Delivery charges condition type on PO

Hi,
There is a PO for 100 qty and we have one condition type for delivery cost.
Condition type is statistical and accrual.
Now we have done GR for 100 qty.
Invoicing not done.
Now We need to cancel this delivery costs, as per std SAP , this is not possible even if we reverse the GR.
Only option was to reverse the GR and delete the line and create a new line item.
But there is no stock now and these GR was done 3 months ago.
Is there any way to resolve this directly in Finace.?
In MM, I think there is no option now.
How can I resolve this issue by clearing the delivery cost account?
Please advice.
Thanks

HI,
Freight in is a part of the cost of the item - regardless of who it is paid to you
it should hit inventory.

  • Delivery cost condition type in PO coming as display mode

    Hi Experts,
In my Purchase order having delivery cost condition types, for ex freight.  For this PO i have done Goods receipt. PO all the delivery costs are showing in display mode. i have reversed the Good receipt.Again also all the delivery costs are showing grey mode in PO.
I want to make as editable for this PO after reversal of GR. Kindly do the nedful.

    HI makarand  ,
the condition type you have created is this assigend in Item Level or Header level. Plz check this in Header and item Conditions Tab. If you can assigned Delivery cost condition type in item level than it will changed by item level itself.
In Header Level it displays in Display Mode.

  • Delivery cost condition types in ECC

We are going for Ext clasic scenario where SRM POs will be transferred to backend. How to have delivery cost condition types in SRM which will also appear in ECC POs? In SRM condition types, condition category does not have delivery cost option , like ECC.
I created the same condition type in SRM as in back end, and marked it as statistical in the 0100 pricing procedure, but it does not appear in backend PO , although the pricing procedure in backend has the same condition type as a delivery cost condition.

    Hi
<u>You can create custom fileds in the Local SRM POs by using SAP OSS Note 672960 and 485891.</u>
<u>Map the data from SRM system to back-end ECC system using BADIs -></u>
    BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI
    BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI
or some standard SAP function modules can also be used here.

  • Vendor invoice for sales order delivery cost condition type

    Dear SAP guru,
We have a scenario where we have added certain delivery cost in the sales order as condition type. There will be an accrual posting out of this condition type. We have defined the vendor code in the condition record.
The question is how to generate an invoice on this vendor with reference to Sales order, as there will not be any purchase order for the delivery cost.
    Thanks in advance.
    Rama

did you already apply note 1585042
    Symptom
You create a Sales Order with multiple third-party items.  The system
automatically generates an MM Purchase Requisition with multiple line
items.  Each of these line items can have a different fixed vendor
    (field EBAN-FLIEF).
In the Customizing transaction VOV7, the Sales Item Category (usually
TAS for Third Party) has the field ALEKZ 'Create PO Automatically'
selected.  Therefore, one or multiple follow-on Purchase Orders will
also be created from the Requisition data during the same Sales Order
creation workflow.  The system creates a separate Purchase Order for
each fixed vendor (supplier) found among the Requisition items.
During this ALE PO creation, if one of the Requisition items fails to
successfully create a PO, the next relevant PO created may have an
incorrect vendor in its header.  The vendor in the PO header may not
match the fixed vendor that was designated in the Requisition line item.
    Solution
Implement the attached code corrections.   After this correction,
regardless of whether one of the Requisition items fails to generate a
PO, any PO that is successfully created during the process will have the
    correct assigned vendor.

  • Stastical Condition Type is not working in Purchase Order

    Hi All,
I created a pricing procedure and Bank charges are created as a condition type which is stastical. I assigned a account Key and Accural key for the same condition type. We activated Purchase Account Management
Purchase order is raised with USD 100, ank charges(%) which will be calculated on Base price, for example Bank charges is 1% then bank charges will be USD1.
I want these bank charges should not be added to the material cost. But when we are doing GR accounting entries as below.
    Stock account 101     +
    GR/IR     100     -
    Pur acc     100     +
    Pur Offset     101     -
    Bank chargesAccount key     10 +
    Accural     10     -
In the above Bank Charges are added to Stock account which is not required.
Even though I created the Bank charges Condition type as Statical still the value is adding to  the stock account.
    Thanks and Regards
    durga

    Hi Durga,
Most importantly whenever we create a condition type with statistical check box it means that value will not be included in Net price calculation this is the only purpose of statistical check box.(Like any freight charges it will go to your stock a/c even though statistical check box is there in your Pricing procedure)
When you create condition type for any charges with Cond.category B Delivery costs and Accrual check box in M/06 by default it will go to stock account, but you can restrict that by using a functionality

  • Condition Types ( Changeable)

