Downgrade not succesfull

First of all, let me start by saying that I am really annoyed by this 3.0 upgrade.... It has done nothing but complicate my iPod Touch's functionality. To name a few problems: can't set up my email account (doesn't detect it eventhough my wifi connection is perfect); it crashes regularly, having to reboot it again and again; cannot get the app store working (it looks for it indefinetly; same thing when I try to log in from the settings..) ETC ETC ETC... FIRST TIME I THINK BADLY OF APPLE... (makes me feel like I was dealing with microsoft software.... shivers)
ANYWAYS, I decided to downgrade... I have my 2.2 AND 2.2.1 ipsw files on my Mac computer, so I though "no problem, back to basics and presto!".............. WRONG!!!!!!
When I try to restore my Pod to either of the versions, I get an "error 20" sigh. But hey, whatever... I look for support, do the steps recomended here on apple.com but nothing works........
CAN ANYONE HELP ME HERE!?!? OR AM I STUCK WITH 3.0 FOREVER!?!?! (really beginning to seriously doubt apples integrity...)

I did do it in DFU mode, I held the home and sleep buttons until it appeared in iTunes saying "iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode" and that I should restore it to be able to access it or whatever... Hit the option (as it was in my mac, where I have the ipsw files, not in my PC) and clicked the restore button, chose the file (this I did every time I tried it) and it started the process "preparing the ipod for...". After this was done (which erased all my iPod's memory, files, software, etc.), it started displaying another process bar and immediately showed me the error message, which left me with an iPod that had the picture of the USB cable pointing towards the iTunes icon and everything in the Pod erased (which forced me to restore the thing, installing the 3.0 version and leaving me with the exact same thing I had at the beginning)....

Also, before intalling the update... Make sure to repair you user permissions. Go to Finder> Applications> Utilities> Disk Utilities and look for the Disk Utility Application. You can also call up Launchpad and start typing with your Keyboard "Disk Utility". Once you open the application, click the Macintosh HD in the sidebar and then move to the First Aid tab. Click the option labeled "Repair Disk Permissions" and let the process work until it is finished. After that, reboot your computer and then proceed to open the OS X 10.8.2 Combo Installer that you downloaded from the link I gave you in the post above.

Welcome to the HP Forum.
The "why" is usually a break down in the communication protocol during the download or the actual RPC call during the installation.
You didn't say where this is happening; I suspect you might be referring to HP updates coming from the HP Support Assistant.
You can check the list of needed Updates in the HP Support Assitant.
AVOID updating the BIOS unless you know what you are doing and you have a good reason to update the BIOS on your computer. That means, do not update your BIOS unless you must do so.
After you look at the list, you can -- if you like -- log into your computer's support webpage and manually download and install the driver updates.

ONLY update the BIOS when you see an update in your computer's webpage AND that update can be used to provide a fix for an issue you have discovered in your system. In other words: If your computer is happy, do not update the BIOS just because you think it would be a nice thing to do to it.

Check with the software vendor for an update to that program. If they don't have one yet then complain to them and continue to use your older system until there is an Update for it.

Can not send email from 2013 to 2010 server?

I've got an Exchange 2010 and 2013 coexistence scenario (migration project). I'm not able to send an email from a mailbox residing on Exchange 2013 to a mailbox residing to Exchange 2010. I've tested the following with powershell send-mailmessage:

on the Exchange 2013 server. The email that's not delivered remains in the Exchange 2013 queue. Exchange 2010 is still the main email server so all messages are delevired to this server (have not moved mailboxes yet).
We've got one 2010 server and one 2013 server with all roles installed.
What am I missing here, or will this work when I make Exchange 2013 the dedicated server?

From your description, when you send an email from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2010, the email will remain in the Exchange 2013 queue. Please check the error message in the Queue Viewer, if it is: "451 5.7.3 Cannot achieve Exchange Server authentication."
If yes, this issue is because the Exchange server can't authenticate with the remote Exchange server. Authentication is required for Exchange servers to route internal emails between them.

SRM - PO Value changed but not updated in in R/3 and SC

I have a query that the PO after creation in the R/3 we then uplifted the PO value. The SC has been approved earlier. Now the PO value is not updated in the backend and the SC.
I have run the FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL but still does not update the value

if the second status group is for the ECS PO, I can see

The transfer of updated SRM PO to R/3 was not succesfull.
Look at application monitors in SRM (PO --> Backend errors).
Look at ST22 in R/3.

Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Punctuation bar not working correctly

Just updated my S3 to 4.1.2 and noticed that when texting or emailing the punctuation bar doesn't show up after you hit the space bar. I have to hit backspace then hit the space bar again for the punctuation bar to show up.
I went into the keyboard settings and turned off the predictive text and unchecked Personalized data but no luck. Any one else having this issue?

Me too. Every time there's an upgrade they take away features I like. There used to be options under Predictive Text that let you personalize some of this, but now the only options are "personalized data" on/off and learning from different accounts. So for it seems like a downgrade, not an upgrade.

