Date/time related to delivery

Hi experts,
Q1: Why the actual GI date cannot be showed directly in the report (VL06F)?
Q2: Where to find the actual GI TIME? For e.g., posting goods issue is at 12:00pm, where can I find this time in delivery or other reports?

GI Date and Time can be fetched from Table LIKP and I dont think any standard report shows GI time.
thanks

  • Is there a solution to the data/time camera metadata problem?

    After a lot of testing I've nailed down a serious flaw with Lightroom, and I'm wondering if people have any sort of solution, either from within Lightroom or externally.
    When Lightroom is used to export JPEGs, the exported files have the correct Image EXIF data stamped in the Date/Time Original and Date/Time Digitized fields - it matches the date/time of the RAW file, which is exactly what you'd want and expect.
    What it doesn't set correctly though is the JPEG file Created, and file Modified dates - they are set as the date/time the JPEG export was done from Lightroom. There are many applications that sort based on the last modified date of the JPEG, and it's illogical that Lightroom wouldn't have the JPEG file metadata match up with the EXIF data. I can't think of a single scenario where you'd want to have two different time/data stamps in the image that you just exported.
    Using ACDSee I can batch change the JPEG file Created and file Modified dates to match the EXIF data. It's an added step I shouldn't have to do, but I can do it. What I *can't* change in batch mode with ACDSee is the Camera Date/Time time - which, you guessed it, is stamped with the time that the JPEG was *created* during the export, not the time that the camera was set for when the RAW file was captured, which is what it SHOULD be set to. It should be stamped with the EXIF date/time original data. I think I already know the answer to this, but is there any setting in Lightroom that addresses this issue?
    I've seen others recommend EXIFtool but using a command line tool isn't what I consider a reasonable suggestion. Are there any other tools that might help me here?

    <br />You mentioned that the CreateDate wasn't set correctly in your files. For my JPGs exported from LR, based on Canon CRW raws, the CreateDate does match the DateTimeOriginal. ExifTool is reasonable enough for me; here is a sample output of ALL the date/time related fields in one of my exported JPGs.

  • Delivery Date Time spot contains unformated value in PO in Auto PO creation

    Hi Experts,
    We have created a program that fetches the recent changes done in Purchase Requisition documents given as input and updates the corresponding Purchase Order document created from those PRs accordingly. We are using the FM BAPI_PO_CHANGE for the purpose of updating the changes to the POs. We are facing a peculiar situation while updating the scheduling lines. When we are passing the delvery date (EKET-EINDT) change, the system automatically passes the delivery date time spot (EKET-UZEIT) in an unrecognised format, something like '00::0:1' instead of '00:00:00'.  Due to this the system doesn't allow to open the Purchase orders since it is giving format error message. This issue does not happen in debug mode but happens in the foreground without the debug on.
    Please let me know how to go about solving this issue
    Thanks
    Devarajan

    Hi ,
    Thanks for the reply. But the issue is we are not passing any value to the Delivery Date Time Spot field (EKET-UZEIT). So by default when the BAPI_PO_CHANGE FM is called the value passed to this field is '000000'. It is that the system automatically changes the value to '00::0:1'. And it does so only if we execute the program without debugging the code. May be there might be a OSS note to update.

  • Converting Delivery Creation Date/Time into the Local Date/Time

    Hi
    I have two fields like 'Delivery Creation Date' and 'Delivery Creation Time' in ECC system . My user wants the Delivery Creation Date / Delivery Creation Time in Local time of Plants .
    For example :
    Delivery    Plant       DelivCreationDate       DelivCreationTime   DelivCreationDate(Local)   DelivCreationTime(Local)
    312456          1650               11/2/2007                     4:30                          11/2/2007                          3:30
    Here the Plant 1650 is in Mexico . The above delivery is created in Canada in ECC system according to the candain time .
    But user wants to convert the Candain Delivery Creation Date and Time into the Local Date/Time of specific plant .
    So we need to convert the  Candain Delivery Creation Date and Time into Mexico timings .
    How can it is possible this one and user wants to automate this process .
    Please let me know

