Enhancing the data request in Agent inbox

Hi ,
I have a requirement to add more custom fields to search view in Agent inbox and perform the search based on custom field values entered on screen by user.
I have added append structure to CRMST_AUINBOX_SEARCH with custom fields and in BSP_WD_WORKBENCH added the additional attributes too.
I have problem in identifying the class and make changes to SQL statements . While searching the forums I found one reply that says
If you want to enhance this functionality ,then you have to create a new structure with the custom fields and attach the new structure to this Search Object .
And after that you have to make code changes in GET_RESULTLIST of CL_CRM_REPORT_ACC_DYNAMIC . I hope its a
cumbersome process .

1. Did you activated the transfer structure in BW or not?
2. this might be also prob in the code which you might have writted in R/3 to extract the data. BY the way how is ur data source has been designed?
3. Did you check the connection is proper or not?
4. Is your load is picking any data or not? Is it lying with 0 from 0??
5. Check also Partner profiles in WE20 if any load is not working fine in BW system.
6. Also check whether the job is Active in r/3 or not?
Check the above to track some details and come back to us with more details..

    This error seems to be in the Update from ODS, so check once again ur update rules for proper mapping, concentrate on the newly enhanced InfoObject. You are saying that u have added that InfoObject only in the InfoCube, what about the ODS ? from where that IO is getting data ? how u r updating that IO, check that as well.
    try to check if the table corresponding to the ODS (/BIC/A<ODS Object>40 or /BI0/A<ODS Object>40) is active. If not just run the program RSOD_XPRA_BDS_TO_KW to create the table and load it again...

    Activation failed because of the special characters in the Omaterial
    Delete the request in target
    edit it in the specific record in PSA and load it back
    In your case i think its a space problem u can see a space after L
    delete the space for the record and load it again

    where as it is clearly showing in Workflow log that the PO is lying with him,

    Those details...you can view in that log itself...
    Probably you can use this FM to view that user's inbox and you can send this screen shot of FM to them

  • SCCM 2012 R2 MP Registation log error "Rejecting the registration request because Agent Type is ISV Proxy (4). This Agent Type is no longer supported."

    Any idea what this message is trying to tell me? ISV Proxy Client Registrations ad worked fine in SCCM 2012 prior to R2.  This message in the title is present in MP_RegistrationManager.log.  The ISV Proxy Certificate lists as "unblocked". 
    If this is true, then that was a pretty sleathy move to remove this support.

    You should set your proxy agent type = 8.  Everything should work correctly if you do.  The change wasn't intended to be a "stealthy" move. 
     This was originally documented in in ConfigMgr 2007 and remains the same in ConfigMgr 2012:

    The error text may be a little odd - but I'm assuming you're actually registering a client, and according to the SDK docs, you should be using type = 8.

    I got an requirement where we need to enhance the search criterion for Agent Inbox( Assigned to field). What I was planning to create an AET field for Case Owner( a criterion which will fetch the results based on case owner).
    At present in available Assigned to there are fields Me/Case owner. Which searches based on me as an Employee resp and case owner where emp resp.
    Can anyone please guide how shall i proceed?
    1. Can we create AET and enable that in Assigned to Tab.2. Which database table shall i use for the AET. Meaning is there any specific table shall i choose for the field while creating AET)

  • Enhancing the standard  Data source without deleting setup tables

    Hi all,
    I am in the the Support Project. My requirement is I want to Enhance u201C2LIS_13_VDITMu201D LO- data source with two fields without disturbing the delta.
    Please suggest me how I have to do this.
    As Per my Knowledge ,
    1. we have to delete setup tables
    2. Enhance the data source & re populate the setup tables.
    3. Delete the data in the cube & add the two new fields in the cube & repopulate the cube with new Initial .
    4. after that delta will be enabled through job control.
    But this process is not suitable for our requirement because delta was enabled long back it is going very smooth till date, I donu2019t want to disturb that process.
    So please suggest me is there any other procedure to do this.

