Hello,
i want to create and select procedure in SQL commands editor:
CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE SLEEP AS BEGIN DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('a'); END; SELECT SLEEP() from dual;
but i get error Error at line 1: PLS-00103
that says it was founded SELECT...
can u help me ? thanx..
and, can i execute php code on this server ? thanx

if I execute this code as one statement:

1.) whats wrong?

Iam trying to create a table dynamically and selecting from it in same plsql block, but am getting "table doesnot exist" error. however if i just create a table dynamically and then do a select on it seperately it works..

Becuase your code is first checked for syntax/object existance during compilation and throws an error saying the table does not exist.

Creating and Selecting a line in After Effects CC?

OK, So I suppose this is a two part question...
But there is a little thing in After Effects CC that is annopying me alot, and it could just be me, and the way I've been doing things...
1) The way I have creating a simple Line in After effects, is by using the pen tool, placing two points, and then just using a stroke on the Shape Layer, and no fill. Is this the most efficient way to creating a line in After Effects? It's what i have always done, and it's not until CC that it has been a pain.
2) The reason why it's inconveniencing me is when i try to select that Shape Layer in the Comp Viewer! For some reason, in CS6, when i wanted to select that line, i could just click on it, and it selects the layer, Now, when i click on the line i just made, nothing happens, no where in the line that i can click or highlight will it select the layer of that line, Instead, I have to click the very center of the composition for some reason. there is small unseen point there that i either have to click exactly, or click and drag in that area, in order to select the layer, which gets annoying if there are many line at any given moment. This point is also where the anchor point for the layer is placed.... Is there any way to change this? To be able to change some setting so that when i click on the line itself, it selects it, and to have the Anchor point be placed in the center of the two point i make?

But I do this kind of thing all the time. The last 5 projects involved 8 stroked horizontal and vertical shape layers drawn with the path tool that I had to move around the screen. I also had a bunch of little shapes that were only 5 X 5 pixels. These layers are nearly impossible to grab in the comp window at even 200% zoom factor without inadvertently grabbing the wrong layer or scaling the layer when you try to move it in the comp window.
It is like trying to drive a screw with a hammer. It will kind of work but you will do a much better job if you use a screwdriver and the screw will remain undamaged. Hence, selecting small assets in the timeline and moving them around with the transform properties from the timeline is using a screwdriver. Using the direct selection tool is just the wrong tool for this and it always has been. You have to have some real estate to grab on to if you expect to move a layer without scaling it.
You can mitigate the scaling problem for small layers by adding a simple expression to scale so the layer always stays at 100% but this will just automatically fix the scale problem and won't help moving the layer around in the comp window very much.

If you are using MSSQL SERVER then try creating a stored procedure like this
create proc Name
select * from Table
by executing this in sql query analyzer will create a stored procedure that returns all the data from Table
here is the syntax to create SP

AS sql_statement [ ...n ]
Now Create new report and create new connection to your database and select stored procedure and add it to the report that shows all the columns and you can place the required fields in the report and refresh the report.

CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE return data like SELECT statement

"SELECT * FROM SEARCH_KEYWORD" is successfully done and return the data of the tables. Now, I want to run that on server side using PROCEDURE.
I successfully executed the below scripts. Please teach me how to call the sp_test procedure. OR if you have other way or maybe my scripts are wrong.

Wrong forum. You should ask this question in the SQL and PL/SQL forum.
Couple of comments though. Oracle is not SQL-Server. So calling a procedure that returns a ref cursor is different from a T-SQL macro procedure that functions like a view.
Also, there is no need to use the SQL-Server standard (and silly one at that) of prefixing stored procedures using the text "sp_". In fact, the whole concept of Hungarian-like notation is something of the past and has no place in today's paradigm of software engineering.
As for calling a a proc that returns a ref cursor, from SQL*Plus it will look as follows:
SQL> var c refcursor
SQL>
SQL> exec LPG.sp_test( :c )
SQL> print c
Ref cursor needs to be supported by the client language you use to make this call to Oracle.

Display results from dynamic query created and executed inside procedure

My dynamic query now returns a single string ( select col1 || col2 || col3 from bla)
This way I don't have dynamic collumns issue, and from business side, this ''string'' format works for them.
This way I can use the pipelines to get the result out...

The following procedure doesn't compile if sequence SEQ_ADR does not exist before compilation. I had to create the sequence manually before being able to compile this procedure. How can I avoid this manual generation?

What is the diffrence between "Key to Select" and "Selected Key" while creating Radio Buttons?

While creating radio buttons there is a confusion regarding two properties "Key to Select" and "Selected Key".Can anybody explain it with example?

Please find my explanation as below
Key to Select: This is the unique key for each radio button to identify which one is selected
Selected Key: This holds the "KEY" of selected radio button
Example:
   Let us say we have 2 radio buttons : Male & Female
     Create a context attribute SELECTED_KEY of type STRING.
     Create an action ON_SELECT for radio button select event
     Now,
     the properties for "MALE" radio button as below
          KEY_TO_SELECT = 'M'
          SELECTED_KEY = "bind to the context attribute SELECTED_KEY
          OnSelect = 'ON_SELECT'.
     The properties for 'Female" radio button as below
          KEY_TO_SELECT = 'F'
          SELECTED_KEY = "bind to the context attribute SELECTED_KEY
          OnSelect = 'ON_SELECT'.
If we select radio button 'Male', we get the key as 'M' and for 'Female' radio button 'F'.
check inside the event handler method ONACTIONON_SELECT, you get the 'KEY' of selected radio button.
So, the context attribute 'SELECTED_KEY' gets filled with the key of selected radio button

I didn't understand the option to Inherit or start a new back up, and therefore selected the option to create a new backup. I believe I should have selected to Inherit backup history so that when i back it up on the new MackBook Air, it appears the same as the one I'm returning.... Is there anyway that i can re-select the option to Inherit backup history for time machine?

Creating and calling stored procedure using jdbc

When I try to create and call a stored procedure using JDBC a very confusing error message about non-existence of the procedure just created is thrown. Using Informix database (IDS 10). Any pointers to point out what am doing wrong would be great!

Creating a Select-option with no-intervals and a parameter on a single line

I have a unusual reqirment of creating a select-option with no intervals obligatory and a parameter on a single line. Is this possible? Can any one please provide me a solution for this. I reffered to the SAP help and what i found out is a single line can contain only parameters.

Creating Index in Procedure and defined variables

I have a procedure and in this I want to create a Index. The table in which I want to create the index in I have defined with a variable.
The variables I have declared before.

The user executing this procedure should have explicit create table and create view privileges.
This is required if the index is created via the procedure even though these explicit privileges are not required
when the index is created directly in SQL.
