Edit Parked Challan

Hi all,
im facing a problem in editing parked challans.
i developed a function module which can edit already parked challans for whom GRs has not been prepared.
it is editing the quantity accroding to parked quantity.
there is a condition that it sholud park above 75% of schedule quantity.
it is editing upto 75% of parked quantity.
but i want it to edit upto 75% of scheduled quantity.
example:
PO qty = 300 (ekpo-menge)
scheduled qty = 100, 100, 50, 50 (eket-menge)
if i park 80 qty from 100 qty, then parked qty = 80 (ekes-menge).
now i'm able to edit 60 to 80 (75% of 80 to 100% of 80).
but i want to edit 75 to 100 (75% of 100 to 100% of 100).
please help me solving it soon.

When call PRELIMINARY_POSTING_FB01 you can put in the table BKPF the field TCODE=FV60.

Post parked document with display doc option instead of edit doc option

Hi SAP Guru's
Do you know if there is any tcode exist to post parked document in which user can display the document first and review it before posting it. There is a tcode FBV0 to post park document but this transaction takes you to the edit parked document(FV50) when user tries to review it. Which is the violation of SOX.
Per SOX if user has post access should not allowed to park and vise versa.
Is there any user exit for FBV0 where we can replace FV50(Edit parked doc) with FBV3(Display parked doc)? Or any other suggestion.

Stuck with FIPP Workflow. You need to do Business Object Binding from Workflow to Task. This can be done by checking the Binding of TS20000166 in Workflow Template WS20000075. Once you do that you will get a link. If you click on the link you will get the TCODE in display Mode. I was expecting some mails from you regarding queries:)))). I have now turned into a Workflow Specialist in my company )). Please reward points if useful )). I thnk this wil be very useful.

SOD - Park & Post FI Invoices

Hi All,
As a part of Segregation of Duties(SOD) we are segretating the park & posting of invoices. We are able to succesfully remove post in FV50 through BTX 1140. However, system is forcing to give FV50 for the user who is having posting through FBV0. Any ideas on how to restrict this?
Basically the user who is having parking should n't have posting option(which is done already) and the user who is having posting should not have auth. for FV60.

Did you get any solution to your problem. I have exactly same issue per SOX requirement and need to display document(FBV3) instead of edit parked document(FV50) when choose a document from FBV0.

Posting document with 4 eyes review

Dear SAP-GURUS,
has anybody experience with 4eyes-review roles in the accounting (posting document) procedure.
Our client from the USA wants to realise the G/L postings with the following criterias:
- someone has a right only to edit/park and change a posting
- someone else is able to display and release the document. In case changes are needed, the document can only be changed by the person who created the posting.
Our question is: has anybody already realised a concept having similar criterias?
Has anybody had a similar request?
If yes, could you apply the standard roles or did you have to develop some extra roles? (02,77 and 01,03)

Thanks for Your answer, I would have a question regarding the details of this issue.
My problem is if the person who can release the document has the right 01 then he can not see the details of the draft posting just the overview or a list with limited information on the posting details.
If he has a right 77 then he also can change the draft posting - which would not be ideal for our client.
So- with these conditions does anyone have idea how this concept could be realisable.

I ended up preordering two of these CE's in store, and when I went to go pick them up on release day, the store had one copy for another customer, but neither of mine came in. Tcode FV60, edit the park vendor invoice

Hi,
In the Tcode FV60, edit the park vendor invoice,
when try to save the document giving the error " Enter tax base amount for the account ABC in the company code".
the account ABC has been used in the line item.
How to solve this ?

First of all go to t.code fs00 enter account which account u face a problam , then in control data tab see tax category, if selected ,
then in transaction code FV60 enter tax code in tax code field
then u save the docuemnt

South Park Collectors Edition Problem????

Is there some type of problem with this collectors edition? I got a email today when it doesnt come out until tomorrow that it is no available for pickup. I also called as the email said and the associate told me no other stores had it available for pickup tomorrow and they couldnt change it to have it sent to me via expedited shipping? This is my first time in a long time pre ordering with Bestbuy and this is not a good start. Any information would be appreciated.

