Equipment Block

Hi,
I have created a truck as an equipment. When i do a preventive or Breakdown maintenence,i should be able to do the delivery of my final product by using this truck. How to map this scenario into SAP

Hi Mrugan,
As I mentioned in my previous explanation.
step1: All the trunks maintenance should have special dedicated order types
step2: Create the User status profile as per your requirment i.e
a.) Maintain the status 0010: Mainteance
b)  Maintain the status 0020: Ready to deliver
After maintaining the status assign this status profile to Order type.
So now your status is ready for the dedicated order types for truck maintenance
Now When ever you create order for truck ( example in your case truck is equipment) you see two user status
1. Maintenance
2. Ready to deliver
take the help of ABAP person with user exist ask him to put the check while creating the delivery VL01N system should check the status.
IF the user status of the order is Maitnenace it should allow to create the delivery
if and only if the stus is ready to deliver it should allow to create the delivery.
With this you can able to block the truck( equipment) to create the delivery when under maintenance.
Note: you can create status profile in OIBS.( which has create option)
With this you can map ur senario.
Thanks
regards
Krishna

  • Blocking creation of order/notificaiton against a equipment

    Hi Friends ,
My requirement is to block order/notification creation against an equipment . I have tried creating a user status and activating radio button for "forbidden" against following transactions :
But its not working . Please help . Am I missing something ...

Here is User-exit way of achieving this. Once code is put in the respective user-exit it is hassle-free. Only thing is it prevents at the time of Save. Suppose the Equipment user status which should not allow user to create Notification or Order is 'DAMG' (say damaged),
Code for user-exit QQMA0014 to prevent notification creation
    IF I_VIQMEL-EQUNR IS NOT INITIAL.
DATA: BEGIN OF I_USTAT OCCURS 10.
              INCLUDE STRUCTURE BAPI_ITOB_STATUS .
      DATA:END OF I_USTAT.
DATA: BEGIN OF I_SSTAT OCCURS 10.
              INCLUDE STRUCTURE BAPI_ITOB_STATUS .
      DATA:END OF I_SSTAT.
      CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_EQUI_GETSTATUS'
        EXPORTING
          EQUIPMENT     = I_VIQMEL-EQUNR
        TABLES
          USER_STATUS   = I_USTAT
          SYSTEM_STATUS = I_SSTAT.
      LOOP AT I_USTAT.
        IF I_USTAT-TEXT = 'DAMG'.
MESSAGE: 'The Status of equipment does not allow Notification Creation'
          TYPE 'E' DISPLAY LIKE 'I'.
        ENDIF.
      ENDLOOP.
    ENDIF.
This gives this error pop-up while saving, and the Notification is not created.
Similarly the code attached herewith, if used in user-exit IWO10009, would prevent Order creation giving rise to similar error pop-up. Hope this would be useful to you.

  • Blocked scheduling defect equipment

    Dear expert,
I have a query regarding defective equipment.
I used serial number management to track the history of equipment.
I replace equipment with the new one. After i dismantle defective equipment the equipment status is become AVLB (available). then, when i GI to Order that defective equipment using movement type 262, equipment status become ESTO (in warehouse).
My question is: is it possible to make automatic scheduling maintenance plan become "Blocked" (can't run scheduling) because the equipment status is ESTO? The maintenance plan should be able to be schedule again after we change the equipment number in the maintenance plan to the new one (new equipment). Is it possible?

    Hi
I dont think there is any standard requirement for this.
You can check with abaper, to give a batch job... to pick the equipments with status ESTO and to deactivate the maintenance plan relevant to that equipment...
Also check whether u can do any enhancement in IP25 - Set deletion flag...
Where u can enter Equipment Status and search for the maintenance plan
    Or
select the Equipment which have the ESTO status, enter it in IP25 and Execute
Excute in Test Run and then remove the Tick and Execute ... The plans corresponding to the equipments, the deletion flag will be set...

Thank you.  I'm going to investigate saving my itunes library to the icloud and then re-trying the Stellar Phoenix recovery now the error messages have gone.  If the Stellar doesn't work then I will try the advice in your link. I really appreicate the help you've given me - at least I have my itunes library back! I'm kind of resigned to re-loading my CDs back on - something to keep my busy in the winter months!
I'll let you know how I get on, but it will probably be a few days.I'm not very technical so I have to wait for my husband to get in from work to help me with this side of things.  He's been busy working on the Olympics, so I he hasn't had much spare time for a while!

