CRM Campaign Scenario

Hi All,
We want to conduct a survey with the following description:
Customer visits a campaign arranged by the company for promoting various products. On the basis of this campaign visits, e-mails are sent to all the business partners for a feed back on the products and service provided and a report is generated on the basis of the customer feedback.
Can anyone let me know th BAPI through wich we can calculate the Qualification level????

    You have to do the configuration related to Campaign Determination for geting the campaign Id in ECC sales Order.

  • Query on CRM Campaign Determination in ECC

    Hi Friends,
    Can anyone help me with a doubt on campaign determination in ECC?
    My query is 'what happens during campaign determination in SAP ECC Sales Orders, if we have multiple CRM campaigns hits for the same access sequence?".  Does the system give a pop-up and allow the user to select one of them? Or is there any other way the system deals with this?
    Any inputs are highly appreciated. Kindly help.

  • Transfer CRM Campaign to the R3 system

    Dear experts,
    I'd like to transfer a CRM campaign to the R3/ISU system. I did the settings in CRM for a manual transfer(under <b>Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> System Landscape</b>).
    But when I select a campaign for transfer and check consistency, I get the following error:
    <b>"Method SetCRMReference is not intended for object type WBS-Element"</b>
    Does anybody know which settings is missing? I don't know where I need to assign the CRM campaign to a WBS element.

    On the same lines I have been facing an issue that even when I transfer the Campaign manually to R/3 it does not appear in CJ02 & CJ30, whereas it is there in CRM_MKTPL. Then I have to create it again in R/3 also. Is there anything that can be done in order to prevent this issue ????

  • CRM Campaign - form attachment

    Hello All,
    I have a requirement to attach to campaign a form with data from R/3 system.
    Is there some possability to bring data from R/3 to mail form? We use regular mail form( CRMD_EMAIL trn) .Can I bring data from R/3 to this kind of form?
    Additional question : can I attach smart form to a campaign?

    Hello Rika,
    it is possible. You have to implement the BAdI CRM_MKTTG_SEG_MEM_EX. In the Method SELECT_TG_MEMBER_DETAILS you can implement calls to your R/3 system which retrieve the needed information. The BAdI Information can be accessed in mail forms when you define a scenario for mail forms in the customizing. Here you have to provide the structure which is filled from the SELECT_TG_MEMBER_DETAILS method and select the fields you want to provide. We've used that you include personalized sender data into our mail forms.
    Smart forms are not possible in campaigns. You can only use mail forms created in CRMD_EMAIL. This forms are special kinds of smart forms.

  • Campaign determination in R/3 based in CRM campaigns

    Hi,
    We have CRM4.0.
    Can you confirm me if I create a campaign in CRM with planned dates without condition records when I create a sales order in R/3 that campaign is determined automatically? Or the R/3 only works with pricing/condition campaigns?

    After some hard work finally the answer is clear. It is possible to have campaign determination in R3 sales order for an marketing trade promotion (without customer or pricing conditions).
    As an example if there is a trade promotion for indoors(publicity) and no pricing discount or free goods, you can have this campaign determined in correspondent sales orders.
    Indeed it is necessary to used conditions technique but not pricing condition in CRM trade/spends tab.

  • Determining Profit Center,ECC Co. Code and Controlling Area in CRM campaign

    Hi Experts,
    My requirement is to capture the Profict Centers, ECC Company Code and the controlling area in CRM Marketing Plans/campaigns. Is it possible? We need to this data to flow to ECC subsequently when we go further with the sales cycle, i.e. Leads, Opp, ECC Quotations, ECC Sales Orders etc.
    Can we use Sales Organization with CRM Marketing Plans/Campaigns to get these details therein? Please let me know what are the possible ways of doing that?

    Hi - We have the same requirement.   We have PS in ERP.  We have run into a issue where the Profit Center and Company code are required, but on the Marketing Plan they are not there, we don't have key figure planning.
    Can you provide details on how to enable this via Key Figure Planning.

  • Cost Planning in CRM Campaigns--Value Distribution Is Incorrect---Error

    Im working on CRM 2007 (6.0)
    I used the standard ones
    Planning profile Group--4MKT
    Profile--4CRMMP03,
    Plan Type--Cost planning
    Planning Area--4CRM0001(Marketing Budgeting/Cost Planning)
    This is assigned to the category CP in the define planning profile groups node in IMG.
    Im able to view this in WEB UI 2007, however when i choose DISTRIBUTE, im not getting the BPS Layout appearing from BI Planning.It is appearing in Tcode-BPS0(BI) perfectly but not in CRM WEB UI.IM getting the error------Value Distribution Is Incorrect
    Im basically looking at that layout to appear in the campaign  where i can key in my planned costs, resources and then i would like these values to be sent to ECC and BI will extract them and provide reporting.
    Is this a standard functionality or should i necessarily use a EEWB field, if so how?

