Depot sales invoice issue

Dear SD consultants,
I am working on depot sales scenario.
I craeted SO, Delivery .
While craeteing excise invoice i am using the invoices sent by mfg plant .
Whils saveing it is not creating any excise invoice and giving message " RG23D updataed , depot excise "
I activated folio tck in config , but it suppose to craeted excise invoice for depot.

  • Depot Excise Invoice Issue

    Dear Friends,
    Business Process:  The depot receives the material in bags, after that they torn the bags and sell it in loose (some times they sell it in bags also).  So to differentiate the loose material they are maintaining the material in a storage location called LOOS (apart from storage loc. BAGS). 
    1. After MIGO and while capturing the excise (J1IG) the storage location is BAGS.
    2. After receiving the material they are transferring it to storage location -LOOS with MB1B (movement type-311).
    3. After PGI, while doing depot excise invoice (J1IJ), system is not able to select the reference document, since the storage location is different.
    Pl guide me how to rectify the problem.
    Also tell me, is there any other procedure that we can adopt to resolve the issue.

    Check in J_1IWRKCUS table wheather the plant, excise regn and Depot are there coming or not. Also check in Excise group details wheather you have checked the box of Depot settings.

  • Depot Sales - Goods issue not done for the delivery

    Hello Experts,
    I am trying to capture a Excise Invoice in the Depot Sales Process TCode - J1IJ.
    I am getting the follwoing message - GI not done for the Delivery.
    Process which we are following here is
    Depot
    SO - Delivery - Picking - Packing - J1IJ - Shipment creation - Shipment Planning - Loading Start - Shipment Start (Will do PGI) - Shipment end (Will create invoice & Excise Invoice).
    Excise invoice is captured during MIGO at Depot.
    Can you please suggest..

  • Depot sales invoice

    Hi friends,
               We have implemented depot sales, End user made first two invoices with my presence its worked fine. After one day he made third invoice with out my presence, for that invoice is not capturing excise values like BED, AED, ECS and S & H cess. Though we imparted the end users, I don't know what went wrong while entry. Please help me in finding the root cause.

            I think he would have selected wrong Delivery document type while creating the outbound delivery documnet type, check it your problem will be solved.

  • Sales Invoice Issue

    Hello all,
    The case is if we are going to raise an Invoice for example of Rs. 100.50 and the amount recieved against this order is Rs. 100 the SAP would not permit us to invoice that particular order. Is there any method in SAP where we can define the provision of some amount that permit to invoice the order within that range if the payment is short. Kindly update.

    You can check in the Customer Master record, whether a Tolerance group has been assigned or not.
    <b>Tolerance group for the business partner/G/L account</b>
    Freely definable group code for customers and vendors, or G/L accounts. Tolerance groups are unique within a company code.Each tolerance group contains settings that affect cash discount and payment difference processing. These settings become effective during payment entry.
    Define Tolerances for Customers/Vendors
    In this activity you define the tolerances for customers/vendors. The tolerances are used for dealing with payment differences and residual items that may arise when payment clearing is carried out. You specify the tolerances in one or more tolerance groups and assign a tolerance group to each customer/vendor using the master record. For each tolerance group specify the following:
    Tolerances, up to which payment differences arising from open item clearing can be automatically posted to expense or revenue accounts
    The treatment of terms of payment for residual items if they are to be posted during clearing
    Note
    Ensure that you can also Define Tolerance Groups for Employees. For clearing, the lower limit from the specifications for the customer/vendor, and the specifications for the employee group are valid.
    Requirements
    If you want to enter fixed terms of payment for posting residual items from payment differences for a tolerance group, you have to define the terms of payment first. To do this, see Maintain Terms of Payment.
    If you want to assign a dunning key to a tolerance group, you must have already defined the dunning key. To do this, see Define Dunning Keys.
    Activities
    1. Identify groups of customers/vendors to which identical tolerances apply.
    2. Create the required tolerance groups for your customers/vendors.
    3. Make sure that the required tolerance groups are assigned to the customers/vendors in the master record.
    Further Notes
    If you want to work with uniform tolerances for all customers/vendors in a company code, create a tolerance group with the key "blank" ( ) for the company code. In this case, you do not have to enter the tolerance group in the customer/vendor master record. You can also use a tolerance group with key "blank" ( ), if for example, you want to define lower tolerances for particular customer/vendors than others. In this case, for example, you create a tolerance group 0001 with low tolerances for the customers/vendors and then enter this tolerance group in the customer/vendor master record. All other customers/vendors automatically have the tolerance group "blank" ( ) assigned to them.

