Create CRM sales Order based on contracts

Hi Experts,
Could you please guide me how to create sales order based on contract from CRM 5.0? What are customizing settings and coding to be in CRM to enable this?
The requirement is to display the list of sales contracts of type A&B from R3 to CRM system.  If the customer selects contract type A, sales order X should be created from CRM. If the customers select contract type B, sales order Y should be created from CRM. Also, if the order is created based on Contract, will the document flow will be mapped to contract etc.
Regards,
Ronit

Start here with this SAP Help documentation.
[Contract processing in CRM Web Channel|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm52sp01/helpdata/EN/d2/650e26a21fe04bba5298afd089b9dd/content.htm] - link.
You can either create the contracts in CRM or download it from your ECC backend using middleware.
The scenario and especially the user interface is predefined in the application. Contract Item selection and transfer to basket is provided in the Catalog and not directly in the basket. Most customers want the contract item selection from the basket, and this will be an enhancement.
If you want the UI navigation to match what happens in SAPGUI will require custom development.

  • To create the Sales Order based on PO IDOC.

    Hi Experts,
The requirement is based on the generated PO IDoc, I have to create the Sales Order.
Say Ex: Consider the Client 130. Here I have changed the PO 4500017195 by giving the Medium as EDI in the messages and saved the PO.
As a result of that IDoc got generated at the port. Now using this IDoc I have to create the Sales Order in the same 130 client.
    Thanks in Advance.

now read the same IDOC..configure it for inbound process code in WE20...or you can create  a report...call the created idoc using process code of SO...

  • Creating sales order based on store numbers in IS retail

    Hi ,
I want create a sales order based on the PO received from the customer in the IS Retail system. The purchase order will be sent in a EDI file.
a single line item in the PO will have multiple store locations where we need to ship materials. for example.
    Let us take an example
PO will have an item "Shampoo"  quantity  - 1000, this 1000 has to be shipped to diffrenet stores like 0001 - 100, 0002 - 100 , 003 - 200 etc. Based on this PO we need to create a sales order.
Is there any way we can handle in SAP IS retail to create sales order & save the customer store number in the sales order for that item
    With Regards
    K.Varadharajan

    Hi Varadarajan,
For one Sales Order only one Sold to Party and one Ship to Party are possible as they are header data.
You can have individual Sales Order for each outlet and one delivery can be made for several Sales Order for single Ship to Party.
    Hope this clarifies you.

  • Creating ERP Sales order with reference to CRM Service Order

    Hello all,
I am trying to create an ERP Sales Order from CRM. If Icreate the Sales Order manually, it is working correctly but, if I try to create the ERP Sales Order as follow-up document for the CRM Service Order, it is not working.
I have defined the Cross-system Copying of Transaction Types, byt the ERP sales order is not shown as possible follow.up doc from the CRM Service Order. Does anyone know if it is possible?
Additionally, I would need to create CRM Sales Orders in reference to ERP Sales Order. Is there any way to do it??
    Thanks in advance and Regards,

    Hi Oliver,
    Rajendra answer is correct.
The SAP Standard integration Scenario creates a ERP sales order for all the salesitems in the serviceorder.
Without items no salesorder is created in standard.
Maybe you could realize your requirement with own coding when you save a new service order or by button - click.
I realized something similar some weeks ago. One hind:  It is helpfull to maintain a ztable where you store which CRM serviceorder is linked to which sales orders.
    Kind regards.

  • Sales order from Service Contract?

    Dear SD Guru,
Can I created Sales Order from Service Contract? I would like to create a sales order from service contract (MV) and I need to generate billing from the sales order. MV-> OR-> F2. No Resource Related Billing involved.

    Hi,
I think this can be achieved, if you do copy control from order to order in VTAA.
    Thanks

  • How to pass R/3 Sales org unit to CRM Sales order ?

    Hi,
We are creating CRM sales order using FM ' <b>CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE'</b>.
We want to pass Sales Org. unit as '1101' ,but not getting updated in CRMD_ORDER tcode after SO gets created suxusfully. But Distribution Channel and Division are getting updated.
But we are able to get the same if we give Sales Org. unit value as 'O 50000026',
    and not by giving '1101'.
Also we need this R/3 Sales Org. unit value dynamically using SELECT statement also.
Pls let me know if anybody is aware of a solution for this..

