Difficulties: Fresh Downloader but confused!

Hello there folks of Adobe,
I just downloaded my package Adobe Creative Suite 6: Design Standard that works for Windows. I have it all installed, I have my user up and going... But at the last part, saying it was completed, it said that I can download the applications that come with the CDs. Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe InDesign CS6, and Adobe Acrobat X Pro with the additional components: Adobe Bridge CS6 and Adobe Media Encoder CS6.
I was so eager that I clicked out of the program before finding out how to get the applications into my current program... And I need help!
1. Do I need to purchase these applications?
2. If I do not need to purchase these applications, where do I go to retrieve them?
I am so eager to get started on working on my images so badly and to get in the world of Adobe Creations, but I really need help. I appreciate the time and patience for helping me and I do apologize.

I am not quite sure what you are asking; do you have Bridge and Media Encoder in the Adobe Application Manager?
I also don't know why you are asking this in the Flash Player forum.

Odonnells52 you will still need to install Adobe Acrobat Professional prior to being able to make edits to PDF or utilize Acrobat. By default the installation files have been saved to your download folder.
If you continue to face difficulties with the Adobe Download Assistant then please see Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.
You can also download the installation files directly from Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X if you are unable to locate the downloaded installation files.

I can download but not install iTunes 10.5 on my Win 7 computer

How can I install iTunes 10.5 on my Dell Windows 7/64 bit computer? It downloads but will not install- all kinds of error messages... AND I can't use a new iPod touch (4th gen) with iOS 5 presumably pre installed w/o 10.5 on the Windows 7 PC!!!!

Hi again! Fixed it myself, but here's what I did (in case anyone else encounters the same problem):
Control Panel > Programs and Features > Add or Remove Programs
1. Uninstall iTunes (if you're upgrading, but if it's a fresh install, disregard this step)
2. Uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support
3. Uninstall Apple Application Support
4. Uninstall Bonjour
5. Repair Apple Software Update. If you can't, try uninstalling. I couldn't uninstall or repair mine (the same error message appeared) so I used Microsoft Fixit Engine (http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall) to uninstall it.
6. Download the iTunes installer and run it. Voila!

TS3899 Mail will not download in the other account in email says it is downloading but doesn't show its downloaded

I had this problem before back in the end of November and all of December mail will stop loading and doesn't show up this in the account settings OTHER . I have deleted the account and reloaded it did a hard restart still the same it starts and says downloading but it doesn't show up on the phone this is doing the same thing on my ipad also . So one would think it is the server for my email account it is not because it works fine on my mack air and also the imac so I'm confused what would be the next step any ideas ?

Use the links in the iTunes Music Store itself to tell them of the problem. Or the links under the help menu of iTunes.

Difficulties in downloading the CS6 series

Dear Pubic,
I have subscribed to the annual Creative Cloud CC series as a student and was told that I could also download the CS6 series applications, since these are being taught at school. However, I am having a lot of difficulties in downloading the CS6 applications, particularly InDesign, Flash, and Illustrator.
I have contacted the Customer Service at Adobe.com on many occasions, who after waiting for long time transferred me to their "experts" at their Technical Support Departments, whom after their insistence and requirement to help me, took over of my computer and the liberty in deleting some of my work and personal files and ended up in not assist me with this at all with false promises.
This is the reason why I am going now public to see if anyone have experienced the same difficulties I have encountered, but at the end was able to solve it? Would you please kindly tell me how I can download the above three applications. I will greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your prompt response and assistance. I and the people at
Adobe's Technical Dept. did tried all of that with Firefox and Chrome and
we were not successful in downloading. However, when I tried Safari I was
able to do it. I guess it had to do with the settings of the browsers,
which I do not why they did not allowed me to download these applications
but not other ones.

IPhone 5s restored from 4s all but my photos and won't finish. Have tried reset and restore several times but always the same thing. Pat bottom of screen it shows downloading but no pictures transfer.

Have tried 4 times to reset, erase and restore but always the same result. Everything restores except my photos. When I go to photos at the bottom of the screen it says downloading but the pictures never transfer. Every time I turn my phone on it asks to continue restore but it never finishes. It won't let me upgrade to the latest iOS due to incomplete restoration.

How long has it been since you let the restore just happen? Sometimes photos are what takes the longest to bring back from an iCloud back up. I would recommend that you let it just keep restoring for about 2-3 days and see if more photos come back than what you're experiencing. Also make sure that you are connected to wifi as much as possible so that those photos can be downloaded faster. It is a waiting and being patient kind of thing. I did an iCloud restore from a backup that took 4 days to finish bringing down all my photos.

The new version downloads, but I never get a prompt to move the new version to the apps folder.

The new version of firefox has several steps to complete the download. The new version does download, but I am unable to move it to the app. folder. I get no prompt and the new firefox won't move.

Once the music has been downloaded to your iPhone, you can transfer purchases from your device to iTunes.

These alerts occur due to timeouts or conflicts trying to write a file during download.

Delete your iTunes Downloads folder, located in:

If you are able to isolate the issue to a particular third-party software, you may wish to contact them to let them know of the conflict.

Content purchased from iTunes store are downloaded but do not show up in library (iTunes 11) even after manual add

Hi all,
I upgraded to iTunes 11 recently and have now purchased some additional content from the iTunes store. The files have been downloaded but do not show up in my library. A search yields some results but I cannot access the songs in my library nor can I add them to 'up next' although the option is available from the search results menu.
First thing I tried was to add them again manually but the problem persists. Any clues?

OK, I found a solution. Here it goes, just in case anybody else comes across this issue:
I deleted all the relevant entries from the iTunes Libary.xml AND iTunes Music Library.xml files (with iTunes closed, of course) and removed the files on the harddrive library structure to another location. I then restarted iTunes and added the album manually to my library again. In my case, I got iTunes to handle my library and the files were thus copied back to my old structure by the iTunes. To finish I reimported the album artwork and that was that.
Hope that I won't encounter this issue with future purchases under iTunes11, this workaround IS a bit of a hassle!
