  • CRM service interval template can't be linked.

    Hi, every friends.
I am developing CRM service function based on CRM7.0.
I use service interval template which be linked to a service product master and use PGname : RSPPFPROCESS   to create service order from service contract. But the template do not work , and the service product master in the template can't be posted to service order.
Could anyone give me any hint? thanks.
    Peter.D

Thank you in advance for your help.
I defined an service interval template named Z000000001, and in template Z000000001,  a Transaction Number of Template  6000000(it is a CRM document) was defined.
In serveice master , i give internal template Z000000001 to a special service master. When this special service master is used in transaction document , and this transaction document is automatically followed up to a service order document by the program RSPPFPROCESS, the template  Z000000001 will be linked , and the item detail defined in the template document  6000000 will be posted to new service order document as a sub item detail.
But, it not work. could you give me some advice about this issue?
    thanks.

  • CRM 2007 Pricing based on settlement period of billing plan

    Hi,
I need the ability to have disocunts on a service contract based on the settlement period of the billing plan.
A contract list price is 12 GBP per month.
If the customer want to bill monthly no doscount will be applied.
If the customer wants to bill quarterly a discount of 1 GBP will be applied.
If the customer wants to bill annually a discount of 2 GBP will be applied.
If the cusomter wants to pay upfront a discount of 5 GBP will be applied.
For this purpose I enhanced the field catalog for pricing with this new field.
A condition table using this field was created.
Badi CRM_COND_COM_BADI was used to pass the field from the billing plan to pricing. I used FM CRM_BILLPLAN_READ_OB  in if_ex_crm_cond_com_badi~item_communication_structure.
When the contract is created the Badi is called and the period specific price is found.
When I change billing plan the badi is only called for the BRI (Billing Request Item) but not for the contract item for which the price is mantained.
Does someone has an idea how to establish this???
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Stas Shapiro,
Your question is related to u201CCustomer servicesu201D module in SAP, you can post such issues in a forum called u201CEnterprise Asset Management (EAM)u201D in sap.sdn forum,
Whether you have Service contract or in Warranty you need to have special condition types like ZZDC, PPAG etc. for pricing procedures PABR01/02 (Header or item pricing procedures.)
Similarly a different pricing type for Warranty need to be configured.
I suggest you to go through the following sap.help.link to get complete solution to your thread
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/e6/4a903f9e0311d189b70000e829fbbd/frameset.htm
For time related billing you need to use service orders with resource related billing, even for this you need to explore the  above link.
    all the best.

  • Service Contracts  with billing plan not updating debit memo request in ECC

For service contracts with billing plan, we cancel the line items and set the user status at header to "cancelled" and also set the cancellation date (under Cancellation Tab) at the header as well as item level which delete all items in the “DMR” in ECC (which are not yet billed). When we do this, it works perfect for most of the time and in some cases DMR items are not updated in ECC and it is billing. When I checked in CRM, the billing plan items are updated based on the cancellation date.
Experts appreciate your help on this issue.

  • CRM Service Transaction Types availability in ECC table CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR

    Dear experts
I need to customize ECC IMG object CRM_SRV_BILL_MAP (SPRO -> Integration with Other mySAP.com Components -> Customer Relationship Management -> Settings for Service Processes -> Billing Integration -> Map Transaction Types and Item Categories).
This is to map SAP CRM Service Transactions to SAP ECC Sales Orders for triggering Debit/Credit Memos based on Service Orders. However, the table in which CRM Service Transaction Types are stored is empty (CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR) - how to we get the data in there?
For some reason, we have one client where this info is available, in another one it's not. We are not sure whether this might be a download object, or if customizing on ECC side is required?
Thank you in advance for all helpful replies!
    Christian

    Hi,
As far as my knowledge goes in this area, i have worked on this in my previous project with R/3 version being 4.7. We have had to manually maintain the configuration in the table that you are reffering to. So you would need to maintain the document type to be created and also assign the item categories acordingly. You will ofcourse need to configure the document types and item categories that are relevant to create a debit/credit memo in R/3. Also, you will need to map the CRM item categories to the R/3 credit/debit item categories.
    Hope this helps

    Hi, Paul!
In CR700 materials there is the next explanation: "Service-based revenue recognition (value/quantity contracts with a target quantity) means that the revenue is realized based on an event. Events are releases that are reflected as service orders or service confirmations. Once again, the billing document is posted to an accruals account first and the revenues are transferred to the revenue accounts in a second step."

