Customizing PR05 prints

We have a requirement to customize a certain print function within the PR05 (Travel Expense Manager) t-code. Basically when they pull up a list of trips for an individual, they can then pick an individual trip and see all the receipts for it. Within that secondary screen, they do the Print icon and can choose to Print/Print Preview. The listing that comes up shows each receipt with descriptions, amounts, dates, expense type, etc. They can display a total on this screen that gets printed, but currently there is not a way here to break out totals by reimbursable/non-reimbursable amounts.
I would like to customize the layout for this and add a column to designate if the expense type is reimbursable or not. I know that the table PTRV_SREC has a field PAID_COM that can tell this. However I have not been able through debugging to identify how to customize the printing here. It appears to use some of the fields being filled in structure PTK03.
I was just curious if anyone had worked specifically with this and might have some thoughts on how customization in this area can be addressed (exits, config settings, etc.). Thanks in advance..

How to Create a Custom Canvas Print Order System

Hi,
I own a canvas print website but if anyone wants to order a 'custom' canvas print from their own photo they have to email me and I add effects and email them back. I'd like to move away from this and setup an automated system in Flash where the user can upload their image, select their canvas size, apply some effects, and then order online.
If you Google 'photos on canvas' there are literally loads of websites that have this functionality. I've got the time and will to learn & build my own version, and after looking at quite a few implementations I think Flash will be the best format to build this in (and I like the idea of keeping it all within the Flash environment rather than mixing php & javascript). www dot canvasdezign dot co dot uk/yourphotos.php is a good example - they use uploadify to upload the image and then its all in flash from there on.
I'd really appreciate it if any of you guys could point me in the right direction of where you think I should start with this project, and how you'd approach it? I'm relatively new to Flash but find with any new language the best way to learn is 'on the job'. I know that image handling can be difficult in any language so if there's a 'good' way of approaching this then I'd love to learn of it now rather than further down the line.
As a first step I'd like to get it working without the option of adding fancy effects to the images - a nice and simple image upload > select size > resize image to fit > save & upload image (actually, probably a more realistic first step will be having a single standard size rather than options).
Any pointers on how to approach this would be really appreciated. I'm using Flash Professional CS5.5 with ActionScript 3.

Sure - once you make a PDF you can e-mail or share it as you want - although they can be large so you need a share capability for large file

You know, in a user exit or a BADi you can access any variable of the program you want.
Just find what which program calls the Exit User, put a break-point in it, and find the variable you need to access.
Then add this kind code in your Exit :
DATA: l_var TYPE ....

Can't custome size print photos using iPhotos app

can't custome size print photos from iPad using iPhoto app and can't find and download new Photos app to use with iOS 8.1.

I also found this issue when trying to use the Coupons app; we've validated a problem and are working to correct it.

Illustrator CC custom fit print doesn't work

This is a serious workflow disruption: In CSx I could open any file, choose a print preset, click on 'custom' for Media Size and it would automatically adjust the print width and height to whatever the artwork boundaries were (Ignore Artboards ✓'d). Now in CC it just uses whatever I had set for the print preset when I created it rather than adjusting like bfore. Is there something I'm overlooking? Can/will this be fixed? This might sound like small pease compared to the overall view, but this makes a design that would normally take a few seconds to print to our screens to almost half a minute.

Customer statement print print program problem.

I am trying to trigger the customet statement from transaction F.27.
I was configure the correspondence in OB 77 and attache dteh print program RFKORD11. a nd tatche dteh form and print program in
OB96 for specific company code and excuted from f.27 and its working fine.
   But my concern is, i have lot of new date to to show on form from logistics so thats why i was trying to
   copy the standard program 'RFKORD11' into ZFKORD11 and assigned it to correspondesce as per the above steps.
   but when i execute the F.27, But it looking the standard program 'ZFKORD11' only instead of my custom program.
My question:
1. Can we attached Z-program to execute the customer stattement from F.27?
      if yes please give me the details. and it wil help me lot..

F.27 is a standard transaction code that triggers the t-code SA39 (not available for users to run, use SA38) which runs the program RFKORK00. It is not advisable to change the standard code pointers.
You may try creating a new t-code that runs your program.

Need help ordering custom size prints in iphoto....

I don't know how to order custom size photos? After I edit photo in constrain tab and type the size i need it doesn't show that available size in kodak menu. Only standard sizes show up like 3x5, 4x6 etc... I need various sizes like 4 3/4 x 4 3/4 for example.

As far as I know, there are only the standard sizes available for prints.
You will have to print the custom sizes with your printer.

