Create New Type of Storyboard

I use a very popular type of storyboard in Germany which is used for TV Dokus.
It contains the following 6 columns:
- scene (no)
- Start (Timecode)
- Visual (Description)
- Audio (Description)
- Duration (in minutes and seconds)
- Status
I tried to import a WORD-Document and failed. (DOCX, RTF, PDF)
So I developed a new storyboard with several columns. But this is nearby of no use, because it makes no sens to work with it.
Even reenumeration scenes does not work.

Since its a column script that you are using, instead of importing the script into Story please try the following -
1) Create a multicolumn script first in Story. (New-> Multicolumn Script)
2) Copy the table from the word doc (Ctrl+C) into this script. (Ctrl+V)
You can add/delete columns and rows, edit column headers as per you need.

S_AHR_61016216 - Cancellations per Attendee , i think there is no standard report for cencelation of business events, type and group.
for cancellations per attendee reports is available in the system.

How to create document type ?

Hi experts
We need assign document type to mateiral in material master. So we need create new document type background. How to create it ? Does it just copy one doc type from spro-> cross application componets-> document management-> define document type? It seems it will also copy the following screen setup .... but dont' know anything else need be setup ?

You have create document type from
spro-> cross application componets-> document management-> define document type
There are already standard document types available. You ca use that or copy and create new types and assign it on the material master.

Creating new Faceting Property

Hi everybody,
I have created new types of SKUs, and now I would like to refine my search results with the new attributes of the new SKUs types.
I want to create new facets to show my attributes, but I don't know how to set the new attributes on the list of Faceting Property on Search Merchandising.

I have already created what you suggest in PCOC, but it isn't working. My new property is not being shown in the faceting property in Facets.
My code is this:

Whenever you have a doubt like this...
--- just verify the config settings for your parameter (order type here).
---Also check whether authorizations can be given for this ?
---Do you need it for specific analysis ? Are there standard reports/listings available ?
So, some of the uses of order type are:
1) What are the parameters controlled by order type ?
It controls the number ranges and screen layouts etc. So, if you want to have different set of number ranges and different screen settings, then you may need a new order type.
2) Authorizations can be controlled with order type.
3) You can also use it in analysis/listings

Creating new logical ports for WSDL with several port types not working

Hi all,
I am trying to integrate some BODS webservice into the BPM. I am using CE 7.2 Kernel Version: 7.20.3710. When I am trying to assign a provider system in the application configuration I get following error:
The provider system successfully found the needed service, but its wsdl is without webservice policy. Thus the generated client configuration might not work because of different configurations between service and client (most probable a difference in the security settings). Either assign a provider system with access to wsdl with policy or manually create the client configuration.
The regarding provider system is using a communication profil where the authentication method is set to "none". Normally this configuration should work, but it isn't.
So I started to create new logical ports for each port type. But then I get the error:
Port type name of loaded WSDL does not match the port type name of the Service Reference.
I checked already the port type names in the WSDL but they are 100% the same. What I found was that the configuration is always trying to use the first port type in the WSDL. So I am not able to configure the other port types in the service group.
I also tried to do the same thing using a WSDL with just one port type and surprise it is working...
I hope somebody can help me out

Can we create new partner types for quallity notifications in SAP system?
The business requirement is to limit the available entries for partners displayed when they search in quality notification. I have already created new partner functions & assigned the relevant partner types, however struggling with defining new partner types.
Would appreciate help in resolving this.

I know this customisation setting ...It allows us to create the partner functions & assign it to the partner determination procedure.
Then you can assign the procedure to the notification type.
This customisation setting does not solve the problem I have.
I'm looking for the partner type creation process which we assign to the partner function.

