Disabling the text box

I have three text box.depending on the value entered in the first,i have to hide the third text box.can anyone help me

You can do it with Javascript.
This is to the head of page.
<script>
function func() {
   if (document.form1.textbox1.value=="something") {
      document.form1.textbox2.disabled=true;
</script>...and its in the body part.
<form action="..."  name="form1">
<input type="text" name="textbox1" onclick="func()"/>
<input type="text" name="textbox2"/>
<input type="text" name="textbox3"/>
