Different customer have different sales unit!!!!!

Dear experts,
I have a special requirement,I don't know is it possible to do it by sap standard function, for example one material, material No:A, basic unit:pc,sale unit:box, for customer 01, 10 pc = 1 box, for customer 02, 5 pc = 1 box. I can maintain a convert factor in the material master data, but in the sales order I have to modify the convert factor for different customer. we have so many order, is it impossible to maintain different convert factor for different customer in some master data.
Thanks

  • Approved activity types per sales unit/organisation in 2009

Hello and nice days between christmas and new year,
I would like to see which activity types are approved for the different sales unit/organisation.
There is the T-Code KP25 and KP26 to see the planned activity types but can I get a list of the planned activity types associated with the sales units?
Thank you very much in advance,
      Vanessa

    Hi,
    Hi,
The T-code-KE27-Run Periodic Valuation of Actual data is actually meant for actual data related postings for CO-PA. Periodic valuation makes it possible for you to select and valuate actual data which has already been posted to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). It uses a valuation strategy defined especially for the point of valuation 02 (Periodic actual valuation). This function is available for the record types A (incoming sales orders) and F (billing data) as well as user-defined record types.
Periodic valuation is useful, for example, if you posted line items to CO-PA at the beginning of the period using the standard cost of goods manufactured, and want to evaluate them again later using the most up-to-date costs or using the actual costs of goods manufactured determined in Material Ledger.
The system posts the difference between the original values of the line item and the new values in a new, separate line item. If you perform periodic valuation more than once for a single line item, the system posts a new "difference" line item each time the values change.
Once you have performed periodic valuation, you can display the new values in the information system.
For valuation using material cost estimates, you can choose the alternative option of displaying the periodically calculated values separately from the original values. To do this, you need to define special value fields into which to store the values from periodic valuation.
Only values that are calculated in CO-PA during valuation can be recalculated in periodic valuation. However, those quantities and values that are stored according to the same value field assignment found in SD pricing when transferred from sales orders and billing documents remain unchanged
CKMLCP is not must for KE27.
    Revert for clarification.

  • Different Weight Unit in Sales Order

    Dear Experts
We are doing a Global Rollouts for Europe and Americas on a common System .
My Clients is using same Sales unit for Europe and Americas but has a requirement to have Sales Order and Purchase  Order Weight Unit as Kilo Gram for European Sales / Purchase Organization and Weight Unit as Pound for American Sales / Purchase Organization .
As Weight Unit is associated with Unit of Measurement then wanted to know how can we achieve different Weight Units for different Sales Organization . Customer and Vendor for European and Americas region will be different .
    With Regards
    Rohit

    Hi,
When you sell the same material for different company codes, there should a material view of the respective sales organisation/distribution channel combination. For this combination, when the material is extended, please maintain the sales unit of measure.
Also in Additional data (You can go here by clicking the additional data button at the top left of the material master), in alternate unit of measurement (second tab), you can maintain the unit conversion between all the sales units to weight in KGs. Thus you can handle the requirement of converting any sales unit to weight in kgs.
    Hope this helps

  • Can i use same customer master record in different sales area

    dear sir,
i have created a record of customer master - RAM in sold to party account group using sales area - (I).
    (i.e,) XYZ ( sales org ) - A (dis channel ) - XX ( division)
now i have created another record of customer master - DAVID in sold to party acc group using sales area - (II).
    (i.e) XYZ (sales org) - A (dis channel ) - YY ( division ).
when i am trying to change SH party function of "RAM" with "DAVID" its throwing an error message that DAVID is not created in Sales Area - (I).
please let me know how to resolve this
    regards
    vivek

    Hi,
There are two solution to control this.
    1) Extend customers in respective sales area. i.e.. DAVID in XYZ-A-XX or RAM in XYZ-A-YY.
    2) Define reference sales organisation, channel and division and assign to respective.
    EX.
Define sales org. "0000" and assign to all sales orgs.
Define channel "00" and assign to all channels.
Define division "00" and assign to all divisions.
Now create customer masters only in sales area 0000-00-00 and you can use this customer anywhere for any sales area (at transactional level). This is one time activity and will save so much time in creating(or extending) master records in different sales area.
    Thanks,

    Hi...
The Customer sents the requirement ( Like specially manufactured products as per the customer specifications) which can be entered in the form an Inquiry. With ref. to this inquiry a quotation will be sent to the customer. The customer places an order thru document with reference to this quotation.
Now the company processes the order and manufactures the Product and delivers the Product to the Customer and recieves the payment.
    Hope this clears the query

    Hi Nitin
you have  standard SAP-docs for this  kind of  process  , for cash sales - doc  type -CS,  for credit sales you can use the  same standard : OR -doc type   , nothing need to be configured here
note- you can create  your own set of doc by copying the standard docs but it  need alot of configuration  ,so now you understand  it

    Hi People,
Is it possible to have two different sales area's for Inter company stock transfer and within the company stock transfer. The problem is in below step