    Hi Nagesh,
    Thanks for your reply.
    If we pass R/3
    wa_orgman-sales_org     =  '1101'
    wa_orgman-sales_office = '1101',
    wa_orgman-sales_group = '105' ,
    wa_orgman-dis_channel   = '01'.
    wa_orgman-division      = '11'.
in the function module ,   sales order is getting created with errors saying Organizational Unit does not exist.
    But If we give  ,
      wa_orgman-sales_org     =  'O 50000026'.
      wa_orgman-sales_office  =  'O 50000075'.
      wa_orgman-sales_group  =  'O 50000080'.
      wa_orgman-dis_channel   = '01'.
      wa_orgman-division      = '11'.
we could able to create order without errors.
For R/3 sales org ,the corresponding CRM sales unit is 'O 50000026'.
We want to pass R/3 sales org values instead of CRM sales values.
And this R/3 sales org values have to be selected dynamically from a table.
Pls help  us to solve this issue.

  • Sales order based on purchased order

    Hi,
How can do a sales order based on a purchase order? I will see all the document workflow on the purchase order history?
            Thanks in advance...
                  Best Regards
                         João Fernandes

    Hello Fernandes,
I don't think there would be a process where in we place a purchase order to our vendors and then create a sales order based on it for a customer.. Its not at all a common business process..
Generally we will purchase if required, if we have any sales order, for which we don't have enough stock or doesn't manufacture those products; but the vise versa may not happen in general.
And even SAP doesn't support that, you can never see the Sales order in the Purchase order history.
We can create the Sales order based on the purchase order that was placed by the customer .
Please confirm your business requirements, and let us know to help you in a better way.
    Regards,
    Ajai

  • Bapi or function module to create a sales order in CRM 5.1 system

    Hi experts,
Anyone knows any Bapi or function module to create a Sales order in CRM 5.1 system directly.
    Thanks.
    regards.
    Ruchi.

    hi ruchi,
sory for the late respond, got a lot works to be done.
based on my experience, you need several more information such as currency, uom for quantity, sales organization, etc.
and honestly, i have never tried to create an order by just using 3 information ( sold to party, item, and quantity ),
but i think it is possible because some of the information can be determined using configuration, but still some information is missing and the order that you create will have an error and you can't do next process of the order unless somebody fix / fill the information needed.
just an idea, perhaps you need some z-tables to put your certain information needed for order creation and the information is maintained for each sold to party ( sold to party is a key of z-tables ) and each time order is created, all information will be query in this tables.
and for this tables may be you can create an offline maintainance scenario using an adobe document. by this way, the sold to party can maintained all his/her/their information by them self.
and by using this scenario, you can still maintain / create the order by programming ( perhaps using function module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN or else ).
actually i want to implement in my company but don't have a chance becuase all has been set up and the management will think twice for implementing this scenario.
    hopes it hels
    cheers

  • CRM sales order and rules-based ATP

    Case:
CRM sales order calls SCM APO for an ATP check.
    Rules-based ATP is triggered.
CRM sales order is saved and replicated in R/3.
    Question:
Is it possible that the ATP check (wie rules-based) is triggered in CRM again?
Or must the CRM sales order item be cancelled?
Thanks a lot for your help.

    Hi,
Find answers below for each of your question.
which steps are done when an ATP check ist triggered in APO by a CRM sales order item?
    - are temporary quantity assignments created in APO?   YES.
    - are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved? YES. As normal behaviour.
    - are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO? Sales orders are flown from CRM to ERP (Middle ware) and from there we used to CIF to SCM. No idea abt sales order transfer from CRM to SCM.

    Thanks for your advise.
However, I missed to mention that we have two set of users  One is for Finished Goods and another for Spares.
Only Spares users need to be prevented from creating Direct/Manual Sales Orders in Oracle.
As you suggested, if this will be done at Form level, that may Disallow FG users also to create Manula Sales Orders which should not be the case.
Further, I tried to test one scenario through Processing Constraints but it did not work.