    Hi,
I have created two condition types ZXXA and ZXXB with a Access Sequence and in the control date of the calculation schema it is maintained with Man. & Stat field ticked.
    The control data maintained are
Condition Class : discount or Surcharge
    Calculation Type : Quantity
    Cond. Catogery : Delivery Cost
    Plus / Minus : A
Changes can be made to : "All the elements are ticked".
My cliend now has requested that after creating partial GR for a PO, they must be able to change the value of the condition type in PO for the open items.
Please help me resolve this issue on a urgent basis.
    Regards,

    Hi,
Once you have a partial GR against a PO, then it is not possible to change the value of delivery cost condition type in the purchase order.
Once you have done the GR for the PO, while doing invoice verification, you can post these delivery cost as unplanned delivery cost in Tcode: MIRO -- Details tab.
    Hope this helps and clarifies.
    Thanks,

  • Invoice blocked for qty reason, but condition type deleted from the PO

    Hi Gurus,
I have an LIV with R block in the header level. The invoice contains a line item for planned delivery cost condition type FRB1 which was entered manually during PO creation.(no condition record exists for FRB1). But the condition type FRB1 is missing from the PO line item now and when trying to release the invoice block via MRBR, it gives the message that the 'list is incomplete'.
The PO is not having any release strategy and the invoice number is available in the index table RBKP_BLOCKED.
The condition type FRB1 got deleted from the PO on re-triggering the pricing. The business needs the pricing to be carried out on the shipment date from the vendors site. So when the vendor issues the goods, the same is updated in the pricing date field in PO line item and the pricing is re-triggered. So in this case the happenings were in the below sequence.
    1. Buyer created PO with manually entered FRB1 condition type.
    2. Invoice posted against the PO.
    3. When vendor has shipped the goods, the ASN updates the pricing date in the PO and carries out re-pricing. The FRB1 got deleted from the PO on re-pricing as no condition record existed.
    4. Goods receipt posted
    5. Trying to release the invoice in MRBR, but the system gives the message that the list is incomplete.
Please suggest how to go ahead with the resolution of the issue.

    Hi Greg,
Are there any a/c entries showing in GR a/c doc for this cond type? I think it could be a bug when you run the ASN Idoc. Try to un-check Delete indicator for FRB1 which would stop it getting deleted.

  • Service master for freight, pallet charges instead of SD Condition types

    HI SD experts,
In our project, we are using service master (eg: MDELIVERY etc.,) for capturing delivery charges instead of SD condition type.
Now, we are considering to change the practice and use SD condition type instead, for delivery charges. This is required now, since we are planning to post from SD to CO-PA.
What am trying understand is, why service masters are used in the first place instead of SD condition type for delivery charges? Could some one through some light from logistics perspective on what is the logic for using service masters.
    Thanks for your time.

    Hi,
I suggest you go for SD condition,
Add one more frieght condition in your existiong pricing procedure, and you can flow this condition value to COPA.
If you want to bill actual fright charges to customer in addition of material price then you have to explore TRANSPORTATION Module.

  • Condition type Purchase per delivery and per purchase order??

    Hi Guru's,
    Please advice.
    I have 3 questions:
    1) Who knows a condition type in a purchase order with the goal that I can
register costs per purchase order item ? Example 10 Euro for a certificate per item?
    2) The same but now per purchase order 10 Euro.
    3) Is there a condiont type where I can use the number of deliveries as basis?
For example: we get charged 10 Euro per delivery. The total of deliveries are not known during PO creation.
Thank you very much in advance.

  • Unable to capture condition type in delivery document

There are deliveries in production server, for the same destination zone, in which, for some deliveries, the condition Z52L is not determined and for some other deliveries, the condition Z52L is determined although the condition record for its plant with its corresponding destination zone is maintained in VK13.
For example, if we take 2 documents with the same Ship-To-Party, same Plant, and same Destination Zone:
1 delivery document, condition Z52L is properly determined while the other
delivery document, condition Z52L is not determined.
Another good representative example if we take 2 delivery documents with the same Ship-To-Party, same Plant and same destination zone:
1 delivery document, condition Z52L is properly determined while the other
delivery document, condition Z52L is not determined.
But in the analysis pricing of the delivery document, there is no destination zone found but still it captures the condition Z52L by just referring to the transportation zone of the ship to party while the other delivery document cannot able to capture it since there is no maintained condition record for those with blank destination zone in VK13.
Another point that we want to clarify is even the user update the pricing in the delivery document, still the condition was not yet updated even it is already maintained in VK13.
Please help and explain this issue to us.
Thank you in advance. Hoping for your assistance on this matter.

    hi,
for the first errot check if you have maintained the item level copy control (from sales order to del). if yes check the settings against the field 'pos/- qty'. put a + here. for the second issue check in the item level copy ctrl from sales order to billing maintain 'd' in the price type.