  • ASA 5505 NAT rules blocking inside traffic

Previous attempts to set up these NAT rules has been met with minimal success. We have been able to get the NAT rules created, and able to ping our inside servers and receivers from a  different outside network, but every time we get that far our internal network crashes.  Running the Packet Trace utility via the ASDM shows that internal traffic from the servers to  the workstations is being blocked by the default implicit rule under the access rule heading  that states "any to any, service being ip, action= deny". Reverse traffic from the workstations to  the servers is being allowed though. In an effort to start over again, the Cisco ASA has been  Factory Defaulted via the CLI, and has had it's Inside network, and Outside IP address set back up. DHCP pool has been setup for a minimal amount of addresses on the   inside network, since  most of our equipment will always be assigned statics. We reset our static NAT policies, and  seem to be having the same problem. My partner and I have been working on this for some time now, and have ourselves so frustrated that I know we are missing something simple. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

OK. Thank you very much for your help. I am going to get with the powers that be to upgrade the "Base" license in this ASA.
In the meantime I will Close and Rate this post for now so others can get this info also.
If we have any further issues after the upgrade, then I will open a new post.
Thanks again. We new it was something simple. Not sure how we overlooked that, but hey we're getting somewhere now.

  • Cannot activate used iPhone 5 - is it blocked somewhere?

My company had a branch office in Japan which recently closed. Among equipment in the office were several iPhone 5 devices, one of which was the loaner I used while in country.  We canceled the contract with the carrier and (according to them) are paid in full, so I would like to activate that iPhone 5 in the USA to use as a touch and for APP/iOS testing purposes.
I've reset the phone and updated to 7.1.2 and when I try to activate over WiFi, I get a message that "Could Not Activate iPhone. Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes."
So, I tried to activate while connected to iTunes on both a PC & a Mac (both running current iTunes - 11.3) on different internet connections.  Both give me the same message - "We're sorry, we are unable to continue your activation at this time. Please try again later, or contact customer care."
I've checked with the carrier (au/KDDI), who confirmed there is no problem on the account and that the phone should be able to be activated with the original SIM (which is in the phone).  I'm not sure who else may have used the phone while visiting - maybe they connected it to their iCloud account or something?  I'm struggling for answers since anybody who could have answered my questions are no longer with the company.
I guess I'm wondering who would be able to tell me what the problem is with activation - if there's an issue, is it an Apple thing or a carrier thing? If there's a block somewhere,
I tried calling Apple support, but since the phone isn't in warranty status any longer, they didn't want to help me very much.

When I turn on the phone, it brings me to the Hello screen, then I connect to WiFi (I have no service with the Japanese provider in the USA - the phone just says Searching...), and the phone goes off and tries to activate himself.  After a few minutes, it comes back with the "Could Not Activate iPhone" message.  I cannot get far enough with the phone to go into the Settings menu.
I've had some correspondence with the provider (au/KDDI), and they confirmed that they will not unlock the phone to be used with another carrier, but they do support it being used on WiFi as a glorified iTouch, which is what I'm hoping to do.  They also confirmed there are no billing issues with the account.
I guess what I'm trying to understand is if the carrier would block the phone from activation for some reason or if that's an Apple thing.  Or both?  I would imagine the carrier could disallow the phone to be used on its network (stolen or whatever), but would the carrier have the ability block the device from being activated with Apple?

  • IOS 7 blocked uncertified chargers? Is there any way to fix this?

I just read that Apple blocked uncertified lightning cables with the ios 7!  Those were the only ones I had that WORKED, APPLE!  I have a box full of certified chargers that don't work.  The optimism I had for a better quality charger lasted only as long as the first one that died...less than a month.  Nine months ago we bought 3 iphone 5's and 2 iPads. None of those chargers work. I have HAD to buy chargers that were not certified because, really, who in their right mind would pay $30 for something that is designed to break (as evidenced by my "Box-O'-Apple-FAIL")?
It has to be one of two reasons.
    1. They are purposely making faulty equipment.
    2. They literally CAN'T figure out how to make a charger!
The "plug in, turn off, turn back on" didn't work. I'm hoping somebody has figured this out. If not... well played Apple, for fixing it so I have a box of crappy certified chargers and now a box of ones that you made sure I can't use and no Apple store within 120 miles!

