Debugger "cannot determine the breakpoint" position SY495

Hi, I ran into a problem and checked this forum and OSS looking for it and didnt find it. Now the problem is solved and I'd like to note it here for others.
Problem: In SE24 I wish to set the external (HTTP) debugger to a line of code. Error message: "The position of a breakpoint could not be ascertained" Message number SY495. The long text is particularly interesting: "There was an attempt to set a breakpoint at a place in the source code, where this is not possible. Therefore, no breakpoints could be set."
The solution we found: delete entries for the user concerned from table ABDBG_BPS. (Thanks, Sven!)

Cannot determine the ipaddress using the ifconfig command

cannot determine the ipaddres of solaris OS. I have my oracle db installed on Solaris OS using vmware.
But I cannot determine the ipaddress using the ifconfig command.
My native OS is windows vista enterprise. I want to connect my database installed on solaris OS on a vmware machine through TOAD

We are configuring asset module and using MSTL dep key for Tax books. When we tried to create an asset with MSTL dep key, we encountered error - 'E613 SYST: You cannot determine the period for rule 03'. when verified config OAVH Define Calender Assignments transaction, Period control '03' is missing for fiscal year variant K4. Period control is exisiting in Maintain Period Control and but not in Define Calender Assignment. What I understand these period controls are being delivered by SAP. Not sure why period control '03' is missing. all other period control keys are available.
question is how to add period control 03 so that we can use MSTL dep key. we are currently using 4.7c. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If I follow SAP help to define period control '03', then I just need to copy period control '01' which is listed above and select 'Mid Month' check box.
Wondering anyone did this in the past. MSTL depreciation key is being used in MACRS tax for US. I am sure people who have implemented assets module for US with tax dep, they might have encountered this issue.

u can identity the position with help of the Holder
say for ex: A is the holder of the Position for Executive now the user performent an event called change of position so he changed to Manager (here we can find the chageing on the basis of some parameter so i have taken holder as Parameter as we dont know which has changed or wht has changed)
in this case we can use the report RHDESC20 se38

In Win 10 technical preview cannot determine the full device display area and aspect ratio; the dimensions are needed to create full-screen bitmap.

While Windows.Current.Bounds returns the application windows size, in order to create a full-screen bitmap my app would need to retrieve the full display area of the device. I cannot even get the aspect ratio.
Pre-Win10, using Windows.Current.Bounds I can create a bitmap of whatever size application window the user is seeing. When the user is showing my app at full screen, I can therefore get the full display area and aspect ratio of the device and create
a full-screen bitmap.
With Win10, the user would need to know to hide the taskbar and also display at full-screen before an app can retrieve the display area and aspect ratio using Windows.Current.Bounds.
Is there any way to get the display area and aspect ratio of the device without asking the user to fully maximize the application window?

Before Win10 it's obvious to the user that full-screen is or is not being used. When I create the bitmap, I create it to fit the application window. When the app is displayed full screen, the bitmap will be full screen. Also, the app starts full-screen
so I can detect the display area at startup if I need to.
With Win10, to the user the app "looks like" it is full screen with the taskbar displayed even though it's not really full screen.
Yes, Windows.Current.Bounds does work the same, but I believe that in Win10 determining the full display area will be useful and not just the application window.

How to determine the pixel positions of a line profile

I was wondering if there was any possible way , when using the NIVison line profile, to get information on the actual position of each and every pixel the line profile used for its intensity values. Because i am using line profiles to reconstruct an image and i am getting pretty bad aliasing!

Hi Big_Al,
The Line Profile function is based around the IMAQ Line Profile VI, which takes a two parameters; a reference to the image we want to analyse and the co-ordinates of interest. It returns Line Information, the Global Rectangle, and our main value of interest, the Line Graph.
The Line Graph
This is a standard LabVIEW waveform cluster which is made up of three components: x0 (The initial x position of the selected line), dx (The increment value, which will default to '1' as we can't have half a pixel/two pixel voids in images) and finally Pixels Line which is an array of the pixel values we receive.
Now, since we know the start position of the line (x0), we can simply iterate through the Pixels Line array to grab these invidual values per pixel. For example, if the line was five pixels long, Pixels Line would be comprised five elements. The first (0th) position in the array will be the x0 pixel position, then after that we'd have the x0+1 pixel value etc.
Using this information, we can infer the positions of each of these pixels.

Check if the position has any 012 relationship with any orgunit.
If so then it is cheif. You can check hrp1001 table with 012 relationship you will have an idea.
You will see that if for a given position otype = S
objid = position no is there any relat = 012 in the current period in table hrp1001.

Cannot determine the Price of Material

Hi,
Good day to all,
I want to do external purchase of some components via a PM order. So I've created a PM order and entered the material in Components tab with Item Category = N (non stock) and entered all the required information for purchasing. But then comes the error message "Price cannot be determined for material xxxxxxxxx Message no. CO283". The material has a contract and its entered in source list as well as "Fixed". Basically thats the only source of the materil. Then, why doesn't the system pick the contract up?
Please guide.

Thanks but your question is not very clear (vth ex. ???). However I'll give u the steps I followed,
1. Created the PM Order (IW31)
2. In the Components Tab, entered the material and selected Item Category (IC) "N"
3. Then the system gave the message "Price cannot be determined for material <material no>" where the message no is " CO283"
4. I clicked ok and saved the PM order
5. when I checked the order (in IW32) found out that the PR has been created
6. But the PR was "with out a source"
7. Then I clicked the "Assign Source" button in Source of Supply tab in PR
8. upon the click, the source was picked up automatically
Before all these I have maintained a contract for the material and entered the contract in source list as "Fixed". Now my question is why cant the system pick the source at PM order level and create the PR with the source attached?

J2EE debugger cannot determine class type

Hi,
when i try to remote debug servlets, jsps or enterprisebeans, i always get the source code finder window popup writing:
"the source of the type 'ocm.sap.internal.jcmsystool.SystoolProcessor' could not be shown as the type was not found."
I tried to pack the web project into a jar and add it explicitely to the source code searchlist, but even that did not help.
i use nwds 2.0.15

In this window check what jar/zip/dirs are used for source lookup.
With remote debugging it is common to setup debug configuration for project A, then use it for debugging project B. And debugger is unable to find sources of B in A (that is defined via configuration)

current directory.
Question: Are you in an upper level private directory, and
the site files
need to go into a subfolder such as www or public_html or
similar?
If yes- put that folder name into the "host directory" line
of the remote
info.

Dreamweaver MX 2004 cannot reach server because it cannot determine time

I have been using Dreamweaver MX 2004 for years and suddenly it cannot open my web files. It says it cannot determine the server time. I tried rebooting my computer. No change. I tried updating Dreamweaver. The installer says Dreamweaver is not at the file location where it is. Any ideas on how to get this working?