V3424TU. could not install SP35682 on WindowsXP-SP3. Audio not working

I just installed my v3424TU with Windows XP - SP3.
i installed the Microsoft UAA Audio (SP33566) from HP website. and its a successfull, whle installing SP35682 (Conexant Audio) it comes with an error
"Driver Installation Failed: Could not find the MEDIA device for this driver."
I also referred the same problem for other model, below is the thread link, but audio was not succesfull.

Cannot (re)-active CS3, Adobe does not help

My wife has a macbook running Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS3. These are not part of the CS but applications that were bought separately. They still work and are perfectly fine for the work that needs to be done.
The Macbook crashed yesterday so I re-installed OS X from a time machine backup. I was not able to de-activate the software before restoring the system.
Now that the computer is fixed, both applications ask to activate before you can open them. Activating over the internet does not work due to an "connection error". I tried activating over the phone but that does not work either. You are then transfered to an automated message saying that Adobe no longer "supports activation issues over the phone".
A website address was given (adobe.com/go/activation) where no solution is found.
I then started a live chat with support. The support person could see that the software was properly registered, and that both serial numbers have an activation remaining. But he did not help me with activation, since Adobe "only supports current products". Advice was given to look into the forums, or to use my CS3 to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription, which we do not need or want.
So Adobe leaves us in the cold with their software were they choose to put restrictions on to protect it from piracy but that are now preventing the legitimate user to continue using it.
My question: what to do to get both Photoshop and Illustrator running again?

The error I get is that I get stuck in the activation screen.
Then I tried over the phone, giving in the serial and the second number that appears.
It takes a while and then it says that activation was not succesfull.
I will dm you the serials and adobe ID later (I don't have access to that computer here.

Which has no open and closing brackets for the while loop, then at the end of the script you have

That else has no opening If statement.....I would fix these issues first, straighten your code out a bit and see if it works then, as the no opening and closing brackets on the While loop and the extra else statement, may be giving you some issues.

Is it possible to downgrade/rollback software

I am hoping someone may have the answer, i am totally blind and use accessabilty on the iphone 4, i have upgraded the firmware to the new 5.0, anyway i can't get on with the new voice it sounds like it says the letter E when it is actually a B or a D also many thing the voice says wrong.I perferred the old software but so far i have not been able to get back to that, i have tried restoring with itunes but it does not affect the firmware. Am i stuck with the annoying voice forever or is there a solution?

Well that is just unacceptable. I can live without the Google Maps and Youtube but my phone is now sluggish and battery life has been cut at least 30-40%.
If not downgrading not possible becuase I did not save shsh file, does anyone know how to find out whats running in the background slowing the OS and draining my battery becuase I cant find anything running the way I know. I know it came with like 200 updates or something but having the 4 not 4s I only notice a few changes and those I could care less about.
any ideas?

Flexible Space not working

Flexible Space not working, with firefox v1.5 pictured here..

You see i have a big space FF icons and google search, by adding one flexible space. I cannot seem to get this to do the same with firefox v3. Will have to add x10's or more of flexible spaces to be the same. Have tried to resize the flexible space with v3 noting to grab to resize.
Anyone know of a sollution how to do this, to be like that in the picture (url link above) ?

Zen Touch Drivers, Use CD not Web? But w

I had my 40GB Zen touch installed and running nicely on my system running XP service pack 2 using the drivers from the web. I also own a Nomad Jukebox 3 and firgured that since the driver file is the same for both devices (at least on the website it seems that way) that I could just connect the JB3 and it would work. Well it was recognized but, I received errors transfering files using Explorer, and it was not working properly. So I uninstalled the Creative Jukebox Drivers, and re-installed them. I then connected the JB3 and it worked flawlessly. BUT NOW the Zen Touch is not installing properly. I was only able to install both previosly when I used the touch driver cd on another machine, as well as the driver available for download for the JB3.
Why would Creative not have the same driver for download for the Zen Touch on the website as they include on the cd? Is anyone else having similiar issues? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

Hey SSR. Basically using this driver, I can only install one device and have it work properly. I first had installed this driver and used it with the touch alone, and no problems. But when I connected the NBJ, it was running extremely slow (I am aware it is ussb .), I mean much slower than normal, and I wasn't able to transfer files with explorer. I received an error message to the liking of, "this file is unacessable". So like I said, I uninstalled the driver. Re-installed, connecting the NBJ first. and it worked no problem. But connecting the touch again it wasn't recognized. So I am left to belei've that with this driver, I am unable to have both devices work and installed properly on the same system. Others must be have had a similiar issue with this driver. Not too long ago I tried installing with the same driver on another systems and was not succesfull. I tried everything, using a different port, differnt cable, uninstalling, re-installing. The only thing that seemed to work was the cd driver. I am sticking with that, but I feel this needs to be addressed.