Between my wife and I, we have 7 lightning cables covering home, work, and the cars... we have NEVER had one fail. Well.... we won't talk about the one the cat chewed up...
If they are failing that often for you, either you are doing something to physically damage them, or the power source you're using is highly unstable and is cooking the chip in them.

  • How to restrict the department to not user other departments' equipment?

    Dear SAPIENTS,
How to restrict the department to not user other departments' equipment? If suppose any one creating order for equipment having different authorization group then system should not allow me to do this.
    Regards,
    Kaushal Rai

    Kaushal Rai,
Use Authorization group for technical objects, create authorization gruops in IMG and assign the same to the Equipment master and block the other department with the same authorization group. For ristricting the authorization group to other departments after creating and assigning it to the equipment seek help from your BASIS team.
goto the below path for cerating the Authorization group:
IMG - PMCS - Master data in PMCS - Technical Objects - Define Authorization groups:
Here you define the authorization groups, after completion of this step go to the Equipment master in General Data tab page there is a feild Authourization Group, mention the respective authorization group and provide this Authorization gruop value to the respective user in the user role with the help of BASIS Team.
    Regards,
    Praveen.

  • Work Center Block

    Hi Experts,
    We have one scenario
W/C in PP(wc category m/c) = Equipment in Plant maintenance
Is it possible to block the W/C automatically whenever there is creation of maintenance order for equipment(w/c for PP) so that it is blocked in routing and can not be used in production.
    Thanks in advance,
    Amit Kataria

    Dear,
You can lock work center. if work center is lock, now production order will be created with locked work center.
If you require that whenever maintenance order created against specific equipment in which locked work center used, system will not allow to create production or production order execution. In SAP Maintenance, there is integration with PP that whenever maintenance order created, system will not allow to execute production order. Kindly consult with you PM consultant in this regard.
    Thanks
    Muhammad Ashfaq

  • Block production work center during maintenance order

    Dear Experts,
iam trying to do the integration between PM and PP, I want to block the production work center from any production order  when there is any maintenance order opened for a certain equipment which is inside this  work center ,
till now i did the following:
    1) the production work center is now inside the equipment location tab
    2) when i open any maintenance order i put system condition as zero
now what i only achieved ,
    - in transaction CM25 the capacity is black for the period of the maintenance order
BUT the work center is not blocked and any production order can be created without any error
please help and much thanks in advance
    Best Regards

    Hi,
Till time you have performed right things to integrate PP-PM & system is also responding according to setting.
Showing block capicity in CM25 against the Maintenance Order.
If you want to block production order as well, you need to do one more setting.
go to t- code OIOI, selection Production order types (those you want to block) & in capacity Availabilty choose Collect conversion as 3 : No creation if there is insufficiant caacity.
i hope this will definately solve your problem.

Apple does not track nor block iPads. If it was equipped to access
cellular, report it to your cellular provider. Report the loss to your
local police. If covered by your insurance, report to your insurance
    company.
Immediately change all of your passwords.
If you had previously set it up, you may be able to track it via

  • Equipment download from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0

    Hi Guys,
I am trying to Replicate equipments from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0
I did all the activities as specified still encountering issue while replicating.
    I did following activities
    1) Default settings
    OLTP-EQ-0401-0401-X(Delta)
    2) BADI - CRM_EQUI_LOAD_STDIMP (Activated)
    3) Specify adapter object for uploading objects
    0401 - DNL_EQUIPMENT
I tried to load Equipment through R3AS for "EQUIPMENT" OLTP selected.
    A) I checked SMQ1, SMQ2 - No Queues are blocked.
    B) SMW01---Found 2 lines for BDOC Type CRM_EQ_DMBDOC with green light successfully processed.
    C) But if I Check through R3AM1 (monitor Objects) the Adapter "EQUIPMENT" is aborted.
I checked the BDOC Message for the passed lines in SMW01 it says
    1) Start of Initial load.
    2) No Objects were selected.
In ECC, I see enough equipments in EQUI Table. But I haven't given any filters in EQUIPMENT so that it will select all.
Please correct me if I am following a wrong process or forward me the check list for Equipment load.
I tried almost a full day on this but nothing accomplished and I found similar failure postings for Equipments a lot in Forums.
    Please advice.
    Thanks,
    SURESH.

    Hi,
    go to ERP.
    check there the table CRMRFCPAR
Is there an entry for OBJ_NAME EQUIPMENT?
    If no create it.
If yes check this entry if everything looks fine.
Afterwards start a new initial load.
    Best regards
    Manfred
