Enter scheduling Key - BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEREPLICA

I am using BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEREPLICA to create new Material Header in a reference plant. The reference plant does not have a scheduling margin key. I am getting error 'Enter the scheduling margin key'. The BAPI is expecting the plantdata-sm_key. I have tried passing space but that does not work. Please help

You can have a proper understanding of the functionality of BAPI and be familiar with what data you need to be filled in the fields.
BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEREPLICA
FUNCTIONALITY
               Use this method to create new material master data or change existing material master data. Every time this method is called, data for one or more materials can be transferred.
When new material master data is created, the material number, the material type and the sector must be sent to the method. Furthermore, a short text and the language in which the short text has been created, have to be entered. When data is being changed, only the material number need be entered.
              First, the appropriate fields in the tables (for example, CLIENTDATA) have to be filled with data by the user. These fields must also be flagged as the method data can only be written to the database if this is the case. The user must also provide data for the appropriate fields that have been selected in a checkbox table (for example, CLIENTDATAX). Checkbox tables exist for tables that do not contain language-dependent texts (MAKT, MLTX), European article numbers (MEAN) and tax classifications (MLAN). More than one data record can be created for a material in these tables (for all materials transferred to the method).

When I connect my MacBook Pro to my iMac with the firewire to use as a monitor it makes me enter the Key producy code for Office:Mac 2011 every time.
Then when I disconnect my MacBook I have to enter the product key again to use office on it???

I cannot enter the key code for updating to QuickTime Pro 7 as there is no Icon in Preferences and no Registration option in menu?

I have followed the clear instructions to enter the purchased key code for QuickTime Pro 7. There are two options offered:-
1. Go into Preferences and select the QuickTime Player icon and enter the code that way.
2. Open QuickTime Player and open up ‘registration’ and enter the key code.
For whatever reason I have neither option available to me although QuickTime player is on my system and I use it regularly. It is version 10 build (118). I have run software updates and there is no upgrade available. I have downloaded the latest version and tried to load it but this fails because the system finds a version already available. I have attempted to uninstall but whilst it moves it from the Application folder, it remains on the Mac as it is part of the system files. So I cannot use the Pro version. The iMac is a 27” Intel about a year old and has all the software updates available to me installed.
Any offers for suggestions or past experiences that can help me overcome this conundrum?

Both answers were spot on. I made the mistake yesterday of downloading the version for Leopard in my haste. I also thought the issue was related to having to uninstall the current version X.
So the moral of the episode is check the version you have and make certain you download the correct version for your system. All works now.

I have (sorry forgot to add that). I was switched around and finally I was told I would be put through to a supervisor but after being on hold for about 10 minutes the phone went dead, I did not lose connection so I do not know if I was hung up on or there was some technical difficulty. I called again yesterday and did in fact speak with a supervisor for Account Security but he told me he did not know why it was happening and put me through to a different number but that ended up not being any helpful either. That's when I decided to give it a shot on here!

Your Apple TV is connected to your wi fi network but cannot connect to the internet. Airplay logo not available on ipad3, iPod touch3g and showing intermittently in iTunes on windows laptop. Switched ISP a few days ago. Entered pass key info on all.

I switched ISP a few days ago and had problems with airplay since. After restarting and reinstalling and updating, re entering pass keys for new wi fi on everything, Apple TV shows: Your Apple TV is connected to your wi fi network but cannot connect to the Internet. Ipad3 and iPod touch 3G have no airplay icon or get one briefly then it disappears again. Same with itunes on windows laptop.
Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment.

Enter/return key issue.

We have a new Macbook Pro and the enter/return key does not work with software unless we push the shift key at the same time. It only does this on one user as well. Other users on the computer the enter/return key works fine. As an example - if you are done with a sentence in Pages and you hit the enter/return button to go to the next line nothing happens unless you also hold the shift key down. Any ideas?

