Documnt not posted when executed transaction FBWD

rHi,
When I execute FBWD transaction for returned BoE, I am getting a msg as "Document Posted" and another msg as "1 item selected in addition".
But actually, there is no dcument is getting posted. Please let me know if anyone faced this scenario and how to overcome this. There is no batch session also getting created.
Even for other company code, where batch session created, when I run that batch from SM35, it is finishing posting the document showing with all screens, but finally no document getting generated and the same msg apearing in that batch session log as well "1 item selected in addition".

Suresh

Hi,
The IDOC is successfully coming from XI, but there is problem in R\3 end.
Idoc status is 51 with "Application document not posted"
This indicates that the logic for posting the application document is not coded properly in inbound function module. Verify the logic once again.
Also you need to confirm that the data related or in application configuration is right. If the data values are not correct the above error get generated.

  • When executing Transaction MRLH, it says "Function not currently possible"

    Hi All
    When executing Transaction MRLH, it says "Function not currently possible" which is the exact scenario discussed in Note 192664. But this note is valid only for 4.X where our system is ECC5. So if we try to implement this note it says "Note cannot be implemented".
    But still the error message is comming.
    Any ideas regarding what we can do to over come the scenario?

    Hi all,
    I am getting the exact same dump.
    And in my case, I am not providing any input.
    I have made a non-obligatory selection screen  parameter, and then appended that to a table type of the local structure of select options that i made.
    Then i am passing this to a fm as an importing parameter.
    And it is giving dump on the first query in the fm.
    If I don't use the fm, then in that case, it is working fine, and if the field is blank it fetches all records,
    but why it is not working now..., any ideas???

  • Error SG 105 when executing transaction KKAK

    Hi,
    When executing transaction KKAK (Results Analysis) for month end processing we get the following error for a especific sales order:
    "E SG105 Enter rate CAD/USD rate type P for 01/01/2010 in the system settings"
    My question will be: why is the system asking to enter that rate which we never use. We use rate M but not P. Is that really necessary?
    We are using release 470, level 003, Support Package SAPKH47031.
    Thanks for your help.

    HI,
    in the year-depending parameters of the controlling area version definition, the ex.rate type (P) and the valid-from-date is defined, thats why P is used.
    Best regards, Christian

  • Condition type in PO not posting to desired transaction key.

    Dear experts,
    I was wondering whether someone could help me with the following:
    I have defined a condition type for which specific additive costs for a purchased finished good should be added. The material is valued at standard price with the specifics that prior to the price calculation via transaction CK74N, additive costs are calculate and then added when executing CK11N that is composed of the price of the purchased finished good and the additive costs. We have created a condition type to break down the additive costs in the one hand and the material cost on the other. We want to have these costs to be posted against a specific cost account. We have created a transaction (via OBYC) for that and added it to the calculation schema. However, when posting the Goods Receipt, the additive costs (difference between the standard price and material price in the PO) are not posted to the desired transaction/GL account but to the price difference account (transaction PRD).
    Could anyone please provide me with the customizing steps I should follow to succeed in the flow we want to implement? Can this desired outcome be done via standard or should any User Exit or programming be done to get the expected results?
    Thanks in advance and regards,
    David.

    Hi again,
    Do you know what steps we should take in order to modify the standard functionality to have the part of the standard cost asigned to the condition type post to its transaction and not to the standard PRD transaction?

  • Asset explorer- Asset not posted to APC transactions

    Hello,
    In AW01, asset explorer screen,  in the planned values display tab , an asset has directly been posted from MM as goods issue.
    However the Amount say Rs.10000 and its ordinary depreciation say 500 is not getting added to the APC transactions in the above tab of plannned values book depreciation.
    So the APC transactions amount say 50000 and its corresponding planned depr say 2000 is excluding the previous mentioned asset values capitalised (Rs.10000 and Rs.500)
    As a result the related asset reporting shows incorrect asset balances.
    I would like to know why the asset already capitalised does not get reflected in the total value of the APC transactions ?
    Pls help.
    Regards.