Restrict Edit / Delete Parked Documents when first level authorised

I have set up workflow for Document Parking with 2 levels of authorization. Now, I need to restrict the user from editing / deleting the parked document when it is approved by the first level.
I tried creating screen variant through SHD0, but the system does not allow to create for dialog transactions.
Is there a standard way of restricting or should I write an enhancement?

Normally in workflow the "Released" flag is set in a background step right before the workflow posts the documents.

Trouble with output to tape in PrPro 14 with AJA Kona. Win7pro64. Output to HDCam (HDW-F500), prerolls and parks until reference is cycled. Won't do an audio only insert edit.

I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers from AJA, but am still having trouble outputting to tape.

Well, this is admittedly making my head spin, but would it be possible, with that level of frame rate mismatch, for recording to even take place? The deck was definitely set for 23.98 and PsF (that's what both the indicators said).
At a point of boiling frustration, I performed an Assemble Edit (instead of the typical Insert, after I blacked a tape). When doing that - just for the heck of it - the recording went on for 83 minutes, it gave me a Lost Lock with 1 minute left in our end credits. I then rewound the tape for about 60 minutes and played. Got a Lost Lock in 20 seconds with a picture dropout.
Since you're familiar with the deck, does this seem at all plausible? Does this feed your theory about a frame rate/communication mismatch?

Report for Parked Invoices

Dear gurus
Im generating a report using structure RFPOSXEXT. problem im facing is that im getting all the document numbers which are open items and cleared items but im not getting the document number of a parked items. can you tell me how. ?

ADDTIONAL :
Create your new report using the table RBKP : Invoice header...
here use the field RBSTAT and entry as PARKED...and then execute...
It will show all parked documents...

What you want exactly?? If you wanna see just Parked invoices, then can check it form FBV3 report...
FBV0 is used for post/delete the park invoices...

Report to see parked documents as of a certain date

Hi All,
Is there any report to see list of Paked documents, as of a certain date.
Say for example, document XYZ was parked as on 5th March, but now it is posted.
So if I run the report giving the date as 5th March, it should show me that doc.
Is there any such kind of report existing?
I have checked fbv3, but it gives the parked documents as of todays date. So Please let
me know, if there is any existing report like this, or the feasibility of creating such a report.

Parked invoices report required

Hi All
Is there any report / table to display parked invoices apart from MIR6 / MIR5 , in which we can see the parked invoices list w.r.t PO doc type and document date ?? Moreover Service entry sheet no. display will be an additional advantage in the report.

Unable to Edit "Get Info" Screen

After hardware failure had to rebuild comp but the drive holding all my media is intact. After rebuild, installed latest ver of iTunes. Selected "Add folder" menu option to allow iTunes to recognize that folder and reset iTunes to use this folder for its default location going forward.
However, it seems as I have lost my organization where the individual files for a particular show for example would show up under a single a common cover art and such "TV" shows would be in the correct location. Everything is under "Movies" and when I selected "GET INFO" everything on the screen is intact but greyed and I am no longer able to edit this information.
Any NEW items I add however that had not been previously in iTunes or part of the "ADD FOLDER" request show up with the "GET INFO" screen fully editable.
How do I unlock the "GET INFO" screen?

Here's what I did to "unlock" all the files. In the directory containing the media files I changed one show' extension fm .m4v to .mp4 and attempted the add files menu selection. When the episodes showed up in "movies" category window, I found the greyed out "get info" window now active for editing. I selected the entire sequence of episodes and assigned them to "TV SHOW" under options. These parked themselves properly organized under the single cover art (where before each episode would not group and listed each episode separately using the same cover art in each instance.
When I went back and imported the next set of files, everything was free to edit so again, without understanding the reason for this lack of or access to the ability to edit the "get info" window, unable to point anyone the reason but am able to offer the workaround experience.
