Hope you followed the same in R/3
Datasource: Rsa5->RSA6
BI Side:
Rsa1->BI Content->Select Datasource->Installation->Replicating/Activating the DS
And same procedure for Infoprovider too.
Please analyze closely about the procedure, some where you are missing something.

When i try to install the transfer rules for 2 lis_11_vahdr in BI7 business content, it gave a message that "DataSource 2LIS_11_VAHDR does not exist in source system ECDCLNT100 of version A". i have done an enhancement for this.I activated them from rsa5, activated both in LBWE as well as activated thier structures too after enhancing. I replicated and did all possible steps still iam unable to find.

DataSource ***** does not exist in source system ***** of version A

dear masters,
i m new to BI i m creating one report in BI. for that i m taking the data from Excel file. for that i have created the source system
and data source i saved and activated the data source. in data source preview i checked the data its coming properly as i given in
excel sheet. after that i m creating the infopackage while creating it i m getting the error DataSource ***** does not exist in source system ***** of version A. i checked data source in RSA2 but in this it is showing The DataSource DS_PO85 does not exist in version A also i checked in RSA3 its showing The DataSource DS_PO85 does not exist in version A.
pls help me how to overcome this problem.... where i m missing which setttings...

Hi Vicky,
Go to RSA1--> Data Source --> Find the data source (for which the load is getting failed)
Now Change and activate the data source again.
Both the status and version should be activated green.
Also you can use the check button to check the DS.

Transport Error - DS does not exist in Source system

Dear All,
I am getting below Error while transporting the DSO from DEV to Quality.
DataSource 8ZM_ALT does not exist in source system DCQCLI041 of version A.
I have checked the dataosource is active and available in Development system. But Its giving error while importing.
As per the dataflow the data of this DSO is updated to Cube.
Has anyone solved this issue, because i have checked in SDN but there are no suitable answers.

Data source 80BP_ID does not exists in source system

Hi All,
I have just started with standard content for SD module.
I activated my datasources 2lis_11_vaitm and 2lis_12_vcitm in my R3 system.
After replicating these data sources in my BI system i went to BI Content to activate my Info sources.
While installing info sources 2lis_11_vaitm and 2lis_12_vcitm i got errors namely
Data source 80BP_ID does not exists in source system
Datasource 80BP_REL not maintained.
Can somebody pls suggest a way out.

Hi Rohit,
When ever you try to install the SD related Standard business content then it will automatically pick up the CRM related data. the 0BP_ID, these are related to the CRM.
Please uncheck the unrelated objects while installing the STD content.
you can select the option in the grouping as ONLY NECESSARY OBJECTS.

Application component does not exist in source system

hello all,
I was check the datasources in RSA5 but i cant see any application component hierarchy ...
all i can see is unassigned nodes...and all the datasources are under these 'unassigned nodes'
Could anybody tell me why its like this and what we can do to fix it...

Run RSA9 to transfer it, and then you should see it in RSA5.

The DataSource 0CRM_LEAD_H does not exist in version A

Hi,
I am not getting any records on to BW side by any of the load(full,init/delta)
When checked RSA3 in source system(CRM) there are 5 records.
When checked RSA3 in source system(BW) it gives an error.
error:
DataSource 0CRM_LEAD_H is not defined in the source system
in (BW)Tcode RSA2 - for the DS 0CRM_LEAD_H
DataSource 0CRM_LEAD_H does not exist in version A
I checked RSA5 in crm and the DS is activated once again

Basis did some work around and was able to remote logon from SM59. But still the problem exist.
Now while installing business content I am getting an error (Logical system)
Error: Rule (target: 0GN_PAR_LSY, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
GN_PAR_LSY is an infoobject for Logical system.

Hi, when i able to import the 0WRKCNT_CATG_TEXT extractor into source system i am getting the above bug Cannot retrieve table metadata - Table does not exist: ODP source <0WRKCNT_CATG_TEXT> does not exist, i have been checked in RSA5 T code to check the object is active or not, its active and its available in ROOSATTR table with enabled mode,but still its showing the error, can anyone help on this ..

'ORA-00942: table or view does not exist'
According to the error message, it seems that the migrating table or view does not exist in the database, or SSMA does not have access to it. To troubleshoot the issue, please check the following things.
1. Verify that if the spelling of the table or view name is correct.
2. If the table or view exists but is in a different schema from the current schema where the SQL is executing (in other word, the table doesn’t own by you, but owned by other user), the ORA-00942 error will return too. Resolve this by
explicitly reference the table or view by specifying the schema name (schema_name.table_name).
3. SSMA queries some additional catalog tables that you may not have permission to, please make sure that you grant the account permission to
read sys.mlog$. For more details, please review this similar thread:

Warning: Index does not exist in database system MSSQL

Hi,
After activating the Index from SE11,
I receive the following Warning:
Index does not exist in database system MSSQL.
What does this mean? Has performance been increased or does the index 1st have to exist in the database system MSSQL?

When you create index at SE11 and you need activate database utility.
utilitities-database utility->then click activate and adjust database.
else you can use SE14 and so that Index will create databse level.

I created a Secondary Index in DEV, its fine and the message is,
Index KNA1~Z01 exists in database system ORACLE
I moved it to TEST and there I got the message is like,
Index does not exist in database system ORACLE
So,
1 - Wht I hv to do now? Shuld I see BASIS people?
2- Why its happened like that? Coz of not enough space?

After any change in the existing structure of the table you need to adjust and then activate it.
It can be done using SE14 tcode, please try using this.

Problem : Index does not exist in database system DB6.
I need further explanation why when i transport index from Development Client to Production Client the index is active but does not exist in database system DB6.
So when the cases is occurs i must re-create the index again in Production Level...

it might be due to some BUG in RDBMS...
First Check the Secondary index in TEST system
Look at the Transport Number in DEV system, If this is having error, then it will show you the error details also,
If that not moved Properly then you need to create another request for the INDEX and move it again

BPC Error in Validation "0RATE_TYPE does not exist in source"

We are on BPC 7.5 Netweaver version SP7.
I am loading FX RATES to BPC from BI DSO using Data Manager. I am getting an error while doing validation for One of the InfoObject in DSO stating "0RATE_TYPE is not a valide command or 0RATE_TYPE does not exist in source " . I find that same infoObject 0RATE_TYPE is missing from the "field list " in "set selection" parameter while validating the transformation file; In datatype I am selcting "Transaction data from NW BW InfoProvider"
Pl let me know how it is possible that the transformation file has mapping for my InfoObject 0RATE_TYPE but my InfoObject 0RATE_TYPE is not available for selection.
Also if we can change the selection where to make required changes in BI Or BPC.
