Customer change history

Dear Expert,
we check customer change history and found a strange record: non military usage is changed from none to yes. I checked the field name, it is KNA1-CIVVE. But in customer master data, there is no this field. As user said, this change is created together with another field bank statement change. Is anyone know what the field it is? Thanks in advance!

ID for mainly non-military use

  • How to maintain change history for a custom field

    Hi All,
    I have added a new custom field in standard table FKKVKP by appending a new structure to FKKVKP. Now this custom field will appear in transaction CAA2. My requirement is I have to maintain change history for my custom field. In transaction SCDO I have seen that there is an object MKK_VKONT that maintains change history for FKKVKP entries. But I am not aware how to adjust this field so that SAP generates change history for my custom field as well.

    I have never used these tables but I have working experience with change docs.
    The Z field which you have added should be in the above structures, then you should be able to see that field in the changes.
    Of course change document should be set to that field-data element.

  • Change history of the customer master

    Hi Gurus, need help.
    We have a customer requirement where a customer was assigned to multiple sales areas before, but the customer assignment to one of the sales areas is deleted.
    Where is the place where we can see the relavant change history for the customer master.

    In customer master data, choose environment from Menu bar then select Fields Changes.
    There you will get info related to,
    -All Changes
    -Entries
    -Deletions
    -Field Names
    Similarly for Account Changes, choose environment from Menu bar and select Account changes. And correspondingly based requirement go for All Fields or Senesitive Fields.

  • Custom transaction History change

    Hi All,
    I have custom module pool transaction with input fields are Customer Number and Customer Text.
    My requirement is capture the change history of Customer text. ie Different login users can change the customer Text. I need to capture which are users change the customer text and what changes happended to customer text.
    Can anybody give a possible solution to this issue.
    How can i track the changes in the customer text.
    Here customer text is 2000 character length field.

    Hi,
    You can track the changes by creating the Change document. Use Transaction code SCDO to create the change document.
    Steps:
    1. goto Tcode SCDO
    2. Click on Create & Give the meaning full Object name
    3. Mention the underlying database tables which hold the customer data
    3. Save
    4. goto menu utilities-->Generate update pgm. This step will generate the function module with name "Object Name_WRITE_DOCUMENT".
    5. You need to call this function module with necessary data after updating the database successfully.
    6. You can see the log in CDHDR & CDPOS tables.

  • Custom Infotypes and Change History

    HR Gurus,
    I am being told that with custom infotypes, we can not track change history.
    THe scenario I have is that I need to be ableto capture Address Changes (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State and Zip) and send a Delta for the changed address.
    In my unique situation, I have been told that if Address Line 2 is deleted, than the change histiry can not capture the fact that it was deleted and all change history regarding its prior existnace will be deleted if the Address Line2 is removed.
    I am not entirely sure=, but I wanted to ask you guys anyway if I woukd be able to track Change history.

    Hi Feroz,
    Do not believe everything you hear.  You can view changed and deleted information from custom infotypes and fields. 
    First, I am not sure why you need a custom infotype for addresses when IT0006 is available to you.  You can more easily create a custom subtype if the supplied ones do not meet your needs.
    But for any PA infotype including custom infotypes, you can use the Logged Changes to infotype Data report (RPUAUD00).  You have to set up the infotype to be logged in the IMG:  Personnel Management --> Personnel Administration --> Tools --> Revision --> Set Up Change Document.  In the first section, you list the infotypes you want to track changes for including your custom infotype.  In the second step you list the fields you want to track.  "*" means any change to any field.  And in the third step you indicate whether the information is kept as a long term or short term document. 
    When you run the report, you can enter the infotype and period you want and the first list will be all changes to that infotype.  Select one to view the details and you will see each field listed with the original data and the new data.  If a field is deleted, it will appear blank in the new area, but you can still see the old entry in the previous data column. 
    Also, if an individual deletes a entry in an infotype by using Copy and enters in a new start date, the old record will be delimited, but still be available for viewing.  Also, every infotype records who made changes and the date of the change.

    I have created one sub screen with one field i.e., Warranty card No. This will be stored in MARC-ZZMAT1. Change history cannot be capturing for this field. If I made any changes (MM02), we required to capture the changes history.

