E-invoice (two invoices are being emailed instead of one)

Hi,
When carrying out the e-invoice process customers receive two emails of the same invoice instead of one. Please could someone point me in the right direction to solve this issue.

Check if you have defined twice the message in VV33. Check the entries in table NAST (number of entries, ...)
Sometimes, some mail boxes where have a lot of messages, doesnt know if they have sent the message, so, they send twice or more until they know that it has been sent. So, check how many entries you have in SOST. If you have a lot, reorganize sost. So, check Note 510969 - SAPoffice: Reorganization - Corrections and related notes.

Report to show me how many invoices are being processed by users

Hi,
I am currently working as a Accounts Payable Supervisor and I would like to run a report to show me how many invoices are being processed by users in my team.
Currently I am using Transaction F.98 (Posted Docs by user report), but this report includes posting from intercompany so all users will have duplicate invoices showing on this report.
Is there any other report I could run to get the result I am after?

Hello Alex,
You can also use the GL line item report (FBL3N) with the offsetting accounts (for example GR/IR A/c) which would be posted while posting the invoice. You can display the results with User Name and also can create a layout of your own which can be used time and again.

SharePoint Databases - How to determine which ones are being used and which ones aren't

I am not sure where to exactly post this question. On the SQL Server side or on a SharePoint side.
I am a SQL Server Database Administrator who is monitoring some SharePoint databases. On a daily basis it seems that they are creating new databases but don't delete the databases that they are no longer using. For example, they might be testing
on a development server and if things aren't working properly instead of asking that the databases be deleted they just go ahead and create new databases to do what ever they need to do. Is there a way on the SQL Server side to determine which SharePoint
databases are being used and which ones aren't being used? Or does one determine this information through the SharePoint Central Administration console?

Since May 12 I receive 10 emails instead of one

All of a sudden, ever since May 12, I receive 10 emails instead of one. I use only my @me.com adress. On all platforms: Imac, Iphone and iPad...
Any idea what happenned and how to fix the problem?

Using CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF - 2 PDFs are being generated instead of 1

We are doing upgrade project and problem what i am facing is that
when a mail sent to vendor 2 PDF files are sent. Earlier it was sending 1 file as attachment in 4.6 C.
Can any body help on this issue

Do they contain the same/are they identical? Did you maybe change the page so that two copies are generated? What do you use to create the form - SAPScript or Smartforms?

I have two Iphones with different email addresses sharing one Apple ID. Will that cause problems with using messaging and FaceTime?

I have two Iphones 5 with different email addresses sharing one Apple ID account.Both are using IOS 8.
I would like to set up a new Apple Id for one of the phones and remove it from the old account.
If I do that, can I move all of the purchased apps and songs to the new Apple account?
Also, will sharing one Apple ID account with two devices cause problems with using messaging and FaceTime?

Sharing an iCloud account between two devices can be done without causing issues with iMessage and FaceTime, just go into Settings for each of these functions and designate separate points of contact (i.e. phone number only, or phone number and unique email address). While that works, you'll then face the problem where a phone call to one iPhone will ring both if on the same Wi-Fi network -- but again, that can be avoided by changing each phone's settings.
Rather than do all that, don't fight it -- use separate IDs for iCloud. You can still use a common ID for iTunes purchases (the ID for purchases and iCloud do not have to be the same) or you can use Family Sharing to share purchases from a primary Apple account.

Items in the invoice are being duplicated...

We have invoice and that invoice has 6 items with diff prises. but 2 of the items with are having same information and they have been duplicated and same item is being charged twise... does any1 have any idea?

Please check the Sales order and confirm that the items are intact i.e.,there are only 6 line items and with different prices,check the delivery and if everything is same and different only in invoice,check the copy controls.

HT5622 My security questions are being emailed to an account that is not mine

My account has been acting funny.
I log on to change mt password and then goto security questions to change those and the answers are wrong... so I use the email me to rest option and it's sending to an address that is not mine.

If you don't have access to what your rescue email address is currently set to (you won't be able to change it until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I don't understand your question. The implementation
of a method in a class does not belong to an
interface. You only say that you fulfill a contract,
so the method fulfills the contract of both one and
two.
One thing you have to be careful of though: The method fulfills both contracts to the extent that the compiler can check. However, the API docs that describe the semantics of the methods may be radically different, and it might be impossible or nonsensical to fulfill both.

Ipad deletes TWO emails instead of one

I use iPad when traveling so it is not often. It worked fine as to trash items but now does the following. When I click on an email and select the trash bin, it goes to the trash but so does the next one after it. I do not like this so what is going on and how do I stopit? Thank you.

I have the same issue - the new folder appeared in the Videos app on the iPad when I downloaded How I Met Your Mother season 6 episode 3 directly on the iPad. Previously I had downloaded episodes 1 and 2 on my Mac, and then transferred them to the iPad doing a Sync in iTunes. So now I have two icons for Season 6 of How I Met Your Mother in the Videos app on my iPad: one with episode 3 that I downloaded on the iPad itself, and one with episodes 1 and 2 that I downloaded on my Mac. Both have the same folder name, and both have the same icon for Season 6.
Were you able to resolve the issue? A complete reboot of the iPad did not resolve the issue for me.

