Earn Points on Individual Items and Overall Invoice Total

Hi Gurus
Is it possible to earn points on individual items that are purchased and on the overall invoice total? Using the SAP Standard loyalty conditions in order to achieve this.

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a third party sales order with 3 item lines.
    All these three items are delivered to the customer by the vendor and invoice verification MIRO also done for all three.
    Now when the order related invoice creation background job run and invoice created for this order is missing the first line item in the invoice. I cant understand what is the problem with first item line? Order is now not in the invoice due list also. manually invoice creation also gives the log that the order is completely invoiced. But when we see the document flow for item line 1 it says the item line is yet open and not invoiced.
    suggest me as the invoice posting is required for this item line also. suggest all the possible reasons.

    I hv checked d mentioned tables and Itm Categories nothing is +ve there. All 3 itms hv TAS itm category. Also I agree with ur MIRO statement.
    I found one thing which might b d cause plz check.
    As we knw dat we cant change the schedule ln date and quantity once the Pur. Requisition created. and we cant make changes in sales order itm line if the PO is created for that Pur. Requisition. Bcoz afteward the PO wont be updating  the Pur Requsition and sales order automatically.
    But here the schedule line date at d schedl ln category for itm 2 is changed by a certain Batch job after the PO cration.
    Therefore I think this wd b d reason that the item line 2nd is not getting updated in sales order from the PO and looks open.
    The change of schedule line dates is not maintained in the PO manually ever.
    So would it b d reason for the inconsistent doc flow updates and 2nd item being open as not invoiced yet?

    You don't need to add anything to this query.  When you select service type documents, the State would automatically become NULL.

  • Individual State Tax on Products and Correct Invoice Totals

    Site to reference: http://newboykinsite.businesscatalyst.com. FYI, there are product placeholders available in the Apparel and Accessories catalogs.
    Our client sells online out of Florida and therefore only needs to apply a sales tax to products if purchased online by other Floridians. We were able to overcome this hurdle fairly simply by the following set up:
    1. Tax Codes: Apply all US States but then edit each state to read 0% except for Florida. It retains its 6%.
    2. Module Templates > Shopping Cart: Change the module tag under the Tax column header to {tag_producttaxamount [state]}. Also change the module tag under the Price column header that relates to shipping to {tag_shippingoptions,true}.
    Upon check out in the shopping cart, a user is prompted to choose their destination state. If they choose Florida, a 6% sales tax is appropriately charged to each individual product in their shopping cart. If they choose any other state, they are not charged a sales tax.
    The problem lies in the shopping cart total:
    The provided module tag is {tag_invoicetotal}.
    1. If a non-Floridian / non-product taxed consumer, this tag corresponds perfectly.
    2. If a Floridian / taxable product consumer, this tag adds everything it should, along with an additional 6% tax that it adds to the shipping price. My shipping price is specifically set up to not apply a tax code, yet it still applies the 6% Florida tax to my shipping. I have even tried setting my shipping to $0 / Free and if you select Florida as a destination state, an extra $0.60 is still applied in addition to your actual invoice.
    We feel pretty confident in our approach to the sales tax conflict, but it seems rather add it's still applying it to our shipping as tax. Can anyone shed anylight on what we're overlooking or should investigate?
    Of note, we have also tried in place of {tag_invoicetotal}, {tag_productgrandtotal} but it conveniently leaves all shipping out of the price.

  • Sum child list items and update parent total using javascript

    I have a SharePoint 2010 Parent/Child list setup using a lookup field to join both the lists, this is working well.
    The Parent list contains requisition requests and the child list contains related item details. Each of the related child list items has a 'Line Item Total' field. I need to aggregate the Line Item Totals in the child list and place the result in a 'Requisition
    Total' in the parent. So for any given parent record the sum of it's related child 'Line Item Totals' is reflected in the 'Requisition' total in the parent row.
    I am struggling with the JavaScript code below. I am trying to aggregate Line Item Totals for a given Requisition#? Could someone please review and advise?

    I do something similar for a PO Header/PO Detail set of lists. I use SPServices to pull the data.
    I put this code in the child edit page - so any time any child is edited, the parent is updated. I get all children records and total them up (except for the item I'm displaying at the current time. I add that value in directly from the form itself.

  • How to identify listeners types for forms, items and events in addon wizard

    Dear users,
    I have developed a sample addon through B1DE wizards and successfully installed and connected the addon and can view menu and form of my addon. Since i am new to this, i didn't add any listeners to my form, items and events because i don't know what type of listeners to add and what coding to add after adding listeners.
    If anyone describe me how to work with listeners, i would be glad. My form has basic fields like BPcode, BPname, Docnum, Itemcode, Item name, quanity, price, total etc. Uptil now my addon form has no function of getting list of BP and Items and calculating the totals based on price and quantity but it has some basic functions like add, update,del, add print view, next record previous, record next etc. which are due to object registration and auto-code generation wizards i think.
    Please help me in adding listeners and their relevant coding.

