    Hi,
    It would make more sense to speak to a technical resource who is familiar with your system.  Based on the error, it looks like you have connection issues in your landscape - I'm assuming you have CRM & ERP systems communicating and it looks like there is a problem with their connectivity. Best get some basis resource to help you out.

  • Process Integration Errors - Business Partner Replicate Confirmation Out

    Hi,
    Our C4C system is integrated (HCI) with our On-Prem system for our Accounts and Employees.  SAP was our integrated but for awhile now we are getting Health Check Incidents created in regards to a Business Partner Replicate Confirmation Out issue.  Reading through the incident info and going to Business Communication Monitoring page, we see multiple Technical Error messages that are Outgoing.  Each one indicates it's an Internal Server Error that has a timeout inteval of 120 minutes.  I know I can restart them but have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer
    1.  Why are they happening at a frequent rate?
    2.  Does this indicate that something is not configured in the system correctly?
    3.  Is my assumption that the issue lies in C4C since they are outgoing to our OnPrem system?
    4.  What can we do to make these confirmation messages go through without error.
    I have attached a copy of the incident info and the payload from one of the errors.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Jeff,
    the Confirmation Message is mainly needed for storing an ID mapping in the system which has sended originally the Request message. If this confirmation message fails with an http code 500 then this indicates that the service is not properly configured. You should check your configuration on HCI and in CRM backend. A first check could be the "Connection Check" in the Communication Arrangement for this specific service. It should return something like 405 wrong method - this would indicate that the service is available on HCI.

  • Add a custom field to Business Partner(master data screen)

    My requirement: Basically have to pass special accounting number (from FI module to MM module ). For that, we need to create new custom field in the standard screen (master data) of business partner.
    How to achieve this?
    Is that by creating field exit (create a new field in the standard screen and updating business partner master data with this special accounting number)? IF so, could you please explain how to achieve this little bit clearly?

    You should catch the FormLoad event of form 134 (Business Partner), and add a static text and editbox. In addition, you need to do the data binding right after adding the item.
    Or, you just use the standard UDF function of B1.

  • Organizational Units with Business Partner

    Hi Experts,
    I'm creating my organizational structure on CRM system: on transaction "PPOMA_CRM" I'm creating all the organizations I need. But I 'm facing with a problem: I'm not able to assign them a business partner. I mean: in the transaction "PPOMA_CRM" under the column "Business Partner" I'm not able to insert any business partner.
    And on the other hand, if I go on transaction "BP" in order to define a new organization, when I select which is  the BP role to use for the creation of the organization, I don't see BUP004.
    Do you have any suggestions.
    Why I can't see it?
    And what I have to do to assign a business partner to an organization?

    Please find below my answers:-
    In a first moment I configured the HR-CRM integration and when I go on transaction PPOMA_CRM in order to display the Organizational Structure I can see, for each Organizational unit downloaded from HR, a business partner ID under the column "business partner". This is the same number ID which allows to identify the same Organizational Unit on transaction BP.
    Answer- In Transaction BP you can find the same Org unit business prtner created in PPOMA_CRM.
    Suppose you have created BP_Org in PPOMA_CRM which has got generated with certain BP number.But this will not reflect in transaction BP. All the Business Partners created under BP_Org will be getting reflected.
    Now I deactivated the HR-CRM integration and when I create a new Organizational Unit on PPOMA_CRM I'm not able to fill the column "Business Partner".
    Ans- If you have not maintained in HR-CRM Integration there will be no number range.
    If I insert the Organizationa Unit ID (displayed on PPOMA_CRM) in transaction BP I don't get any results.
    Ans- While searching in BP , first you donu2019t have option of searching BP with Org Unit ID but you will find number instead. But as I told you earlier this will search the Business Partner under your Root Organization in our case it is BP_Org. You cant search for BP_Org in Tx-BP
    I need to assign a business partner to my organizational unit for escalation purposes since the escalation is succesfully only for the organizational units with that business partner ID, i.e. all the organizational units downloaded from HR.
    So at the moment the escalation process doesn't work for the organizational units just created only on CRM standalone system.
    I think it is possible to make it work also for these organizations, but I don't know how!

         Use t-code SM59 and check if the following RFC destinations have been created:

    o     R/3 Destination for CRM e.g. CRTCLNT240
    o     R/3 Destination for ISU e.g. ISTCLNT240

  • Converting an ERP customer to a Business Partner

    We are looking to activate Business Partners for Collections and Credit Management.
    We have set the config up to map the standard customer account group to the relevant BP's for Collections and Credit Management.
    When we run the MDS cockpit it seems to fail, does not create a job and the customers are not in BP.
    Reading through the notes it seems that the Function Module needs to be activated in BUPA_CALL_FU.
    Does anyone know the correct Function Module settings to activate this?
    Has anyone done something similar and can help out?