  • Depot Sales -J1IJ while choosing excise invoice going to dump

    Hi Gurus,
    In Depot Sales: while doing excise invoive from T-code  J1iJ  Go to delivery -RG23D selection select the delivery number XXXXX  Excise Group 51 and series Group: 50  ENTER -  select the line item and click on F6 and here we have to click on excise invoice Button for capturing the Input excise duties for taking the reference.
    we are facing issue  in J1IJ,  when we click on the Choose button (first button below select Excise invoice for delivery statement), we need to get the Excise Invoice number reference which is captured at Plant. When we tried to click on that Choose button, we are not getting any excise invoice numbers and instead itu2019s going to dump .
    Dump analysis says:
    Runtime Errors         SYNTAX_ERROR

    R u following the following flow in case of stock transfer from mfg plant to depot plant.

    Here at goods reciept you need to capture excise inviove same will populate when you make a sales from plant B using J1IJ transaction.

  • JIiJ : depot sale: Delivery item wise Excise invoice number

    Dear all
    we are using J1ij for depot sale/stock transfer between main plant and its depot outside state.
    we have unique delivery item which corresponds to unique material code. after doing PGI when we go to J1ij and choose the different line items, the excise invoice number that is saved is delivery wise and not delivery item wise. that is for each delivery we get one excise invoice.
    the requirement is that this should be delivery item wise. we have tried trying to save one delivery item but it does ask for the 2nd delivery item and once we delete that 2nd delivery item and save the Ji1j, it allows to save but while going in for the 2nd delivery item, it says the delivery is already excised out.
    did any of the gurus come aross this requirement. if yes how did you resolve this.
    there is one batch program J_1IJCHK but we are that saves without asking for any information.

    Do the following once you see the message at the bottom.
    In white top box, input /nsu53.
    Now from top menu bar, click on System -- List -- Send.   Sometimes, this Send tab will be in grey mode.  In that case, at left corner, you can see a tab "Text View".   Click that.  Again click from top "System -- List -- Send  and send a mail to your basis team.

    Actually i am doing stock transfer order from manufaturing plant to depot plant. we know that generally pricing wont be applied in stock transport order, so from where pricing triggers in the billing & excise invoice in depot sale.

    in pricing procedure determination select sales area through which u r doing STO, Document pricing prosedure as  I and customer pricing procedure as 1 assign your pricing procedure ande pricing condition.
    Make sure that In VOFA for Billing type IV document pricing procedure should be I.
    create conditon record.
    At the time of Billing for STO choose billing type as IV system will aumatically copy all the value in billing.

  • Supplimentary invoice in case of Depot Sale

    Hi,
    During Depot Sales in Indian scenario.
    After doing MIGO I am capturing the Excise invoice at depot through J1IG. In case if the Product is being sold at the same price, after the PGI in depot I am choosing the excise invoice through J1IJ.
    I need some help in case of the selling is at a higher price than the assessable value.
    Say if the selling price has increased by 100 Rs. And correspondingly there would be an increase in E.D/ E. Cess/ S.H.Edu Cess Re 10/ Re 2/ Re 1 . For the Originally transferred qty I am calculating the difference in E.D and capturing via J1IGA at depot for which I am able to see the entries again in the report J1IDEPOTSTOCK1.
    Subsequently at the time of raising Excise invoice at Depot I am choosing both the original invoice and the additional invoice in J1IJ.
    My question is do I need to make any entries (Supplementary invoice) at the supplying plant.
    Please help with the inputs.

