i want see the above fields report
like documents of goods movement in coois report

Couldn't create a postscript file for the devnagri script from indesign

Couldn't create the postscript file for the indesign devnagri script. Its throughing error saying offending fonts.

@Raghugada – I tested with your new font (no license restriction) and could print to PostScript and distill to PDF without problems. Something else is wrong on your side. Could you provide an IDML file instead of the inDesign file? I will test this as well.
And: How do you print to PostScript?
Do you do it with the right PPD? The "Adobe PDF 9.0" ? (PPD => PostScript Printer Description File)
Do you do it with the right setting in the print dialog of InDesign?
PostScript Level 3, binary, all fonts fully embedded?

Various Goods issues from stores

Hi SAP gurus,
WE have implemented PS, MM , FICO, SD, Modules only
Now to issue goods from Stores what are the Criteria to be followed
based on what reference the goods issue should take place
the PS are creating Reservations and goods issue can be done to reservations
and for GI to Cost center, network, WBS, Project, Sales related, and for other requirement,
how will the SAP system notify the Stores for Goods issue as done iBY resevations,
Can goods be issued on Planned orders or Purchase requisitions also.
iam confused can any one throw light on Inventory management. and Goods issue.
any precautions while doing initial entry of goods to SAP should only be done BY MT 561?

in Inv Mgt u have GR GI transfer posting Physical inventory etc

Its very imp part of implem is stock upload
u have to take care that the right price have to be upload in accounting view of those materials having S price indiacteo generally semifinased and finished material
As value of material with MAP ie V can be taken care at 561 but Material with S indactoer price in acounting view is very important. so before uploading stock check the prices of material with S
and u can put value in MB1A 561 for matrials with V indicator (u will have to activate amount field for 561 movement in OMJJ and make Ext. GA amount in LC field as opt entry

Dilemma around material issue from stores

Hello
A national water management authority is replacing their paper-based systems with Oracle. They have sufficient licenses of Oracle Purchasing but not enough of Inventory and none of Order Management.
Departments send in their material requests for approval to their departmental managers. After approval, a departmental representative picks up the material from stores. This process is entirely now on paper. In my opinion, Move Orders is the "best" Oracle solution for this? Am I right?
However, our hands are tied by the constraint of fixed Inventory licenses. The number of requesters is many times more. To get around, we plan to have departmental batch user IDs in Oracle e.g. ACCOUNTING_DEPARTMENT_STORES_REQUESTER. Employees will enter their Move Order requests with their departmental user IDs and use the Reference field for their internal employee numbers. Is this the only option?

If you are open for customization you can try following.
0. create a dummy subinventory ..say DEPT ...(or u can also create multiple subinventories for each department ..)
1. Let the users create Internal Requisitions using their named user name ... here source organization and destination organization will be same but source subinventories will be stores and destination subinventory will be the DEPT subinventory.
2. Let it go for approval to department heads.
3. Once approved, write a custom concurrent program that will look for the approved IRs with destination subinventory = DEPT, and create Approved Move Orders of type Move Order Issue ...here Issue-To-Account should be derived based on Department. You can populate some DFF field on move order header with the reference of the Internal Requisition Id (This link will also be used in the IR selection criteria).
There are Public APIs available to create Move Orders.
(Requisition Approval workflow can also be modified to call the custom procedure, instead of scheduled concurrent program)
4. Now Stores user (an Inventory user) will allocate and transact the material to department against the issue

SRST and reserver one license for operator

Does SRST have a feature which can reserver one for a number , for example operator? The reason being that is say the license we ordered is less than the staff. So we want the call to unregistered phone to be redirected to operator. But we have to ensure operator register first. Thanks

Another way just occurred to me:
Set up an access-list that permits traffic from only the first 24 addresses in your address range to port 2000 on the router:
e.g. your SRST router IP is 192.168.1.254:
access-list 100 permit tcp 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.15 host 192.168.1.254 eq 2000
access-list 100 permit tcp 192.168.1.16 0.0.0.7 host 192.168.1.254 eq 2000
access-list 100 deny tcp 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 host 192.168.1.254 eq 2000
access-list 100 permit ip any any
Syntax may be dodgy there but you get the idea...
Then reserve the operator phone an IP in DHCP that is in the range that is allowed port 2000 on the router above. Any phones reserved addresses in that range will be able to register with the router, any phones outside will not be able to.

CA11 Create Document type PRT for Operation

Hello,
We're in an ECC 5.0 system, needing to load Reference Operation sets. One of the requirements is to select an operation from the operation overview screen, select the PRT button and select Document from the popup. My problem is that a recording doesn't allow me to select a line from the table control (OK_CODE POSI is not recognized), and selecting the PRT button requires that one of the rows be selected. I looked at the direct input program RCPTRA02 briefly, but didn't see how a document type PRT would be created.

Cannot create SOA-MDS connection for JDBC driver issue

I am unable to create a SOA-MDS connection in JDeveloper 11.1.1.6. We are using MS SQL Server database and have put the sqljdbc4.jar file into a library in our JDeveloper environments. We can use this to sucessfully create database connections.
However, when we attempt to configure a SOA-MDS connection which uses our DEV_MDS connection (which uses the com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver successfully), we do not see anything in the drop down list for 'Select MDS partition'.
While looking at the Messages, log, we're getting:
WARNING: Error reading db partitions for connection DEV_MDS. Reason: MDS-0003: error connecting to the database
Error during pool creation in Universal Connection Pool Manager MBean
...ClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerXADataSource
I opened our sqljdbc4.jar file and see both the SQLServerXADataSource.class and SQLServerDriver.class files in there.
So why can JDeveloper load one of them but not the other at runtime? Do I need to add the sqljdbc4.jar to a second location (besides a custom Library) in order for the Universal Connection Pool Manager MBean to load it via JDeveloper?

