DUDA CON EL WIZARD PREUPGRADE CHECK

Tengo una duda
Al ejecutar el wizard para el upgrade, de detectan algunos erroes y me da como resultado un par de notas de SAP, Dos de ellos son errores, uno de ellos segun la nota se tiene que escalar con SAP y otro con la nota 1343074 es un mensaje de advertencia, es ahi donde tengo la duda, segun el sintoma se debe reportat a SAP a través de otro mensaje.
La pregunta es, ¿si es un mensaje de advertencia que sucede si no levanto mensaje a SAP y solo continiuo?

Veras en la nota describen 2 posible sintomas
1.-El de la versionde la common y la bd
2.-estructura inconsistente
para la soucion de la primera es muy simpre, emapto las verisones de las bases o ignoro y continuo,pero para la seguna dice si el pgrade falla y el error es estructura inconsistente, levante un mensje a SAP con el log de upgrade ....
me surgio la duda cuando veo que es un mensaje de advertencia, el upgrade fallo porque hay 2 notas mas que son erroes y deplano no me dejan avanzar hasta solucionarlos, asi que quiza deba soluconarlos correr de nuevo el upgrade y me dejar pasar porque es solo una advertencia pero me da miedo los problemas que pueda tener por el mensaje de que no es consistente :s

Dudas con formulario de Adobe (incompatibilidad de versiones?)

Hola,
Es la primara vez que hago un formulario en Adobe para enviar por mail. Pero creo que lo he hecho bién excepto en alguna cosa que no acabo de saber por que no me va con alguna versión de Adobe.
He hecho el formulario en Word con herramientas de formulario
Lo he protegido y lo he pasado a Adobe
Lo he recuperado en Adobe profesional y le he dicho que haga automáticamente el formulario detectando los campos a través del Adobe Livecycle designer.
Lo he grabado y lo he dicho la opción de distribuir formulario.
Lo he probado conmigo, lo relleno, lo envio por mail a través del botón que he puesto en el propio formulario.
Lo recojo en mi mail y lo abro con la plantilla y veo lo que habia relenado.
Es decir... a mi me funciona.
Problema: Como es una encuesta de satisfaccion al cliente lo he querido enviar a mis compañeros paa las pruebas y los que tienen el Adobe 9 o leen , pero los que tienen una version que pone Adobe special edition no pueden rellenar los campos.
Alguno sabe por que es? no tengo mucha experiencia en formularios y no se por que me esta funcionando con unos y otros no.

No acabo de entender la descripción de los pasos efectuados:

Lo he recuperado en Adobe profesional y le he dicho que haga automáticamente el formulario detectando los campos a través del Adobe Livecycle designer.
El sistema más sencillo para crear un formulario es que el archivo de MSWord® lo conviertas a PDF, lo abras en Acrobat Professional y en el menú: Avanzado>Accesibilidad escojas Ejecutar Reconocimiento de Campos.
En algunos tendrás que seleccionarlos y escoger Propiedades con el botón derecho, y en Opciones escoger el tipo de botón.
En otros tendras que añadir otra clase de campo que reemplace a los diseñados en MSWord© creados.
Me explico: Los botones de Radio permiten seleccionar uno sólo entre varios valores (Hombre/Mujer), su forma no tiene que ser necesariamente redonda, utiliza la pestaña de Opciones en Propiedades comentada antes.
Guarda el archivo y utiliza el icono de la parte sup. derecha de Distribuir Formulario.
Tendrás que otorgar derechos (extendidos) para rellenar y guardar en Acrobat Reader. Pero el Asistente de Acrobat Pro 9.0 te ayuda en todos esos pasos.
No recuerdo muy bien lo que es Adobe Special Edition. Pruebalo en un equipo con el Acrobat Reader instalado, sería suficiente. Tambien puedes añadir un mensaje de abrir en Acrobat Reader.