Custom Label Printing - Print position creeps up and across labels

Hello
I am using VS 2010 and have updated to SP4 for Crystal Reports
I used the custom size option to make a label report. The built in options for label sheets do not match the labels that I have
I made a label report for 3 columns and 8 rows using the label size, margin widths top and bottom, left and right, with the 2 widths between the columns. But this does not print correctly on the labels. The printing on the label rows creep up so by the time you reach the 8th row the label is partly on the 7th Row. The left hand column prints correctly. the middle column prints closer to the left edge of the label than in the first column and the third column is printing on the gap between the 2nd and 3rd column.
I tried making a new report and set the dimensions to the maximum sizes that would allow 24 labels (3 columns and 8 rows) but the same problem occurs as when having set the correct sizes
I am not sure if there is a method to edit the label sizes, and margin widths as happens when creating a new report or if the only option is to create a new report.
Any assistance or information on how to make the labels print with the correct row and column spacing would be appreciated.
My Labels are 67mm x 36mm. there is no space betwwen the rows, the margin at the top and bottom of the sheet are the same, and the left and right margins are the same. The space between the columns is 2mm

There is no Avery template in the list that has 24 labels, which is why I was using the Custom Label
I have tried many variations trying different widths and gaps between the labels, but in all cases by the time the 8th row is printeed the printing has crept up and is now overlapping onto the bottom of the 7th row label. The third column is printing on the gutter between the 2nd and 3rd column.
When creating a Custom label it would appear that the Wizard works on Letter size Paper regardless of the paper size that the printer is set to. All my printers are set to A4 size paper.
Letter Paper is 215.9mm x 279.4mm compared to 210mm x 297mm for A4. While the width is not a problem the length is less, and that may well be what is causing the problem when the Wizard creates the labels, despite changing the Paper size to A4. But the paper size can only be changed and set to A4 after the wizard has been given the label size and spacing for margins and gutters.
In my view the Wizard should ask for the paper size and then ask for the label size settings and layout

Custom Envelope Print Problem

3210 all-in-one gives error message when I try to print 5.75" x 8.75" envelope using Word (Vista OS)
. I went into Printer Preferences on the PC, right-clicked on the printer and set up the custom envelope saving the name. However, the size doesn't appear in Word's envelope "Options" diaglog box. Consequently, printer doesn't recognize envelope size.
Does anyone have any ideas why Word isn't recognizing the saved custom envelope size.

Hello, Last night I spent forever figuring that out, but not the way I think Vista & HP would do it. I kept getting the paper doesn't match error message, too. I finally figured out that I could:
1) Create a regular Word file (I did not use an envelope template) with landscape orientation.
2) Enter the return address & delivery address information (it was a funny greeting card, so I used word art) using text boxes with no borders (unless you want borders.) You can move the text boxes where you think they should go on the envelope by left clicking to get the brackets & then holding the mouse down while you arrange the text.
3) Go to Print, then Properties, go to the Printing Shortcuts tab & select landscape orientation there, too. Click okay.
4) You're back in the first print dialog box, & down in the bottom right corner where it says Scale to paper size, select A5.
5) Remove all the other paper from the tray & load your envelope in the main (bottom tray) face down, feeding lengthwise (remember it is landscape orientation), all the way to the right of the tray with the envelope closure toward the middle of the tray.
6) Now move the guide bar that is on the left of the tray over to secure it in place (I think that also lets the printer sensor know you're not using full size paper.)
7) Click OK & it voila!! It prints!
I went back in to the file & realized that it did not save my settings to do another, so you may need to do it each time. To make sure you have everything where you want it, you can print out a test print on regular size paper & hold it up to your envelope to fine tune the placement of address, etc, & to ensure you load the envelope the right way. & then remove all the other regular paper, & load the one envelope & pull the guide bar over. You may need to check that those settings are still in place before you print the envelope after the test one, but once you get the hang of it you can do great envelopes with your cards, & even spruce them up with google images, or other graphics that the regular envelope settings don't do.I am sure there is a "proper" way to do this, but this worked so why not! Good luck.

That is quite helpful but we are wondering if there is a way that the number of copies can be changed once so that the invoice would be printed 3 times always. At the moment we use only FB12 and F.61 to print. If we add another step (SP02) then it would be a bit time consuming.
Any other ideas?

Customized PO printing program and sapscript

Hello,
i have created a customized program and sapscript for PO printing.
its working fine in our config client..when i moved to our training client... 2 information is not printing (ie: vendor name)
i tried to do comparision of the program and sapscript of the 2 client and both are same..
all setting is completed (NACE,MN04 etc) its only the one field not being display when i do my testing in the training client.
i tried to use debug on training client and noticed that the field for vendor name is not being populated... but its working fine in the config client..same set up of vendor etc.
anyway i can check what i have missed out ?

Make sure the Vendor number and associated information exist in that client as well. Each client may very well have different Vendor numbers