Found this gem of an email fishing attempt in my inbox today and was wondering if you knew about it. It's obviously not you (your emails are way more stylish and spelled correctly), but thought you should know someone was trying to play copycat with your good name. Don't worry, I never did buy "Football Manager 2014" and it doesn't show up in my purchase record, so my iTunes account associated with this email is all clean. However, I'm going to change my account password just to be safe.

I am wondering why I am not getting any email alerts for tablespace full %age. I setup the email address and everything else but I don't get an email from OEM rather I get emails from my developers saying the tablespace is full :)
Any ideas? Could it be maybe because the owner is SYS? And if so, how could I change that?

o.k, here is what you do.
1) Log into the Grid-Control as SYSMAN and go the preferences tab.
2) On your left hand side click the Rules link.
3) Select the radio button for "Database Availability and Critical States" Rule and click the edit button.
4) Under the General Tab make sure it is checked for the "Make Public".
5) Under the Availability Tab make sure the check for "Metric Error Detected" is checked.
6) Under the Metrics Tab make sure you have all the required "Tablespace%" metrics added.
7) Under Methods make sure the check box for "Send me Email" is checked and click the O.K button.
The above steps should update the Notification Rule.
Now, you should log in to the OEM-GC as whatever user you want the notifications to be sent and follow the steps metioned below.
a) Log into the Grid-Control as user "XYZ" and go the preferences tab.
b) On your left hand side click the Rules link.
c) On the Right End side for "Database Availability and Critical States"-Rule make sure the "Subscribe Send Email" check box is selected.
d) Now click the apply button.
You should now be able to receive notifications for those metrics to that particular user.

Distribution lists go out as separate emails instead of one

Apparently, when staff send out emails to a Distribution list they go our as separate SMTP conversations for the addresses on the list. what is does is trigger our antispam appliance to see this as a large amount of traffic from the user at one time and can potentially slow/block the connection. Rather than turn off the limits module it would be best if we could make GroupWise send these emails out as a single email for processing by the SMTP on the antispam server.
Is there a way to change this default behavior? Hopefully, I've explained myself well enough for a GroupWise guru to help.

Wait. A Distribution List is a groupwise internal "thing". If you do
*send* to a distribution list from within groupwise, nothing should ever
touch SMTP at all.
Please explain in full detail what you're doing there, and why it is
going through SMTP.
If the receipients are indeed external to your system, what Joe said
applies. How shall one mail go to multiple different email systems?

JMartin and Massimo are of course correct and I appreciate the responses to a boneheaded question. I was relying on what the support representative was saying, who is apparently more versed with another email server. This would simply be the case when our users are emailing a large number of recipients and GroupWise is acting exactly as it should be.
I should know better than to post right before quitting time, the day prior to a Holiday vacation. I think this ends up being a result of how our antispam appliance handles it's Limits, rather than anything that needs to be changed within GroupWise.
Now let me see, is there a way to delete this entire thread?

CS 5 exports two pages at a time instead of one.

I copied the following script from the Internet into notepad, saved it, and renamed it "spreads.jsx". I put it into my scripts file. It didn't do anything. app.interactivePDFExportPreferences.exportReaderSpreads = !app.interactivePDFExportPreferences.exportReaderSpreads
I removed the facing pages check. My pages still exported two pages to a page. I then created a new document without the facing pages checked. I copied the 21 of my original file into the new file. It still exported two pages on one.

I turned off shuffling, and that didn't help either. It was unclear what to drag in the Pages Panel.

Someone, maybe you, suggested I start a new thread about the video. I
posted it to the forum under:
"I solved the export single page issue and now my videos won't work." Here
is the text:
I have windows 7 for 64 bit.
I ran a script on my InDesign CS 5 document to solve the problem with two
pages appearing on one .pdf file. When I clicked on it, here is what I
get “Spreads are now ON in Interactive PDF Preferences.”
I get two pages stuck together in my interactive .pdf file. I don’t want
that because it prints to pages on a single sheet and I want each page to
print separately. However, my three .f4v videos appear the way I want and run
perfectly, even though I got the error message, “One or more interactive
elements are clipped in ways that PDF files cannot reproduce. Those elements
will be adjusted in the exported PDF. “
When I click on the script again, it says, “Spreads are now OFF in
Interactive PDF Preferences.”
The pages are the way I want. Now my videos don’t behave. Video 1 vanished
into a red border with blank inside. Video 2 has moved half way up the
page, covering two photos, but it plays. Video 3 has just white space in its
position.
Next, I tried another script. When I ran it I got the message, “Shuffling
pages will remove some page transitions. To avoid this message in the
future, uncheck allow Document Pages to Shuffle in the Pages panel. Select OK to
continue.” I hit okay several times and the message kept appearing again
and again. I finally clicked “Don’t show again” and it went away. I got the
same error message as before. The videos are all screwed up, like before.
I toggled that script and exported again, and got the same error message.
This time, as before, the videos were messed up, but this time one of the
videos was off the page, but played.
Is there any way I can keep one page to one in the .pdf AND have my videos
work?
