DM mark deletion impossible?

I have a DSO -> IC scenario. I had to delete a request from the CUBE in order to be able to delete the DM mark in DSO and upload the same request again to the CUBE. So, i deleted the request from my CUBE but when i go the request in DSO and click the DM mark in order to delete it, there is nos "Garbage can" symbol there, so i can't delete ans thus i can't upload it again to my CUBE!!
Any ideas why the "Garbage can" symbols is not there?
Thanx

Hi,
Please try deleting the DM symbol through tables RSDMDELTA & RSBODSLOGSTATE.
1. Set the request's QM status in all your data targets to red and then delete all of them. This will cause a repeat delta load in the following steps.
2. Open table RSDMDELTA via SE16. Here is where you will find the successful DataMarted request. Delete the request that contains the bad data.
3. Open table RSBODSLOGSTATE and change fields 'Max. delta slice that was extracted by all receivers' and 'Max. delta slice extracted until now' to the latest right request number.
Once DM symbol is gone, try reloading.

  • Not able to Close PO or Mark deleted

    Hi All,
    I have to close a PO but system doesnt allow to close it or mark the line Item as Deleted. The reason for the error is IR value is more than GR value. We dont have GR based IV.
    How can I close the PO.
    Thanks
    Nsandeep

    Hi,
    If there is difference in GR/IR it will not allow to delete the PO if IR is pending or More IR.
    You can do post the difference in GR/IR.Using MR11 then it will be balance between GR/IR.
    Once tis equal then you can delete the PO. by selecting the line item and set deletion button.

  • Application iCal deleted - Impossible to download iCal on my MacBook

    Hi,
    I accidentally deleted the application iCal from my MacBook, and now it is impossible to download it again!
    I've been on the apple website and the only iCal available to download is iCal 1.5.5 but this version does not work because it is not compatible with OS X 10.4 or later which is my case!
    Can someone help me or give me a link where I can download iCal like before?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi,
    You should have iCal on the OSX installer disk.
    See this Macworld article that discusses how to install it from there:
    http://www.macworld.com/article/132243/2008/02/pacifist.html
    You'll probably then need to run the OSX Combo updater to get it to the current version for your OS.

  • N97 - imap - marking delete

    Have I overlooked it?
    At my imap email account when deleting a message I only mark it as deleted. (And then ocasionally clean folders of them.) But N97 shows them all still as normal emails and I found no option to hide them.
    Also I would like that delete is not a hard delete, but just a marking as deleted as I do it form Outlook.
    If this is not available, this would be definitely a feature request, then.
    btw.: what is this stupid function in the forum message editor about, that 'return' swaps the direction of writing ?!

    Update,
    I tried something:
    If I unsubscribed from the ELTE It was synchronized the INF subscribed directory too.

  • Mark / Delete prior feature

    If anyone's used a Blackberry, there seems to be a glaring omission in the iPhone's email app: the ability to simply mark all messages from a certain date backward as having been already read, or to just delete them. Having 200+ emails just freshly downloaded, clicking every-single-email-over-and-over-wearing-out-my-thumb to delete them is nonsense! Is there a better way? There's no shift-click sort of function to almost accomplish the same thing. Is there a tool/app I can download to better manage my iPhone email?

    Sorry, just had to chime in. I agree that your suggestion would be useful, maybe in 2.0x we'll get it. Far from perfect, by still far superior to that thing you mentioned that business users have been forced to live with all these years. Bye bye RIM....

  • "Special Characters" Accent Marks delete letter

    Hello fellow Pages users,
    I can't quite figure out how to solve a little problem I'm experiencing in Pages. In a text document, I am trying to put an accent mark over a letter (like the diacritical marks one finds over letters in dictionaries to help with pronunciation). I highlight the letter I want to accent, and then I select "Special Characters" from the Edit menu. In the "Character Palette," I select the accent mark I want to use (which is listed under "Punctuation"). But when I select "Insert," the accent mark replaces the letter I want to accent! All I have left is an accent mark on the document, which is useless without the letter it is supposed to accent!
    I was wondering whether anyone has encountered this problem (if it is a problem--maybe I'm just going about this the wrong way) and whether there is a workaround. Thank you very much for your time; please let me know if I need to clarify anything.
    Kind regards,
    Chris
    P.S. I could just use Microsoft Word, but (1) since my computer is fairly new, I don't have Word at the moment and (2) I would like to learn how to do this in Pages, if it is possible. Please forgive me if this topic has already been covered; I tried to "search" for this topic, but had trouble isolating this specific problem in the Discussions.