Problem in creating New output types - Urgent

hi all,
Issue is that we had created a new plant(NSC) and for that plant, we had created new scripts for Indent and Sales Order. Means I have to create new output types for NSC Orders and Indents.
What i did that I went to SPRO- IMG- Basic Functions- Output Control- Output Determination- Output Det using Cond Tech- Output Det for Sales Documents , created new output types ANSC and BNSC for AN00 and BA00 respectively.
Then Output Types assigned to Partner Functions. Then I went to 'Maintain output determination procedure' and copied V06000 (Quotation Output) and V10000 (Order Output) to ZV0000(NSC Quotation Output) and ZV0001(NSC Order Output) respectively.
Then I went to ZV0000(NSC Quotation Output) and ZV0001(NSC Order Output) determination procedures and changed outputtypes to ANSC and BNSC instead of AN00 and BN00.
Now what should i do next?? I went to 'Assign Output determination procedures' but here no new entries can be added and I cant find procedures which I created.
Any ideas please??

follow this steps:
1. In assignment u have to assign ur new output to respective documents
eg: Assign ZV0000(NSC Quotation Output) to QT sale doc type
2. After doing this u have to maintain condition record
goto tcode: VV11-> here enter ur condition type which u have defined-> inside fill in the details--> now click the <b>communication</b> ikon in top--> fill in the details
this is solve ur purpose

If you need to create that, you need to go ABAP development. In sap Audit management is not a sophasticated tool for all kind of audits. In the Audit component only you will find the extra text type Audit location. other than that you will find description and note.

Agent types are not created in CBIH92, those have to be created in IMG setting as per following path
SPRO --> Environment, Health and Safety --> Industrial Hygiene and Safety --> Risk Assessment --> Specify Agent types

Grouping of Material that have same basic properties can be assigned to one material type.
While creating new material types following points to be considered as material type controls following things,
1) Material is intended for certain purpose ( For ex consumption)
2) Whether material Number to be assigned internally or externally
3) Number range intervals
4) Screen sequence & which screens to be appeared
5)Which user data can be entered
6) Which procurement type ( Internal or external)
7) Inventory management i.e. value & qty update required..
You can also change material type for a material under following conditions.
1) Old & new material type must be assigned to same account category,
OR
2) No. open PO ,stocks or reservations

New created condition types from CRM to R3

I have do initial download with DNL_CUST_CNDALL. The condition customizing(pricing procedure, condition type, condition table...) have been downloaded from R3 to CRM.
In transaction R3AC4(Delta download) two entries for CONDCUSTOMIZING and CONDITIONS exist for delta download of condition customizing and record from R3 to CRM.
But when I created a newe condition type in R3, it is not automatically transfered to CRM. I also tried use transaction R3AR4 (request) to synchronize object DNL_CUST_CNDALL. But the new created condition type is still not availabe in CRM.
Could anyone give some help?

I have restart the DNL_CUST_CNDALL, the new created condition type are transfered to CRM. But when I create another new condition type again in R3, it is not transfered.

Create New Tax code and condition types

hi experts,
i want to create new tax code V10 and new condition types ZWKT and ZSTX under V10.
i have a requirement that is create service general Purchase Order with following tax conditions
1. Work Tax 4% on 70% of Bill Amount.
2. Service Tax 12.36% on 33% of Bill Amount.
while creating PO when user select ZWKT and ZSTX, system should calculate 4%( on 70%) and 12.36% (on 33%) and place the tax amount on relevant fields automatically.
( i tryed with tcode:FTXP and created tax code(country key: IN, procedure: TAXINN and taxtype: V input tax) but problem with assigning condition types and calculation procedure)
please help me in this issue (step by step).

Hi,
Here you have to create two dummy condition type for Base Value. One for Service Tax and other one for Work Tax.
Then create two condition type for Work Tax & Service Tax.
Ex : Work Order Base Value condition type is "A"
Service Tax Base Value condition Type is "B"
Work Order Tax condition Type is "C"
Service Tax condition type is "D"
In Pricing procedure just add all the above condition type as below
Both Base Value condition type will be calculated from System Base Value & in FV11 maintain the Base Value percentage against the Tax Code & Condition Type as per ur req (70% for Work Tax & 33% for Ser Tax)
Work Order Tax & Ser Tax will be calculated from respective Base Value. In FV11 just maintain the tax %.