  • Conditions type of category "Delivery Costs"(B) donu00B4t allow negative values

    Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to munipulate a condition type with category "B" Delivery costs in such a way that it allows a negative entry in the Purchase Order.
Estandard SAP does not allow it. Message: 06259 "Negative Delivery costs are not allowed".
If the above is not possible, can anyone tell me how a can manipulate a Discount (fixed amount) in such a way that it not only points at a particlar account (accruels indicator does this job) upon MIGO, but also apears as a line-item upon receiving the invoice (MIRO). As far as I know, only Planned delivery costs can do this job. But they do not allow negative values!
If anyone has encountered a similar task, please tell me how they solved it.
    Thanks,
    Aart

    Hello Guys,
    The scenario isas follows.
When one buys fuel, in Chile  one has to pay fuel especific Taxes.
Version especific config does not resolve this because we need the tax in amount (value) not in percentage.
In our system we resolved this by creating a material "Fuel especific Taxes" which points at a tax-account  with a special tax-indicator.
    So far so good.
Now the government implemented a second fuel tax - "Fuel tax variable" which we might resolve in the same way, but the problem is this tax might be negative(!).
We cannot create a material with a "negative value" in our Purchase Order and discount conditions have inmediate efect on the material costs in the PO.
The ideal would be incorporate a condition type in the PO which upon invoicing (MIRO) shows up with the tax account (and a possible negative value!
The model we have developed upto now is using the tabpage "GeneralAccount" in the MIRO but in this model we have to indicate the account ourselves. The system does not propose it.
Thats why I thought of the "Planned Delivery costs" option.
Hope this clarifies a bit more the case we have.
    Thanks for any feedback

  • Excise condition types not appearing in the Delivery document pricing

    Hi,
This is a scenario of sales from an Exciseable Plant.
The client has pricing requirement at delivery document.
I have configured the pricing at Delivery document, but the Excise condition type (JEXP) does not appear.
We are maintaine ED values at control code level and control code field is not availabe in LIPS, i tried adding the field in LIPS structure but still the ED condition type does not appear as program is not identifying the control code field in delivery.
Can you please let me know the solution for bringing Excise condition type in the Delivery document pricing procedure.

  • Condition Type for item calculated from delivery date

    Dear Experts,
We need that the condition type MWST for PO item will be calculated from Item delivery date ,
But we see that always in Analysis pricing the efected date is PO date and not item delivery date .
Please advise how we should configure the condition ?
    Thanks,
    Moshe

    Hi,
In standard configuration you cannot set item delivery date as a pricing data.
Maybe you shoud look at SAP enchancement - in dedicated structures you can pass additional item data (structure KOKMP).

  • Condition type for landing and clearing charges for imports

    All SAP Gurus,
Which standard condition type to be for Condition type for landing and clearing charges for imports?
    Regards,

If both Condition types are Quantity basis then you can Create New Condition types by Referring FRA1 & FRC1 Condition types.
Else Create New Condition types called ZCCH for Clearing Charges by giving the Following inputs:
    Condition class A
    Calculation Type A
    Condition Category B
    Plus/Minus A
Also in Control data Check Accruals option and in Scales tab give Scale Value as 2 if want.
Create New Condition types called ZLNC for Landing Charges by giving the Following inputs:
    Condition class A
    Calculation Type A
    Plus/Minus A
    Uncheck Accruals options and save.

  • Condition type for charges in not working

    Dear All.
We have created a facility using MM and for this facility, we need to pay the yearly facility agency fee based on the total credit line. To achieve this, we have a condition type (1208) under 'charges' tab in the facility transaction. And from the 'cash flow' tab, we can see that we need to pay the facility for 5 years. After 2 years of paying the facility agency fee, we were told by our user that we do not need to pay the remaining 3 years the facility agency fee. They want to remove this facility agency fee from appearing in their cash flow & treasury transaction.
    How do I achieve this?
    FYI
I tried to create another condition (same with the earlier condition - (1208)) which effective from 3rd year with lower amount but instead of overriding the the first condition, it is adding another facility agency fee in the 'cash flow' tab.
I tried to create another condition (same with the earlier condition - (1208)) which effective from 3rd year with zero condition but the earlier condition still remain.
I also tried to change/delete the earlier condtion but not allowed to change/delete - greyed out.
Looks like the effective date in the condition is not working. Can anyone share any notes (I've gone thru some in OSS - but could find related note for the time being) or how to change the condition?
    Appreciate your advise. Thanks.
    Regards
    Fauzi

    Hi Fauzi
I can think of two possible reasons why you are not able to edit the existing charge:
    1. In Field selection "SETTLEMENT-CHANGE", function "003 Activity change", the "Tabstrip: Charges" (field group 70) is set
    to "Display" (or others).
I'll put the path to field selection in SPRO for your quick reference:
    Financial Supply Chain Management
    ->Treasury and Risk Management
      ->Transaction Manager
        ->General Settings
          ->Transaction Management
            ->Define Field Selection
    2. The charge in the facility might be blocked for changes because there are other flows posted or because the money market deals which the facility is attached to have posted flows in the same period.
Please check those two points. I hope this helps you solve the issue.

    M Trein