    CALL FUNCTION 'IB_CONVERT_INTO_TIMESTAMP'
    EXPORTING
    i_datlo = <source_fields>-delivery_date
    i_timlo = <source_fields>-delivery_time

    CALL FUNCTION 'IB_CONVERT_FROM_TIMESTAMP'
    EXPORTING
    i_timestamp = timestamp
    I_TZONE = MEX
    IMPORTING
    E_DATLO = date
    E_TIMLO = time.
    CAD and MEX are variables i have used...
    the challenge is to find the canadian and mexican time zone....CAD and MEX.
    which you can get by performing a lookup in table T001W and passing country as parameter.

  • ASN Delivery Date/Time Issue

    Hi
    We are having issue wherein vendor navigates to Create ASN screen from DCM screen there he enters the ASN number, Shipping date and time, quantity and PO number etc. After this he presses the Check button for calculating delivery date and time. Here instead of adding number of hours mentioned in Means of Transport entry to Shipping time, system adds some fix number hours to MoT hours and calculates the delivery time.
    But if vendor directly goes to Create ASN screen then system only considers number of hours mentioned in MoT entry. I want to know from where system is adding this fix number of hours while scheduling delivery date/Time.
    Thanks

  • Related to shipment & transportation Dates & Time.

    Hi,
    Could you please tell me where can I find following dates & time in customizing.
    1) Transit time & transit date
    2) Loading time & loading date
    3) Pick/Pack time
    4) Transportation Lead time
    Also can you give one example of forward scheduling & backward scheduling.
    Thanks

    Hi..
    when u r creating sales order first system will go with backward scheduling if it is not reach the dates then system will go for forward scheduling.
    Backward Scheduling:
    material available datepick/pack time loading time transit timetransportation lead time
    for ex order dated is 1st req deliver date is 10th assume like this
    for pick/pack time = 2
    for loading time = 2
    for transportation lead time = 2
    for transit =5
    in backward scheduling from 10th
    522+2 = 11days it is taking that means it crossing the order date ate the time it will go for forward scheduling
    from 1st on wards 222+5 it will confirm 11th..
    this is happening when the material is available on 1st.
    If the material is not available then it will find material available date suppose that is on 3rd the sysstem will calculate like this 225 = 9 ( forward scheduling ) it will not consider Transportation lead time i.e( Lorry arrangement time ) because we can do this arrange ment between 1st and 3rd. then sys confirm on 3rd + 9days i.e 12th.
    Pick/pack time system will pick up from shipping point Transportation time ( Trans lead time+ Transit time ) is from Route. Transit time means travel duration time..
    Delievry scheduling will be started only from the material availability date i.e., system will first determine the material avail date and then do scheduling. By default Standard SAP system does Backward Scheduling in case material availability falls beyond the required delivery date system will do forward schedluing
    Delivery Scheduling consists of the following Basic activities:
    We give deatils while creating order:
    Order Creation Date
    Required Delivery Date
    Order date - Material availability date - Transportation Planning Date - Loading date - Goods Issue Date - Required Delivery Date
    Time Between GI Date and required Delivery Date is called Transit Time
    Time Between LoadingDate and GI Date is called Loading time
    Time Between Material Availability Date and Loading Date consists of 2 components - Pick / PackTime and Transportation Planning Time
    System has to calculate all this before it determines the confirmed delivery date

  • Question on date, time and time stamp related - high priority

    Hi friends,
         My requirement is to find the processing time (time taken) of a task done by an agent in wf. For that I use Start Date, Start Time, End Date and End Time ( from struc SWP_LOGTAB ). I have to display the time taken by an agent in the form WWd XXh YYm (or WWd XXh YYm ZZs) ex: 2d 10h 40m 20s.
    Can any one suggest me the right FMs which take start and end date/time and give me the above format result?
    This can be achieved manually with unnecessary Ifs and CASEs but its gonna be a performance issue. Please suggest me something SAP standard.
    Thanks in advace for your help
    Reddy

    Hi,
    I don't find any function module, but it does'nt really hard to code this using DIV and MOD instructions :
    If you've got your time in seconds :
    w_day = w_time DIV 86400.
    w_mod = w_time MOD 86400.
    w_hour = w_mod DIV 3600.
    w_mod = w_mod MOD 3600.
    It doesn't seem too bad in term of performance....