    Hello Starfighter
    The characters you are selecting from the Punctuation section of the Character Pallette are separate characters - they don't overlay other characters. What you need to do is select a Latin font and pick your character with the accent from there.
    It might be simpler for you to use the keyboard viewer instead. When you hold down the ⌥ key you will notice that several of the keys on the keyboard appear orange. This is because they are designed to work in combination with another keystroke to input an accented character e.g. The sequence ⌥ u e will produce the character ë.
    I hope that helps.

  • Marked with Deletion Flag reflecting in reports...

    Hi All,
    We have created many reports and sqvi querys,  After marked deletion flag for material it is reflecting in reports and queries. What will be reason and how it will be avoid in reports.
    Yusuf

    Hi,
    This is just one of the problems with writing custom reports. They have to consider things like deletion flags, delivery completed flags, special stocks etc.
    There is no simple answer other than to correct the custom reports and get them to check all relevant flags.
    Better still, try to use std SAP reports wherever possible, avoid creating new reports just to reformat the data slightly or to produce reports that are "nice to have" rather than actually required  (I am not saying this is what you have done)

  • How do I delete cascade with a PL/SQL procedure?

    This script will create a PL/SQL procedure that deletes cascade. This is a post to contribute to the Oracle community. Take the code as is and test it before you use it in production. Make sure this is what you want.
    Procedure Delete Cascade (prc_delete_cascade)
    Description
    =============
    The principle is very simple. The procedure uses a table called TO_BE_DELETED to keep a list of records to be deleted. This
    table keeps the table name and the rowid of those records that need to be deleted. The procedure also uses a function called
    DELETE_BOTT_ROW which takes one record of the table and tries to delete it. If the deletion fails with a foreign key constraint
    violation, the function parses the SQL error message (SQLERRM) to get the name of the constraint. With the name of the constraint,
    the function finds the name of the child table, all the child records that have references to the parent table primary or unique key,
    and the parent key primary or unique key column name. Once the child records of the failed delete are identified, the function takes their table name and rowids
    and records them into the TO_BE_DELETED table by inserting records of their table name and their rowids. Al the records inserted also contain the level (which
    is 1 for the original records, 2 for child records, 3 for granchild records, etc.) and the sequence number of the order in wich they
    are recorded. This way, when the function picks up a record to be deleted, it takes the one with the highest level and the highest
    inserted sequence, or the "bottom" record. Once all the child records of the failed delete are appended to the TO_BE_DELETED table, it calls itself
    recursevely, and the function takes the record at the "bottom" of the table and tries to delete it. If it succeeds, it calls
    itself recursevely to delete the next record. If it fails, it goes and finds the child records as described before and once they are
    inserted into the TO_BE_DELETED table, it calls itself again recursevely to try to delete again the "bottom" record. All records
    that are successfully deleted are flagged as deleted usig the flag_del column so they are not pickt up again. Once all the (parent,
    child, grandchild, etc.) records are deleted, the procedure ends without commiting, giving the option to the user to commit or
    rollback deletions. The table TO_BE_DELETED is, at the end of the procedure, a list of all the records that were deleted, including their table names
    and the order in with they were deleted. The user then can review its content and decide to commit or rollback.
    Restrictions
    ============
    1. Single tables only. The procedure only takes one table name and a WHERE clause to identified the records to be deleted.
    2. Single columns only. Ther procedure only works with single-column primary, unique and foreign key constraints.
    3. Single schema only.
    4. Unpredictable results with circular references.

    Interesting.
    I see a few areas where this could be useful. Elimiating specific test records from a Test DB for example.

    <li>Since this is a recursive logic you must add a stop criteria. In this case I would add a max iteration variable. If that one is reached, raise an error message and let the procedure stop with that error.</li>
    <li>The when others exception at the end should be removed completely</li>
    <li>The when others exception in the middle should be replaced by a specific exception that handles the -2292 error</li>
    <li>A list of tables where no record should be deleted could be usefull. If the logic would encounter such a table, it should also stop. This would be to prevent that data from some system critical tables could be deleted per accident.</li>
    <li>The reference from the FK constraint to the PK constraint should include the table name and if possible the owner (as long as you use user_* views the owner is always the same. But we could extend this to the ALL_* views). I never met a system where different tables have the identical FK constraint names, however just make this fool proof.</li>

