Empty ACL Message

Hi, I found the there are lots of entry like "[09/2/2003:19:34:38 CST] ERROR [B3100]: Unexpected Broker Internal Error : [Internal Error: Empty Ack Message 542-192.168.3.37(b9:a9:66:a0:47:70)-2605-1044790478667] " in the imq (version 3.01) log file.
Can anyone tell me what caused imq broker report that an empty ACK message error.
I use Session.CLIENT_ACKNOWLEDGE to create receiver session. and use Message.acknowledge() to ack the received message, I don't know if this is OK.
Waiting for your kind guide. THX.

Hi, all
I experienced the same problem, and after reading Chris reply I had to modify the basic structure of my software, changing the way it receives messages.
We were using the listener/callback method, with exactly two Threads working concurrently, one getting messages from Broker and the other elaborating the messages previously stored in an internal queue.
Now we're using the simpler 'on demand' method using receive() and we don't have anymore that problem.
The problem is solved, but by the way, what is the right way to use the 'Listener' method with iMQ??? Several best practices suggest using the 'Listener' method, and exactly two Threads (producer and consumer) and an internal queue.
Best regards and thanks
Alessio

  • Adding Portlet at Runtime to the Portal, displaying Empty Error Message Box

    Hi All,
I had developed a Webcenter Portal Application, in which i had included runtime editing capabilities for pages and customization at user level - deployed successfully in PS5 Server.
I also made another simple Portlet Producer Application - deployed successfully in PS5 Server.
While, i try to register the Portlet in the Portal application at runtime, through Portal Console - Successfully tested the connection and registered.
But, when i try to add the registered Portlet to Portal Page at runtime, through Portal Console - Failure with Empty Error Message Box popup.
Further analyzed the Managed Server logs of both WC_CustomPortal and WC_CustomServicesProducer. Both the logs are pointing to same Exception.
Kindly provide your inputs on this.
    Thanks in advance.
    PFB the details.

  • How to delete empty mail messages in my Ipad2

I am receiveng empty mail messages in IPad2 and can not select them for deletion. They have no headers, no from or to, nothing? Any clues on how to select them? Edit in mail does not work either.

Try turning the account off and on : Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars , then tap the account on the right, slide Mail to 'off', exit settings and go back into the Mail app, and then go back to Settings and slide Mail back to 'on'

  • Message Envelope not found. Probably empty soap message. Error while testing web service

    Hi Gurus,
    I'm new to web service.
I have created an RFC and a web service to create a pdf.  When I try to test the web service, I'm getting an error : "Message Envelope not found. Probably empty soap message." I have tried all the links available in google, but i'm unable to resolve the issue.
Can anyone help me to solve this.
    Many thanks in advance.

    Which version/platform are you using?
The thing you need to consider here is that the JDev proxy settings do not affect the BPEL server.
So if the BPEL server cannot connect to your webservice, it will not be because of any Jdev setting.
Check the proxy settings on your BPEL server (on 10.1.2 developer install it will be in obsetenv.bat, on 10.1.3 it will be a commandline property of the JVM - see AS Control administration page for the JVM)

  • Empty soap message

I use abapProxy to invoke an external webservice via SOAP adapter but i get an error "invalid http response: null" in sxmb_moni  so i thought that there might be an mistake in request SOAP message and I installed TCPGateway to see logs about sending and coming message.
When i invoke the proxy, sending part of TCPGateway is empty but as you guess , coming part of it shows an error "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out : connect"
What maybe the reason for that SOAP adapter sends an empty SOAP message?
    Thanks

    Hi Abhishek;
As i mentioned , i used TCPGateway program on XI server to see going message to external webservice..this gateway program takes request and forwards it but it still comes as empty  SOAP message from XI adapter to this TCPGateway program.
as you guess, when you send empty soap message , external webservice doesnt respond to this request so it gets timeout error.
ps: i tried to invoke this webservice via another third-party tool, it works properly.
What would another reason except firewall settings for this issue ? because i do all of these control on XI server, namely before empty soap message goes.
    Thanks

