Default Query area to 'standard area' in Quary

Hi Guys,
Our company just upgrade from 4.6C to ECC6. In the query environment (SQ01), everytime we want to enter sq01 we must change the query area (Environment --> Query Areas) to 'standard area'. Can anybody guide me how to set as default to 'standard area' . Currently it's default to 'GLobal area'.

Hello
Try to insert parameter AQW as 'blank' in your user paramters. Also you can insert a default query group via paramater AQB.

yes, i have added the new Infotype 9105 to data fields.
1.but this infotype in Data fields is showing as P8003.
could you tel me why this is showing like this.?
2.i have a field "Priority" in the existing "Critical Role" Field Group.
n My requirement is
"Add the Priority Field text description as an additional output field. the Numeric value stored in the Proirity field can be lookied up in the YHRPRIOX table,Object Type ZR."
3.After adding fields to newly created Field Group, is there any think to do the Coding or Changes.
4.After adding i have saved it & Generated the Infoset, i got few warnings.
and Could you tel me How to test this..??

Infoset --- Global & Standard Areas

Dear All,
(1) When I do changes in Infoset [sq02 ], by opening in "Global Area" then it is asking for a request, but for the same infoset, it is not prompting for the "Standard Area".....why like this so........?
(2) How to save the Infoset changes made by keeping in "Standar Area".

The standard query area is intended primarily for use with ad-hoc queries, that is for queries that are created for a specific one-off purpose and never used again.
Hence queries in the standard area are client-specific.
There is no connection to the Workbench Organizer as we there is no need to transport them to another system/client.
In the global area queries are created not only for use in a single system, but also for transporting to other systems.
The queries in the global area are therefore client-independent.
Query objects created in the global area are registered in the Workbench Organizer. They are created and transported using the normal correction and transport procedure.

What are the standard Solutions available for Complaints Management in CRM?

Dear all,
What are the standard solutions available in SAP CRM to receive and process complaints through Customer Interaction Center.
Our requirement is to receive and register complaints from contact center and process them by integrating back end ECC and BIW systems.
As per my understanding we can not integrate ECC transactions in CASE Management while CASES are being created through Interaction Center.
Please help me to map the following requirement successfully into SAP.
How to register the complaint through Interaction Center?
How this complaint information is communicated in back end ECC system?
How to track the status and solution of the complaint available in back end ECC system?
How the complaints are stored in ECC system?
After creation of a complaint, can we trigger an automatic email on back end ECC system user with all complaint relevant data?
Kindly help me to understand the process.

How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

All "Site Content and Structure" default views incorrectly showing "There are no items to show in this view"

Hi All,
On my SharePoint Online site (Office 365) all my “Site Content and Structure” default views are showing “There are no items to show in this view”. For example the “Checked out To Me” view shows “There are no items to show in this view” (shown in screenshot
below). I know this is incorrect and should show at least ten items that have been checked out to me for over two months. I am also a member of the Site Collection Administration and Owner groups.
What I am trying to do is view all the "Checked Out items" within a Site Collection including it's sub-sites.
Is there a feature that needs to be activated to get the correct information from the “Site Content and Structure” default views?

Hi Colin,
As I understand, all “Site Content and Structure” default views are showing “There are no items to show in this view” in your SharePoint online site.
Check things below:
1. Go to site content and structure logs in site setting to check if there is correct information.
2. Create a new site collection to check if there are items in Site Content and Structure.
3. Switch another computer to check if it can work.
If the issue still exists, I recommend you to post it in the O365 forum.

IDOCs are intermediatery Documents, we can check for IDOCS using Tcode
WE01 : Create IDOC
WE02 : Display IDOC
WE19 : Reprocess IDOC

What format are your sources and what are your sequence settings? I'd guess that you're working with h.264 material which is not fcp friendly. If so, use compressor to conver to prores422

We had PS Module implemented.
So at the time of DP i put the network and Operation/Activity Number and also put the Work Breakdown Structure Element (WBS Element)
At the Customer line item.
that time system gives me following error.
Maintain default revenue element in controlling area 1000
Message no. FI661
Diagnosis
CO down payment update is active in controlling area 1000. You must therefore maintain a default cost element and a default revenue element for down payments.
Procedure
Maintain the default cost elements for down payments for controlling area 1000 in the Project System implementation guide.

If i click on More information then it will goes to T Code: OKEP
But i am unable to no the OKEP screen what i have to assign there ?

Hi,
I think you need to maintian the default cost element for DP to vendor for WBS (Capex). For controlling area specific you need to assign the cost element of category 1. This you have to maintian in Development and transport the change thu quality to production.
Controlling are name, cost element for Vend DP.....

I have the answer for your problem, i think that you already solved it but the answer will be useful for the others, because i had the same problem and i found your post...
In fact, there is a customizing parameter to set:
SPRO -> PROJET SYSTEM -> Costs -> Actual costs and Forecast -> Update down payments -> Define default cost elements for down payments
or simply you can use the transaction code OKEP.

Go to IMG Path -- Controlling --> Profitability Analysis --> Master Data --> Revenue Element / Cost Element. There ensure that the relevant revenue element is maintained.

if while creating down payment request you have not assigned cost element
maintain cost elements there.

Hi,
As process you should clear the down payment first and then vendor thry F-44.
It should not be asking you for default cost centre untill there is validation rule set.
