Dreamweaver 8 not supported by my new iMac. Now what?

I recently purchased a new iMac OS 10.8.3. I have 5 years of work and loads of images for my fine arts business on my personal website which I built using Dreamweaver 8. Now my new computer says it does not support Dreamweaver 8. Must I have to purchase Dreamweaver CS6 which is about $400 and if I do will I be able to once again continue using all of the data, etc. that I have put into my website using Dreamweaver 8 or do I have to start over? I don't want to change anything and don't want a fancy website with flash, etc. I just want to keep using Dreamweaver with my website the way it was.

Some things have changed with CS6 from DW 8 so it's possible some features may have moved, may not have existed, and there is a great deal of CSS and other enhancements added. In all your site will work, or at the very least if a feature was removed, users here could still help you get the code working. Also you could consider the Cloud purchase of $19/month or $239.88/yr.

No, it is not possible. I have an early model, too, that now sits in a corner. I replaced it at the time with a mid-2011 iMac. The only less expensive route than a new computer is a used/refurbished model, but were you to go that route stick to a 2009 or later model MP.
Surely your business can afford £2500 for a necessary asset. It's depreciable for tax purposes if your tax system allows that. Just ask yourself how much it would cost your business if you did not have a computer. And, consider, if you really need to get a new computer assuming the one you have is still working. Keep it and start putting away enough from your business revenue to buy a new computer later. It's a required part of business planning.

This means that your NAS does not support the required encryption. Update your NAS to the latest firmware or ditch it and buy a Time Capsule (they are the most reliable when using TM).

Welcome to the Apple Community.
HDCP is copy protection built into iTunes video content, the Apple TV requires all devices to be HDCP compatible before it will send HDCP content to them. In simplistic terms the Apple TV asks the TV if the signal it will send can be recorded, if it gets the right answer it will send the signal, if it doesn't receive a reply it won't.
Your problem may be one of unsupported equipment or may simply be an error. You could start by checking if your TV is HDCP compliant. If it is the problem might be cabling or another device (such as a receiver) between the Apple TV and TV, it may also just be a glitch which might be resolved by a simple restart.

I'd be inclined to use something like the Numark Stereo I/O. If you're currently using the line-in on an iMac then you will see a drastic improvement.

That said, you can spend as much or as little as your wallet will allow on a USB input device, more investment brings better quality ADCs, higher bit rates, lower latency and more inputs.