    Hi,
    If historical data (loaded earlier in to BW) are not required for the two enhance field, then it is not required to deleted the setup table and reload them to BI.
    In this case simply you can follow the following procedure.
    1. Enhance the fields, and update the transfor structure(to unhide these fields). In BI update the required data target with respective IO. and in exit populate the enhance fields. No need to disturb the delta
    2. Replicated the DS in BI and do the mappings in tranformation.
    Here the existing delta is working, and you will be populating the two fields in the exit only.

    I need to customizing the email inbound in agent inbox, but I cannot see the email in agent inbox only can see it in the E-mail Inbox with salespro business rol.
    I did the following:
    1.- I created a user MAILADM with the Email (emailin@company) and Comm. Method (RML Remote Mail)
    2.- I Maintained my user with the Email (emailin@company), Comm. Method (E-Mail) and Comment (emailin@company).
    3.- In the tx CRMC_IC_AUIGNADR, Address / Number (emailin@company), Comm. Method (INT) and Workflow Priority (High).
    4.- In the tx CRMC_IC_AUI_GEN, Reply Address (emailin@company).
    5.- In the tx CRMC_IC_AUICOMM, Object ID (14008030) and Comm. Method (INT).
    5.- I assigned Agents for E-Mail Handling. My Position.
    6.- In the tx So28, Recipient (emailin@company), New recipient - SAP object instance - AUI: Support object (emailin@company).
    7.- I maintained Inbound Processing, with (emailin@company).
    8.- I defined Agent Inbox Profile, and Assigned Main Categories u2013 INT.
    Please, somebody know what I need to do for solve this problem

    From information provided I understand that trx: SWI1 shows no Instance of WS14000164,  although  most of your customizing looks to reviewed/set. I understand that WS14000164  has been activated (trx: CRMC_IC_MAIL_WF) and E-mail address properly maintained at SO28.
    Confirm that Event: <ICAUISUPP, MAILRECEIVED,  WS14000164>, is not getting deactivated (trx: SWE2).
    Via Event Trace (SWEL/SWELS) you can determine, if event is being triggered or not. If No Event is being triggered and E-mail actually shows at SOIN,  activate SAPConnect Trace, refer to Note:194926. Check if SAPConnect Trace provides further information
    about your case.
    From an e-mail sent by Juan Miguel Silva, I noticed you have setup SO50, as test could you please check if such entries are conflicting with E-mail handled by Workflow: WS14000164. Make note of them and remove them temporally. Repeat your test. Check if Event is triggered and Workflow is started.
    If no e-mail is shown at SOIN, confirm you have setup inbound e-mails, refer to SAP Note: 455140, if so, send for example, an inbound e-mail to a SAP-User, which can review it via SBWP. If no email is shown at SOIN, I am afraid problem would be outside SAP CRM system. You may follow Note: 607108, to send an e-mail via TELNET command to SAP CRM System to address maintained [SO28], and check if e-mail are received. If so, contact your Mail Administrator  to review why E-mails are note getting to SAP CRM System.

  • How to filter the data on Reports from collected from differnet Agents

    1) I have to write a Plug-in which would fetch the same type of data from 7 Agents. I need to generate the report for each Agent separately,This plug-in will be deployed in various different environment. So I will not know the host name as it will be deployed different environment. Can anyone suggest how to filter the data for each agent from the table. I see one solution of using Bind variable for the Target GUID in PL/SQL file. Can you please suggest if there is any other better way of doing this.????
    Also Can you please suggest what are the best ways to debug the OEM Plug-in?

    What I mean filtering data means displaying data for each Agent Seperatly. Assume I have collected Filesystem data from 5 Agents (5 different server). Now I want do display file system data for Agent1 (server 1). How would I fetch it from MGMT$Metric_Current. Currently I use a bind variable
    ??EMIP_BIND_TARGET_GUID?? to filter the data for a Agent from MGMT$Metric_Current view. I compare Target Name entered while deploying Plug-in with the Target_Name column of specified view.Is there any other way of fetching data from this table for a Agent?
    I hope I am prety clear now. My Problem is IO dont want to force user to enter exact Server name while deploying Plug-in.