  • Restrict Contact Person replication from CRM to ECC based on Partner Funct

    Hi Experts
We are replicating Contacts from CRM to ECC, by assigning them to Accounts. We have a scenario to restrict Contact Person replication to ECC only for specific Partner functions (we have 5 such partner functions), for remaining partner functions the contact Persons should not be replicated to ECC.
By Partner function I mean, while making this assignment of Contact to an Account in u201Ccontact Person Relationships datau201D under u201CPartner Function Assignment blocku201D (in web UI) we are adding a Partner function E.g. Author, (same can be seen in GUI, under Usage tab of CP Relationship data).
However we were able to replicate contacts assigned to accounts to ECC in our 5 partner functions, but even the unwanted contacts assigned to other partner functions in CRM are also getting replicated
How can I restrict CP replication from CRM to ECC based on Partner Functions assigned to the Contact Person
    Your help is highly appriciated.

  • CRM Service: Demand replication in R/3

    Hi,
This is a case of a firm engaged in carrying out after market service for various OEM products through 3rd party agents (Channel Partners). Replacement Parts required for Service by these Channel Partners are supplied by the parent company. I have a few queries w.r.t. replication between CRM and R/3.
Service Order is created based on end customer request. To perform the requested service, replacement components are required. Identified components are thus specified in 'Spare Parts' tab page. Inventory is maintained in SAP R/3 in a Storage Location assigned to each Channel Partner.
    (a) In what form does 'demand for components' (identified under Spare Parts) get replicated in the respective Storage Location in R/3 so that if there is any shortfall in availability, Planning can trigger procurement proposals?
    (b) If there is an 'Alternate component' available in place of the requested one, how can we issue it? Where exactly in CRM do we maintain 'Alternate Parts' at a component level for a Product (similar to BOM maintenance in R/3)? Or,
    (c) How does BOM in R/3 get replicated in CRM Relationship along with Alternate Part grouping?
    (d) Does Service Confirmation (created as a follow-up document to Service Order) post goods issue automatically in the background?
    Thanks.
    Raj

    Hi Bobby,
It is very much possible to upload CRM service orders to SAP R/3 or SAP ECC via standard CRM middleware.
Please refer to the below SAP help document for complete list of configuration activities for service order upload.

    2) Condition type has created successfully and it was assigned In define determine procedure in Application CRM and in Usage PD.
    3) Assigned Condition procedure in Define transaction types to the required process type.
but nothing is happening in CRM Web UI /GUI. Could any one suggest did I miss any steps to activate product substitution .
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Unable to view Spare Part Components in SAP CRM Service Order

    Hello All,
We are implementing CRM 7.0 Ehp 2.0
As per the following video it is now possible to integrate the spare part components in the CRM Service Order, using the BOM replication and Product Proposal functionality in SAP CRM
SAP CRM 7.0 - Integration of ERP BOM Information in the CRM Product Proposal
However in our case we are not able to achieve the desired results.
    Following configurations are done
    1) The BOM is replicated from ECC to CRM the same can be viewed in commpr01
Material 4561 is the main product and 4562 is the component
    2) The item category for the main product is YRVS where the customization for structure scope is done
    3) For the Product Proposal customization's, I have created a new method schema
    4) The transaction type and the sales org are assigned to the method schema
    5) However now when I am creating the service order, I enter the sold to party, the product id
    6) Next  I go to the line item to click on product proposal.
    7) The system issues the below message
Please advice if I am missing on any configurations.
    Kind Regards
    Atul

    Hi Raghavendra,
Thanks for your reply, appreciate the same, I have now added the relationship objects as per your post above in comm_hierarchy for the particular category
Now  in the product master , I am now able to view the tabs(screen shot attached)
Next I create my BOM in ECC with BOM Usage 5 and save the same
Next I run the initial download for the adaptor object  BOM in SAP CRM
When I check in commpr01 for the material 4561 the component and the main material have not come.
    Can you please advice further.