  • Solaris 10 x86: Update Manager quit working and shows empty warning message

    All,
A little while ago my Update Manager stopped working. When I check for updates, I am getting an empty warning message box that has literally no text but only a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the upper left corner and an ok button.
Once confirmed, nothing happens. Googled the issue but so far no luck.
    Any hints?
    Thanks
    GS

Had the same problem. Look here:

  • No client certificate available, sending empty certificate message

    Dear Experts,
I am trying to establish SSL client certificate connection to external partner. What puzzles me is that the certificate is not picked up by SAP PI. • SRT 031 Empty SOAP Message received

    Hello,
I have an external Web service wich it works under SOAPui, but when I generate a Proxy and a port in SAP using the WSDL file , and then i try to test it I have this error message.
SOAP:1 031 SRT: Empty SOAP message received
How can I solve this problem?
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Jitendra,
We are having similar problems, we're getting the  SRT 031 Empty SOAP Message received error but the RFC destination is set up OK.
Running the same webservice from other tools gets a response OK, so the issue must be on the ABAP/SOAManager side of things
Do you have any more ideas of how to troubleshoot this?
    Thanks in advance
    Tony

    Hi @SLA55
    Thank you for the update.
I’ve included the link to the HP ePrint app on Google’s Play Store for you.  This is just to confirm that we are discussing the same app.
I have included The HP ePrint Print Job Did Not Print document.  It has the trouble shooting steps for when an ePrint job fails to print.

  • "Write Buffer is Empty" Error Message

    Hello All,
I am using  a MC, USB-2416-4A0, controller and DasyLab V11.   I am inputting 14 analog temps (TC Type T) and 6 voltages.  I have two PID controlled analog outputs.  I utilize a variety of displays.
When I run the program it launches and presents the first set of values on the displays.  As soon as the displays change to real values the program reports out an error, "Write Buffer is Empty".
I have searched both the MC and DasyLab Libraries and this forum's historical posts with no solution.  Any suggestions as to what I should do to eliminate the error.
Also, if it is not asking too much... How do you get the clock display to display in 12hr format. All we can get is military time format.
I have attached a copy of the program.
    Thanks,
    Bill...

    Hello Smoker,
you get the error message "Write Buffer is Empty" from MCC Analog Output module "Dev1-Ao0"? If yes please check if you use a timer based analog output mode (fixed output rate) for your device. This type of output make not sense for an PID control. You should use an software polled analog output mode with blocksize 1.
"... Also, if it is not asking too much... How do you get the clock display to display in 12hr format. All we can get is military time format. ..." - Do you means the clock example worksheet for 12hr format?
    Best regards,

  • "HKONT is empty" error message is getting while doing MIRO

    Hi Gurus
While i am doing MIRO, i am getting the error message of "HKONT is empty". What is this error & how can i resolve and where can i check this G/L Account belongs to what?
    Thanks in adv,
    Regards
    BADRI

Starting in release 4.6C, MM delivers complete tax information to
the tax modules. But we are performing some consistency checks. Part of those checks is the test if HKONT is empty and
T007B-STAZF has not been filled, otherwise we expect to get a correct
account. There are no further issues in dealing with the flag.
The error message may occur because of wrong customizing in the
transactions FTXP and OBCN for non-deductible tax:
    1) FTXP: for the used tax code, please check / set with the button
    "accounts" the accounts.
    2) OBCN: please check for all the account keys of FTXP if some of
them have the value 3 for the setting "Posting indicator". In that
case, please check / set the flag 'not deductible' (= T007B-STAZF).
    Please refer to attached note
377271 MR1M, MIRO: error FF804 'HKONT is blank'
Please use transaction FS02 to set the tax relevancy on the control datatab for the G/L Account in question. Please see the solution in point
2 of SAP Note 395919 for more detail.
395919 MIRO, MR1M: Error messages when calculating tax
Please also, review the standard system design as outlined
in Note 39591. In the standard system design, must have the accounts
    set as relevant to tax.