Dudas Con alarma diaria...

debido a que en la version 2005 no puedo poner autorizaciones para la tranferencia de stock entre bodegas como en el 2007 y esta version se va a actualizar completa a fin de año es que se me presenta la siguiente duda...
como puedo generar una alarma que a diario me envie un reporte de las tranferencias de stock entre bodegas para poder auditar.
por los modulos correspondientes.
Quedo atento a sus comentarios o posibles soluciones

Puedes definir una consulta basada en la tabla OWTR y WTR1 donde muestre por rango de fecha Ej. el nùmero de la transferencia, fecha del documento, almacen origen y destino, total documento; la grabas en una categoria del Query manager ej. Alertas.
Luego en /Gestion/Gestiones de Alarmas creas o defines tu alarma: le das un nombre, prioridad alta, le marcas Activo, y la opcion Abrir consulta grabada, allì buscas la categoria donde guardaste la consulta, la escoges, defines la frecuencia y marcas el o los usuarios a quienes le debe llegar la alarma.
Un ej. sencillo de la consulta puede ser:
SELECT T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocDate], T0.[Filler], T1.[WhsCode], T0.[DocTotal] FROM OWTR T0 INNER JOIN WTR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T0.[DocDate] >=[%0] AND T0.[DocDate] <=[%1]
Puedes verificarla y agregarle màs informacion de ser necesario.

Dudas con un menú interactivo

Hola Comunidad NI espero me puedan ayudar con mi problema.
Bueno, el problema consta de un menu de 64 opciones (case structure) pero solo 14 casos son los principales, pero los restantes tambien son utiles para el movimiento de 6 motores, el problema radica en que quiero saber si es posible redireccionar un caso a otro, por ejemplo si tengo el caso 50 pero quiero que este haga lo que hace el caso 10 sin tener que copiar el contenido del caso.

Podrías hacerlo utilizando una estructura de máquina de estados.

Layout Style "tree-form" with Wizard Style Layout checked

Dear all,
I am using layout style "tree-form" with Wizard Style Layout check box checked. intention is to display the hierarchy in tree and insertion with the help of Wizard for the last block. But with above settings, generated form is displaying as blank.
Example of required behavior: REGIONS should be displayed in Tree while the new Employees entry should be with the help of Wizard Style Layout.

Muhammed,
This combination is not supported. But you can acvhieve what you want by creating a separate group to insert a new employee. This additional group should have form layout, wizard checkbox checked, and "Add Menu Entry" option unchecked.
Then you can customize the New button in the existing tree-form employee group to navigate to the new employee wizard group.

Payment Wizard - Series period does not match current period

Hi All,
I've a problem during creation of Incoming Payment through Payment Wizard.
0 payments were added at the end of creation Incoming Payments--> Bill of Exchange using Payment Wizard.
In Non-Included Transactions I can read: series period does not match current period
I've examinated the incaming payment's numbering series and the relate series to document and everything seems ok, so I don't understand the reason of error.
If I try to add the same Incoming payment> Bill of exchange manually in Banking>Incoming Paymenti-->Incoming Payment (without Payment Wizard) it works perfectly!!!

In step 2 of the Payment Wizard, please check that you have selected the correct series for Incoming Payment at the bottom of the screen.

Payment Wizard not selecting open AP invoices

Hi,
I am having a problem with the payment wizard outgoing check run picking up open AP invoices. I am using the OEC Computers test company and input an AP invoice for Far East Imports and one for Acme Associates. Both invoices have docdates of 2/2/09 and due dates of 3/4/09.
When running the payment wizard I selected payment type of outgoing and payment means of check. Selected due date of 3/1/09 and posting date of 1/1/09 thru 3/5/09. At the next window I marked the "Outgoing Checks" option. However, on step 6 (Recommendation Report) the grid is empty showing neither of my 2 AP invoices.
I checked and both vendors have the outgoing payment method of "Outgoing Checks" assigned to them.
Why aren't my open AP invoices showing up for selection in the payment wizard process?

Check the Tolerance days in the payment run defaults. Take the days as zero and run the payment wizard.
In 2005 version available under following path :
Banking Module > Payment Wizard > Payment Run Default > Tolerance days.
In 2007 version :
Administration > Setup > Banking > Payment Run Defaults.

In house Check Printing

Hi Friends,
Can someone give me some pros and cons of printing inhouse checks with MICR coding against Pre-printed checks
My client is convinced on the security but not convinced on the extra cost of printing the checks since its special cartridge.