  • Maintain "Determination of Pricing Procedure" with different sales orgs. ID

    Hi experts,
We have different sales orgs. ID for some of our sales orgs. in our Development/Quality/Production systems. When we maintained the "Determination of Pricing Procedure" in Development system for our new company and transported it to Quality system an error occurred. The sales org. ID we maintained in D wasn't available in Q. So we still have the same problem in Q as we had before. I have noticed that we have different ID for another company in our CRM system but it seems that someone has maintained "Determination of Pricing Procedure" manually for each system without any transport even if I don't think that's possible, but it look so. See pictures below:
    Development system:
    Quality system:
O 50000125 in D is the same as O 50000075 in Q. This is working fine, but I don't know how you change it manually in Q as it seems to have been done in above picture!?
O 50000178 in D is our new company. After transport to Q the same ID with the same values are transported correct. But the ID for the company in Q is O 50000150. So of course we still have the same problem in Q that we had before the transport.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I guess you can't just change things manually in Q or is the correct way to do?
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards,
    Hannes de Richelieu

    Hello Hannes,
this really is a common issue. Org-Model can be maintained in every client and as the IDs are generated they can differ even if only the sequence in which you created the units is not the same in D/Q/P.
What you might be interested in is report RHMOVE30. It is used to "transport" the Org-Model between Clients. Have a look here: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3537400
This way you maintain the model once and distribute it across systems. My advise would be to take the one you have in P and refresh D and Q from it. You are still able to make adjustments in D and Q for testing. After a certain timeframe I would then refresh D and Q again to get them in sync.
    cheers Carsten

  • How can I define same Price Conditions for two different Sales Deals ??

I need to define for the same price condition, lets say ZPMP, two different values or condition records, for two different sales deals and the same valid dates
For example, Sales deal 1, ZPMP equal to USD 15 and valid dates from 04/15/08 to 04/30/08.
Another condition record for Sales deal 2, ZPMP equal to USD 20 and valid dates from 04/15/08 to 04/30/08
    How can I do this.
    Thanks in advance.

While creating condition tables, you have the option to create different key combinations. So if you want the system to take different condition records for different sales deals, there has to be a point of differentiation between those 2 sales deals.
This can be done in one of the following ways:
    by giving customer specific prices
by giving material specific prices for a particular customer etc
All this can be defined as different key combinations while creating the condition tables. For each key combination, you can specify different condition records, so that the system is able to pull prices according to the requirement.
But if the sales deals are entirely similar (that is even the validity dates, delivery dates etc are also same), and there is no differentiating factor, then you will have to manually input the prices.
Do get back if you require more clarification. Please reward points if useful.

  • Place one order with Products from different sales orgs

    Hello,
We are in CRM 7.0 EHP2 connected to ECC 6.0. We have Internet
    sales/Webchannel Application.
We are rolling out Internet sales for a new country but they want the option to
place one single order with products from different sales
    organizations.
Currently Customers send fax/email to customer
representative(CR) with list of products. The CR identifies and places
multiple orders if products belong to different sales orgs.
Currently customers don't have idea about sales orgs and they don't
have a clue which product belongs to which sales orgs. So, for them to
use Internet sales, we have to provide them an option to place one
order with products from different sales orgs.
I understand SAP doesn't support this. But, is there any way we can achieve this through some custom/out of the box solutions?
    Thanks,
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi,
Please have a below help link, it may help you to explain the role of Distribution Channel and if it fits to your requirement.

  • Unable to do combined billing of different sales areas.

    Hai Friends,
I have created two sales orders of different sales areas for the same customer. After delivery I have executed combined billing but when I go to vf02 for displaying the billed materials, the system is showing only one sales area's material. I tried to do billing for the second delivery seperately, presuming that it has not been billed previously. But the system shows it has already been executed. any clues?????
    thanks in advance

FYI - Any Sales Doc (whether is Order, Delv & Invoice) is refer to exactly one sales area.
So, when you are doing collective billing from VF04, then in that case system might have created to 2 different invoices.
Thus, check you doc flow in the respective sale doc or use tcode VF05N for list billing doc as on date.
See, in VF04 - billing due list, if you are unsure of the result/outcome then simulate the doc first.
    Thanks & Regards

  • I need to split 2 different sales taxes to 2 separate GL Accounts

On a customer sales order, I have a need to split two different sales taxes for a single lineitem to two different General Ledger (GL) accounts. I know that a sales tax code (2 digit) is defined on the UTXJ pricing condition and that this tax code in combination with the account key associated with the tax type is used to determine the GL account to be used. However, in all of my current business situations, all taxes (state, city, and local) get posted to the same GL account as there doesn't appear to be a way to control the tax code at an individual tax pricing condition level. Has anyone been able to do this?
    Here's my example:
Order 123, lineitem 1 has a JR1 tax pricing condition. The main UTXJ pricing condition contains a CX sales tax code. It should get posted to GL account GL001.
Order 123, lineitem 2 also has a JR2 tax pricing condition. The UTXJ pricing condition (from above) contains a CX tax code. However, it should get posted to GL account GL002.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Friend
Then in order 123 in the line-item 1 say the material is a finished material , so your will be doing sales cycle OR->LF->F2
Then in order 123 in the line-item 2 say the material is a Trading material , so your will be doing ME21N->MIGO->MIRO->BILLING
So even though you assign CX tax code it gets posted to G/L account GL001. But even though the lineitem 2 has CX tax code it will be posted to G/L account GL002 because you will be assigning the stock in OBYC