    Hi
    I will refer you to use SWWIHEAD table to retrieve start date and End Date of a Task. You have to write aprogram for this. You can find out the task from the field TS94000083 from WI_RH_TASK.

  • Deliver Related (Project delivery)  Billing

    Is it possible to do delivery related (project delivery) billing in PS. Our enterprise uses PS for the manufacturing and procurement process, but there is compelling business / statutory requirement to do delivery related billing.
    Currently we call the materials in sales orders, then do sales order  delivery and then delivery related billing. This leads discrepancies and necessitates duplication of data entry, once in project networks and then again in sales orders.
    Looking for a solution to do project delivery and bill the materials referencing this delivery.
    Muraleedharan.R

    Hi,
    Thanks a lot for your prompt response.
    I hope the picture is clear now.
    The business requirement is:
    1.There are hundreds of deliverables in the project each having individual billing value
    2.We have specific billing requirements for each billing document involving advance adjustments (down payments), deferred debts (payments which due only after a specified time from the billing date) etc.
    3.Billing needs to be linked to (read referenced) the deliveries from excise procedural angle  (CIN)
    Now,if the delivery is to be referenced in billing ,and if a very complex picing procedure involving lot of manual pricing conditions are involved, what shall we do?
    Presently we are calling all the materials as sales order line items, assign the line items to WBS, do sales order delivery and then do delivery related billing. The process is fine, but involve duplication of data entry and lot of manual intervention which is quite un-SAP like.
    My postings are against this back drop.

  • Date / Time System fields - inconsistent

    This is a weird one...please bear with me
    Before I begin...note that this is not a problem that is difficult to fix, I'm just interested in better understanding why the system fields are behaving the way they are.
    We have 20 or so programs that use a function module to create a file header that includes a date/time stamp.  The programs also place a trailer with a date/time stamp that should match the one in the header.  However, the programmer used different system fields (after a GET TIME statement) to create the date/time stamp in the trailer.  On occasion, the date/time stamp comes out different.
    Here's the code (sry about all caps):
      GET TIME.
      CONCATENATE SY-DATUM SY-UZEIT INTO BATCHID.
      CALL FUNCTION 'Z_YADAYADA'
           EXPORTING
                FILE_ID              = P_FILEID
                REFRESH_TYPE         = P_REFTYP
                START_PERIOD         = START_PER
                END_PERIOD           = END_PER
           IMPORTING
                STRING255            = OUTPUTSTRING
           EXCEPTIONS
                INVALID_REFRESH_TYPE = 1
                INVALID_BATCH_ID     = 2.
      ...sy-subrc check...
      TRANSFER OUTPUTSTRING TO P_FILE1.  <--header output
      CONCATENATE L_TRL BATCHID COUNT T_TOTAL SPACE
                  INTO OUTPUTSTRING SEPARATED BY L_DEL.
      CONDENSE OUTPUTSTRING NO-GAPS.
      TRANSFER OUTPUTSTRING TO P_FILE1.  <--trailer output
    inside function module *****
      CONCATENATE: SY-DATLO SY-TIMLO INTO DATESTAMP,
                   SY-SYSID SY-MANDT INTO MACHINE_NAME.
      CONDENSE: DATESTAMP, MACHINE_NAME NO-GAPS.
      CONCATENATE C_HDR DATESTAMP FILE_ID MACHINE_NAME
                  SY-CPROG ' ' REFRESH_TYPE START_PERIOD
                  END_PERIOD DATESTAMP
                  INTO STRING255 SEPARATED BY '~'.
      CONDENSE: STRING255 NO-GAPS.
    You can see that the function uses SY-DATLO and SY-TIMLO for creation of the header, while SY-DATUM and SY-UZEIT are used for the trailer.  What's wierd is that sometimes the trailer has a date/time stamp that is 1 second <b>greater</b> than the header, despite the fact that it is stored in the BATCHID variable <b>before</b> the header is created.
    Any help, references, explanations greatly appreciated (and rewarded with points)

