I have ordered for my i phone a subscription to Trends a Belgian Magazine
did not work so i did the same on i pad
now both are debited and need to cancel one payment ?

How to Cancel an outgoing payment after reconcilliation

I want to know whether we can cancel an outgoing Payments after Reconciling the Outgoing payment with JE.
I tries to cancel by right clicking on the document but its showing some error message like we cant cancel the payment after automatic reconciliation.
If any body knows how to cancel the outgoing payment which has been reconcilied pls tell me..

Hi Vamsi,
You need to first cancel the reconcilition before you can do this.
One of the reasons is that a counter journal will be created when cancelling the payment and that one will be autonatically reconciled with payment transaction. As this one is already reconciled it would not be logical, any one amount can only be reconciled with one other.

Hi there, I have both a personal subscription and a team subscription to Creative Cloud. This means I also have to adobe.com accounts.
My boss just informed me that I have 2 licences on the team plan, and I should be using my other team licence at my home office. (Can't do corporate work on a personal computer).
So, how do I easily cancel my personal subscription and add my team subscription on my home computer? I'll need the second licence of software to be for a mac (my office computer is a PC).

In case recurring payment already went through then you would need to contact customer service. They will check your account and if you are eligible they can issue the refund for the payment.

2. In the Alert Management window, select the required Alert using Find mode.

if u dont have time mgmt, upload a wage type in Infotype 2010 with number of hours and valuate with V-512W_B/ write a rule.
or simply upload the amt which u want to pay in Infotype 15.
If u have time evaluation configure OT and valuate in payroll with the help of V_512w_b

I try to cancel an A/R Res Inv with PAID status using an independent A/R Credit Memo but it will ask me to choose the batches for each item while there is no batches for me to choose. The user told me that she haven't create the Delivery and that's why the stocks are not yet pull out but how do I cancel the Inv with PAID status?
Can anyone here suggest me on how to cancel a PAID A/R Res Inv?

It's better to cancel first the incoming payment posted.
Afterwards, you can create credit memo based on the ar reserve invoice.
You are prompted to enter batch number in ar credit memo because (i think) you are using item type transactions where items are managed by batch. Batch selection appears if the said credit memo is not based on a reference document.

I have created one new Sales Order Type PW00 Warranty Order for Plant P&YE (Port & Yard Equipment), Copied from Existing Sales Order Type EW00 Warranty Order Type for Plant BMHE (Bulk Material Handling Equipment) in which I have given separate No. Range From 3330000000 To 3339999999.
In PW00, I have given Delivery Document Type PY00 by No. Range from 3270000000 To 3279999999; Delivery Related Billing Type PY01 by No. Range 3290000000 To 3299999999 and have assigned to respected document.
Now, Sales Order has been created by 3330000000, subsequent Delivery has been done by 3270000001 and Invoice has been done by 3290000003, Released to Accounting and Excise Invoice done by 3290000003.
Now user wanted to get the same No. by which Accounting document generated internally which was created by FI side through FBN1, No. Range 3601000001 To 3791099999, for their Financial Accounting Document Type (OBA7), as it was given in my Billing Document type PY01, that is PB (Standard was EB), instead of 3290000003,
as his other plants Nos. are same as well as Invoice No. & Accounting Document No.
I have changed No. Range from 3290000000-32999999999 To 3601000001-3601999999 in VN01.
After wards user cancelled the excise invoice and tried to cancel Commercial Invoice by VF11, now system is giving error,
No Billing Document were generated
When check error log, its saying, Data inconsistency during processing of Document 3290000000
The Billing Document 3290000000 is already cleared
I have changed again the No. Range from 3601000001-3601999999 To 3290000000-32999999999
Still system is giving error,
No Billing Document were generated
When check error log, its saying, Data inconsistency during processing of Document 3290000000
The Billing Document 3290000000 is already cleared
Please suggest how to cancel invoice & give the same No. Range as per user requirement and we can do Excise Invoice.

As I already mentioned, you need to remove Copying requirements in Cancellation section of Billing Doc type-PY01 (tcode VOFA).
As the routine is for cancelling an invoice that has been cleared in accounting. So, this copying requirements are FORM routines that check certain requirements as a precondition for the copying process. This requirement checks if a billing document has been paid in AR prior to permitting cancellation. For example, If an error has been made in invoicing, it is possible to create a cancellation invoice and then re-bill the customer for the correct amount. This process, however, should not be allowed if the invoice has already been forwarded to the customer and payment has been received and applied. This requirement can be assigned to the billing document to insure that no paid invoices are allowed to be canceled.
So, remove that and try.
And check you doc number 3290000003 with tcode FB03
Also, Doc type PB in tcode OBA7, check
- number range for doc type.
- Reversal Doc type and number range for reversal doc type.
