Email notifications but no responses

I received 4 emails indicating that responses had been posted to one of my forms, but the form showed no responses. This was at a time when my contract renewal was due and Adobe didn't have a current credit card on file. I updated the credit card information as soon as I received the notice, but none of the four responses ever appeared on my form. If the form was deactivated due to lack of payment, it seems the user should have gotten a message to that effect rather than just accepting their information and throwing it away. Are the responses lost forever?

Josh, I have confirmed that it’s the correct form. I only have one account, so I know I was logged in to the right one. The notification emails were sent out on August 14th at 9:32am, 10:55am, 11:03am, and 11:23am. I looked at the form within just a few minutes of receiving the emails and found no entries.
The same form now shows 2 responses, but when I look at them, there’s one with data and a second one with no data at all – just a date of yesterday at 4pm. I don’t know if a user can submit a form with no data at all, but that’s how it appears.
I’m concerned that we’re losing data. I’d appreciate your help in tracking down what’s going on.

    Is it possible to have the email notification go to different email addresses based on response from a drop down menu?
    For example, a "Safety" issue, when chosen, would be automatically forwarded to the safety manager  or a "Clinical" issue to the clinical operations manager and not each and every email address of the whole team?

  • EMAIL NOTIFICATION but NO EMAIL

    The wife and I have Motorola Droid's (the first version)  We both have 2 email accounts on the phones, Gmail and AOL.
    Her phone KEEPS notifying her  that she has NEW EMAIL but there IS NONE!
    This is getting pretty annoying, does anyone have a fix for it?
    We have empty her email accounts of all incoming and all out going emails, on both accounts and yet it still sends her a notification that she has an email that has not been read or opened!

    Have you tried to perform a soft reset on the device? To can do this by removing the battery while the device is powered on, wait about 30 seconds then re-insert the battery and power up the device. If you still experience the new email alerts when there is not any new emails, try to remove the email accounts and set them up again. To remove the email accounts follow the steps below:
    From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located on the bottom of the screen).
    Touch Email.
    Touch Menu.
    Touch Accounts
    Touch and hold the email account.
    Touch Remove account.
    Touch OK
    To Set the email accounts up, follow these steps for both email accounts:
    From the home screen, select the applications tab (located on the bottom of the screen).
    Select Email.
    Select Menu
    Select Accounts
    Select and hold the email account.
    Select Account Settings.
    Select then verify the incoming and outgoing server settings.

  • Email notification but can't find new email?

    I've noticed this every so often where I'm working on my iMac & hear the email "ding" notification & when I check to see what it is, there isn't any mail. I thought it was my spam filter but when I check deleted or the spam folder there aren't any new emails that pop up there either.
    I run a PC as well with Outlook Express & when this happens I'll go over to the PC & the new email has popped up their with no problem. I've checked my "rules" for this most recent email & I don't see the problem there either.
    I know this is a simple oversight on my part. Does anyone see where my mistake may be?

    I have noticed this problem myself and i found that this was the problem with my mail account. If you are using something like Gmail sometimes the mail can be stopped on the Gmail server and put into the spam on googles server. I found that logging on your email web page and check in the folders you may find the missing emails. Why this changes the Apple mail icon i dont know, but it is a slight bug.

    I can't find the email. I've searched my inbox for unopened emails. I don't have it set to hide filed emails. I've reset the time and date. I've reconciled a thousand times, and even though there isn't an email in my actual inbox (checking through my desktop), I still have the notification.     Did you try a battery pull? Remove the battery while the phone is on, wait 30 seconds, put it back in and let it load up (takes a few minutes).
    I find I get the notification icon when I open an email with images and let it "get all images". If I delete the email before it downloads all the images the notification icon shows up and the battery pull is the only way to make it go away.

  • Cant change location due to Facebook. Moved USA to London, emailed Spotify, but no response! :(

    I have had this issue for ages since I moved to London. I log into spotify with my Facebook. I've listed on facebook that I live in London, but I guess because my facebooks origin is the USA before I moved, it thinks I'm still there. I've tried everything! Spotify doesn't work and says I'm abroad (14 day limit reached). No one from spotify responded to my 3 emails regarding this. Can someone at spotify PLEASE allow me to use their app again? I can't even charge for premium, because it is asking for a ZIP code in payments (5 digits) while in the UK it's a Post Code (Numerous letters + digits). Someone please help me use Spotify again! I feel helpless :(

    Hello Sapers,
    I already set up system monitoring in our Solution Manager but i would like to receive mail if any alert occur.  Unfortunatelly I did not find any way how to do it through Solution Manager. I guess there must be something like edit -> Automatic email transmission where I set up sending Earlywatch and SL reports to my mailbox, but how to set up alert email notification?
    I also tried another way - setting up CEN (in our sollution manager) in RZ20, there i created monitor where i have desired alerts from all remote systems configured in SMSY (i have not used sapccm4x or any other ccms agent), also tried autoreaction method on local and it is working fine (SCOT is set up) but when i tried create and assign central autoreaction method (sapnote 429265) during assigning i receive error "no ccms agent avalable for system" and it is not working. Do I really need configure SAPCCM4X on all remote systems when i want to use central autoreaction? I dont feel very confortable with this solution. I think there must be some other smarter way (maybe in solution manager).
    We also tried to connect our RZ20 monitor set to nagios (used in our company to monitor non sap servers and email notification), but we are not able to compile the ccms nagios plugin uder 64bit. AIX 5.3.
    I also heard little bit about ALM (Alert management) but dont know anything about forwarding alerts from RZ20 to ALM and transmitting email from there. But I think this sollution would be the most difficult from all mentioned above.

      Somewhat chasing the point here - when you have the Solman and you look in your CCMS and you can see the other systems - it is all RFC data and not actually on the Solution Manager (the only local MTE's are those tha belong to the Solution Manager).  For the Solution Manager to Centrally Auto-React to threasholds (act as the CEN System), the information needs to be passed to the Central System through the agents.
      If you want to do email threasholds on your remote systems, you can configure it on each of the systems individually without agents as this is a CCMS Function that any SAP System can do - but this is not Central Auto-Reaction.  This is just actions taken on individual systems based on local MTE's.
      To Centrally Auto-React - you have to add the agents so the information is passed to the CEN to react on.
      I hope that this has clarified the situation a bit more.  If this answers your question, please set this thread to answered.