    Hi Brian
    Here is the related part from the weblog of ABAP expert Horst Keller. Hope it may help. For the full document, you can visit <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.sdn.wcm.compound.docs/library/uuid/f1391fc3-0301-0010-d384-fccd036f1c67">here</a>.
    The values of all system fields in this table are implicitly set when the program is started, every time a screen layout of a screen is sent, and when the internal mode is set. The GET TIME command explicitly updates the system fields, except for sy-dayst, sy-fdayw and sy-tzone.
    With the exception of sy-datlo and sy-timlo, all system fields refer to the local date and time of the current SAP system. The ABAP runtime environment clock is synchronized with the database server clock at regular intervals in order to calculate the local time of the SAP system. During the synchronization process, the ABAP runtime environment clock is set to the database server clock. Because this happens on all application servers in an SAP system, the ABAP runtime environment clock is synchronous with the clocks on all other application servers and with the database system clock, and thus shows the local time of the entire SAP system. The time zone on which the local time of an SAP system is based is the only entry in the database table TTZCU.
    The content of sy-zonlo is taken from the user master record of the current user. The values of sy-datlo and sy-timlo are calculated from sy-datum and sy-uzeit and from the time zone of the SAP system for the time zone in sy-zonlo. If the user master record does not contain a time zone, or if it contains an invalid or an inactive time zone, sy-datlo and sy-timlo are set to the values of sy-datum and sy-uzeit. All valid time zones are defined in table TTZZ.
    Is't the naming of sy-datum and sy-uzeit really geeky?
    Time Stamps
    The above system fields for date and time are not sufficient for many requirements of determining unique points in time: They represent local times and the values are measured in seconds. For more exact date and time determination, you use time stamps.
    A time stamp represents date and time in the form YYYYMMDDHHMMSS. YYYY is the year, MM the month, DD the day, HH the hour, MM the minutes and SS the seconds. There is a short form and a long form. In the long form, the format specified above additionally contains 7 decimal places for fractions of seconds, which allows for an accuracy of up to 100 ns. The maximum time resolution depends on the operating system of the application server and may be less.
    A valid time stamp must contain values whose date and time specifications before the decimal separator correspond to valid values for the data types d and t. Time stamps in this form are always considered as UTC (Universal Time Coordinated, basis for calculating worldwide time specifications; the UTC reference time is based on Greenwich Mean Time, GMT, but is not a time zone; it has no daylight saving time or summer time) time stamps when processed with the corresponding statements. You use the statement GET TIME STAMP to create a time stamp that represents the current UTC reference time.

  • Get date-time from .lvm

    With Labview I've created a .lvm file with 6 colums of data. The .lvm also contains a x value (+1 for each row) so i'm saving 1 row of data every second.
    If I plot the data in Diadem the X-axis shows up as relative time, but I want to see the absolute time (date+time). All the information is to do this is present in the header of the .lvm, but I cant find the setting to do this!
    Thank in advance!

