DBControl shows Listener Down

Question

Hello.
My DBControl is working fine, but if I click on the LISTENER link, it shows its status as DOWN, even if it is actually up! I have already recreated the Repository (DBControl too), but it keeps hoswing as DOWN.
Any ideas?