  • Please do not trust Verizon customer service team based on my experience.

Please do not trust Verizon customer service team based on my experience.
I have a internet service with Verizon and I am paying $79.99 monthly for 15/5 mbps and one day I saw a flyer from Verizon stating that $79.99 you will get triple play with 25/25 mbps speed and with 2 year contact I will receive $400 Visa gift card and  I decided to sign up for the triple play with 50/50 for $99 and I called Verizon customer care and I have asked for this offer and she said yes you will be eligible for this offer and I will receive that $400 after 90 days. so I am willing to go for it and I said ok with 2 year contract and then she told me that our conversation will be recorded and she asked me to wait for the recorded conversation and we have completed the contract and I told her that I will pick the equipment form the Verizon office today (12/30/2014) and I went there and i took the TV box and came home and fixed it but it didn’t work and it is throwing the 8312 error message and I called Verizon customer service and one representative told me that I will get charged for $140 if you want technician but I told him that why should I pay because your Verizon service is not working but the guy keep on saying the something and I hangup the phone and I called other day 12/31/2014 and some representative told me that that is our (Verizon) problem and I will send the technician on 01/02/2015 as tomorrow is Jan 1st we may not have anyone and i said that should be fine.
But I have received an email from Verizon on 12/30/2014 stating that my FIOS TV was activated.
I tried the TV service for 3 days and we (my family) have decided that these are not useful channels for us and we have decided that we can disable the TV service and we would like to go back only Internet service (15/5 mbps) and I called the customer service and told the something but She told me that there is no way you can go back to 15/5 mbps as Verizon is no longer offering this service and I don’t have more choice left. I have requested her to cancel FIOS TV service and I told her that I just need only Internet service. She said that should be fine I can cancel the TV service and you will still get charged for Activation fee $59.99 and there is no way I can wave that fee.
I asked her why should I get charged as I am canceling the service with in 4 days ? She said there is no way we can wave that. Then I asked her ok at least you can lower down my internet speed from 50/50 to 25/25 and then she said we can’t do that. Then I requested her supervisor and after 5 mins she get hold of her supervisor and here I asked her what are my best options to lower my bill as Verizon is no longer offering me 15/5 ? She said whatever she offered is the best and at that time I asked her I want to keep the FIOS service but I would like to lower down the speed from 50/50 to 25/25 and I will get that $400 gift card then she told me that there is no way you will get $400 gift card and I am sorry that even if you keep this bundle you should not receive that gift card whoever told you that is not the correct information and again she asked me that did you receive the email stating that you should receive $400 gift card. I said no and told her that I didn’t know about your automated email generation but I have trusted the Verizon customer representative and requested her to pull the recorded conversation but she didn’t agree with it and at the same time she told me that these records may to may not be stored in our records.
I asked one question that I have received the email from Verizon stating that my TV service was started on 12/30/2014 but actually it was started in 01/02/2015 and are going to trust your automated emails ? She had no answer to it and stated that we have finished our conversation and told to customer representative that please go ahead and cancel the TV service for him.
This is very very bad customer support from Verizon.
Please do not trust Verizon customer service team based on my experience.
Funny thing is that they (Verizon customer service representative) are not believing their own team.
Good suggestion : Please request them (Verizon customer service representative ) to send an email with the gift card information and please check your email before you are installing the TV equipment otherwise you will get no response from them.