  • How to delete all contents in the LiveCache

    Hi,
    Is there an easy way to delete all LiveCache contents (all SNP and DP data)?
    Thanx for quick info

    Additional information...!
    Hi
    In APO SNP, if you only delete the time series it will not delete the inactive material from it.
    If you go to APO material master i.e. /SAPAPO/MAT1 - Product  you will still find your inactive products. By deleting the time series, you are only deleting the data from time series key figures, but you will still have the data in order series key figures.
    You can require to delete these products by mainly using following steps.
    a) Remove product from integration model
    b) Delete all orders for this product-location which still exist in the APO system by running the reports /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE or /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER (this report is not recommanded to be used in product system!!) or transactions /SAPAPO/RRP4 or /SAPAPO/RRP4.
    c) Use transaction /sapapo/ccr to delete all objects in APO that are integrated with R/3. The /sapapo/ccr will show the orders as 'Not in an active integration model' and offers to delete the orders in APO
    d) Delete the product from ATP tables by running the report /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL with the selection according to the product being deleted. (Orders from DB & live cache)
    e) Delete all related product substitution and location product substitution using the transaction /SAPAPO/RBA04;
    f) Delete the product from all PPMs through the transaction /SAPAPO/SCC05;
    g) Remove the product from external procurement using the transaction /SAPAPO/PWBSRC2;
    h) Remove the product from transportation lanes through the transaction /SAPAPO/SCC_TL1 or /SAPAPO/SCE; Note: If the lane was created with option 'All products', you should not care about this condition.
    i) Remove the product from quota arrangement through the transaction /SAPAP/SCC_TQ1;
    j) Remove references from the product master or the location product master using the transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, tab 'Classification';
    k) Remove the planning package from the location product master using the transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, tab 'PP/DS';
    l) Remove the product from RTO;
    m) Remove the product from product split.
    2. Mark deletion flag
    a) In transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, select the product (and location in case of location product);
    b) In the menu bar, choose 'Product' and go to 'Mark for deletion' (Shift+F6);
    c) In the popup 'Set deletion Flag' set a flag in the appropriate field: Leave the field 'Product' empty unless you want to delete the product master, i.e. in case a location product must be deleted, the flag has to be set on location only;
    d) The deletion can be executed directly or be scheduled for another time.
    Use Report /SAPAPO/DELETE_PRODUCTS for deletion.
    Once you delete all the products, than you can again open the CIF to bring in the new products.
    I hope this will helpful to you.
    Thanks
    Amol

  • PR to PO with deletion indicator problem

    Hello,
    I need to one e.g. in conversion process. I have 3 line items and created PR with that.
    Now after creation of PR marked deletion indicator on second line item and save the PR. Now after release when i convert
    this from PR to PO i am not getting proper results. I want to know whether system will be able to create PO for line item 1 and line item 3 and ignore line item 2? . Also i want that both 1 and 3 line items should be one PO, no searate PO should be issued.
    How can we achieve this.
    Thanks
    Himanshu

    Hi Himanshu ,
    By adopting the PR to the PO via the shopping cart button all marked documets of the overview are copied onto the overview.
    As a workaround you could control the selection of PR, you could select the 'open only' checkbox in the selection screen in
    the overview. Then the deleted items should not appear on the overview and therefore will not be adopted to the purchase order.  Another option is to use the 'deletion indicator' in the variant for purchase requistion therfore excluding the
    deleted items in your selection.
    Kind regards,
    Lorraine

  • Deletion of a line item from PO

    Hi,
    I have a PO with only one line item, where the line item is created with reference to PR and PR is created from Production order.
    The GR and IR is done for PO.
    But the line item is marked for deletion after IR.
    Now i want to undelete the line item.
    When i press undelete/unlock tab, it is througing an error
    Requisition 90043093, item 00002, created from production order.
    help how to undelete the line item.
    I think many question will come to mind
    1) Why you marked delete for a item after doing GR and IR.
    But user did it with out knowledge.
    I have tested the following scenarios...
    1) I created a PO with referece to PR. Did GR and IR. Then marked for deletion of line item in PO. It allows for deletion. Then in change mode of PO i undelete/unlock. It allows to unlock with warning message. delivery completed.
    But it is not i case of PO with referece to PR and PR is cretead from production order.
    relavent answers rewarded with points.
    Thanks
    Giri

    Hello Girisha,
    Note the error message number and change the message settings from Error to warning in message attribution and then try to delete it.
    Incase, you are not able to do that, I suggest to open issue with SAP through OSS.
