Do Down payments but FD32 cann't show out

hi,export
I find a strange problem,
The user did  Down payments on 2010.12.15,and post date is 2010.12.15 ,Amount is 100USD, the document number is 10001.
But i use FD32  cann't find the value.
If i do a new  Down payments , document number is 10002,the same as 10001 except Document Date and Posting Date, the dates are 2010.12.23.
Then I can find 100USD with FD32.
Can you tell why?
Thank you very much.

    Hello experts,
we were having trouble with reversed down payment.
we have 2 system in our landscape: one dv1 other dv2
    in dv1 :
    1. create dp request from so resulting(VF01) :
_______________________Doc No.   Type  ............................ Clearing Doc
    ___-- fbl5n : 1 open item      : xxxxxx1 RV      .............................
    2. cancel dp request with VF11
_______________________ Doc No.   Type  ............................ Clearing Doc
    ___-- fbl5n : 1 cleared item : xxxxxx1 RV      .............................yyyyyyyyy
    in dv2 :
    1. create dp request from so resulting(VF01) :

    __ -- fbl5n : 1 open     item : xxxxxx1 RV      .............................
__________1 cleared item : yyyyyy   ZB     ............................. yyyyyyyyy
the billing type(VOVA) and posting key(OB41) setting on both system have similar value. Can anyone point to us where the setting went wrong in second system? Because of that anomaly the system show the dp request as open item on fbl5n or sales document flow.
    thanks in advance.
    Best regards,
    Henry

further investigation, when we checked the clearing document found in dv2(clearing document which is not referenced by the billing), we found out the document type is 'S' so it was still noted item. so the conclusion is when we cancelled a billing which corresponding accounting document's type is S(noted item) , system created a "clearing" accounting document which type still is S(noted item) too but with negative amount.
but in dv1, it works normally, when billing cancelled system created clearing document which type is C(clearing document).
can someone advise us on this? thank you.

  • Down Payment Clearing push button not showing in MIRO

    Dear SAP Guru,
I already activated "LOG_MMFI_P2P" using SFW5. Now we are getting Down Payment option in ME21N but we are not getting down payment push button in MIRO.
We are doing in that way:
First we created PO. We do not provide any down payment in the time of creating PO then we post the down payment using f-48. MIGO has done.
Now we are doing MIRO but Down Payment Clearing push button is not appearing. Please help me.
    Best Regards,
    Shoyeb

    Hi,
Do check you had entered the down payment category and down payment percentage in PO.
Do follow the correct steps for down payment and check again if your are getting message in MIRO , then you should get the down payment push button also.

I am trying to connect my JVC Hard Disk Drive Camcorder to my IPAD 2 via the Apple camera kit. I am able to download photos, but video files not showing. Camera shows Mass Stoarge. How can I download videos please?

The file name only has 6 characters and I'm not sure what the .mod format is. So that's why they are not seen by the iPad.
Another way to transfer. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

  • Down payment vendor invoice

    hi
the company has made a down payment to a vendor. co. receives an invoice from the vendor. the vendor is paid considering the down payment. but if you see the invoice entry it does not have any reference to the down payment made initially.
    the example is :
vendor is paid 25K against an order of 100K. Vendor issues and invoice. When Vendor is paid i.e. final payment , the payment amount is 75K.
but if i check the invoice the invoice shows 100 and no reference of downpayment.
my requirement is the invoice should give some ref. of downpayment so that it would be easy to identify against which the downpayment is made
could you help me in understand how can i achieve this?
    regards
    Vedavatee

The sequence of down payment and its clearing is as follows
    Advance payment posting ( F-48 )
Enter SP GL Indicator as A
    Purchase invoice posting ( F-43 )
Transfer of Advance from SPL GL to Normal by clearing SPL GL (F-54)
Enter Vendor account number, Invoice number etc., and select process down payments button and double click on amount and save.
    Clearing of Normal Items ( F-44 )
Enter Vendor Account number and select process open item button and double click on both items (Dr and Cr) and SAVE.
Then you make payment of remaining balance

  • How TDS Reverse at the time of Down Payment Clearing F54

    Dear Friends,
Please let me know what is the process or configuration we have to do for clear TDS in F-54.
my scenario is I made down payment of Rs. 10000/- with TDS.
next we are doing MIRO for Rs. 50000/- with TDS full amount
Then I m adjusting down payment against Invoice no. which I deduct TDS for Rs. 10000/-in F-54
in this transaction TDS should be reverse for Rs.10000/-
I checked tax type for payment as central invoice processing. but it is also not working.
Please anyone know regarding this issue let me know.
    Thanks in Advance.
    JD

    Hi,
After MIRO posting, please note the following method :
F-54 - Enter all the header data details, Vendor Code, Enter the relevant Document (Invoice) No.which you need to adjust with Down Payment (10000) made.
    Select to Process down payments
The next screen shows the down payment document no. and it shows amount & available amount by line item wise.      Amount & available column shows as 10000.
Select the relevant down payment line item and double click in the last tab "Transfer Posting"
This tab shows the final amount (after adjusting down payment).
Go to left side corner and through pull down menu select "document" and "simulate"
The document shows the overview of the reversal entry for the relevant down payment with TDS amount.
Please ensure that the tax line items display.
If you are not getting the tax line items overview, go to document and select "simulate" once again.
Finally, the document display all the line items including tax line items with blue colour.
Double click relevant line item and enter your text "Adv adjusted for doc ref......"
    Simulate and post.
    Result:
Then you check through FBL1N for the relevant vendor, the open item shows only 40000 after adjusting the down payment.
The cleared line item shows both down payment as well as cleared payments.
Hope that it may useful.   If you are getting any error, please give the details.