    Hi Inspectation,
    OK, I got your *.LVM file, and all is clear.  The problem in this case is that DIAdem 2010 and prior versions are hiding the absolute date/time property of the waveform from you in an attempt not to confuse you.  But since that's exacty what you want to see, this approach ends up being very confusing indeed, even though it works great for most of our customers.
    The good news is that the LVM DataPlugin is parsing the absolute date/time property for each channel, and that property is being loaded (invisibly) into the Data Portal, so you can run a VBScript to fish out that information and create a new DateTime channel to plot the data against on the X axis:
    OPTION EXPLICIT
    Dim GroupIdx, ChanIdx
    GroupIdx = GroupDefaultGet
    IF GroupChnCount(GroupIdx) > 0 THEN
    ChanIdx = CNoXGet(GroupIdx, 1)
    Call WfmToDateWfm(ChanIdx, "DateTime")
    Call ChnRenumber
    END IF
    Function WfmToDateWfm(Channel, DateTimeChanName)
    Dim ChnStartTime, OffStartTime, ChnDeltaTime, RelStartTime, RelStopTime, DateTimeChannel
    IF ChnPropValGet(Channel, "waveform") <> "Yes" THEN Exit Function
    ChnStartTime = CDbl(CDate(ChnPropValGet(Channel, "wf_start_time")))
    OffStartTime = ChnPropValGet(Channel, "wf_start_offset")
    ChnDeltaTime = ChnPropValGet(Channel, "wf_increment")
    RelStartTime = 24*3600*(Trunc(ChnStartTime) + 693958 + Abs(Frac(ChnStartTime))) + OffStartTime
    RelStopTime = RelStartTime + ChnDeltaTime*(ChnLength(Channel) - 1)
    IF DateTimeChanName = "" THEN DateTimeChanName = ChnName(Channel) & " DateTime"
    Call GroupDefaultSet(ChnGroup(Channel))
    DateTimeChannel = ChnLinGen("/" & DateTimeChanName, RelStartTime, RelStopTime, ChnLength(Channel))
    ChnFormat(DateTimeChannel) = "Time"
    Call ChnMove(DateTimeChannel, ChnGroup(Channel), ChnIndex(Channel))
    WfmToDateWfm = DateTimeChannel
    End Function ' WfmToDateWfm()

  • The export file from a calc script - naming and date/time stamp

    Here is a simple calc script to export data.
    2 questions:
    1. Is there an easy way to add a date/time stamp on the name of the data file so that it does not overwrite the older ones every time?
    2. I tried to specify the path so that it write to another server. "\\mfldappp011\E:\Exp_AW.txt". It's not working. How should I specify the path ?
    Fix (@Relative("Yeartotal",0),"Actual","Working",&ActualYear);
    Dataexport "file" "," "C:\Exp_AW.txt" "#MI";
    EndFix;
    Edited by: user9959627 on Sep 7, 2012 11:25 AM

    Probably easiest to call the maxl script from a command line script, then rename the exported file to include the tme stamp and copy/move it to a location.

    Appreciate your earliest response.
    Om

    I am doing simple goods receipt without reference to any document ( mvt 521 - goods receipt without ref to production order) , in that case it should not ask for any vendor or should not search for vendor code , i am not getting why it is searching for vendor.
    If i removed the setting related to HU management for storage location then it allows me to post the document without any error, but if i activate for HU managment in below path i am getting error ( even in below path if i entered any vendor code then it allows me to post the document)
    Logistics general- Handling unit management- basics-materials management - inventory management -HU requirement for storage location and default values for deliveries
    plant     Storage location      Partner storage location   Sal org  Dist chan shipping division vendor customer HU requred
    05         ZBD1                       ZPK1
    in above if i entered any vendor code then it allows me to post the doc but i remove it then i am getting above error.
    If there any alternative or other setting to overcome this error.
    Thanks
    Om

  • How do I update Date Time Digitized to match an updated Capture Time for a DNG file?

    I am updating capture time based on GPS Time (a bit OCD, I know) but when I change Capture Time the Date Time Digitized value does not change. This in in LR 4.3 and is not affected by whether on not the Catalog is set to 'Write date or time changes into proprietary raw files'. Maybe this is a problem for DNG files only.

    GreSep wrote: I saw another LR discussion that said that with LR 4.3 updating Capture Time would also update Date Time Digitized but it does not do so for me on my DNGs (and as of last month ALL my images were converted to DNGs).
    One or two intermediate versions of LR 3 (perhaps Lr 3.6) set DateTimeDigitized when you gave the Metadata > Edit Capture Time command. But for people managing scans in which the capture time of the original image was different than the scan time, this behavior overwrote their scan times, so Adobe backed out of that change.  Before and since those versions, the Metadata > Edit Capture Time command just changes the EXIF:DateTimeOriginal and related fields in XMP and IPTC.