Hi Rose
Incase of pre printed checks, you always have to make sure the order of the pages inserted into the printer has to match the check numbers in the system. This will be areal pain for the users printing checks.
Also if there is an error in misfeed or something you have to reprint starting from that check, the entire check run as it would misplace the check numbers starting from that point. So you will spend a lot of money to but these checks again.

BW Upgrade from 3.5 to version 7 - RSRV check fails in conversion exists

Hi All,
We are in the process of doing preupgrade checks for version 3.5 and for infoobject 0MATL_GROUP (material group) RSRV checks fails and throughing conversion exit issue for some SID's ,
Error Message:
Check values of characteristic 0MATL_GROUP for conversion exit
There are 41 values with the wrong internal format in the SID table
The first 10 errors are:
Value in SID table 4350/ correct value 000004350/ SID in SID table 2732
Value in SID table 10000000/ correct value 010000000/ SID in SID table 2716
Value in SID table 12000000/ correct value 012000000/ SID in SID table 2717
etc...
I just want to check do we need to fix this error before doing the actual basis upgrade 7.0 tasks orelse is it OK to do upgrade without fixing this error .
Pls advice is there is any way to fix this issue in system without deleting the above SID's in the system.
Is this error will create major issues afterupgrade to 7 without fixing this SID issues in 3.5 - Pls adivce us.

Hi Hari,
From the error message it seems that you had data loaded to 0MATL_GROUP before the EXIT (I guess it is an ALPHA exit)
was switched on. Now the system find values that are not ALPHA converted with the RSRV check. You should correct this
problem before doing the upgrade. It should be possible to do the ALPHA conversion using the transaction RSMDCNVEXIT.
The reason for doing the ALPHA conversion before the upgrade is that transaction RSMDCNVEXIT is no longer available in BI
7.0, Since some objects of the new data flow in BI 7.0 ( for example BIA) are not covered by RSMDCNVEXIT it has been set to obsolete.
Customers cannot use transaction RSMDCNVEXIT anymore in release BI 7.0.

Creation of an installation wizard

I am making a java application and I want to deliver it to my friends. I would like to have an installation wizard that checks if you have jre, if not it installs it and then it installs my application. I guess there is a simple way to do it but I've never done it.

OT: C�mo trabaja FrontPage con im�genes

Primero mil disculpas por el OT, pero realmente necesito
tener una idea de
�sto.
Tengo una duda con respecto al modo en que trabaja FrontPage
con las
im�genes o, podr�amos decir, el mismo Internet
Explorer.
El tema es que en una p�gina tengo que incluir una
imagen grande y
luego repetir muchas veces partes de la misma. Lo ideal es
que FrontPage use
una s�la imagen, ya que en realidad es la misma imagen
y luego repita trozos
de esta y que no requiera de nuevas im�genes. Esto
reducir�a mucho el peso
de la p�gina. Pero estoy intentando desde el programa
cortar esta imagen
"matriz" y colocarla en diversos lugares y me resulta
imposible. Si la
imagen est� repetida y corto una con la barra de
herramientas de imagen, se
cortan las dos y de esta manera, no puedo trabajar con una
sola imagen
"matriz" de todas las dem�s.

Issues connecting to License Server after ServerTools upgrade 8.8

Hi
To run a preUpgrade Check I needed to upgrade the ServerTools from 2007 to 8.8.
Since this upgrade I can not connect to the License Server anymore.
Does somebody have an idea what could be wrong? I removed and reinstalled it twice and I do have a new license file.
The upgrader also shows me the COMMON grayed out and I con not run the Check either. I assume this is for the same reason.

Hi Franz,
After upgrading the server tools with the Upgrade Wizard, the License Server is not started automatically. This issue is documented in a SAP Note [1488839|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1odSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1488839]. In order to resolve this issue please start License Manager after the upgrade.
The 2nd issue (The upgrader also shows me the COMMON grayed out) is described in SAP Note [1433019|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1odSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1433019].
In order to resolve this issue please upgrade your environment either to 8.8 PL10 or to 8.8 PL12.