  • I am not able to see the data By request id in ODS

    HI Gurus,
    I am trying to do data loads from flatflies based on Region to ODS(We have flat files based on region for each region we have one flatfile) .I have loaded 2 files into ods.But when i am checking the data in ODS by request id .I am seeind 2 regions data on one request id .I am not able to see the data for other request id.
    For example:
    We have two flat files one is region 1: 5100 and region 2: 5030
    Request id 1: contains region 5100 data
    request id 2 : contains region 5030 data.
    But when i am checking the data in ODS its showing 5100&5030 data onn request id 1.I am not seeing any data for requestid 2.
    Please help me out.

    Active data cant be seen by Request id but definitely change log table contains request id and list of records per request
    Go to Manage ---> Contents tab --> New Data. Over here you can enter the request number and check the data request wise.....The same can be done for Change log
    Check the log in SM37 if it exists there or not.
    May be the number of records will be more and depending upon the system processses it will be taking time to load.ID request is loaded to ODS then it could be activation time

    I am afraid the "Updated" field is not managed at all.
    If you look at workbench component ICCMP_INBOX, view InboxItems, context > context nodes > tree structure > tree node proxy > double-clic on class CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN02, double-clic on method GET_LASTUPDATE. Statement "clear value." indicates no value is returned.
    Now you could enhance view ICCMP_INBOX,/InboxItems with custom code, and set your own content into method CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN02->GET_LASTUPDATE.
    Do not count on reporting framework to provide the value for that field. Although structure CRMT_REPORT_LOCATORLIST foresees it, it is not filled with value by search query: see method CL_CRM_QUERYAUI_RUN_BTIL->GET_RESULT_LIST to get exact list of fields returned. CREATED_AT_DATE field is part of it, but not  CHANGED_AT_DATE.
    But you may perform the re-read of last change date even in CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN02->GET_LASTUPDATE method, because SAP already takes advantage of user-buffering in function CRM_ORDER_READ.
    So adding following code to CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN02->GET_LASTUPDATE should show you correct last update

  • Issue while enabling Advanced Search functionality in Agent Inbox

    Hi Experts,
    We have enhanced the Agent inbox search to include few EEWB fields. The basic search is functioning smoothly and search is working on both standard and EEWB fields.
    But after configuring the Advanced Search for agent inbox, we are not able to find the EEWB fields in the Advance search dropdowns to be searched upon.
    We checked the ICCMP_INBOX/InboxAdvancedSearch view configuration and the EEWB fields are also not available in the list of available fields, but are present in the Context node 'SEARCH'.
    Are we missing on some configuration?
    Any pointers towards the solution would be highly appreciated.

    The data request was a full update.
    In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not
    contain any data.

    Info IDoc received with status 8.
    Procedure
    Check the data basis in the source system.
    In CRM system when i checked it in RSA3 it is showing the data.
    I checked the older posts but i havn't find any answer post. I also checked the SAP note 692195, but it is applicable for 4.0. I am working on 7.0.
    Please suggest something so that I can get the data into infopackage.

    Actually i am working on such a project where they don't give SAP_ALL authorization to any user. If we need any authorization we need to show them particular SAP note of same version in my case it is CRM 7.0. If you know any note on CRM 7.0 which gives all the authorization objects required or it says we need SAP_ALL authorization please tell me.
    It will be very help full for me to get the authorization.

    When you trigger the infopackage and if it shows the data available then there is no wrong in designing so First check the data at data sourcelevel in RSA3 and also at the source table

    my source system is not R/3,it is BI.
    (ctually we are xtracting the data (from a cube) with the help of programm to a table and then i am creating a generic data ource on that table and loading the data to my cube.)
