CS3 license not valid

I I am having the same problem!
I've bought a new Mac and uninstalled CS$ from that system. Now on the new Mac, I keep getting Licence not Valid messages. I have tried enetringthe original lic from the CS3 design Premium and with the hope that I can then enter my licence for CS4 Upgrade, which I have here. All licences are proper purchased legal licences.
Trying to get help is a joke and totally unproductive. Ay help from a real person would be appreciated.

Hi Jeff, Sorry for not responding sooner, I've been out of the office for a few days. This is the ,message I am getting:
I have owned official copies of the various Adobe programmes since the 90's then got CS3 Design Premium and then followed up with CS4 upgrade. So I have the boxes and the serial numbers on the backs of the cases. I've tried entering both the original CS3 details and then tried the upgrade details and they both come back with the error message.
Re your comment regarding "registered serial numbers under my account, maybe this is the issue, but I'm pretty sure that I've never registered before and maybe that's the issue? But then why is this happening now?

1. Modify Registry and add "Keycode" under \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\default\WebIntelligence\RichClient
2. Add PRODUCT_ENABLE as DWORD Value and edit the data as "3"
3. Restart Web service (i.e. default Apache Tomcat ) and Server Intelligence Agent

"License Not Valid" Error on BOE XI 3.1 for Web-Intelligence

Hey Everyone,
This has been going on for sometime now. I downloaded the trial version ( BOE ) and installed the temSporary key in it. Now when I go to Infoview it doesn't show the option for Web-Intelligence document. So I went over to Rich Client and tried to log in. Now it gives me the error "License not Valid".
The weird part is I can log into the Designer, DeskI , CMC , and it works perfectly, the only problems I'm getting are in WebI. I've tried doing a clean sweep and still it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you run the following query in Query Builder and check whether SI_ENABLE_WEBI is true ?
SELECT SI_SYSTEM_INFO FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE SI_ID = 4
Also, have you tried using a different temporary key?

Elements 12 license not valid

I purchased Elements 12 for Mac via the Adobe site from a Mac, however the license that was sent to me says Windows, and doesn't work on my download. I've rechecked the purchase process and it shows me as purchasing the Mac version, so I don't know why I got a Windows license. When I attempt to enter the Windows lincese, I get a not valid error. How do I resolve this issue?

Flash cs3 trial not validating

Hello all,
MX4 licensee here trying to install flash cs3.
tried on two separate partitions on the same machine...same
result......a message saying that there is a problem loading the
trial version...and I cannot get past that to even open the
program.
my workstation has no known issues......
what, please, do I need to do?

I see now that this problem has been around since 2007...many
users registering this complaint.
I cannot see buying hundreds of dollars worth of upgrades if
I cannot even get the trial version to load......would like to and
am inclined to...but not this way.....

VMWare Edition Netweaver 70 java & abap license not valid

i downloaded and started everything, server is up. After requesting new license for N4S i get a file but i can't install it with transaction SLICENSE (New License mode), it's still saying license wrong.
The Hardware key is J1226376836. What is the diffrence when VMWare ask me if the VM if moved or copied ? Does this change the Hardware key ?

Mountain Lion, CS3, license trouble after Migration Assistant

CS3 was working fine in Mountain Lion.
Used Migration Assistant to upgrade to a new iMac, also Mountain Lion.
Launched Photoshop CS3.
Got a message that said I have to reinstall, but I gather that the installer doesn't run under Mountain Lion.
So I tried lots of tricks from the adobe help website, including running the LicenseRecover.py script.
Now I'm stuck at the Software Setup dialog (where I have to enter the serial number), and I see the red X: license not valid.
What to do?

Sivalli it sounds like when you used the Migration Assistant you attempted to have it copy over all files and folders. This has lead now to a compromised installation on the computer you have migrated too. The fact that you are receiving an error that the serial number is invalid is a good indicator of this.
I would recommend that you format, reinstall the OS, and then migrate over only your documents and settings. This should then allow you the chance to do a proper reinstall on the new computer.
You are certainly welcome to review the installation logs and try to repair the permissions on your compromised system. You can find details on how to review the installation log files at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | CS3, CS4 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-installation-install-logs-cs3.html. My license for Adobe CS3 is not working?

Three weeks ago, I received the message that it seemed like I was working with a counterfeit version of CS3. That's not true, seven years ago I bought the total package and created an account on adobe. I am also in possession of the license code.
No problem I thought, I enter my serial number and I can go back to work. Not so! I get the message that the serial number that I have entered is not valid !!
I have a real problem, I have several projects, which I can not run now! Is there anyone who can tell me how I can solve this problem?

Adobe support saying my CS3 License is no longer valid for CS6 Upgrade

Hi,
I need some real, tangible help here. I've been on the phone and chat with Adobe support, which has been terrible. I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS6 Upgrade under the big promotion last year to upgrade from CS3. I am a valid owner of the CS3 Master Collection and purchased the CS6 upgrade straight from the Adobe website. I've been able to use the CS6 product fine until now.
Now, the support reps are telling me that my CS3 is not a valid upgrade product!!! Seriously??? Most of them are not even aware Adobe had the promotion. I'm just trying to transfer the license to another account, and just want the job done.

Hi David, you say you were able to upgrade from a suite to an individual product?
Not sure how, because Adobe says that's not possible to do – see:
Am I eligible for upgrade pricing from an earlier Creative Suite edition to an individual CS component?
If so, then what they say may be true and that could affect your eligibility to transfer the product.
As for solutions, it's no longer possible to upgrade from CS3 to CS6, but it is still possible to upgrade from CS3 to CC.

CS3 is unsupported under Windows 8. That said, you'll need to contact Adobe
directly for serial number issues.

I just restored my production db on test systm. It looks like things went ok - sap started with no errors. When I tried to logon I got this:
"E: Logon refused (valid license not installed)"
What steps should I take to resolve this ?

Using sap* user ? What is asterisk - it's just asterisk or it represents some unique number ? What password I shoud use
it is just asterisk .SAP* & DDIC are the default user name . Password is defined at the time of installation .Password in client 000 Of PRD system & in client of your new system is same.U can install saplicense at OS level .First of all apply for new license at SAPmarket place & than install it in your system

LIcense code not valid!

Due to problems with my old N82, I bought a new N82 and are now trying to use MAPS, but whenI try to enter the license code, I get the message "This license code is not valid".
To get to this message was a hazzle, but finally I got there, connected to the server and god the "Update completed" info, whereafter it comes to a page where I can buy Licenses or enter license codes - it's here I enter my PAID FOR license code, which is valid until spetember 2009, and then get this "not valid" reply.
Doe's anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?

It doesnt matter where you have purchased the phone to transfer the license as you can buy license for an region.
Your llicense says it is not valid as it might have exceeded the number of devices attaced to it,
You can have the license attached to either 1 IMEI and 2 Sims or 2 IMEI and 1 sim at any time,
In the event you have exceeded the number of devices then the license has no more option to register another devise it will return as invalid.
All you have to do is call nokia and they will replace the imei to the new one and you would just have to do the update.
they will require your previous and current IMEI number plus if you have the license code and some other details for verification.

Hi David,
You need to download CS6 Photoshop and enter the serial number for CS6 Photoshop and then you would be prompted to enter the serial number for qualifying product.
Enter the CS5 serial number in order to install and activate CS5 Photoshop on your machine.