    When you define the field (SE11), in the further characteristics tab there is a field Change Document. This needs to be checked

  • BP telephone and mobile change history report

    Hi,
    Requirement: We have a new requirement to create a new report that will display the change history of a customer who has done changes in their mobile or telephone number during a specific period.
    My approach was:
    Read the cdhdr data based on the objectclass objectID and udate.
    Read data from cdpos for all records from cdhdr.
    Consolidate and display the report.
    All data is coming correct except the type of telephone.
    I am not being able to distinguise between the telephone type ( mobile or telephone) using the fname field of table cdpos.
    When we insert mobile/telephone thru XD02/XD03, the entries in fname field in cdpos are as TELF1 for telephone and TELF2 for mobile. But when we modify or change the telephone or mobile, each entry of table cdpos in field fname is TELF1 or TEL_NUMBER.
    How can we differiantiate which type of telephone number is there in table cdpos? Is there any other change document table we can read to differiantiate between telephone types?

    It does not appear in CDPOS because Data element /SCMTMS/INVOICING_STATUS_CODE does not have CHANGE DOCUMENT enabled.
    I have also seen there is no such field to determine invoice status in /SCMTMS/D_TRQROT  or  /SCMTMS/D_TORROT tables. But we have appended customer specific fields to update the Invoicing status. You will have to do the same if you want.
    For quantity, Distance and duration, yes they appear multiple times.
    However, the only way is to reduce the number of records is to put a filter on CDHDR-UDATE (Creation date of the change document).
    You can also add Change document number additionally to your report selection criteria to improve the result.

  • Customer payment history in CM report

    does anyone know the extent of customer payment history included in the CM report, provided that the customer is marked for "Record payment history"? Is it a certain number of months or a certain number of payments? Can you change it to a different number of months/payments for one company code?

    in my case I have 10 payments and 63 invoices (the clearing document is the same for all 73 documents).
    One of 10 payments is linked to 6 invoices (I gather it from the text field SGTXT), so BSAD-REBZG of the payment contain only one invoice number, not 6.
    Furthermore, I have invoices paid by more than one payment (partial payments) so I'm unable to reconstruct the story.
    Do you have any other suggestions to solve my problem?

  • Update the change history for line items in CDHDR/CDPOS

    Hi,
    I have a problem in updating the sales order and line items in CDHDR/CDPOS when there is change in header level custom field..
    Actually i have a custom field in VBAK which added in additional data A in the header level of sales order.When we have change in that field only some line items only updating in the change history tables(CDHDR/CDPOS),but we need to capture all the line items when the custom field in the header level is changed.
    i have added change document flag in the data element of the custom field.
    Please advice me how to get all  the line items will reflect in CDHDR/CDPOS when the header level custom field has change .

    The purpose of CHANGE DOCUMENT tables is to flag the changes with Old and New values. So when Header data is changed only Header details will be tracked and same for Item tables too.
    If you need anything addtional from this then that would customizing.
    I am not sure what is your requirement but to make it simple and achive requirement add same field with same setting to line item tables VBAP, VBKD.. (as required, if that's doesnt impact your Order. These fields no need to be on screen). While changing your Custom field of Header level change the item level field too. Then CHANGE DOCUMENT will generate automatically for all the line item including header.

  • Vendor Changes History Missing

    Hi Team,
    There are some changes done for the vendor master but the history is missing in both t code MK04 and XK04. Please help the other methods to find. Also i checked CHDHR and CDPOS and the change history is not available.
    The table is ADRT and the field is REMARK the value changed is PUR. There are some entries already available in XK04 and MK04 but there are some deletion entry is missing and could not see and we need to find the person and date the above filed value deletion.

  • Change history of an activity

    Hi,all,
        It's a customer project,engineers post materials under certain activities,and maybe if some engineering  changes or manually just keyed in wrongly to correct,they should make some changes to the materials belong to the activity.
       Is there a form can show the change history of the materials in the activity ? I mean which has been deleted,which has been changed and which has been added and their time.
       I have tried CN60,but unfortunately,this T-code can only display the change history of the network or activity itself and can not descend to the components it has such as materials of an activity.

    How can I add a new field ("Z" fields) in the assignment block "Change History" and this new field has an historial (new value and old value)?

    I'll explain the requirement:
    When we modify an extended field of Assignment Block "Service Request Details" (Component: SRQM_INCIDENT_H - view: IncidentHeaderEF) its change doesn't appear in the Assignment Block "Change History" (Component: BTCHIST - view: HdrOVWindow),  we need to appear this change in the Assignment Block "Change History" with old and new value as well as "changed by".