    Thanks for reply, Actually I am asking about listeners in the wizard of B1DE, code generator wizard. I think you are telling me about adding listeners directly in the vb.net. Kindly, tell me first, what event type I should add for item, form etc while adding listeners during  the wizard. Or If you know some link where event types of listeners are decribed, you are more than welcome.

  • Lines above and below the total values

    This is for an invoice. I display line items and then the totals. I want to draw lines above and below the total values. i am able to underline the total values using the paragraph formats but that will give only lines below the values. how can I get the lines above and below the values in correct proportions? Please give me some ideas on how to do this.

    You should not be using ULINE and VLINE commands here. Instead you have to declare boxes.

    I have an ALV whose subtotal should be displayed and grand total hidden. CL_SALV_WD_FIELD=>IF_SALV_WD_SORT~SET_AGGREGATION_ALLOWED calculate both subtotal and subtotal. How can I only display subtotal?

    Hi Kumar,
    In the Layout, there is a parameter called "NO_TOTALLINE". Set this to 'X" and see if the grand total is hidden in your ALV display.
    Also, in the SORT table that you build for sub-totals and totals, there are these two fields         
    comp(1) type c,
    expa(1) type c,
    Here EXPA is used to HIDE all the line items and displa only totals.
    So, just check with these two parameters.

    Purchase Invoice is booked under Vendor SAP number & Sales Invoice is booked under Customer SAP number. Then you can transfer amount from Vendor to Customer or vice versa with T-code F-04.
    Then if you have transferred amount from customer to Vendor (F-04), Vendor account will have two entries Debit & Credit. Then go for clearance with T-code F-44 clear Vendor.

  • Page break between line items and address in invoice

    Hi Team,
    I am getting a Page beak problem between line items in an invoice.
    If i have 10line items which needs to be displayed in the output all are displayed in 3 pages. but my problem is when displaying the line item details in any page it should be fully displayed on the same page else it should go to the next page for display.
    Each line details needs to be printed on same page only (currenty Items and adresses are split up in different pages. ).
    Please let us know how can i solve this.

    I have already done creating a folder and grouped the text elements as you have suggested in Mainwindow. I guess my explanation on my issue is not clear.
    Actaully after printing the number of line items in an order we are printing the Certificate recevier details as a last row which is now having the problem, and it is getting truncated into two parts when enough space is not there to print on the same page.
    If i make the text element related to the  Certificate receiver properties to Page protection will it work ? i will try this option now..
    Mean while any suggestion on this regard is welcome.

  • SC with Limit line items and Desc requirements _Incorrect Overall Limit

    Hi,
    When i create SC ,combining both limit items and non-catalog items (desc requirement), i am getting my PR created.
    However, i observed that for Limit lines in PurReq, the expected value & Overall limit amounts are not being transferred correctly.
    Overall limit is also showing as equal to expected value. This is happening only when i combine limit and full text lines together in a sc. It seems like a bug. We are on SRM 55 and patch 11.

    Thanks for your reply. I already checked these notes and they are not relevant for my issue.
    My issue is like this. SC has got 4 lines and out of them 2 are Limits and 2 of them are describe req's lines.
    for one of Limit line, overall limit is 1000$ and expected value is $500.
    where as in the Purreq, i am getting both overall limit and expected value as $500 itself. basically overall limit is overwritten with expected value.
    I found very old note something simillar to this issue: 304382.. its the otherway happening in my case.

    Any BAPI or FM is there to retrieve these data.

  • Why do office applications autostart when they are disabled in login items and individually in 'open at login' in dock?

    When I start the Mac word, excel, powerpoint and skype all autostart. I already tried some of the posted solutions to this like changing the system preferences (login items) and disabling the 'open at login' for each application on the dock, but it doesn't seem to work. What am I missing? 

    One of the features of Mac OS X Lion (the system you are running) is that it restarts all applications that were running the last time you were logged in.
    So, if you are now running e.g. Word, Mail, Skype, then they will all automatically relaunch upon your next login.
    When you logout/shut down/restart, you get a dialog asking whether you are sure to logout. In that dialog there is a checkmark that indicates whether all running apllications have to be relaunched upon your next login. If you deselect the checkmark, your running applications won't automatically relaunch on your next login.

  • Expected Value and Overall limit value usage.

    Hi Sap Gurus,
    if the frame work order we have these 2 field Expected value and overall limit field value to be filled,
    and the system allows Invoice (or GR) up to the maximum of the overall limit value. and only if the value entered crosses the overall limit value the system issues a Error Message ( which is agreeable)
    but the logical requirement is that, if the value crosses the Expected value limit the system should display a warning message, indicating that the value has crossed the expected value.
    is there any config or note to be applied to get this funtionality.
