DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR after SGEN: Tablespace is possibly full

Dear SAP gurus,
This is an a SAP ERP60 EHP3 system with Oracle we  are in the process of patching it. First, We have download all sw components patches (EHP3 SPS6) we patched java stack and then the sw components -SAP_ABA and SAP_BASIS from SP17 to SP22.
We ran SGEN for SAP_ABA and SAP_BASIS and it is when the issues start coming out.
"2.043 generation error(s): Tablespace is possibly full (with load tables)"
Then we tried to access any SAP Transaction related to ORacle:
"DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR".
From work process logs:

We tried to extend the tablespace PSAPSR700 (which is related to table
D010INC) but we are still getting dumps like "DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR".
Can you please guide us how to proceed? This query is very urgent since we
prefer that our developers do not work until we resolve the issue.
Thanks in advance, Marc

You haven't given us much to go on here.  What exactly are you doing and what exactly happens when you try?  Which specific version of each program are you using?  (Go to Help>About...)
On a side note, a simple, brief thread title is all that's needed.  Something like "After Effects Issue" would be fine.  You don't need the full question there.

Hi, after installing Adobe CC I tried opening Adobe Photoshop. This failed.
I get the opening window where it says installing plugins searching etc, after which PS opens in full screen.
Just moments after that there's a failure warning, no code number, only the warning that PS failed to open and PS will close.
I tried downloading it for a second time, but this did'nt solve the problem.
Befor the CC version I used a one year student version of Adobe CS6.
    What can I do?

Regarding the Flash Player problem, disable Hardware Acceleration to circumvent driver incompatibilities.
Regarding the Flash Pro installation problems, post in the Flash forums or http://forums.adobe.com/community/download_install_setup

  • How do I remove the Trial Watermark from my video in premier after I have purchased the full version

How do I remove the Trial Watermark from my video in premier after I have purchased the full version

    HaywoodBrandon
Please excuse if you know this already....
If you have the tryout version of Premiere Elements (any version) and you export with the Adobe watermark, you cannot remove the Adobe watermark from that export, even after purchase of the program.
As you found out, you can remove the Adobe watermark from the tryout project file (project.prel) after purchase. The classic way (as you have indicated worked for you) is the deletion of the project.prel's rendered files (preview files) in the purchased program. Some, like myself, have found removal of the watermark placed in the project.prel of the tryout could be achieved just importing the project.prel with its watermark into the purchased version (no rendered file deletion by the user).
Nonetheless, glad to learn that you are moving forward in your Premiere Elements projects. Wishing you many great projects.

  • System tablespace is almost full

My database is 10gR2 in Solaris 10. My system tablespace is almost full 99%. What should i do?

This is a UNIX box, right?
    /u02/oradata/PPRD/
    run:
    df -k /u02/oradata/PPRD/
Make sure you have enough space on your disk.
If you have, resize the file:
    SQL> alter database datafile '/u02/oradata/PPRD/syst_PPRD_01.dbf' resize xxxxxMB;
It doesn't have to be in AUTOEXTEND.
You don't need to add another datafile, unless you ran out of space on the
disk, then add another database file on another filesystem if you have one.
Modern UNIX file systems still can be expanded, depends on your file system type.
    $ chfs -a size=+100000 /u02/oradata/PPRD
Make sure you check all you were asked for.
If you don't have enough dree space, buy another disk.

    Richard.

  • BRTools or SQLPlus to restore table after unfortunate tablespace drop?

We have had an unfortunate incident after an upgrade here.
I assume something went wrong during the upgrade, which left a lot of tables assigned to a table type which can not be selected and has description «Repositoryswitch tablespace 700». There are four table types with this description; SLDEF, SLEXC, SSDEF and SSEXC.
The table space was dropped a couple of days after the upgrade. However, there were tables in this table space, and some of them had content too, so recreating the tables is not sufficient, we have to get the content back as well. Among the tables were E071K which is vital for the transport system.
Now our basis people have recreated the affected tables in production and restored a backup from before the tablespace drop to our sandbox system. Unfortunately I have been given the task of figuring out how we best can restore data (table contents) from the affected tables into production.
SQLPlus is an option, and currently the one I am leaning towards. However, since BRTools is a dedicated database management tool I have tried to figure out whether it would be possible to do this using BRTools and whether BRTools does some additional administration which will not be done by SQLPlus - giving us new headaches.
To make matters worse they did a full restore of our test system so we don't have any systems where we can test our approach!

    Sunny Pahuja wrote:
    > First of all how you deleted the tablespace because if tablespace has some data then BRtools should have given you some warning.
Let me just state for the record that it wasn't me
I'm an ABAP and Business Workflow developer, not a basis person.
I've talked to one of the DB experts here, and she will use SQLPlus and select data from the restored tablespace into the production table space.
    Stefan Koehler wrote:
    > So it is very easy to recover without any additional hacks by using Transporting Tablespaces.
That would probably be our preferred solution if we could be sure that no new data had been created in production after the tables were restored there to reduce the problems for users (program crashes). The mentioned DB expert said this option would overwrite the entire table contents, like a binary copy, so we decided to go for the other solution using selection from one database into another.
Thank you both for your help. Peers are invaluable!

  • ORA-1653: unable to extend table (but tablespace is not full!)

    Hi folks,
I was navigating through the Alert Log file and I'm strangely noticing the error:
ORA-1653: unable to extend table PROMO.DETAILS by 40973 in tablespace PROMO
I'm defining it as strange because:
    (1) The tablespace is only 65% full (there are 750MB of freespace), and
    (2) There is ample space on the harddisk
I then used TOAD to try to debug the problem and there is a tool which allows me to view a map of the tablespace. I could see that the tablespace "PROMO" had indeed freespace, but the table "DETAILS" looked like it had no space where to extend (there was a table both before, and after it in the map). Is there a way to solve this problem , or isn't a problem at all?

    this problem occurs because
your table don't find one big free space for next extent in tablespace.
    solutions:-
    1st solution
    * alter tablespace <tablespace_name> add datafile ' path';
    OR
    2nd solution
    - coalesce your tablespace 'alter tablespace <tablespace name> coalesce'.
    OR
    3rd solution
check u r pctincrease parameter if it is 50 then
    ALTER TABLE <tablename> STORAGE (NEXT 1M PCTINCREASE 0);
