Work center wise operation consumable

my requirement is operation consumables issuing from storage loction to the work center
i want report what are consumables isued to the work center

Hi,
In standard SAP,
a. we have the transfer posting from the Storage location to the Storage location only
b. Issues ( Stock reductoin or consumption ) can be done to order/Cost center etc only.
c. Material cannot be issued to the workcenter.
Note: Generally operation consumables if ther are bulk and less value you can directly issue to the cost centre

PM Order - Change "Work Center" on operations to "Main Work Center"

Hi Experts,
We have prepared a tool for client, which create Maintenance Plan and order in the background.
The order created is having "Main Work Center" defined at header and "Work Center" at the operations level. In the current scenario the "Main Work Center" and "Work Center" are different say 'ABC' & u2018XYZu2019.
Client has the requirement that work center maintained at operations should be same as the main work center.
We need to implement the solution to take care of work center to be same as main work center while creation of the order in the background.
Has anyone worked on the similar requirement before?
I checked for existing USER EXITS for IW31/32/33 and found only one IWO10012. This doesnu2019t seem to be much useful.
Please suggest any possible solution.

Thanks for the response. The current situation is that we are creating the order in background using the Z-program. The scenario is creating order with operation entries having work center not equal to the main work center.
I am not functional, so just talking in terms of technical terms.
Is there a way the work center at operation level can be changed to main work center in background?

Tables for Basic end date and work center for operation

I need table name to fetch the basic end date of a maintenance order and maintenance work centers with respect to each operation in maintenance order.

Hi VM,
Input is Order Number (AUFNR).
You can find the Basic End date of Order in Table AFKO, filed is GLTRP.
For work center in Operations, you can use the Table AUFPL from AFKO.
Pass this AUFPL in AFVC and get the ARBID.
Then pass this ARBID to CRHD Table as OBJID, and get the work Center (ARBPL)

Work Center wise actual activity information.

Dear All ,
We have requirement of Z report creation for cost center wise work center wise actual activity report . But we are unable to find work center and actual activity line item wise link up in any table for development of above report.

Work center wise production order infomation report

Hi all,
i have a requirement that workcenter wise (with date) production order information with quantity details (plan and actual).
Eg: My production order quantity - 40 nos. (it takes 4 days to finish).
      i have three operation in production order.
      my order scheduled start date - todays date.
In standard, when enter my first operation work center, system showing production order and its quantity (40 nos) . but i need to split that order quantity in report.. means on todays date for particular production order - order quantity = 10 nos.
Clent want like that (with quantity break) report..
Any standard report ???
If customization.... How it can be mapped in SAP.??

This FM get data from the report used by transaction COOIS. If you needed the header data then you can use lt_ioheader table and seperate the data with the date. If you need at operation basis the you can use lt_iosoper table. You can use this FM to create custom report even with the checks like material availability, PRT availability, capacity requirement etc.

Work center wise authorization

Hi all,
Our client requirement is restrict users from doing operation confirmations on limited operations which are linked to certain work centers.
For ex. If D10DDL, D20DDL, D30DDL & M10PPL, M20PPL, M30PPL are work centers. The 'user 1' is allowed to do operations confirmations in which D10DDL, D20DDL, D30DDL are there. Other than 'user 1' no one should be allowed to the confirmations of D10DDL, D20DDL, D30DDL. Same with 'user 2', he should allowed for operations in which M10PPL, M20PPL, M30PPL are there.
How to map the same? Kindly help. Useful answers will be rewarded.

I am not a basis person, so i really cant give you a step by step procedure. But in general it is done in PFCG t-code, the object has a few fields & in this case the object -> C_AFVG_APL has fields WERKS, ARBPL, PS_ACTVT.
So you need to assign the values of work center to ARBPL & plant to WERKS, then create different profiles & based on your need, have to assign it to the respective users. Also you need to ensure that this object is checked in the respective t-codes.

The reason for turning off WEP was to confirm it is a WEP issue, you should turn it back on.
One of the problems with WEP is that the actual standard relies on a 10 character HEX key for 40bit WEP and a 26 character HEX key for 128bit WEP.
In order to make things easier for people, vendors use certain algorithms to convert simple alphanumeric passwords (or passphrases) into HEX keys, thus enabling people to use simple memorable WEP password rather than lengthy HEX keys.
The problem is that different vendors use different algorithms to generate the HEX key and therefore a ASCII password on an AEBS will be hashed differently on a Netgear client and vice versa.
One thing is a 13 character 128 bit WEP password will be hashed by all vendors in the same way (if you use 40bit WEP then a 5 character password is required).
Having said that, this will only work if they use an algorithm, some don't and in these cases you must use the HEX key regardless of the length of the plain text password.