    Please check the following things:
    - Whether the Planning Profile 4CRMMP03 has been activated from Client-000 of BW system and transported to Client-800
    - After activating the Planning Profile 4CRMMP03 in Client-000 and transporting to Client-800, go to transaction bps0 in BW system and select the planning profile tree. Right click on it and set the profile.
    - Check whether Planning Profile 4CRMMP03 is associated to multi Planning Area, which will consist of basic planning areas.
    - Check whether at Planning level, Characteristics and Key Figures are selected and filtered.

    Todayu2019s solution is based on viewu2019s on tables in CRM, but this solution has not any delta, and deletion done in CRM will not be visible in BW (without deletion and full reload)
    Is there any other solution on this ?

    Hello Majid,
    Since you seem to be using CRM 2006s (CRM 5.1 / CRM 5.2) the easiest solution -- which is actually an out of the box solution -- is to use the ERMS Push functionality provided by SAP. With the ERMS Push solution you first send the emails from the third-party contact center software into the SAP SAPconnect interface (which ERMS uses) instead of into the SAP ICI interface (which real-time push emails normally use). Once inside ERMS you have a chance to use all of the standard functionality like auto-acknowledge and auto-prepare. Then instead of using ERMS to route the email to the Agent Inbox, you pass the email back to the third-party contact center software for routing. A special ERMS action called ERMS Push sends the email back to the ICI interface where it is pushed real time to an agent using the normal routing rules defined by your third-party conctact center software! Then the agent receives the email via real-time push just like normal. When the agent clicks reply in the Email Editor, the system automatically inserts the defined email template (standard response) as defined in the ERMS Auto Prepare action paramter and linked Category Modeler categorization!
    Currently I think only Genesys has implemented the ERMS Push interface. However, SAP BCM is also on the way to support this feature. And other vendors such as Avaya and others would also do so on request. Who is your vendor???

       into my CRM system, I use Trade Promotion object. The access sequence are present into R/3 system:
    SPRO > Integration with Other SAP Components > Customer Relationship Management > Basic Functions > Campaign Determination > Maintain Access Sequences.
    Into Accesses folder, is present a 'Requirement' column, but, How can I use VOFM transaction for create a new requirement? This transaction is correct?

    Hi Ciro,
    I agree with Michael, well that's from my experience.
    What you need to do in CRM download Customizing Object
    (tcode R3AC3) and download Business Object for
    MATERIAL (tcode R3AC1). To start download use R3AS.
    If you set the range of material you need to download
    into CRM (in Business Object MATERIAL), you don't need
    to run this steps everytime. It will happend automatically
    I am not saying that downloading product from R/3 without
    any problem. At first time, you will face that some
    object need to be downloaded properly before you can
    download Material (first download customizing object).
    And you need to prepare Org Model in CRM also in order
    to use these products in CRM transaction later.
    These are basic steps need to be done (once) before
    you can proceed to use it in any CRM document/transaction.

    Hi Rick,
    I tried various things for it but nothing worked out for me. The steps I tried are :
    1) Used a loop which gets completed whenever the status is changed to APPROVED to REJECTED. In this case after workflow triggered this loop ran infinitely.
    2) Used a start condition for the Activity Step that the status should be APPROVED or REJECTED. But in this case the workflow remains IN PROCESS.
    3) Used WAIT FOR CONDITION : This executed fine but in this case WAIT FOR CONDITION step is taking approx. 30 minutes to be completed which is not required in our case. As if we use WAIT FOR 30 SECONDS, then also it is giving the correct results.
    Please suggest.

  • CRM Implementation scenario

    We want to implement CRM IT Service Management for internal employees and CRM Customer Complain for our customers.
    For production is it required to implement these functionalities in two separate clients?
    Our functional team says having 2 clients in production is the only way we can separate employees and customers as both need to be assigned as sold_to_party Business role. Reason for separation is that while creating incident/service request the Customer field list should not contain both Employees and actual customers. If we dont go for multiple clients then there would be lot of enhancement work would be required.
    I am basis consultant, need CRM expert comments.

    You can achieve the same using one client as backend.
    First of all incident/service request is seperate transaction type and have seperate business object when compared to complaint.
    So you can have two different transaction types servicing two different customers.These two transactions can have two seperate customer fields.
    Service Request[incident] - Internal employees [ captrued as customer]
    Compalaint - External customers.
    And if you can have two different business roles for the same and also two different security roles.
    So that agents service employees cant access compalints vice versa.
    Above all SAP's IT help desk management is a seperate suite which is specifically made for IT services.
    And OOTB IC web business role IC_ITSDAGENT supports confirming employee as customer and can be captured as part of Incident.
    So you need not go for any enhancement everything is available OOTB.
    Or you can use incident for your internal employee and service request for your external customers.
    And create them accordingly
