Customize Webconsole - to avoid prefetch

Question

Hi All,
When we create a user in OIM , by going to Users -> Create , there is a manager ID attribute. Upon
clicking the hour glass look up - it allows us to search a user based on given criteria.
When we perform attestation, The attestation process sends tasks to all reviewers. If the reviewer delegates the task to someone, then clicks the Save button ,
To assign a delegator when we click the hour glass- It shows the popup with users already listed in popup. When the user base is really high , to load popup its long taking time.
The lookup should pop like Manager ID of create User with no results and return results upon search criteria.
How can this be done.

Hey Martin,
Thanks for the response.
There is only one place where OIM allows Form changes - FormMetadata.xml.
I found that the methods called to get list of users when Manager ID - findUsersfiltered of tcUserOperationsIntf
when Delegator - getActiveUsers of tcUserOperationsIntf.
I have tried using findUsersfiletred in both places , restarted , redeployed - but that does not help.
I have looked deep into jsps - used System.out.println - to find the arguments passed to calling methods.
Even when I pass same arguments and call finUsersFiletred from Atttestation page- I still see its returning all the users,
I am having hard time figuring out where they set initail filter.
Will keep researching and update if I make progress.