Transfer of header work center to operations

Hello PM experts
I came across the SAP note 336644;
Scenario: When you include a general maintenance task list ,you want to transfer the work centre from the header of a maintenance order to the operations.However the system uses the work centre from the operations of the general tak list as a default. The fix is only applicable up to 4.6c and we are running ECC6 ehp5. Does anyone know if this function was implemented with the later versions of SAP.

Operations Executed at a Particular Work Center for a Sales Order

Hi All,
We are using a MTO scenario. I have to get a report in which I have to list work center wise operations (and the corresponding material) which are carried out for a particular sales order.
User will create a sales order, and then do Sales Order based MRP in MD50. System will do a BOM explosion for the header material and will generate planned orders for the production relevant materials. User will then convert all these sales order specific planned orders to production orders. For a particular sales order these would be many operations (at different BOM levels may be ) that would be carried out at a particular work center. I need to get a logic for generating this report. Is there any FM etc or table table-field fetchig logic....

Pass values to AFPO table. Identify all AFPO-AUFNR values which satisfies AFPO-DAUTY = 10
Transfer AUFNR values to AFKO and check AUFPL (Routing number of operations in the order)
Transfer AUFPL to AFVC and check the value of AFVC-ARBID (Object ID of the resource)
Transfer ARBID to CRHD and check value of ARBPL (Work Center)

A suggestion:
In CA10, create a key say Z1 & give the description same as work center's description.
Now go to CR02 & for the work center in default values tab, assign the key to the field Standard Text key.
Now when you create a routing which uses this work center, the operation description will contain the work center description.

How to change the main work center and work center of each operation when generating work order by maintenance plan

Dear experts,
I face a problem that system get main work center from equipment master data as a default main work center in maintenance plan when creating maintenance plan. however, if main work center in equipment is changed later, the change will not synchronize to related maintenance plan. if work order is generated from maintenance plan, main work order in order is defaulted from maintenance plan instead of updated work center in equipment.
another problem is that, for those orders generated by maintenance plan, the work centers in operations is defaulted from task list in maintenance plan. in most case, work center in task list is dummy. Actually the work is done by work center in equipment master data.
My expectation is how to auto replace the main work center and work center of operations in work order with the one in equipment master data if order is generated by maintenance plan? is there any standard configuration or enhancement/BADi that can help with this requirement?

Sorry - development is the only way.
Another option is to create a batch program that runs before your IP30 run(s) and updates any maintenance items and task lists with the correct work centres.

Actual hours done against a work order for a Work Center by non-maintenance

Hi All,
I have below question with respect to work center.
-If there is this actual work hours done on a work order by non- maintenance personnel for a certain work center and same is not reflecting under operation tab of work order, then where & how this hours (done by non- maintenance personnel) for a work order is maintained for that work center?.
-In which database table these hours done by non- maintenance personnel for a work order is stored by work center wise.?

Work Center Analysis Monthwise

Hi,
In COOIS when we take list as operations it displays the various details like work center,PO, operation qty, yield, Standard time and confirmed avitity,actual finish date etc. We can take a report about all these details for which orders are confirmed.I have requirement where for each work center, monthwise report is required to display only the partial /confirmed production orders during that particular month. Is there any possibility to get report monthwise??.

did u try with COOIS, itself.
put work center ,system status( at operaion / order level), basic/ production dates( select one month span), and it will display only that work cneter specif prod orders with addtional selection criterial you applied.
i am not sure if final output has all the information columns you need to see in work cneter monthly report.
if something is missing in output columns, try enhancing the COOIS.

When i tried to use co11n , the earning appearence :
You want to confirm a network/order of the order type FEN1. However, this order type is allocated to an order category whose confirmation is not intended in this transaction.
You try to confirm a network using a transaction intended for confirming production orders. Since networks and production orders are assigned to different order categories, the system issues an error message.
so i still can't use this tcode, do you have any?

I have 5 Lathe machines. How can I use Work Center Hierarchy?

Create a new WC (in CR01) as category 0004. This will be the top level WC in your hierarchy. <BR sab="44">Create a hierarchy (in CR21). <BR sab="46">Add your 5 lathes and the newly created top level WC to the hierarchy (in CR22). This can be tricky: the WC you just created must be the top level, the other 5 must be under it. <BR sab="50">Pull the capacity data (in CM01) for the hierarchy: go to settings, hierarchy, check the cumulation of requirements and capacities and type the hierarchy name. <BR sab="54">Route things as before, to the original 5 lathes.