  • Create a Sales Order with Reference to Contract using IDoc / LSMW  ( AFS )

    Hi Gurus,
I need to crate a Sales Order with reference to a Contract. I need to upload Sales Orders with reference to contract via LSMW.
So far, I've been able to create the Sales Order with ref to contract. But, the Sales Order Quantity is not getting deducted from the Original Qty in Referred Contract ( When try to create another Sales Order referring to the same Contract.) When a Sales Order is created manually, this is working fine.
Please tell me if I've missed some parameter which stopping it create the link to exact schedule line ( Sizes level )
    The Details of the IDoc which is been created via LSMW are as follows;
    Message Type: ORDERS
    Basic Type     : /AFS/ORDERS05
Process Code : ORDE / DELO
( Tried with both process codes.  But the Identification is the same for both: IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS )
    *_In Header;_
Segment : E1EDK02  - IDoc: Document header reference data *
    Qualifier : '043' - Vendor Contract Number ( Tried with ' 005' - Customer Contract, but it's not working )
Contract Order is mapped for field BELNR
    *_In Item;_
Segment : E1EDP02  - IDoc: Document Item Reference Data *
    Qualifier : '043' - Vendor Contract Number ( Tried with ' 005' - Customer Contract, but it's not working )
Contract Order is mapped to field BELNR
Line Item of the Contract is mapped to field ZEILE
I also tried passing the Schedule line of Contract in Segment :  E1J3P01 AFS IDoc: Doc.item general data
    to following fields;
    J_3AETENV
    J_3AVGETE
    /AFS/UETENR
Still its not getting updated in the VBEP also..
Please help me with regard to this. Points will be awarded for your valuable contribution.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    This issue is been resolved.
One of my friend helped me with resolving this issue..
    Once the below mentioned configurations were done on SPRO, the Sales Order was created with reference to Contract and the Qty was reflected when tried to create a new Order referring the same contract.;
u2022     SPRO --> SD  -->Sales  --> Sales Documents  --> Sales Document Header  --> Define Sales Document Types  --> Field : Outline agreement message; from blank to u201CBu201D.

    hi
    Lets consider example
In your contract for line item 1 you have entered qty 100
You careated sales order with 70 quantity, and now you want to creat another sales order for 30
For this first you need to check what is your item category in contract (VA42)
    Goto VOV7
SPRO - IMG  - Sales and distribution - Sales - Sales document item - Define item categories - Go to change mode
Make the completion rule = B Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced

  • EDI: creating a sales order with reference to contract

    Dear gurus,
we would like to create a sales order with reference to a SD contract from an ORDERS IDoc.
OSS say we have to populate the E1EDx02 segments with the contract number to do this.
We tested this in our system by manually editing the incoming IDoc and this is what we found:
    - qualifier u201C005  : Customer Contract Numberu201D set and BELNR = u201Cthe customeru2019s outline agreement number in his MMu201D (= normal MM behaviour) -> reference is not processed at all, sales order is created without reference
    - qualifier u201C043: Vendor Contract Numberu201D set and BELNR = our contract number in SD -> Sales order successfully created. BUT where can I store an external outline agreement number in MM so that the BELNR in the IDoc is populated with it?
    - qualifier u201C058: Customer Contract Numberu201D set and BELNR = the customeru2019s outline agreement number in his MM -> Error:
The system could not determine a contract number
    Message no. VG226
    Diagnosis
The system could not determine a contract number for the selection criteria: external contract number 5100000020 and customer number 0044000004.
This error appears although we maintained the external number 5100000020 in the PO number field (VBKD-BSTKD) in our SD contract.
Could anyone please explain what we do wrong?
    Cheers
    Alicia

    Hi again,
@Lakshmipathi: Thank you, but it is VG226, like I wrote. But still, the OSS note is interesting: "You create a sales order with reference to an MM contract using EDI." Where's the sense in that? Why would I ever want to create a sales order with reference to an outline agreement in MM???
@Rags: Sure we could do that, but I find it hard to believe that there is no standard way to do this. Especially given there are plenty of OSS notes stating that this is possible, e.g. note 562710.
    Any other ideas?
    Cheers
    Alicia
