Creative Cloud is not downloading Adobe Muse?

I have paid for Adobe Muse, but Creative Cloud is generating a download error. It says "contact customer support," which seems to consist of endless links. I have browsed and tried all suggested solutions and gotten nowhere. Help?

My creative cloud will not download apps

I just purchased the cloud and am desperately trying to download the necessary apps to do work on. The cloud seems to be frozen.

In answer to your questions:
I am receiving no specific error messages.
I am using iMac 2.8ghz core i7 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
One thing bothers me, though - when I go into the Adobe Creative Cloud App in my Applications folder it says both the Creative Cloud and Uninstall Creative Cloud are aliases. Would this be right? I seem to be able to download fonts, access the Community and Assets on my desktop window.
Still, today, I can access no apps. I can reach the apps area on the CC website but they only allow me to download trial versions of the programs i want to use. I have attempted to download a few times and I have let it run for over 5 hours. I use a modem with ADSL connection. From the CC website download calculations this is WAY to long to wait.
I want complete access to full programs. Is this not what I have paid for?! I am a sole trader design studio. Give me some help here. please. If this is NOT what I have paid for, please let me know what I need to do.

No matter what I do, InDesign AND Creative Cloud will NOT download.

Please someone help me. I have an emergency here..I'm not joking. My software was working last night just fine but now it doesn't. I've been trying for the last couple hours trying to get it back. While opening InDesign, I got a pop-up saying that the Application Manager was damaged or removed. It told me to install a new copy. I did, or tried and it will NOT download, NOR will InDesign. Help me please!

I've just purchased Adobe Creative cloud Complete package, but when i try and download Creative Cloud Desktop i keep getting the following message. "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support."

When I am downloading Creative Cloud, the Application Manager downloades instead of.
The App. Manager I already have, of course, but when I'm downloading Creative Cloud, the App. Manager sort of get downloaded one more time.
So how can I get Creative Cloud?

Hi i am a student of penn foster and they have dreamweaver license for me to download but i have to download creative cloud first. when i run the installer it says initializing installer,, then downloading dream weaver but the bar goes nowhere even after 2 hours

windows 7 professional. amd athlon 2

Hey, so I've been trying to download Creative Cloud so that I can start a free trial of Adobe Premiere, anyway the problem that I'm having is that Creative Cloud will not download at all. I've started running the creative cloud set up several times now and each time the installer fails and I get a message saying that Creative Cloud set up has stopped working. I have a Macbook Pro. I updated to 10.9.4 an downloaded the trial for Creative Cloud. It downloaded and installed but will not open. I shut down and tried reinstalling. Same problem.

I stumbled upon the solution. In addition to downloading Creative Cloud, I needed to go back to the website and download trials for the programs I want to use--Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did that, I was in business. Would save trouble if that was made clear on the download site.

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
* Install the new version that you have downloaded
Your profile data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data if you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.

I made an abo for the CC, Student version, downloaded the CC Installer, but every time I double click it to install, ist just initializes, and as the bar is HALF full, the window disappears and nothing. It doesn't install or anything.
I tried re download, re tried to install, I tried a re start. No luck.
So what am I missing?
I can't install any desktop application without the creative cloud?

Never mind.
Found a way by trashing AAM Updater, the OOBE, AAM an ACC itself and so on, and cleaned it all with CC cleaner.
But this was a very complicated way for a non-IT person to do, especially when everywhere you can read "Just Download, Install an go!"
No plus points.