NOTE: I can manually query the database and see 'soa-infra', 'owsm' and 'obpm' partitions just fine.

Hi,
Do you use MS SQL Server as your MDS database? Did you create an MDS in it using RCU?
When you created the database connection in JDeveloper could you test it succesfully? Can you connect to it with the Database Navigator?

i want to create material reservation and requisition from the equipment BOM only which is maintain against that equipment ( in the 'list' tab of component).and which material is not in that BOM, system should not allow to create material reservation and requisition of that material in maintenance order.

You could try making the material and material text fields display-only via field selection.
Otherwise, try user-exit CNEX0026 (general inspection of material) via TCode SMOD.

I had created a sample ejb , home remote and bean every thing is ok.....i have generated the configuration xml files using the marathon tool in weblogic.....but when i perform ejbc ...

During the compilation the compiler is raising an error stating :

it produces the above error........in linux fedora......

actually linux os is very much case sencitve........asi was trying command on the fat file system which i am accesing from linux is the culprit over here......

In standard SAP,
a. we have the transfer posting from the Storage location to the Storage location only
b. Issues ( Stock reductoin or consumption ) can be done to order/Cost center etc only.
c. Material cannot be issued to the workcenter.
Note: Generally operation consumables if ther are bulk and less value you can directly issue to the cost centre

On booking this in Consumption of Raw material Account , it is showing error as " No direct posting to G/L account."

First of all check whether the G/L account enterd is right one.
If it is right then go to FS00...enter the g/l account & company code....select the change icon....go to Create/Bank/interest tab...here check whether Post automatically only is checked or not

It is very easy to create an AppleID. In fact, it’s waay, waaaaay, waaaaaaaay too easy to create an AppleID. It then becomes almost impossible to keep track of them. We don’t know which AppleID is connected to iTunes, or the App Store, or mobile.me, or iCloud, or iPhone, or MacBook, or ...........
Apple suggests that your AppleID can be used everywhere, but they created a NEW ONE for me at the Apple Store when I bought my MacBookPro (Nov 2010). I believe (?) and signed up for mobile.me. In Feb 2011 I bought an iPhone 4, and set up a DIFFERENT ACCOUNT with the App Store.
Now I am trying to set up iCloud. So I migrate stuff from mobile.me; OK. Then I try to do Locate iPhone and it says Location Services is off. It is not off. iPhone receives Alarm message from iCloud. After playing with various AppleID combinations, iCloud still cannot find my iPhone, and now, it will no longer send an alarm to the phone.
*** The problem is, there doesn’t seem to be any logical process to work through any of these problems. And, if I understand correctly, deleting an AppleID that was used to purchase music, apps, etc., will ELIMINATE FOREVER my ability to access those items in the future.

Error in creating IO file handles for job (number 3152513)

Hi All -
I am using Tidal 5.3.1.307. And the Windows agent that is running these jobs is at 3.0.2.05.
Basically the error in the subject was received when starting a particular job once it was cancelled and a couple of other different jobs a few days before. These jobs have run successfully in the past.
This particular job was running for 500+ minutes when it should run at an estimated 40 minutes. At that time it would not allow for a re-start of the job, it just stayed in a launched status.
Trying to figure out what causes this error.

Note - from that being said we were to see 2 instances of this process running at the same time, we noticed some blocking on the DB side of things.
Trying to figure out if this is a known tidal issue or a coding issue or both.
Another side note, after cancelling the 2nd rerun attempt the following error was encountered: Error activating job, Duplicate.
When we did receive the Error creating IO file, the job did actually restart, but Tidal actually lost hooks into it and the query was still running as an orphan on the db server.

The server to reboot is the agent server. You can try stopping the agent and then manually deleting the file. That may work. When the agent is running the agent process may keep the file locked, so rebooting may not be sufficient.
The numerical folders are found as sub-directories off of the services directory I mentioned. I think the numbers correspond to the job type, so one number corresponds to standard jobs, another to FTP jobs. I'd just look in the numbered directories until you find a filename matching the job number.
The extensions don't really matter since you will want to delete all files that match your job number. There should only be one or two files that you need to delete and they should all be in the same numbered sub-directory.
As to the root cause of the problem, I can't really say since it doesn't happen very often. My recollection is that it is either caused by a job blowing up spectacularly (e.g. a memory leak in the program being launched by Tidal) or someone doing something atypical with the client.

Unable to create change order for Operational attributes

Currently we are in 11.5.10 E9 patchset.
Product : Advanced Product Catalog
Unable to find create change order button for any of the operational attributes page.
Steps to reproduce :
1.Switch to 'Development Manager' resp
2.Navigate to 'Item Catalog' > 'Item simple search'
3. Enter criteria to find an engineering item
4. Navigate to the item details page.
5. Select 'Inventory' or 'Manufacturing' or any other page.
Could not find the create change order button.
The profile option 'ENG: Engineering Item Change Order Access' is enabled to YES.
Also, these operational attribute pages are not listed in Change order screen.
Any pointers on this issue pls.

3. Pricing procedure determination (Sales Area + Document pricing procedure + customer pricing procedure)
4. Also chcek the condition is maintained for this combination.
