is shown for US book, local book.
Could someone comment how to control deprecation value shown or not on the second tab by local book?

Hi,
If you would have mentioned it as a "area post in real time" it will show you in the aw01n. If not, it will not show. Because, the tab specifies the posted values which means how much depreciation posted to GL.
As you have put "area doesnot post" for the local book, it will not show the balance.

Sales order not shown in MD04 and product view

Hi All,
Sales order is created,but its not showing in MD04 and RRP3,The material type is X0.
I checked the status of the sales order that is blocked for authorization,Is there any other reason for this.

Hi,
In the sales order, please check the item category in the schedule lines.
If the item category is CN, then you cannot see the requirements in MD04.
The item category is determined from the MRP type set in the material master. Since it was ND earlier, the Item category in the sales order became CN.
Had the sales order been created after changing the MRP type, the Item category would have been CP and you can see the requirements in MD04.
You can change the item category in the schedule line to CP and the requirements will be transferred to MD04.
Once they are in MD04, they would automatically come to RRP3, provided the material exists in the active integration model.

Drill Down information - not shown in another tab, no navigation

Issue with Drill Down in Crystal Report Viewer 2008:
when clicking on summarized data, detailed data is shown, but it canu2019t be navigated if it has many records in more than 1 page.
Reason? seem's that the navigation logic is for the report itself (parent-summary), without taking into account this hidden data, even if it is visible after clicking.
Any clues?

Time not shown properly in Day/Week view

The time intervals in Day/Week view are replaced by "[Day-of-Week] AM/PM" and time in event info panel is replaced by the date. Does anyone know of a way to fix this so that it shows the time properly?

I have a similar problem, but the solution above does not work for me: in the time, the minutes are displayed as if it was a decimal number. For example, 18:00 is displayed as 18:0, with just one 0.
This is particularly bad if the time is say 18:01 because then it is displayed as 18:1, which clearly leads to confusion, as it could be 18:10.
I have checked the time settings under international, but it makes no difference. Further, the problem is in all the views, i.e. day, week or month.
Any help would be most appreciated.

GATP - Forecast Consumption withdrawal quantity

Hello Gurus,
Need your expert advise on forecast consumption situation where we did PGI against Delivery qty wich is same as SO qty and and forecast consumptions happens and it show in withdrawal qty column when PGI. But if we cancel/Reverse GI, withdrawal qty still appears (I mean by right it should disappear from withdrawal qty and SO should appear as allocated qty since Cancelled GI), very much appreciated your help on it. upto here the consumption situation correct but when we do Reversal PGI then

so here after GI reversal, it does not show SO as 100 in allocated since cancelled GI and it shows as withdrawal only, even we tried to delete Delivery but still it shows withdrawal as 100.. and also we even deleted SO, stiil withdrawal qty still shows 100, by right once SO deleted or cancel GI, withdrawal qty should be '0' and SO should be 100.
Its a customised senario and how to fix this issue? Appreciate your help and advise with more info. Thank you.

Question on Inline forecast consumption in ASCP

We are trying to test the option of cosuming the forecast in ASCP.
We currently have the forecasts consumed in the source i.e. at the forecast set by the planning manager. But we have new requirement that for some of the organizations, we would like the forecast to consumed in the plan NOT at the forecast set.
So, can you please suggest how we can do that? And what are necessary setup steps or profile option settings that we need to do the forecast consumtion in the ASCP plan.
Below are couple steps that I tried but the forecast consumption does not happen in ASCP.
1. Stoppped planning manager
2. Checked "Consume by Forecast bucket" on the Main tab of the plan options
3. Set the values for Backward and forward days as 5 and 5
4. Turn off the "Consume" option on the forecast set.
I really appreciate you review and suggestions on this.

also It does nt mater it gets consumed in source or not you will anyway collect orig FC qty and ascp will consume accoridng to plan options.

Forecast Consumption in SNP for shipped qty's

Hello experts,
I got a question for forecast consumption in SNP and whether forecast stays "consumed" or not after a customer orders gets shipped (Post Goods Issue).
My example is: I have a weekly bucket forecast qty of 100 in DP and release this to SNP. Now in SNP planning book I have 30 units of open Customer Demand against it ... means I have 70 in Forecast line (30 units got consumed correctly). Once I create a shipment for the open Customer Order of 30 units in R3 the situations remains the same .. but if I post the Goods Issue now on the delivery document the Customer Demand disappears (which is correct) but my Forecast line increases again from 70 to 100. I thought forecast consumption in APO would "remember" the already shipped quantities ? I know that you can reorganize open forecast but want I'm looking for is the standard R3 behaviour of keeping already shipped qty's as consumed. Can anybody help here or explain ?

I checked the note - there is only point 9 in the list saying:
"9. During goods issue for the delivery in R/3, the forecast is always reduced to the date requested by the customer. In addition, overdeliveries are ignored."
Unfortunately this doesn't explain how it works or needs to be done to have FCST consumption happen in APO_SNP based on shipped qty's. In my case FCST consumption works okay up to the point of posting the goods issue on a delivery document. I wonder if there something I need to activate somewhere to have this working since I can't see any "with drawn qty" in APO.
Any other hints ?

Hi,
Forecast Consumption is not been executed for Items Externally Sourced.
Then you just change the item attribute to Internal Sourced and starts working.
