ERP - EWM Integration

When I try to integrate ERP and EWM .I get error message as "No business partner found for ERP partner 0000003000 (role:WE)". What is the peice of config missing to get rid of this error. Due to this I could not see the outboud delivert request created.

Thanks for your response. I implemented both the notes , but still I run into the same issue. I could not create ODR. I goet below error messages when I distribute the o/b delivery:-
Text profile does not exist /SCDL/AF_TD
An error occurred during validation of the object /SCDL/ADAPTER_MP
Also I verfied the tables listed with another note 1247701.
FYI... I could create the ODO(outbound delivert order) using /scwm/PRDO.
Anything goofy Iam doing in the integrtaion peice to create ODR?.

Hi Dinesh,
When you are trying to Generate Distribution Model for your warehouse that time there are three fields one of those is your ERP warehouse number and Second is Logical System of EWM and third one is Distribution Model view. You might have entered a wrong model view name and then you tried to execute, system is giving you error that ".... method exists in model view WMS" that means you need to enter WMS model view in third field and then execute with radio button selected CREATE ENTRIES along with BOTH radio button selected.

ERP-CRM-Integration based on business partner concept in ERP

Hi all,
can someone give me a hint if and how I can integrate the ERP business partner with CRM (we are using CRM7.0) business partner. Actually I have done ERP-CRM-Integration very often before but in former times clients were always using the customer and/or vendor master which was up and downloaded to CRM business partner. In my actual case the customer is using in ERP (ECC6.0 EHP4) also the business partner concept (groupings, roles, etc.). Since pide mapping is based on customer or vedor master (account groups, classification, etc.) and I do not find any documentation I am not sure if and how I can exchange BPs and if it is possible what I have to do for it.
Maybe I can use the object BUPA_MAIN, etc... but how is the logic, is it a prerequisite that groupings are identical, but what about number ranges, etc???
As you see I do not have a clou. Please advise.

Vendor blocking scenario in QIR-EWM Integration

Hi ,
We have the following scenario with QM and EWM Integration , So could you pleas let me know for any suggestions
1. Create two materials for ex. 259 and 581 with same vendor with control key Z100
2. Create a purchase order for both the materials 259 and 581 and create the inbound delivery for the same so that It passes to EWM…mean while the vendor loses license for one material i.e. 259
3. Go to QI02 (T Code) change info record for 259 material and make it as total block
4. Now the EWM shouldn’t post the document and it should give the error for quality
5. Second material 581 should get posted without quality reasons

Sorry.. to the best of my knowledge, standard SAP checks on the vendor block ends at the PO creation and release. You'll have to identify a user exit to check on the vendor block at GR in EWM.

CRM Best Practices V1.2007 with ERP HR Integration, C01 and C05

Hi,
working on Best Practices CRM V.1.2007 I now should proceed with Building Block C01 (CRM Organizational Model).
I want to use the CRM System integrated with a new installed ERP System and HR Integration.
Therefore I have to use the Building Block C05 (CRM Organizational Model with HR Integration) instead of C01 (CRM Orgnizational Model)
My Question: Is it allowed to proceed with C05 by doing the work direct from the SAP GUI Menu; afterwards I could confirm the steps in the Solution Builder for C01?

Yes, you could do that. But be aware that the other building blocks for master and transaction data replication should not be started unless you are done with the org model BB C01.

ERP - EWM connection

HI all,
someone can help us about the connection between the system SAP ERP and EWM (SCM)?
We have to create the inbound delivery process; we are creating in ERP the purchase order and the delivery and we are expecting that, at saving of the delivery, the notification of the document has to be sent to EWM.
In this moment we are using a function module /CWM/SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA in ERP, but this FM calls some parameters that are not recognized in EWM.
The error that the system provides is: Incorrect function module /SCWM/IDOC_INPUT_IBDLV_SAVEREP called up.

besides that Brock is right (the ERP side is OBDLV, the EWM side IBDLV?), this FM is for activated Catch Weight Management, yes? Did you activate CWM on the EWM side as well?

Error in inbound delivery replication ERP - EWM

Hi,
We have recently installed SAP ERP 6 EhP 6 and EWM 7.0 Ehp2 Add-On
Now, we are not being able to replicate Inbound Delivery from ERP to EWM.
As we save the ID in ERP we are getting a message that the ID has been distributed.
But the document is getting stuck in the RFC queue.
In SMQ2 the particular queue gets the status "SYSFAIL" with the error message "Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised. Message no. SY359"
The function module field contains "/SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA"
The status message says: "CREATE DATA: The document /1DF/_PDI000 is no... "
I've properly defined the standard BAPI destination and I've checked note 1398474.
Please help me get out of this mess.

