    we're currently working on a gATP implementation and face following open challenges for which we kindly ask you for your valuable support:
    1.) We need to pass back the allocated CVC of the gATP (product allocation) check from APO to z-append fields of VBAP. In order to do that we implemented additional field catalog fields which are updated in one of the product allocation userexits on APO side. Using an enhancement of form MVERF_PRUEFEN in SAPFV45V the data which is passed back from APO to R/3 via field_catalog can be written into the respective VBAP fields. ONLY: this doesn't work for a "complete delivery only" customer/order as MVERF_PRUEFEN is not called in such a case.
    ---> Do you have any proposals where/how to implement the functionality to write back the results passed back by APO into VBAP fields?
    2.) In case of incomplete confirmation (not enough qty) the "APO Product Availability Overview" screen appears. We do not want to show this screen in APO to our users. There should be just a warning message but not this full screen. Do you have any ideas how to turn off the screen (similar to what happens if the order is posted in background)

    thanks for your reply.
    We actually use the functionality you described already for passing the required additional information from R/3 to APO. What we're currently searching, is a solution to pass back results (such as the allocated CVC or additional information from APO) from APO back to R/3 and store it there in VBAP-appends.

  • Errors in app submission phase.

    When I attempt to submit an app to the app-store via application loader I get hit with a wall of errors.
    (The app is intended only to test submission process before I move onto the next phase which, is rapid prototyping all it'sjust a simple abstract drawing on frame 1 with no action script.)
    (I used FL CS6 with the latest updates)
    (I do all of my developing in windows the mac is strictly for submitting apps)
    (I put in .png icons for every size available within FLCS6 which is 29x29,57x57,114x114,512x512,48x48,72x72,50x50,58x58,100x100,144x144,1024x1024.)

    There are search helps configured for the dataelements in ACTUPG.ELG. These search helps were created by mistake by the system.
    The search helps can be deleted manually in the shadow instance.
    In this case you should remove these fields in se11 (in your shadow instance) as the Search help shouldn't exist.
    You should do this step for all data elements shown in the log ACTUPG.ELG:
    For example: SE11 -> /BI0/OICH_AT -> Change -> Tab "Further characteristics"
    1. Goto SE11:
    2. Select Data type and fill "/BI0/OICH_AT" and display
    3. Select the tab "Further Characteristics" and
    4. Remove the values for fields "Name" and "Parameters"
       then click on icon "Activate"
    Please do the same for the other object.
    But before performing above steps you need to unlock the shadow instance by the following command:
    SAPup unlockshd <SID>
    (if using SAPup)
    SAPehpi unlockshd <SID>
    (if using SAPehpi)
    Also do not forget to lock the shadow system again after performing the steps and continuing the upgrade by the following command:
    SAPup lockshd <SID>

    During preprocessing phase (phase ACT_UPG) we got many DDIC activation errors such as:
    SAPup broke during phase ACT_UPG in module MAIN_SHDRUN / Shadow System Operations: SPDD and Activation.
    DDIC ACTIVATION ERRORS and RETURN CODE in SAPACCI702.CPE

    We have searched the SDN, many posts say that we have to just activate them. But my question is where - in source system OR in Shadow system?
    We assumed it is Source system (please correct if it is wrong), unlocked the system and logged in as normal user and tried to activate the Data Element. Now, it says "Search Help /BI0/OICH_AT is not active or contains no parameter".   How to go about it?
    If it is Shadow System, how can i unlock the system?

    As per my understanding about your thread,
                   We can enter any condition type instead of the base price.
    What ever the condition type you maintain there it will reflect in the sales order at item screen next to the plant and batch there you can change or enter the value again for that condition type with out going to conditions tab.
    I think this is only use of this entry no other specifications

  • Goods issue and backflush for the same component

    We want to do goods issue for some components and if the complete amount of Material is not issued, we want the remaining quantity to be backflushed. Is this possible in SAP, if it is possible can any one tell me how. Thanks in Advance.

    In my understanding it is not possible,say in case if you have set the backflush indicator either in the material master or else in
    the production order,you cannot perform manual good's issue against that reservation number through MB1A for 261
    movement.
    But you will be able to issue the materials against the order using MB1A.Based on the order quantity at the time of confirmation
    either using CO11N/CO15 ,the system performs backflush for the component's quantity.
    I would suggest either backflush the component or else do the good's issue manually.
    Check and revert back.

  • How to create Material variant

    Dear all,
    I created configurable material and assigned class and BOM and object dependencies as well as configurable profile its working fine.
    I need to create material variant so i assigned configurable material to material variant in MRP 3 view then selected the characterstics as per requirement. BOM also i assigned the configurable material. But at the time planning its not planning as per requirement also i need to consume the stock as per configuration at the time of sales order delivery.
    What are all steps to be followed, where i did mistake pls correct me.

    Thanks for your response.
    I am very clear  in configurable material  we can use only sales order. I did in my projects no issues.
    But material variant i have doubt, I tried once am not able get what i suppose to get.
    I read the sap help.From that what i understood  we can create PIR for material variant and can make stock thorugh the  order it will consume only whatever we selected from MRP 3 configurable material.
    If i make sales order for configurable material if the material variant and configurable material properties are same it will pick the stock. (For that in sales order item category (mat variant action) to be set).
    1.  Configure the configurable material in the sales order.
           2.      On the value assignment screen, you can already check whether material variants match the material configuration (see Variant Matching on the Value Assignment Screen).
    For a material to be replaced by the material variant in the sales order, the configuration of both materials must match exactly.
           3.      When you have configured the material, exit the configuration editor.
           4.      Depending on the settings in Customizing, the material is either replaced directly by the material variant, or a message is displayed indicating that a suitable material variant has been found.
           5.      If the material is replaced, the material variant is entered in the order item.
    Individual or collective requirements can be created for the material variant. Pricing is also carried out for the material variant, provided that you have not defined the configurable material as a pricing reference material for the material variant.
    So i have doubt on material variant only if  wrong pls correct.

    Simply refer the below example.
    Withholding tax type and tax code will consider the  Vendor line is the base.
    If vendor line item is having 1000/- then 1000 is base for withholding tax.
    If you have two vendor lines then two withholding tax lines will be there in document.
    If you want your can also change the base amount and tax amount in 'Withholding tax' button
    each vendor line item.

    First you need to add UDT in B1, there are types:
    Master Data, Master Data Rows and
    Document, Document Rows
    Then you could create the UDO use parent table (Master Data or
    Document) and child table (Master Data Rows or Document Rows).
    Finally create the forms to use the UDO that use the parent and child table.
    You could refer to SDK UOD samples for more information
