CRM Error. Reference Number C7CADDAC'

While creating a contact in our CRM 2013 solution we have been receiving this error message
'System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #C7CADDAC'
Has anybody experienced something similar.   The process worked beautifully in our QA environment, but it doesn't work in production.

  • SAP CRM Error: A number range is not assigned to account group

    Hi Experts,
    We have a stuck BDOC for a BP with "ZEmployee" (custom) role in CRM with error as "Fill in Required fields". We knew this is b'cos one of the mandatory field in not maintained in CRM. After maintaining the mandatory field in CRM; we are re-processing the stuck BDOC and again it is getting into the error message with error "A number range is not assigned to account group Sold-to party".
    We have checked the number range and grouping configuration both in ECC and CRM. But still not able to identify the gaps. Is there a detailed step-by-step approach which can be taken up to resolve the issue.

    I am facing similiar issue. When i am creating BP in CRM WebUI, I am getting an error message: "Error in Transporting Number Range".
    Could you please share your findings, how you solved your issue?

    Use the HFM Error Log utility, which you will find on the HFM application server. This Win32 utility will translate the error number into a textual description of the error.

  • Error in generating reference number of process

    Hi All Masters,
    I'm new in HCM P&F.
    Currently I have a problem. I was running a sample process or copied process from the sample. Clicking 'check and send'. Still OK.
    But when I clicked 'Send' button, I got an error message displayed 'Error in generating reference number of process'
    Would you please help me what's wrong with that? FYI, I've tried to activate Case Management, but maybe, there is still any loss in that area?

    Neither did I. I don't have any complete resources. Maybe actually there are exists somewhere, but just I don't find it yet.
    I try to learn and doing that by watching this forum and sap help/doc, just maybe there are other people who have same obstacles with me in developing this and then I will get solutions for it.

    I don't know a function module. The external reference number you can find in CRM in the table BUT0ID (IDTYPE = CRM001 as external identfier). Then you can read BUT000 to get the info with the partner number given in BUT0ID.

  • Error Message - Reference number of a document from Back Error

    Hi,
    I created proforma invoice but it is not transferred to GTS. I tried to transfer manually, status shows it is released but there is an error at the top saying 'Reference number of a document from Back Error'. When I checked it in GTS, there is no custom document for proforma invoice. I checked configuration in ECC as well as GTS regarding activation of BADis, document types etc. everything looks fine. Can you please help me where to look at it and get it solved?

    Are you trying to create an Export Declaration?  If so, is this the first time, or has it worked ok previously but failed this time?
    In case it's the first time, have you made sure that:
    The Billing Type is set for transfer to GTS?
    The Billing Type is mapped in GTS?
    The Item Category is mapped in GTS?
    The proforma is actually an export (Shipping Point and Ship-to address not both in the EU)?
    Do you see any related entries in Transaction SM58?
    Do you see any related log entries in the GTS transfer log?

  • Collect Files Error:Bad Reference Number (-51)

    When using Collect Files to push my project to a renderfarms watch folder it stops when the transfer is to a specific source file:
    AVI (Blackmagic SDI)
    YUV 10bit
    uncompressed
    16 GB
    The error message is:
    BAD REFERENCE NUMBER (-51)
    what does this mean?
    Rendering on my local machine works fine.

    What is the file size and to what network storage do you transfer? Sounds like the file size is simply too large and the server refuses to accept it or at least the server is unable to provide enough contiguous storage space to accomodate it...

  • Contracts Will Not Delete, Reference number 689A5774

    We changed the 'Title' of Contract Lines to reflect our new names for our products and nothing else. After changing the 'Title' name some of the Contracts would not delete. I get the following error message.
    "A validation error occurred. A decimal value provided is outside of the allowed values."
    The Log File connect to the error messages reads:
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #689A5774Detail
    Exception: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #689A5774
    The value of 'netprice' on record of type 'contract' is outside the valid range.
    I am just trying to delete contracts lines. This is practice data and I need to remove this data. I would appreciate any help in removing these contract lines.

    OK... so this may be a bit late in a reply, but it may help someone going forward.  I recently ran into this problem and it was a nightmare because noone seems to have an idea how to get rid of these.  This seems to only come about when someone
    messes directly with financial numbers directly using SQL.
    So in the end, it takes some SQL queries to fix it.  First, we have to 0 out the contract details associated with these contracts.
     update contractdetail set price = 0.00, net = 0.00, discount = 0.00, rate = 0.00, discount_base = 0.00, rate_base = 0.00, price_base = 0.00, net_base=0.00
     WHERE contractid IN (SELECT contractid FROM contract where title = 'MIGRATION PROBLEM')
    We renamed all of our contracts MIGRATION PROBLEM so we could look into it later.
    Now we have to 0 out the netprice and the totalprice for the contracts themselves.
     update contract set statecode = 0, statuscode = 1, netprice = 0.00, totalprice = 0.00 where title = 'MIGRATION PROBLEM'
    Once all of this is done, you should be able to use CRM's built in bulk delete to actually remove these contracts.

  • External Reference number not copied in Service Confirmation

    We are on CRM 5.0 SP11. We have Mobile Service 5.0 SP11.
    In Mobile Service in the Service Order creation screen we have a window to input External reference number. When we create a Service Confirmation as a followup document of Service Order, SAP by default only allows to copy Reference Object,Subject and notes (both header and item level) to the Confirmation.
    Does anyone have idea how we can copy the External Reference number to Confirmation when we do followup to Service Orders on mobile.
    This functionality works fine on Enterprise.

                 The external number won't be copied by standard as Wolhfard said they are different documents.
    You need to code this to make this copy from service order to Service confirmation.
    Open your Mobile Application Studio and make following changes.
    Open the BusinessObject "BOMSVHelper"  and view the code. Go to the Method "CopySrvTransHeader"  write the following code in it.
    Find the code
    UserName = _unwind(BusinessRootObject.UserDataDictionary.GetData("USERNAME"))
    and paste the following code below it.
            Dim servconfobj As BusinessObject = bocopysrvtrans.SalesInfo
            Dim servtransobj As BusinessObject = orderheaderobj.SalesInfo

  • Company code 1000's witholding tax reference number is missing

    Hello All,
    We are running the report RFIDYYWT / t.code S_P00_07000134 for the first time to file tax returns in the US.
    And we see the following errors;
    27    Company code 1000's witholding tax reference number is missing
    28    EDI identifier for company code 1000 is missing
    I did check the Additional Data for our US company code on OBY6 but there are no fields as such for Withholding Tax Reference and EDI Identifier.
    Also checked the Output Group US1 config under Withholding Tax. Not sure about Parameter Types "Tax Ref. 1" and "EDI Ref." fields.
    I see different threads with similar issues but could not find a solution for this specific problem. Could someone help us fix this problem so we can file this year's returns on time ? This is turning out to be a critical issue for our Finance team ...

    U can change radio button option in per document tab of document settings for sales order,
    Either change it to without warning / warning only When duplicated customer reference no. occurs.
    Modify customer reference number by including dot at end.

    Is it normal?
    Invoices looks exactly identical, the only difference is "Specl G/L assgt" which one of them has and another doesn't.

    1) "Duplicate invoice number" : SPRO/Materials Management/Logistics Invoice Verification/Incoming Invoice/Set Check for Duplicate Invoices - set up for Company Code correctly
    2) "Duplicate invoice number" setup for Vendor (FK03) (tick is set up)
    3) OBMSG M8 108 set up as IE (not 100% sure it's exactly the same message I'm looking for)
    Seems everything is fine.
    But I posted 2 invoices in MIRO with the same reference - no warning or error.
    Any advices?