    Thanks for the message. I have two questions.
    1. As per the client business process there needs to be a supplementary invoice that needs to be raised at plant, I am not sure how to map it.
    2. Out of 10 Pcs 5 have been sold and there is an increase in price and I need to capture via J1IGA for only the 5 pcs. But when I making entry in J1IGA against the mother invoice the value entered in Addln BED, etc is getting distributed to all 10 Nos instead of being distributed to remaining 5.
    Please help how to go about doing this.

  • Issue In Sales Invoice DTW with down payment

    Dear Friends,
    I am trying to add some Sales Invoice with advance payment by DTW.
    Entries of Sales order , Sales Advance Down Payment request & Payment against Advance Down payment request are already done.
    In Invoice master file for DTW I add down payment amount in DpmAmnt.
    Invoice was successfully uploaded but link between down payment & invoice is not generated.
    But link between Invoice and Sales Order is generated.  
    How to link Down Payment Entry to Sales Invoice in DTW?

    we  are trying to configure Depot sales. we have followed the below mentioned process.
    ME21N (STO) , VL04(PGI), VF01(Pro forma invoice), J1IIN (excise invoice) at manufacturing plant.
    at receiving Depot we carrying out the below mentioned steps.
    MIGO(GR), VA01, VL01N, J1IJ, VF01
    will there be any accounting entries captured during GRN (MIGO)?
    will there be any DLFC transaction type generated after J1IJ that can be seen through J1I7?

    Check the accounting doc for MIGO

    As far as i know there will not be any DLFC for depot

    Go to VOFA look up for the invoice you're using (F1 or F2) in the field "No. range int. assgt." you'll see a number  (example 19), note down that number. Now go to VN01 and look up that number and change it the way you want.

  • Cancellation of Depot Excise Invoice

    Hi,
    User has by mistake cancelled the Depot Invoice, reversed the goods issue for Delivery, Deleted the Delivery and Deleted the Sales order. He missed to cancel the Depot Excise Invoice. Now how to Cancel this Depot Excise invoice. In J1IJ, system is asking for Delivery number, but as the Delivery is deleted, it is not allowing.
    Now this Excise invoice has to be cancelled so that the Qty in the Mother invoice will be updated in RG23D.
    I tired in J1IH, but system says "Excise modvat accounts not defined for CEIV transaction and excise group". I have checked the Account assignment but it looks fine.
    Please Help.

    I have tried as per your suggestion. I have entered the Internal number for the Excise invoice number generated for Delivery at Depot, as the input . System says "This excise invoice has been used for Sales Cannot change".

  • Billing problem in depot sales

    Hi,
        We was into the depot sales project.We have done till excise duty.
    That means,first we are created a sales order and then outbound delivery for that.So based on the outbound delivery number normally we do billing.
    But here after outbound delivery we are in to assigning excise duty tothe delivery.In j1ij we have given and done all the things its working fine by FIFO method.It will first show the first procurement.We will select and this process got over.RG23D table is filled up with the values.
    But after this i gone for doing billing in VF01.But when i give the delivery number,it shows the condition typea and values but it didnt show any thing about excise duty which we are giving,So can anyone plz help me in this issue.
    Whether any configuration we want to do,or any thing we want to do internally.

      Please note the depot invoice is created after creating depot excise invoice in J1IJ. System will copy
    the excise values to invoice (billing) based on the routine 356 assigned to all your excise condition types.
    Also please note that Depot pricing procedure should not be classified under classify condition under
    CIN customizing.
    Depot sale process:
    Sales Order
    Delivery
    Depot Excise Invoice
    Billing.