    Hi,
    are you sure that the asset was posted from MM as goods issue? Not goods receipt from PO? Did you make the asset, or did you buy the asset?
    OK, if you bought the asset, here is a suggestion you might want to look into.
    Have the invoice verification been done to the PO? Usually, the APC value will be posted when there is a posting to the FI for the asset. And the ordinary depreciation will not be posted automatically. For Rs 500 depreciation, you need to do write-ups to adjust your asset balance.
    Hope this helps.

  • Parallel depreciation area not posted  when trying to settle an order.

    We have requirement of using parallel currencies in one of the cocode.So I havee set up parallel currencies in AA as well.
    We have three currencies EUR as Local currency, USD as Group Currency and CHF as Index-based Curremcy.
    I have set up Depreciation areas

    42-Book dep in Group currency-do not post --assigned CHF in OABT
    I have selected Indentical and TTr check box for dep areas 02,31,32, & 42.
    I have done the consistency check and it shows no errors in depreciation area set up.
    When Trying to settle an internal order in KO88 to a fixed asset I am getting the below error message.
    *Data inconsistency: Parallel depr. area is not posted Message no. AAPO104*
    Diagnosis
    For chart of depreciation ZCH, you defined this area (or these areas) as parallel depreciation areas for depreciation area 01. In the current transaction, however, not all of these areas are posted. This is not allowed.
    Procedure
    Check if the transaction type is limited to certain depreciation areas. If there is such a limitation, add the missing depreciation areas for the transaction type.
    Check if the asset that is being posted manages all these depreciation areas.
    I have checked the transaction types and they are not limited to any depreciation areas. I have activated depreciatio areas in the asset class and maintained the account determination nad assigned g/l accounts.
    Please help me if I have missed any settings.
    Thanks & Regards
    Nirmala

    Hi,
    AAPO104 is generally a customizing error:  the check points to consider are generally the following regarding parallel currencies: I think you have checked most of them already...
    * The parall. dep. area must have the same settings as the original area (e.g. allowing APC).
    * The parall. dep. area must set for identical values take over.
    * The parall. dep. area must set for identical parameter take over.
    * The parall. dep. area must be assigned to the currency type which is defined as parallel in FI in trx. OB22 (e.g. 30).
    * The parall. dep. area must be activated in the asset class (transaction OAYZ)
    Furthermore, a problem can also be that in OABT you have a parallel area customized, taking value from another area, which is customized and seen in T093. If for example this parall.area is missing on your Asset Under Construction but is there on the final asset this obviously will create the error AAPO104, too.
    In any case check your settings are correct in regards to parallel depreciation areas. They must manage same values as original areas. If they don't it cannot be a parallel area.
    Maybe you also need to consider the information in SAP note 317806.
    Also, looking at your different depreciation areas above, it looks that you have set up a ledger scenario (areas 01 , 02 and 29). I wonder, do you have a correct set up for the parallel currency for your ledger scenario? If I am not mistaken, I don't see a derived parallel currency area. Could this be the problem?

    Brigitte

    please provide your input on the same
    Thanks
    Deepanker Dwivedi

    Hi,
    The 'event' which  mapped to workflow triggered twice or another event may added to the workflow
    1) Did you give additional event for the workflow in the Basic Data -> Start events, if yes remove that event and test it.
    2) If 'No', In the SPRO configurations some settings might have changed, Check with your Function Consultant ask  any changes they done in the SPRO settings related to the T.code cj21n.

  • Unix script not working when executed from SAP PI communication channel

    Hi Experts,
    I am currently using the Run OS command after message processing functionality of the file adapter.
    However, the unix script doesn't seem to work when run via communication channel.
    The script runs properly when executed manually.
    The communication channel logs don't show any error as well.
    Do you have any ideas as to where the error might be.
    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hi All,
    Thank you for your replies. I appreciate this.
    @Anand, here is the script:
    #!/usr/bin/sh
    #version 1
    hostname=$(uname -a | cut -f 2 -d " ")
    MAILTO="[email protected] "
    homedir=$PWD
    echo $homedir | mailx -m -s "OB10 $hostname" $MAILTO
    /opt/java6/bin/jar -xvf OB10.zip
    ll | mailx -m -s "OB10 $hostname" $MAILTO
    What's puzzling me is that I am able to receive the email alerts.
    This means that the user has sufficient authorization to execute the script.
    But the unzip command is not working.
    I have seen the unzip work when run manually.

