CS6 updates not being shown with CC updater

I have updated to CC from the CS6 Cloud but kept the old CS6 aps around just in case I need to open and work with and save out older files, especially with InDesign. I just noticed that the CS6 application updater has two updates but when when I click the menu bar icon (OS X.8) it opens the CC menu bar panel but no updates are shown. I tried manually starting Adobe Application Manager but there is only the CC version still around (apparently it replaces teh CS6 Application Manager altogether). I have no way to even see what the two updates are so I can try to open the apps and look for update options through their menus. Any suggestions?

I understand that. What's occurring though (and I did notice a tweet yesterday demonstrating this as well so it's not just me) is that the old CS6 menu notification icon (the Adobe 'A' with a number to the right) is appearing when there are updates to CC apps. This seems to me to be a bug. Closing the CC Application Manager and restarting it showed 5 CC updates that weren't there before (the cloud icon with the number ot the right). Updating these updated the 2 notifications in the CS6 menu notification icon and made it go away as well as updated the CC notificaiton icon and the number disappeared.

    All of us here are users just like you. We have no inside info of when Apple products or operating system updates/upgrades will be released. The next iOS may not even change the issue you have.

  • Non-Admin not being shown update button on XP

    Non-Admin users on XP are not being shown the option to trigger an update.
    The mozilla update service is installed but as normal users aren't able to start the update process it never gets as far as starting it.
    When a new update is available a link to the download page is shown in the About box rather than a button to start the update.

    That is good. It would be better if that were the case with a standard account on Mac OS. I can no longer trust that button because it will start downloading an update if there is one, even though I disabled Firefox updates completely.

  • New Leave Request not being shown in UWL

    Hi ,
    I have an issue in which when manager tries to approve a  leave request from UWL ,in the Pop up i,e in Request Waiting for approval" table the latest requests are shown but the same request are not being shown in the UWL. 
    I checked in SWI5 for the user and whatever leave requests are shown in popup are there for the user but the same is not updated in UWL.The user has refreshed the UWL but still it didnt show the new leave requests
    I dont want to reregister the webflowconnector in UWL configuration as we generally use reregister to register a new task in the UWL .
    Can someone please help me in resolving the issue.

    DYNPARAM parameter value as suggested in the note 1140959  is already maintained against the tasks  TS12300097 ,TS12300116.
    we have done Refresh from the UWL iview but still its not showing the latest Leave Requests but it is coming in the popup window when one of the existing leave requests in UWL is selected.

  • Planned Order for a Product not being shown

    Hi Experts!!
    I am an ABAPer and I am new to SAP APO. We are now working on /SAPAPO/PPT1. When clicked on some quantity, all the planned orders existing for that product are being shown with respective quantities. Now, I am trying to create a new planned order for a product through FM BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3 by splitting the quantity among the receipts. I have gone through several posts and have written the logic. But the newly created planned order is not being shown in /SAPAPO/PPT1. I can't find it anywhere. Am I doing something wrong here?
    Here I explain it with an example. I have an aggregated entry for the month of June with quantity 3000, which is already split under receipts 1234 and 1235 as 1000 and 2000 EA respectively. Now, I need to split it as 1000 EA for each planned order and hence am creating a new plord. I am using same FM for changing plords as well with quantities as 1000. So, now both the receipts are being shown with quantity 1000 and the aggregated value as 2000... and the newly created one is missing. But I need the new one to be displayed and the aggregated should be 3000. Why is this happening? Am I missing something?
    I already have posted a query that is related to this total requirement. Change Receipt Quantity for Planned Order in LiveCache . This has the first part of the total requirement. Just provided for extra info, but not related to this issue however.

    With prior experience, i am sure that the BAPI SAVEMULTI3 can be used for Creation & Change.
    I dont think,the FM's which you are using, are recommended by SAP. So , try to use BAPI most of the time,as it ensure data consistency.
    As you told, order is not flown to ECC, but visible in APO, i would suggest you to check the importing parameters of the bapi, like EVENT CONTROL ( should be '1' ).
    and COMMIT_CONTROL(should be 'E').
    Also, check your queues after execution of bapi. you should find your change pointer in the inbound queue of R/3 System. Do let me know if you still stuck.