First thank you so much for your response!
Second,   The supervisor is not really care about the customers as I am using Verizon internet connection for the years but she really don't care about it and at the end of our conversation she told to customer rep that please cancel his service and then she hangup the phone. I not even confirmed about the cancellation. For no good reason now I am ending up with paying extra $10 for only my internet service. Now they told me that I need to pay $89.99 monthly + activation fee $59.99 but they offered me high speed which is not required for me at this movement.
Also I went to the Verizon office and I took the box and came home and installed for my self but still they are charging me $59.99 activation fee even though I cancelled my service with in 4 days of time.
Also the supervisor asking me that do you have any email confirmation ? But by the time we receive an email we might have completed telephone conversation with the rep stating that we have agreed all the terms. How could we know that we need to check our email before the activation ? Verizon team didn't spicified to me about it.

  • CRM Service - ECC Logisitcs Integration (Spare Parts in a Service Order)

    Hi Experts,
We have been trying to configure a scenario for CRM Service Orders with SAP ECC logistics integration in CRM 7.0 EHP1.
We are aware of the standard configuration wherein we assign one logistics scenario ( Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order or Reservation) for a specific service organization & Item Category for spare parts in service order.
Our first query : Is it standard that the spare part will be automatically reserved if it is in stock (after ECC availability check from service order) and purchase requisition or purchase order is created only if it is not in stock?
We also understand that while a reservation happens during Service order creation, the goods issue or material withdrawal happens only on service confirmation. If this the case, how will the physical delivery happen to customer? This is our second query.
Please note that we are raising this query only for spare part items in service order and not for sales item in service order.
It would be great if you could help us with this issue.
    Responses will be suitably rewarded.
    Thanks,
    Prish

    Hi Pritesh,
Thank you for your prompt reply and help, appreciate the same, we would be going for the scenario where the service order in sap crm has saleable parts, the service order would get replicated to ecc as a sales order and the costs would get booked when the post goods issue is performed after creating the delivery in SAP ECC.
    Following are the configurations done
    1) Service Order type ZRVW is created in SAP CRM
    2) The same service order ZRVW is mapped in SAP ECC
    3) The service order in SAP CRM has the following number range and the same is kept internal
    4) The same number range is marked as external in SAP ECC in vn01 tcode
    5) The number range is assigned to the document type ZRVW in SAP ECC
    6) Item category determinations are done in SAP CRM, standard SRVS(Sales items are copied to YRVS)
    7) The same item category determination is also set in SAP ECC for Item category group NORM
    8) Item category determination is also set for ERLA as item category group in ECC
    9) The item category YRVS is set to delivery relevant in SAP ECC
    10) The standard schedule line is determined which is CP is relevant for delivery
    11) The sales area is also assigned to the document type ZRVW.
    12) In SAP CRM, the status profile YCONT is assigned, having the business transaction to be distributed, the status of the same is set to allowed for completed status
    13) The status profile has been assigned to the transaction type ZRVW
    14) Pricing configurations are also done in sap crm and sap ecc
    15) Now I am creating the service order ZRVW in SAP CRM, having saleable parts, customer's and material's exist in both systems having the same sales area, the status is set to completed at item and header level
    16) The system is throwing an error when I click on edit
    17) When checked In sap ecc the system says that the document does not exist
18 I did open the error in SAP CRM and it says that there are some settings required for billing
Since there is no billing relevance to this scenario in the item category the billing relevance is set to no billing
    Please advice further
    Kind Regards

  • FTE and volume based billing for a call center operations

    hi,
we have a call center handling operations only for intercompany customers (means no external customers). And we want to go for a solution based on two business processes. first one is FTE (Full time equivalent) and the second is volume based billing (based on how many tickets received between a time period).
The solution approach will be to create cost centers to track costs and billing through normal SAP sales order.
Can anybody guide me through the process here with some explanation or documentation related to this?
    Thank you all

    hi,
this is to inform you that,
    create a master contract - 1st step.
create a value and a service contract - 2nd step.
link this two low level contracts to master contracts.
different pricing procedures will be there for value and service contracts each.
the process flow of this is :
    1. for value contract : MASTER CONTRACT - SALES ORDER - DELIVERY - BILLING.
    2. for service contract : MASTER CONTRACT - SALES ORDER - BILLING.
    hope this clears your issue.
please let me know if you have any doubts on the same.
