You may use CopyExpress Add on to do the same . Here you can copy masters from one Database to another with out transactions . This process is very easy also. Some of the customizations also u can do the same way.

Issue while replicating the Master data from R/3 Backend to SRM

Hi experts,
I am supposed to do replication of master data from ECC 6.0 R/3 to SRM System.
I have issue at T- Code: R3AS.
For Initial Load of objets :
1) DNL_CUST_BASIS3
2) DNL_CUST_PROD0
3) DNL_CUST_PROD1
I am getting following error. :
 The following Errors/Warnings occured. Do you want to continue?
 DNL_CUST_BASIS3: No active entry in Table SMOFSUBTAB. Read OSS note 339787
 DNL_CUST_BASIS3: No active entry in Table SMOFSUBTAB. Read OSS note 339787
 DNL_CUST_BASIS3: Object will not be loaded
for all the objects we re geting the same error.
In OSS Note 339787 :
Reason and Prerequisites
You attempt to start the initial load of the R/3 adapter for an object for which no function module for processing data from the OLTP is entered in the SMOFSUBTAB table. This means that the data would be ignored if the initial load could be started.
Another cause for the output of this error message is the inconsistent maintenance of the OBJCLASS field in the SMOFOBJECT and SMOFSUBTAB tables.
Solution
Enter a processing module in the SMOFSUBTAB table or set the object to 'Inactive', so that no initial load is carried out for it. The change can occur using the maintenance Transactions R3AC5 or R3AC3.
If you want the object class to be communicated, change the OBJCLASS field in table SMOFOBJECT so that the contents correspond to the OBJCLASS field in the SMOFSUBTAB table for the object.
While checking the table entries, object
DNL_CUST_BASIS3, DNL_CUST_PROD0 and DNL_CUST_PROD1 are not there.
Table SMOFSUBTAB can not be maintained in SM30. how to maintain these entries in Table SMOFSUBTAB.
Can any one help me in this regards.

Request Download for Master Data from ECC to CRM resulting in "Wait" Status in R3AR3

Hi All,
I have created request download in R3AR2 transaction to download master data for a particular Business Partner from ECC to CRM.
But after I execute the request in R3AR4 transaction and check its status in R3AR3 transaction, it always states as "Wait".
Please help me as to how to resolve this issue.

To carry out the product replication from ECC to CRM,you need to carry out the foll steps.
First download the customizing objects using R3AS
DNL_CUST_PROD0 u2013 Material number conversions
DNL_CUST_PROD1 u2013 Product : Categories
DNL_CUST_PROD3 u2013 Material : R/3 sales status
DNL_CUST_SPROD u2013 Sales product item
DNL_PLANT - Plant
To download products foll the steps below
1.Defining Product ID Settings -COMCPRFORMAT
Cross-Application Components  SAP Products  Basic Settings  Define Output Format and Storage Form of Product Ids
This activity describes how to synchronize the product Ids in the CRM system and the R/3 system.
The material master length is R/3 is defined in transaction code OMSL and is set to 18. (also check note no. 545824)
2.Make sure that CRM item categories and R/3 item categories are the same.
In CRM, item categories and item category groups are seen via
Customer Relationship Management  Transactions  Basic Settings
3.Selecting specific objects for replication : R3AC1
Use adapter object MATERIAL
Use filter settings tab and specify the material or a range of products you want to download .Use atble name MARA,field MATNR use an approriate operator and mention theproduct you want to downlaod.
4.Replicate Materials : R3AS
mention the adaptor object Material and execute

How can i get the meta data from database?

Hi, all java and db experts,
I need to write a tool to generate java file which will be used to hold the resultset of a stored procedure of Oracle. Is there any API call or tools to connect to db and then get the meta data of the return cursor instead of reading stored procedure definition on my own?

if i execute a Oracle stored procedure, the resultset of a cursor is returned. It's easy to know the meta data at the runtime.
However, could i get the meta data about the resultset of a cursor before runtime? Such as by connecting to the database and ask it about meta data of a specified stored procedure?

Error While Loading the Master Data from R3

Hi Gurus,
I am loading the masterdata from R3.I have enhanced the Datasource .In that datasource there is a field DATUB ( Valid To Date).For this field I have wriiten the User Exit at the R3 side.Now I am loading the data in BW.But I am not getting the values for DATUB field in the BW, though they are there at the R3 side.
I have done following to analyse the issue.
1.Have checked the datasource at the R3 from RSA3.Its populating the field DATUB correctly.
2.Have deleted the whole masterdata and tried to load again.But no success.
3.Have tried to load the data for the perticular Bill of Material(BOM).Then it get loaded correctly along with the value of DATUB.But when i tried loading the entire data i am not getting the field DATUB populated.
Please help me out.Its urgent.

Hello,
I finally got the solution to my problem.
If you append a field to generic datsource then you should check the tick in datasource for "field only". Or else you would not get the values handed over to BW.

Most of the times, masterdata is transferred between servers through ALE. This is considered to be one of the best and efficient ways of transferring data. You can try this too.
BDCs are another way (which can be done through LSMW or through a custom made program.

Problem with displaying the data from Database on swf file.

Actually my requirement is my application consists a button(submit_Btn) when we click on the button(submit_Btn), each time it must to database(through servlet) and brings the data from database and places it on the flash swf file.Here my problem is for the first time when we click on the button it goes to database and place the data(which was returned from database) on the swf file.Next when we click on the button for the second time(or anytime) it is not going and bringing the new data from database(if some data is modified in database or not),Infact it is showing the old data(the data that was collected from previous ClickListener) only on the swf file and it is also not showing any complile time or run time error.