  • Down payments (One recon account mapping to different special recon account

    Hi,
I'm stuck in configuring special gl indicators for down payments for vendors.
we have one recon account for vendor and there are 6 different gl for downpayments.
but the down payment request takes in only one combination of recon and special gl
    Ex: U - 20000(A/P) -  14100(Prepayment - Rent)
          T - 20000(A/P) -  14102(Prepayment - Asset)
          M - 20000(A/P) -  14104(Marketing)
I was able to configure special gl indicator for down payments but the down payment request "F" is the same for all the special GL (U,T&M)
when the down payment request is made its show one account for all the special Gl indicator but on payment appropriate its posted in correct account.
This was causing lot of confusion to the user. Please suggest  away to get around this.
Secondly there is Accrued Liabilities  accounts how this should handled.
    Thanks for your support

  • Down payment & BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

May be someone knows the decision of the problem:
At dialogue creation down payment (F-48), the system creates communications between the purchasing order and the accounting document.
I.e. in history of a position of the purchasing order there is a record with number accounting the document.
And in the accounting document down payment there is a reference to number of the purchasing order in a browser of relations (look FB03 it is cluck in the menu: Environment-> Document Environment-> relationship Browser).
    I use ' BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST ' for creation down payment:
As a result I receive the normal document of down payment, but links on the purchasing order it was not created, i.e. there is no record with number of the accounting document in history of a position of the purchasing order, and there is no reference to the purchasing order in a browser of relations of the accounting document.
Is it possible to create the high-grade document down payment with all references what is at dialogue work of transaction F-48? What I for this purpose should make?
Edited by: Soloviev Ivan on Apr 1, 2008 1:46 AM

    Hi,
Just wait for a moment(10 to 15  mins) since you have given WAIT in BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
Check again, and hope it updates the values.
or else, Just give BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT after the BAPI with no parameters.

  • A/R Down Payments to Draw Error due to partially credited

Thank you in advance for your help - here is my question:
I have started with a Sales Order of $20,000. I then made an A/R Down Payment Invoice for $5,000.  When payment came in, it was in the amount of $4,980 so I credited this amount towards the A/R Down Payment Invoice which left a balance of $20.  I then went to make an A/R Invoice for the balance of $15,020 but it would not let me use the "Down Payments to Draw" - presumably because the A/R Down Payment Invoice was still Open.  Therefore, I went ahead and issued a credit memo to the customer for the $20.  I was then able to use the "Down Payments to Draw" from the A/R Invoice to view my A/R Down Payment but when I clicked on the row, I received the following message:
11/01/2009  15:50:55: This document was partially credited  [Message 60511-3]
I have not found a way to bring in the payment of $4,980 or how to appropriately adjust my A/R Invoice for the correct amount.  Thank you for your advice on what i did wrong or what I can do now to allow me to reflect the money received in the A/R Invoice.

  • Down payment against contract

    Hi gurus,
do you know any possibility to link down payment to mm contract. Business process: We create mm contract. we need to pay some percentage of agreed value in advance (down payment). After down payment vendor make few successive deliveries. Contract is long term and we create PO for each delivery. Between deliveries can be few weeks, or few months. For each PO and GR against PO we receive one invoice. Invoice is partially closed with down payment (but not whole invoice, and not whole down payment). So all invoices are partially closed with part of down payment. For every big job we sign contract with vendor, so we can have few open contracts with same vendor in a same time. Agains each contract we create one particular down payment. all invoices should be closed with down payment which is linked for their contract.
What we need is link down payment to contract (contract field in DPR is text field and we can not chose from existing contracts), and to see in some report how  much from down payment per contract left or to see which invoices are closed with particular down payment.
Is there any standard way to do this?
    Thanks,
    Anna

    Hi,
Contract is outline purchasing agreement document but Purchase order is external purchasing document where commitment start with purchase order only with conditions. So advance payment can be configured and  purchase order linked to it.

  • Down payment based on the purchase order

i raise one purchase order 1000 Rs  in t code me21n after popup with number.  based on purchase order i pay advance amount 500 Rs with reference of purchase order number (in  f-48 i have given number reference field). when i saw the purchase oder (me21n)  in status tab down payments fields not updated like purchase order 1000 only and down payment 0 only the system showing.

    Hi
In F-48 enter the input parameters and when you click enter it takes you to next screen. here you would enter the amount for 2nd line item. It is here you would enter the Purchase doc field.
If the same is not visible, then check the field status for the GL field status group in OBC4 and also posting key field status in OB41
    Thank You,

  • Down payments configuration and condition AZWR value 0.

    Hi,
I am trying to configure the standard down payments but I have the following questions:
1º ) I have configured the condition type AZWR with all the requirements from the manual, condition 2 and the calculation formula 48 but I donu2019t know which position in the pricing procedure has to be located the condition AZWR. It read something that has to be located just before the Tax Condition, my question is that the only requirement. Donu2019t you have any example of one pricing procedure? Because there isnu2019t anyone standard to check in the system.
2º) I have set the billing plan with the billings documents for example 40% FAZ 20% FAZ and 40% F2 however the condition type AZWR in the pricing procedure still with value 0. It doesnu2019t seem the right situation. It should have the value of invoices FAZ.
3º) I bill the first invoice FAZ and the condition AZWR doesnu2019t appear in the invoice due it is value 0 in the sales order I suppose so.
4º) It is possible to assign 40% of the one invoice FAZ to one invoice F2 and the rest 60% to other F2. If I can configure correctly the condition types and the pricing procedures.
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards.
