EPrint registration NOT WORKING in HP Laserjet 200 M276 PCL6

I bought this printer and its only to be able to print on the move, but the ePrint Web service or better enabling the same does not want to work.
The printer is the HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw PCL6, the serial number is CNF8G6S398, the computer support is an Asus EEE Notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.
Updated firmware to version 20140521 (20140718 version does NOT work) to see if it was a firmware problem, the problem remains the same, it does not work through the  EWS in my browser, either from the printer panel, this code you can not have.
The printer works regularly in the local network, here in this link all the configuration parameters (the firmware has been updated as mentioned in the link is the old one, but the rest of the configuration is the same).

I'm really frustrated, three days of work without being able to enable the sole function of which I really needed.
This question was solved.

  • EPrint does not work with Google Apps for Business (hosted email)

I have looked up numerous posts, from back into 2011 even, and HP still has not resolved this.
HP's ePrint does not work with companies using Google Apps for Business (hosted email).
Our emails come from our domain, but from the servers/DNS of Google, so we wind up getting
the "550 5.7.1 Command Rehected" error.
This is a major issue as more and more companies (especially small business owners) are moving away
from having in-house/Exchange servers, and they are moving toward hosted systems.
You really need to find a way to stop rejecting emails coming from Google Apps hosted email.
It's been around 4 years now (looking at previous posts). Why hasn't HP found a resolution to this yet?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.

    Hello,
I updated my java 7.u10 to 7.u11 couple days ago.

So why not using Ju11 ? You can workaround the issue. It would sucks but still be safer than using Ju9.
Also ask Mozilla forums if Firefox has options where to search for plugins.
Or try 64-bit Firefox. As I explained in both threads ...
Java 7 Update 10 Not Working with Firefox?
Java 7 Update 11 Not Working with Firefox
... neither jre7u10 nor jre7u11 are working ... and they are BOTH broken with the same problem ... "Java(TM) Platform" pliugin is missing from the plug-in list. It cannot be enabled, because it simply is NOT there. A suggestion was made the jre7u12 will be the "fix" for this issue ... so I installed the Update 12 Preview and it sis ALSO broken, no "Java(TM) Platform" in the plug-in list.
The ONLY Java version that actually works for me is jre7u9.
As far as installing Firefox 64bit ... I see no future in installing a browser that has been discontinued.

  • EPrint does not work after new wifi router on Verizon DSL

I have been using ePrint on my iPod, iPad, and iPhone for a few months without a problem, but recently had to switch to a new wifi router on my Verizon DSL, as my wifi kept turning off and Verizon's solution was an updated wifi router. Since the switch, I cannot ePrint from my mobile devices. I can, after reconfiguration, print from my laptops. The ePrint app still finds the Deskjet 3050a, says "sending to printer", but will not print. The ePrint is turned on. I tried to delete the app and reinstall in hopes that I can start fresh, but it still does not work. I tried to add a new printer, with the email supplied on the ePrint screen on the printer, but nothing.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Honor Student
Is your printer connected to the new router as it sounds like it is still looking for the old one ?  Maybe  just disconnect it and reconnect it again to your new router and then the ePrint APP should pick it up.

  • Any intelligent people from HP on this forum ? Why the Disney app eprint does not work ?

There is a problem with the Disney App on the Photosmart eprint application . After the selection of an image there is only a preview button and no way to print. If you use this button nothing appear except a black screen !!!
First of all stop to make stupid answer like unsbscribe eprint service uninstall the disney application or verify that your a registered  or check that your printer is powered ....IT DOES NOT WORK even all this check is on !!!
And you can also check that all of the users with this bug have try this and no way.... That is the problem with this application ? Do you have any user that can print something from this app. Find a solution or unvalidate this application.
Oh I forgot to teel you that it work perfectly for the dreamwork application.
    Regards, Defmak.

The disney app is currently experiencing problems. It is an issue on Disney's end which is why you can print from other applications. Unfortunately I'm not sure when Disney will have the issue taken care of but what I would suggest is to try later.
    Hope this helps!