As per my knowledge I haven't see this issue and table you are asking are not found as requirement in system without which delivery is able to replicate in EWM.
Also try to create new delivery in ECC and send... As you was checking in SMQ2 it means
"The status message says: "CREATE DATA: The document /1DF/_PDI000 is no..." it means after sending your delivery from ECC it is coming to back to the system where you are checking inbound queue and trying to create delivery.
That time it find NO range for delivery , so see number range assignment or number range maintenance and refusing to create delivery.
so update Number range and assignment properly for ID in EWM system and check new flow.
if resolved dont see below points.
please provide more infrmation of below error from SLG1. keep some extra selection time zone.
1. Do you have same or different client. As per above your description my understanding was same client (ECC and EWM).
If you have different client then your ECC WM parameter under EWM interface makes ur delivery move to EWM system with distribution model created with BAPI replica.
As I do not have ur system my second option will be try to check above setting and if not try to push in debug mode to see proper code.

SAP eWM: Integration Model error during transaction CFM2

Hi,
I am new in eWM and i am trying to transfer the material master, plant, shipping point, vendor and customer from SAP ECC 6.0 to eWM 5.0.
I am getting this message:
Inbound Queue is Blocked
Queue for Current initial Data transfer is deregistered
Target System : SCDCLT100 (My eWM system)
Can someone help me to fix this problem so i can move on?

Thank you very much for your reply.
I was able to execute SMQ2 in eWM but i was not able to understsnd why the the product, vendor, customer,.. are not yet created in eWM.
The status is Ready and when i executed, i got a system fail status.
When i double click on the line i got this message:
Business partner 0000000511: no arrangement(enclosure,appendix) with this. 0000000511 is the vendor i created in ECC 6 and i also link my plant to this vendor.
Can you help me again to understsnd the root of the problem?

CRM Workflow and ERP Workflow integration

Hi,
I need to get workflow to work across several modules. One example is that I have some actions that needs to be completed in CRM, and when that has finished I need to trigger a workflow in ERP to continue the processing. How can I send information from the CRM workflow to the ERP workflow, and status message back to CRM? I have been looking at Wf-XML options, but that seems to be across http communication only.. these systems can be on the same server. Can anyone give me some tips on how this can be done? Help is greatly appreciated!

Hello,
My suggestion is to trigger the events with a RFC of a Function module.
Program the Function module in the ERP system and enable it as RCF function. In this module program the trigger for the prefered object.
In the CRM workflow call a background method of the corresponding object which triggers the Function Module in the ERP system.
Another solution could be that the action which was taken in CRM leads to a replication in the ERP which already triggers a standard event.
Hopefully above guides you to a solution.

Hi,
I think you can use FTP function modules to send files from SAP to other systems.
the way i used to do is
1) Extract the data
2) create a text file on application server
3) FTP the file using function modules
4) delete the file from application server after certain period of time eg: 30 days.

C4C-ERP Integration: Prospect and Customer

Dear collegues, I am working on ERP-C4C integration. I have the following scenario. 1.Integration is not bidirectional. I.e. Accounts are never sent to ERP from C4C. 2.Prospects are created in C4C. Opportunities are created for Prospects. 3. When a prospect is incluided in a quote, one tickets will be assign to ERP department who will créate an Account in ECC. In this tickets ERP department will have information about the account. 4.This newly created Account should update the existing Prospect in C4C. I.e. Prospect should be converted to an Account without loosing the existing data (e.g. Opportunity). My problem is that when i créate the new account in ERP this account is replicated to C4C like a new Customer because C4C doesn´t find an Internal ID that is mapped to the current External ID being passed. Could you help me? How I can solve this problem? Regards. Carlos.

Same requirement in one of the client customer create in ERP and replicate into the C4C and only prospect create in C4C so for that we have implemented the below solution:
We have make default check to prospect and make that field read-only so when any business user create any account its create prospect by default so they can not create any customer in C4C,
We have make default value for prospect using SAP Cloud Application Studio and enhance the standard business object (Customer) and default check to the prospect field and make it read-only from back end.
So using above enhancement we have achieved the requirement , you can contact you cloud developer and ask him to do this type of changes in C4C using SAP Cloud Application Studio.

Goods receipt and post goods issue are not updated back from EWM to ECC

Would anybody able to tell me the setting to be modified / defined to backward flow of information from EWM to ERP i.e. the goods receipt, goods issue are not being updated back in ECC once the goods receipt and post goods issue are posted in EWM?

You might want to try checking the customization on the SCM part following this path:
SPRO - Extended Warehouse Management - Interfaces - ERP Integration - General Settings
Pay special attention on the Check of ERP-EWM Configuration transaction.
After you have checked these you should probably check the outbound queue monitor (tx SMQ1) from EWM to ERP. You can use the SMQ1 - Outbound queue and SMQ2 - Inbound Queue both in ERP and SCM to check the communication betweene these two systems.
Also you may want to checkt the SLG1 - Analyse application Log in SCM in order to see if any internal bugs exist.

W:No date/time type found for ERP date/time IDVERSION.
This can be found in EWM > EWM > Interfaces > ERP Integration > Delivery Processing > Map Date Types from ERP System to EWM.