I have found a solution that works in Excel 2011. But you can try to see if this solution would work for Pages also. Remember, where the instructions below refer to Excel substitute it with Pages instead. From what I am understanding you want to click the RETURN key and move down to the next line in the document. Hopefully it works.
If you want to click the RETURN key and have the cursor go from the current cell to the the next row in Column A (i.e. The cursor is in cell B2, click RETURN, the cursor moves to A3) do the following:
1) Click on the Apple logo in the upper left corner of your desktop.
2) Click SYSTEM PREFERENCES.
3) Click KEYBOARD.
4) In the KEYBOARD box click KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS.
5) Click APPLICATION SHORTCUTS from the left menu.
6) Click the + (plus sign) that appears to the left of the Restore Defaults
button.
6) In the box that appears select EXCEL for the APPLICATION you want to apply this shortcut to. (if Excel does not appear on the list, click on OTHER at the bottom of the list, click MICROSOFT OFFICE, then click EXCEL).
7) In the MENU TITLE field enter the name you would like to give this shortcut (i.e. ACTIVE CELL). Click the RETURN key(enter) to continue.
The cursors will now appear in the KEYBOARD SHORTCUT field. Click the RETURN (enter) key once. The shortcut will now appear in the KEYBOARD SHORTCUT field.
9) Click ADD.
Now go into the spreadsheet and test the shortcut. Enter information into the spreadsheet into a number of cells in the same row (move between the cells either with the TAB key or RIGHT ARROW), When you are done entering your information, then click RETURN. The cursor should now move to the next row in COLUMN A (i.e. The cursor is in cell B2, click RETURN, the cursor moves to A3).
Hope it works for you as well as it did for me.

I set my default to Calibri 14, but every time I press enter (I make a lot of bullet lists) the font changes to Calibri 11.

Did you change the default font after you typed a few words in a note container?
Setting the default font in Microsoft Office OneNote affects text that you type in new note containers only. It does not affect existing text or text that you add to existing note containers.
If you want to change the font in an existing note container, you need to change it manually under
Home tab > Basic Text.

Manually Entering Primary Key.

Hi,
I am in the very early stages of looking at creating Apex Forms/Reports to replace our existing systems on Oracle Forms.
In the existing database, there are huge numbers of tables that use manually enterable primary keys when creating the record.
These primary keys can be very simple, such as just a 6 character code field or 20 character reference field (made up of several different user enterable fields concatenated together) to multiple composiite primary keys, where there could be several levels of master/detail records.
I have looked in the forums for information on this but am struggling to find a way of being able to create records where the primary key can be typed in manually when inserting records and then getting the reports/forms to work. I do not need to update the primary key, just allow it to be entered.
It would just not be practical to create new sequences as primary keys for all our tables, just to get Apex to work how it wants - wouldn't this mean dropping the existig PK and creating a new one, then populating all records with the new sequence?
I need to be able to use tabular forms for multi row record inserts where the user can enter (but not modify) the PK - using a report/form to do this seems too long winded. I will also need to be able to do this in a form only, for inserting singular records.
Any help would be appreciated.

you should set in your entity object the attribute as DBSequence and then create a before insert trigger in the db table to get the pk from a sequence or so, something like:
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER trigger_name
BEFORE INSERT
ON table_name
FOR EACH ROW
begin
select seq_name.nextval into :new.pk_id from dual;
end;

Help with entering product key

I have just down loaded Photoshop album starter edition, registered it, have a product key and I am the administrator for my computer. However, when I enter the key, the "Unlock" button remains grayed out and will not let me put in the code. How can I get into the program. Thanks for assistance.

Barb, Thanks for the timely reply. You're right I do have v. 3. Unfortunately, the solution suggested did not work. The product key is asked for on the registration page. The unlock button appears dimmed. You can enter the code but that does not change the unlock button (whether or not you press enter). Attempting to delete invisible characters has no effect - although this would more likely get some sort of a "wrong code" error after pressing unlock, which can not be done!? More ideas?

How to enter licence key in trail

I downloaded Photoshop CS6 Extended and used in for a few weeks, then purchased it. Do I need to go through the download and installation nightmare AGAIN or can I somehow deavtivate this trial then just enter the key into the trial. If so how? the deavticate is greyed out.

I can't open my mail unless I use the Enter/Return key or go to the File -Open Message

Up until yesterday I could open an email just by double clicking the message. Now if I want to open a message I have to use the Enter/Return key or go into FILE and press Open Message.
The only thing different since yesterday morning is that I decided to turn off File Vault --that process took all day but finally finished and that's when I ran into problems with mail.
I've checked my mail settings and they are the same as before. Have OSX Yosemite 10.10.1 installed.

Thank you for your response. I finally found out why this was happening. It had to do with the Trackpad settings for my Mac. I adjusted the track speed to a slower speed as it was set quite fast. This seems to have fixed the problem :)
I’m not too computer savy so sometimes things can be a little confusing trying to figure out whats what and where to look for solutions.

Everywhere that I've checked it is not possible to do this. I would like to even do this using the vkb. I hate having to stretch my thumb all the way up just to send a message. It's messaging, not a report or email. Seems backwards. Hopefully some day Apple can add this option.