  • Empty target message in 1 to n transformation

I am using a ccBPM to handle a 1:n message scenario.  I believe I have done everything right:
<li>I have created a message mapping where target message has an occurrence of u201C0..undboundedu201D.  When I test the message mapping it works 100% and produces multiple messages.</li>
<li>I have created an interface mapping where the target interface also has an occurrence of u201C0..unboundedu201D.  I have tested it and it also works 100%.</li>
<li>In my ccBPM I have two container elements, one representing the source message and a second container that has the correct abstract interface and which is marked as a multiline container.</li>
However, if the message is processed in the ccBPM, I can see in the workflow log that the target message is empty in the transformation step.
Can anyone tell me what I could have done wrong or how I can debug it further to tell what the source of the problem is?

    Hi Everyone
I found out what the problem was.  When one tests the mapping in the graphical mapping tool, you will notice that SAP automatically puts your message inside two tags: <messages><message1></message1></messages>.  These tags make sense of course, but the problem was that I put my message inside these tags manually before sending it to the transform.  The result was that my message that had already contained the message tags was put inside yet another set of message tags.  That is why my transform did not work.
I hope this will help you solve your problem if you encounter a problem similar to mine.

  • Approval view for working time empty fields 'message' and 'standard time'

    Hi experts,
We want to use the SAP-standard program to approve working hours in the Portal. The basic settings are all done, but we still have a problem with some fields.
When we use the SAP-standard approval view SAP_LINE (IMG --> Define approval views) and we go to the portal we see that the fields 'message' and 'standard time' are filled and the hours with a warning are red. When we create an exact copy of view SAP_LINE with the same detailscreen selections, the fields 'message' and 'standard time' are empty and the warning does not turn red.
See the print screen below for an example.
    http://img641.imageshack.us/i/printscreenapproveworki.jpg/
Can someone please help me with this?
    Thank you in advance.
    Kind regards,
    Bob

    Hi,
We have found the place to change this fields.
To change this fields we had to create an enhancement implementation for BADI definition 'HRCATS_APPR_CUST'
Information for this can also be found in the IMG documentation.

  • Indesign CC, DPS and "empty folio" message

I get an empty folio error message from folio builder using ID 9.2 v 26. I'm opening it from an
active Indesign folio. So after reading some forum questions, I'm thinking my problem might be
in one or none of these issues:
"Updating" folio so it reads in the folio builder--how to? I'm opening from saved document of course.
In folio producer when i'm signed on, i get the same message. Though I'm not using a connected Ipad, that
should still work on the desktop, right?
Otherwise can someone tell me what I'm doing fundamentally wrong?
    Many thanks.

Thanks for following this with me...
In folio builder i have the name of the folio selected, say, "country cat family 1.indd."
There are other folios, but this is the one selected, darkened. So i assume i've selected the entire folio?
This is a folio in which there are three separate "images" (links) that i've built into the folio. I see these images/links in the active indesign work space where i place them.
I'm using the term "spread" because i think that corresponds to the separate "images/links" through which i scroll. This is the term i see in the progress bar when uploading to folio producer.
The issue above occurs when I hit desktop preview in folio builder.

  • Empty Mail messages

When I open some emails, the subject, cc, sender are all visible, but the body of the message is missing. If I then press "forward message", in the new window, it used to show the missing message as quoted text. However, now days it is just blank.
In the original message, if I click over the entire "empty" window, the message shows up in white against the blue highlighted background.
This only occurs with messages from some people, but not others. How can I fix it????

well, one thing that might do it is if the sender uses a coloured background & specified white text. Mail uses a white background, so white text would be invisible unless highlighted. This is a bit unlikely - it would require the sender to have chosen a coloured background for their viewing, but that wasn't encoded with the message.
Or... You haven't got any rules active that have r "Set Color of text" as an action... ? ( only a possibility if the "set colour to text = 'other' " & white is chosen.
Also check your mail-preferences-fonts & colours to see if any of the 'quoted text' colours are set to white.