  • HP Laserjet 200 M276 fails at 80% at pre-installation

    Hello HP Forum,
I reviewed other postings on this issue and I still cannot seem to resolve why my HJ Laser200 MFP276 printer that is 13 months old fails the preinstallation at 80% with error "A problem occured during the preparation of the installation software on your system. Please restart your computer and run the installation software again. If the problem still occures, consult the web site for support on your product."
I have Dell laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit and trying to install the full software suite.  I tried the following:
    1.  Using the full solution dowload from the HP site as well as using the CD supplied with the printer making sure I had the most current drivers = failed at 80%
    2. Some of the forum responses suggested making sure the Printer Spooler is Running and some postings suggested it should be stopped.  Tried both ways = fail
    3. Went into msconfig file and checked all the Microsoft program and disabled the remaing services = fail
    4. Ran the HP software download as Adminstrator =  fail
    5.  Installed the HP Printer Wizard; it is able to discover the deivce but "the selected printer is not currently supported by this wizard."
Not sure what else to do.  The HP website shows Win 8.1 Pro is compatible with the printer.  For now,  I have the printer plugged in via USB and currently have basic printer functions, but eventually, I would like to install the full software to take advantage of full printer capabilities.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  Thanks!

    Thank you for the information!
Since these steps have not work so far, plase try the steps in this HP document: The Progress Bar on the Software Installation Stops or Stalls
If these steps cannot resolve the issue, I would try installing it on another computer. This would determine whether or not the printer is at fault, or the computer. If it installs on another computer successfully, then we know there is a complicated software conflict on the one computer. I would reinstall the operating system of that computer, and the issue will be resolved.

    Hello @ Averus89,
    Welcome to the HP forum.
I understand you have done quite a lot to resolve your M176n and its connection to the ePrint service.
I would like to help you with this issue.
If the printer is not printing the web services info sheet, or allowing you to add it to HP Connected, I
    would set a manual DNS.
I wont go into great detail about setting this up. From your post, I feel you know your way around the printer and your network. If I am mistaken, let me know. I will go into detail.
    The DNS to try is:
    Primary: 209.244.0.3
    Secondary: 209.244.0.4
Set the DNS then try printing the web services info page again.
Let me know if this helps.

  • Listener dynamic service registration not working

I just set up an Oracle 11.2 instance for the first time and, for some reason the instance would not register with the listener. Any idea for how I would debug this to isolate where the problem is?
For now I have worked around the problem by manaully editing the listener.ora to specify the SID of my instance - this works OK, so I suppose all I want to know is to learn what the problem was to avoid future frustration.
'nstrctl services'was just showing up an instance for the CLRExtProc service and not my new instance.
    The relevant parameters are:
    SQL> show parameter service
    NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
    service_names                        string      PFS30
    SQL> show parameter instance_name
    NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
    instance_name                        string      pfs30
    SQL> show parameter listener
    NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
    listener_networks                    string
    local_listener                       string
remote_listener                      stringThe contents of my listener.ora was:
    SID_LIST_LISTENER =
      (SID_LIST =
        (SID_DESC =
          (SID_NAME = CLRExtProc)
          (ORACLE_HOME = D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1)
          (PROGRAM = extproc)
          (ENVS = "EXTPROC_DLLS=ONLY:D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\oraclr11.dll")
    LISTENER =
      (DESCRIPTION_LIST =
        (DESCRIPTION =
          (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 192.168.1.117)(PORT = 1521))
          (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC1521))
ADR_BASE_LISTENER = D:\oracleThe listener was created using netca, also at 11.2. According to the doc, I believe that since the listener port is 1521, the LOCAL_LISTENER parameter is correct in being NULL.
I tried alter system register, to make sure it wasnt a delay problem. I also tried bouncing the listener and database.
    Thanks for any help.

