Creating sub-object

Question

Hello,
new to java I've noticed that the only chance to instantiaced sub-object is this (strange to me since I've never seen a such thing in c++):
public class MYObject {
    public class Dog {
//main
MYObject o = new MYObject();
MYObject.Dog dog = o.new Dog;the 'o.new' is strange to me; do you confirm this way either there are some others?

c.add (tempWheel);I do only put the Wheels inside the Car just because I think that conceptually they belong to car.Which they do. But not necessarily exclusively. The next question is why were you trying to instantiate Wheel from outside of Car?