        I'm working on the same. I've done the configuration and I'm able to run the job but after the job finishes, system creates no business partner.
        We are running collection management and FI-AR in the same system so I think no need to do ALE configuration.
        If you have solved the problem please guide me how to do that because there is no clear cut documentation available even from SAP.

  • Problem with Business Partner setup

    I am setting up master data for business partner and would like to build relationship for customers that within the same group.
    E.g. Company A, B and C are in the same group of customer, Company A is the parent company while B and C are its subsidiaries.
    My requirement is: to set up a relationship between these three companies which could let me to run a Receivable Aging Report to show the receivable for each of these companies and the total receivable for this group of company as a whole.
    Can this requirement be met?
    What would be the bset approach to meet this requirement?

    I have decided to change the field 'Remark' in the BP Master Data to 'BP Group' to store the information for customer groups.
    However, it is a 'text' field by default which implies users can type anything they want. Manual typing errors in this case, would affect the reporting.
    Would it be possible to make the field as a drop down list? (which similar to the default BP group field) and
    What will be a good query to retrieve data from this field in order to show the aging in the manner I have requested above?

  • Problem with business partner cumulative balance

    Hi
    I used to used the business partner balance enqury to quickly tell customers what they were due to pay up to the start of the month. I just looked at the cumulative balance of the last transaction of the previous month and that was it. I know I could run an aged credit report but this was quicker and easier. However since upgrade to 2007A the cumulative balance does not give the amount due for a part paid invoice so this does not work any more.
    Question is has anyone writen a fast query or other report that calculates the cumulative balance based on outstanding amount?

    I try to archive business partner but face with one issue.
    My steps:
    1) set the indicator Archiving flag in the Business Partner dialog on the tab page Status
    2) in the initial screen of the archive administration (transaction SARA), enter the object name CA_BUPA
    3) create a variant (add BP number)
    But log is empty
    This BP isn’t assign to any document.
    Did I make mistake?

    When searching for the Business Partner the city is Atlanta the Country is USA but the State is Galapagos Islands not Georgia.

  • Problem with Business Partner List - State

    I'm using SAP B1 2007A. We recently added several International countries and their regions (states). We are having a problem with the state that appears on the Business Partner List (list that appears when you search using part of a company name or *). The query that gets the data does not take into consideration the Country where the state is located. The result is that the query returns the first state it finds based on the state code not the state associated with the country.
    Is there a fix for this query or is there a way I can adjust the query to get the correct state results in the Business Partner List.

  • Customer number of business partner can not be determined

    Hello,
    I created the BP for role TR0100 Main Loan Partner and I also added the role for FLCU00 for FI Client where I put the Company Code information and link this BP with the customer number in FI.
    When I am create a general loan (SAP Banking) the system did not determine the customer number in the Partner view, so when I go to make a Disburse (FN5V), I put the company code and the contract number, and then I get the error message "Customer number of main loan partner cannot be determined" Message no. 67087.
    I have reviewed the configuration and the SAP help for this scenario but I have not resolved this problem. We are starting this project so do you think this error could be generated because FI has not been fully customized ?

    But I have not resolved the issue,
    I reviewed you 2 suggestions but the issue still continues.
    1. I configured 2 company codes and the settings for product types and the activities for the loans are completed. In fact, I can save contracts and see the cash flow.
    2. I am using for example the condition 201 A_Nominal Interest and the flow type assigned is 0110 and the check "Payment transaction" is set.

  • Business Partner Roles and Account Life Cycle management in IC

    Hi all,
    We have IC agents creating prospects but also back office people (i.e. sales staff) creating prospects. Back office staff uses account life cycle management to identify the prospect role. However, I noticed that the business partner role (prospect in this case) is not visible within the IC - during account creation - because the role is used within the account life cycle role exclusion group.
    I can always enhance the IC component to remove the filter on the BP Role. but question I have is why does SAP IC remove the roles from the role drop down list in the IC account creation screen and how did other people get around this?

    i have had to do a fresh install of my OS with no migration and i don't understand how to get my software reinstalled. i understand that if i had a CD or DVD that i can install off the disk but how to i reinstall mac software? i see i have .dmg files