  • Time Capsule not working with HP LaserJet 1022nw

    Hello there,
We had an Airport Extreme 802.11n base station that our HP LaserJet 1022nw was wirelessly connecting to, and it was working fine for the last 18 months. Then, we switched to a 1 TB Time Capsule, and had the Time Capsule import all of the settings from our Airport Extreme. Now, the HP LaserJet 1022nw can no longer see our wireless network in its SSID list... and when we manually type in the SSID information & WPA password information, it still cannot connect.
So when using the Time Capsule, we cannot print wirelessly to our HP LaserJet 1022nw. If we unplug the Time Capsule and re-plug in the Airport Extreme, the HP LaserJet instantly works perfectly again.. it sees the wireless network, it connects just fine, and we can print wirelessly again. But as soon as we unplug the Airport Extreme and plug in the Time Capsule instead, the HP LaserJet cannot communicate at all with the Time Capsule.
All of the settings on both the Time Capsule and the Airport Extreme are IDENTICAL. The network name is NOT hidden. They both have the exact same WPA/WPA2 security settings. They are both set to 802.11n (b/g compatible). We have completely reset the HP Laserjet to its factory default settings and started from scratch; we have reset both the Time Capsule & the Airport Extreme as well.
Everything has up-to-date firmware, including the HP Laserjet 1022nw as well.
But whatever we do, the HP Laserjet 1022nw will only communicate wirelessly with the Airport Extreme, NOT the 1 TB Time Capsule.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
    Thanks,
    Scott

UPDATE: We just temporarily solved this problem by switching our Time Capsule to 802.11b/g mode ONLY (essentially turning OFF 802.11n mode altogether). We did this by going into the Airport Utility, clicking on the "Airport" button at the top, going into the "Wireless" tab, and holding down the OPTION button while clicking on the pop-up menu for "Radio Mode"... and then choosing "802.11b/g compatible" from the list. As soon as we did this, our HP printer INSTANTLY saw our network again and joined the network on its own automatically.

  • Self-Registration not working in EP7 SP13

    Hi Experts,
i am using EP7 with SP13, in this i have enabled self registration link in my logon page. When i click on this link it shows registration page, after entering all required information and submit it. Showing message like this
The requested page has been replaced by the new Web Dynpro based administration. Please refer to SAP Note 869852 if you want to use the old administration UI. Click on the following link to access the new administration screen: /useradmin
I followed this SAP Note 869852. they guide us to enable to old UME UIs. then it will work. so develop cant use the new UME WD UIs.
is any other way to fix the issue, doing the self registration in new UME WD UI itself?
    please guide me through this..
    Regards,
    Kumar

    Hi Kumar,
If switching back to the HTMLB UIs works for you, first I would like to say: Congratulations. No, really, I don't know anybody who really prefers the WD UI.
Nevertheless, I don't see why using the WD UI should stop someone from using the self registration. This /might/ be a bug, misinterpreting the situation, that the UME UI is needed (which is should not after filling in the self registration form). So, you should consider to open an OSS message about it to get a clarification on this. As SAP provides the new UIs as the new standard, I cannot imagine that they wanted to cut of the self registration functionality when using the new standard...
    Hope it helps

  • WIFI ePrint B110a not working after new modem router

I have had an ePrint  Photosmart B110a for over a year. It has worked great.
However recently our wifi modem router died, and we had to get a new one. It is a Dlink DSL 2875 AL.
I have set up the router and connected the printer to it via WIFI.
Now here is the problem. Immediately after I connect it, the printer works for about 15 seconds.
In other words, I reconnect the WIFI on the printer to the WIFI network, then if I immediately try to print something on my iPhone via WIFI, it will work.
However within less than 30 seconds if I try to print something else, it will say "printer is offline" and then won't show the printer at all in the iPhone "select printer" options menu.
I've spent hours on trying to solve this situation, I want to print over WIFI and it used to work great.
Could the modem be faulty? Could the printer be faulty? Is it a setting?
    How do I fix this?
    Please help.

    Hello Tommotom,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are having issues with the B110a and your iPhone when trying to print since changing your modem / router. I don't think there is an issue with the printer, iPhone or router, some settings may just need to be adjusted.
I see that the new router is a dual band router. You want to make sure that the printer and iPhone are connecting to only the 2.4 Ghz portion of the router. The printer will only work with 2.4 Ghz, the iPhone on the other hand, can connect to either.
Apple devices pick up the printer signal via the Bonjour protocol, I have worked with routers in the past that will not constantly broadcast the Bonjour protocol, this would cause your described issue too. To check the router, use this App on the phone, suggested by Shirlzz1: Help Determine if your router can support AirPrint with the Bonjour Discovery App.
Lastly, for now, check to ensure that the ports on the router are all open to allow full printing ability, this post will show you the ports: Check the Anti-Virus for Blocked Ports and Timed Scans.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