    The operation 01 is create, this means the mapping records are stuck in a create operation, i.e. something stopped the original mapping records creation and left an inconsistency in the catalog mapping tables.
    I would suggest the following:
    De-assign the mapping for the affected categories in the catalog authoring tool, once de-assigned, also execute the 'Map Content' selection and save/exit.
    Then run report /CCM/CLEANUP_MAPPING in test mode to check for orphaned items or invalid mapping entries. If inconsistencies are found in test mode, run this again with the test flag removed.
    Finally - re-map the categories again and perform content mapping. The items should then exist in the procurement catalog.

    Well, go ahead and try every port, make sure to clean out the port with a q-tip, to make sure no dust is blocking the ports.
    Then enter DFU, if iTunes doesnt recoginze it when your in DFU, that means you charging input is damadged.

  • Sent E-mails not being shown

    Hi, I have a MBA and since yesterday all the e-mails that I have sent are not being shown in the sent folder. I sent one to myself and I got it so it must be working but how can I see them again after I sent them? Oh and the other problem is that search function does not work the way it used to. When I typed in one word it would show me all e-mails that had that word in them including the ones from e-mail adresses with which had the word in the adress.
    Does anyone know how to get this to work?

    A couple of important questions to get us on the right track.
    1.) What type of email account are you using? Who's the service provider?
    2.) What are you using to search? The Spotlight feature inside mail or the OS-wide Spotlight search?
    The Mail search requires a little tweaking, by default it doesn't give you access to your entire account just specific mailboxes. There are ways to control if you want to search all mailboxes or if you're looking for the text string as the subject (or just content).

  • Iphone 4 not being recognized with the extension cable

    My Iphone 4 is not being recognized with the Apple extension cable in my new Nissan Juke so the phone has to be kept in the glovebox due to the very short cable Nissan provides. This is frustrating since the phone gets noticeably worse reception in the glovebox. Does anyone know of a fix for this so I can run a longer cable extension and run the phone out of the glovebox? Mabye a different extension cable or longer cable that works with Nissan's set up?

    I don't think it is the cable. I have tried plugging the cable into the USB cable that came with the phone and the extension cable works fine with it. I guess this really is just some screwy stuff with Nissan.

  • PDF Export Options not being Shown

    Need to export to pdf again. Last export was for only 6 pages, as a test. Now want to export the entire document. However, only 6 pages are created in the export. No options to revise the pages, are presented.
    The iD app is acting strangely, in that many other options are not being shown. Also, on loading a document, there are notes about hyphenation and missing LILO. Beginning to believe I need to reinstall.
    Pleae advise best course of action at this point.

    If we use Oracle10g client jars then they are working with the 11g database.

    Load testing tools like OpenScript will not do any client side rendering or executing of JavaScript files, running applets, active X etc .. That is why you do not see the browser as when you access Siebel, all you will be presented with is the plain HTML or in the case of Siebel those files with the * separated values.

    That said, I'm having an issue many seem to have, but I can't find the answer. From what I understand SCCM uses the user context to create the CcmEval task, but in XP users cannot set a task to run as any other user (ie SYSTEM in this instance) so what is
    the workaround? I can't just give users Administrator permissions to install the client.

    The bolded section is what's telling me it's Access Denied, and manual creation of any program task set to run as SYSTEM tells me the same- users cannot do this; only admins can.
    What can I do?

    So after sifting through some RSOP results and GPO objects I found a policy that wasn't necessarily prohibiting creation of them. (Not where you think it would be - under
    Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Task Scheduler > "Prohibit New Task Creation" -
    this was set to allow them) but this one I found was a File Permissions policy that set SYSTEM permissions to READ and EXECUTE.
    I've changed this to FULL CONTROL for SYSTEM. I'm unable to get on the machines to examine everything closely, but from what I can see at least one of them has remediated themselves and now has a successful client check in the console. Hopefully the rest
    of them will come around as GP updates itself and the client does an evaluation to remediate the Scheduled Task.
    Hopefully this helps someone in the future as well.