    Hi, Nodex,
    Avoid implicit conversions.
    For example:
    TO_CHAR(TRUNC(NEXT_DAY(ADD_MONTHS(substr(partition_name, -8, length(partition_name)), -3), 'MONDAY')-7), 'YYYYMMDD')ADD_MONTHS expects a DATE as its first argument.
    SUBSTR returns a VARCHAR2, so you're calling ADD_MONTHS with a VARCHAR2 where it expects a DATE.
    For good or ill, the system tries to avoid raising an error in this case by implicitly converting the VARCHAR2 to a DATE. Exactly how it does that depends on
    (a) the tool you are using (SQL*Plus or Toad, for example),
    (b) the version (Oracle 10 behaved quite different form Oracle 9),
    (c) environmental settings (such as NLS_DATE_FORMAT), which in turn may depend on initialization parameneters, and
    (d) who knows what else.
    When you have to convert, do so explicitly.
    You can convert a VARCHAR2 to a DATE using TO_DATE, like this:
    TO_CHAR ( TRUNC ( NEXT_DAY ( ADD_MONTHS ( TO_DATE ( SUBSTR ( partition_name
                                                       , -8
                                          , LENGTH (partition_name)
                                     , 'YYYYMMDD'     -- or whatever
                             , -3
                      , 'MONDAY'

    <br>Invalid value in OPTION field of value table for IN itab operator.

    <br>    Error in the ABAP Application Program
    <br>
    <br>    The current ABAP program "%_T0DQG0" had to be terminated because it has
    <br>    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
    <br>
    <br><b>Error analysis</b>
    <br>    The current ABAP/4 program attempted to execute an ABAP/4 Open SQL
    <br>    statement in which the WHERE condition contains an IN itab operator.
    <br>
    <br>    The IN itab operator is used with internal tables which
    <br>    have the following structure:
    <br>
    <br>       SIGN(1)   OPTION(2)   LOW LIKE db_field   HIGH LIKE db_field
    <br>
    <br>    The OPTION column should contain only one of the following values:
    <br>
    <br>       "EQ LE GE CP BT NE LT GT NP NB"
    <br>
    <br>    The value " " is not allowed here.
    <br>
    <br><b>How to correct the error</b>
    <br>    Use only one of the permitted values in the OPTION column.
    <br>
    <br>    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
    <br>    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
    <br>    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    <br>    keywords:
    <br>
    <br>    "SAPSQL_IN_ITAB_ILLEGAL_OPTION" " "

    <br>    "GET_OBJECTS"
    <br>
    <br>    If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
    <br>    notification to SAP, include the following information:
    <br>

    Hi all,
    I am getting the exact same dump.

  • When executing transactions FB50 or FB60 get an ABAP runtime error

    After applying the latest SAP Financial support stacks and OSS Notes we get the following:
                                                                                    Too many parameters specified with PERFORM.
    In a subroutine call, there were more parameters than in the routine definition.
    Error in ABAP application program.
    The current ABAP program "SAPLGLIN" had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed.
    This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
    An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below
    . The exception, which is assigned to the class
    'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_NOT_FOUND', was neither
    caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure "G_RWIN_CHECK"
    "(FUNCTION)"
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
    to occur, the running program was terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    A PERFORM was used to call the routine "G_RWIN_CHECK" of the program
    "SAPLGLIN".
    This routine contains exactly 3 formal parameters, but the current
    call contains 4 actual parameters.
    parameters.
    We   have suspended testing for this reason.  Please help.
    Thanks,
    Barbara
